    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    @bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

    At what point of not delivering the broadband service I pay for, should @bt_uk reduce my monthly fee...? It's been impossible to work this week, countless promises of being fixed and yet still it's still on and off in Hawkenbury.

    @bt_uk I’ve lodged a complaint but that is not solving the problem you created. We need this sorted ASAP. I’m still on the phone to you btw - on the 4th person and 4th dept. I’m in despair. It’s been 2hours on a call going nowhere

    @bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

    We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

    @bt_uk constantly get error VC526 trying to watch your sport channels on laptop. I tested my internet, it's alright and I have no problems with Sky channels via NOW TV and anything else. Can you do something with it or should I take money back

    @SkyNews @SkySports and @btsport play a blinder here and say they don’t want no involvement and refuse to air these so called super league games and commit to the PL and the EFL and supporting the national game right down to grass routes. That would show they care about fans not profit !
