    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk I've been with Sky for 4 yrs touch wood no problem. They have recently reduced the amount I pay for Broadband.

    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    @bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    @bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

    Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

    @bt_uk Having issues again right now. Gonna try texting FIX to that number and see if I can run one of these automated tests. Issues always seem to be out of support hours which is basically all of my working hours.

    My @bt_uk contract is up soon and the best *offer* they can do is offer me a £14 a month increase for literally no benefit in service for me? Maybe time to look for a new broadband provider ….

    @bt_uk My internet just got cut off and your phone support is only during hours that aren’t my usual waking hours due to a sleep disorder. Can we get this resolved via DM right away to avoid any disability based accessibility issues? I rely on the internet for my work.

    @PureGym Over 5 months since #solihull opened and still no customer wifi. I gather @bt_uk are being useless, so just get a @ThreeUK 5G hub, 20ish quid a month, job done. It shouldn't be hard.

    @bt_uk your internet service in Haslemere is 9.80Mbps down with a ping to Google of 2190ms on Sunday afternoons for £56.90 per month! Your service bot claims the line connection is "great" and it isn't WiFi (on ethernet)

    @bt_uk your customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced. Been without broadband since Wednesday. Mis-diagnosed the issue and now its Wednesday before you can send an engineer. Shocking.

    @bt_uk No comms from yourselves. , my bt app showing fault from 5/4 , bt engineer “ no ping phoning line is down due to damage we are working on it. Bt employee on helpline just giving me the bt don’t speak to bt open reach rubbish

    @bt_uk like to know if I can cancel my full fibre as your support team seems to think I need to pay but I've had no service for 2 weeks & numerous issues beforehand. Am I within my rights to cancel a contract for a service I'm not receiving?
