Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported@bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.
-
Kerry Sumner (@MinsterStudios) reported@bt_uk Yes I have done and I’ve rang you. Also rang twice previously before installation. Still sending my personal information to an ex partner not to mention I cannot access a god damn thing to do with MY account
-
Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported@bt_uk I've spoken to them and like I said they ended the call because I can't see txt message or read bank card due to being partially sighted-please get a manager to call me or I'm happy to cancel my contract I was told by would be simple so far its been very stressful
-
Robert Drummond (@robertd1981) reported@bt_uk I don’t really want to raise a complaint. It’s basic looking after people and that’s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.
-
ANDREW HENDERSON (@AHende1006) reported@bt_uk 2 hours and 15 minutes to get my replacement Hub up and running on the phone to you. Crap customer experience @EE .
-
Macro Bielsa (@Forex_trader_4u) reported@bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum
-
Robin Shaw (@RSh234) reported@phillyonskem @bt_uk Totally agree. Literally hours on calls to ‘Guides’, only a few of which actually help, processes which ignore issues and no recourse without escalating to the Ombudsman!
-
sue evans (@untidysue) reported@bt_uk please can you tell me why I can’t test my broadband speed please? Suddenly it’s not working when I go into our garden and it always has before.
-
GerryC🏇🏾 (@Epsom1780) reported@Daddymerlin @bt_uk @FLOWJamaica I’m so sorry! That’s horrible! Hope you’re not paying for anything
-
Kristen Covo (@kcovophoto) reported@bt_uk Not to mention I now have the inconvenience of having to post back your faulty product from a post office (are there any left in London?) Instead of your engineer just taking it. Why do I as a customer have to work for you?
