    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk Hello, we are currently have Fibre 2 with the wifi disc. The wifi does not currently reach all of our rooms like guaranteed. We have tried all your recommendations and it still isnt working. Can I get help please?

    I'm registered with the Mail Preference Service (MPS), and the likes of @bt_uk and @SkyUK STILL send me marketing material. I wouldn't mind, but I'm not a customer of either of these companies. I had to contact BT twice, and now I've got to contact Sky via phone to sort this out.

    @bt_uk No broadband for a week now and have 3 different dates for possible fix, plus one that says you have no idea. What's the truth? Making it impossible to plan anything or run my business.
