@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@bt_uk I’ve lodged a complaint but that is not solving the problem you created. We need this sorted ASAP. I’m still on the phone to you btw - on the 4th person and 4th dept. I’m in despair. It’s been 2hours on a call going nowhere

At what point of not delivering the broadband service I pay for, should @bt_uk reduce my monthly fee...? It's been impossible to work this week, countless promises of being fixed and yet still it's still on and off in Hawkenbury.

@bt_uk @NOWTV_It #nowtv hi now that you have reduced the channels such as taking off fox and discovery, will my monthly bill reduce? Your email didn’t say. So if not I want to cancel. Thanks

@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

@bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

@glasgowcathcart @BBCchrismclaug @btsport To deny the problem is actually sectarian is astounding James. Your government must have ideas about how to deal with this issue. This issue has scared our society for decades. What’s your proposal? Blame a football club? Come on James, you are better than that.

@bt_uk my relative is having issues with slow wifi performance but your “looking after vulnerable” team have blocked her on twitter. (Absurd) so how is she meant to get customer support when her WiFi is playing up??
-
IndySNPGer🏴🇪🇺🇵🇸 ImWithNicola
(@SoProudScottish) reported
@glasgowcathcart @BBCchrismclaug @btsport Btw, you denied the problem is sectarian, then you went on to quote the very definition of sectarianism. I have voted SNP for 20+ years, from Labour. When we become independent, sectarianism will still have to be dealt with. Why not start now?

@bt_uk @your Thanks. I reported it online... but it says it might not get fixed until next Wednesday. Any way you can post me a dongle or something? That's quite a few £ in work that I'll lose if it takes 5 days to fix

@btsport Once again BT Sport fail to deliver some very basic yet important details at the end of the game such as who scored and when. Clearly not football people #UCLTONIGHT
-
IndySNPGer🏴🇪🇺🇵🇸 ImWithNicola
(@SoProudScottish) reported
@glasgowcathcart @BBCchrismclaug @btsport Again, do you think banning them from Ibrox will change their beliefs and behaviour, or will the trouble simply be transferred elsewhere? Strict liability will solve nothing. SNP have been in power for a long time. What have they done to solve this scourge in our society?
-
IndySNPGer🏴🇪🇺🇵🇸 ImWithNicola
(@SoProudScottish) reported
@glasgowcathcart @BBCchrismclaug @btsport 1) We both know that had Lennon, who previously spat on a Rangers scarf at Ibrox, and Sutton, who, as a pundit, is purposely controversial, stirring up anger simply to make himself relevant, been at Ibrox, there would have been trouble. Not ideal, not excusable, but unavoidable.
