    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Our broadband was out whenever windy and wet (10 months of the year in Cornwall) After much online testing and to and fro-ing with @bt_uk they sent someone to actually look at the pole The box was hanging upside down and filling with rainwater- fixed easily #humanfactors

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @bt_uk I reported an fault on my line via your text service on Saturday. The reply said you'd give me a fix date in 48hrs but I haven't had that. When I go into my account, there is no fault showing. My landline is still down.

    @bt_uk “A total loss of service for 2 working days”. So one full working isn’t enough to qualify? Not really the service I’m paying for is it? Can you direct me to your complaints process please? At the very least you should be compensating for direct costs incurred as a result

    @bt_uk when will the problem be fixed WS9 8NU we still have jo internet? I have checked the site and it says you can’t give us a date. You have had since Sunday to resolve. I would like a refund for the days we have lost
