@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk Plus, they say officially the service isn’t down according to BT. Except of course it actually is as 140 odd houses don’t have any internet.

@bt_uk Well as it goes I found the response I got, a little useless. It can’t be a network problem as I was watching the same programme at the time of recording and the schedule hadn’t changed. So I’m not sure why it didn’t record

Currently paying @bt_uk £60pm for 68mb internet, and only getting 15mb. I would pay anything to get a decent internet connection. Genuinely considering getting @SpaceXStarlink, at this point, as it's the only alternative to the crap I'm currently paying for.

trying to deal with @bt_uk after harrassing and stealing money from my Grandad then sending him a letter claiming he owes £890 for "breach of 4 year contract" after he moved to @SkyUK was never warned and now his phone which he gets through Sky has been cut off hes 89 and alone..

@bt_uk Hi I have. The BT engineers have been working on the ‘cabinet’ affecting our part of Hastings for five days. Plusnet tell me it’s a BT open reach problem.
