We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

@cj_ross @bt_uk Same here, just a huge scam from the company. Promise faster internet speeds but tricky sales men word around what’s really going on. Just a huge scam company. Would never ever in my life take out another contract with BT
