Cannot believe further incompetence of @bt_uk. 10 days without phone or broadband. Engineer booked Thurs for today. Chasing ETA appt has cancelled and rescheduled for tues. no reason, no conversation just changed AND complaint has been closed as resolved! I DONT THINK SO 😡 LIVID

@btsport every week there is trouble watching football on the app on playstation 5. @sky works fine every week on the same device. Internet signal is fine. Your app is absolute garbage and I’m paying extra for it

@bt_uk absolutely appalled by the dreadful service in trying to move home. Left WFH full time with no Internet and you cancelled our TV package. Absolutely no help from customer services despite multiple calls and a complaint. Had to cancel and find a new provider. Awful.

@bt_uk Shame on you BT! You’ve left my elderly Mother with not phones or internet! Tried to con her her out of additional charges and installed fibre without he asking! Tied her in knots on the support lines! I’ve just had her on the phone in tears!! Your disgusting!

Everyone knows they know but they're still trying to defend it. You can do something harmful in ignorance but when you know it's harmful & you still do it, that's a problem

@bt_uk I've had horrendous service from a so called advisor this evening who was abrupt and cockyand hung up on me mid conversation with the issue unresolved. I've had no internet for a week.
