@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare 3 months into a new BT Cloud Voice 5 year contract and it has been cancelled with no explanation. We have no phones and cannot run a business this way. Telephone support appt offered for reinstatement in 30 days time. BT for Business?

@bt_uk a guy with ur van was outside our place at 6pm. After he left our broadband turned flashing red/orange and is now refusing to connect. Coincidence ? Why would someone interfere with a successful connection that has been trouble free for 2 years
