@btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

@AntheaJ47 @bt_uk @PopTelecom Go Lebara mobile for £3.50 a month as temp measure through moneysavirngexpert. no contact and tether to other devices. Then cancel when up and running again. 1 months cancellation notice

  • AntheaJ47 Anthea 🌼🌷🇬🇧 (@AntheaJ47) reported

@DamainWard @bt_uk @PopTelecom I can only take to dispute resolution once 8 weeks have passed with no agreement, or a 'deadlock' situation is established. They're refusing to waive the termination fees even though they failed to meet contractual obligations. Someone has actually just replied to me. Miracles!!

  • danjamesprice Dan Price (@danjamesprice) reported

@bt_uk I was told over the weekend that my compliant had been accelerated and I would hear something within 72 hours again very poor and again costing me more money...

  • AnniePShoreham Ann Palmer (@AnniePShoreham) reported

@bt_uk So having waited four days for the engineer, you’ve sent somebody with no experience of Halo 3, no access to the service failures over the last few days and no progress has been made. This may be a case of mis-selling and I raised a formal complaint on Sunday VOL013-574182961262

  • shimlahp007 Ks (@shimlahp007) reported

@bt_uk Why .. because it’s not accurate information- u keeping tweeting “can you DM us” then turning into a bot or automated even more frustrating exchange down a dead end road...#BT

  • SuperSparkyDuck SparkyDuck 🐸 (@SuperSparkyDuck) reported

@bt_uk Do you know what's better than having to wait for an engineer to fix an issue? Having no contact from an engineer and my appointment being cancelled without my knowing? Then being on hold for 15 minutes to be told we'll book you in for tomorrow.

  • RichCripps Richard Cripps (@RichCripps) reported

@bt_uk you’re replacing a telegraph pole outside our house. With so many people working from home might it have been courteous to let those effected know that WiFi will be going down? #CustomerService

  • jamieson_tracey Tracey Jamieson (@jamieson_tracey) reported

@bt_uk After speaking to at least 5 people and being promised my broadband would be connected on 17th March, I'm still without broadband and can't seem to get any further. I'd appreciate some help. Thank you.

  • RichCripps Richard Cripps (@RichCripps) reported

@bt_uk if replacing a telegraph pole that will take WiFi down; with so many people working from home would it not be courteous to let those effected know
