@2plus3times5 @bt_uk We live in a village. It took 4 months to get BT to put in any kind of line let alone broadband. Eventually I emailed the CEO. It got resolved. They still charged me a fortune for the privilege. We have absolutely no mobile signal. Why is this not important to them?!

  • cakie174 Richard Eccles (@cakie174) reported

@bt_uk hi Enniskillen, having really slow internet the past few days. We have changed nothing, can you test remotely?

  • dogday80 box1 (@dogday80) reported

@bt_uk Can you confirm if I should stay by my phone for the call from a manager? I know BT wouldn’t let a customer down not after a huge error on their part

  • GoldishCJ Campbell Gemmell 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺🇦🇺🤓 (@GoldishCJ) reported

@jamclarkey @scotgov @bt_uk Thanks for insight/help…but why are we changing and why has it not been explained? And what now us the point of having a handset in the house when a mobile is more use? Presumably costs should come down too as service reduces! …

  • ads9742 Adam Gregory (@ads9742) reported

Will never use @bt_uk again, case being handled by the directors office and still additional delays and failings.. Case lodged with @OmbudServices

  • RachelVMarsh Rachel Marsh (@RachelVMarsh) reported from Redditch, England

@bt_uk I’m fibre to premises, no landline. How do I find out if there are issues in my area? Only site I can find requires telno to be input. My internet is dropping out.

  • 2plus3times5 Xavier Sprocker (@2plus3times5) reported

@fbuist @bt_uk Same in East Anglia... Told me they were upgrading to digital phone lines and Internet would be fine... went down at midnight still nothing...

  • ads9742 Adam Gregory (@ads9742) reported

Once again @bt_uk have missed a fix date for my Internet service. Not sure why I'm surprised as this has been going since 21/07. Embarrassing shocking service

  • JayR_Xx Jay 🏳️‍🌈 (@JayR_Xx) reported

@Mirca81 @bt_uk Is this thing common in the UK? Lost touch with a friend 10 days ago (which is extremely uncharacteristic)… he was having internet issues sat the 2nd, dropped off around 5pm gmt and have not hear from since…

  • Kheldar125 Kheldar125 (@Kheldar125) reported

@bt_uk what’s the deal with loyal customers not being offered the same packages as new customers? Looking at the 500 fiber with no landline £45.99 for new, when I login to upgrade my current package £69.99. Where’s the incentive to stay?
