    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk Tried calling and running the bot diagnostics BT tell us to do, try resetting the router, same position. Funny how an engineer was messing about with the box earlier this week and sorted one household issue out but has now caused many other issues for other households…

    @bt_uk I've wasted so much time contacting @bt_uk and stayed in all today waiting for a delivery to be told it will now be by 3.00pm tomorrow. Another day wasted. I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving. I regard that as a con.

    It’s not a UCL night without the inability to stream a match on the @btsport app. I’m paying through the nose for a monthly pass, when are you ever going to sort yourselves out and provide a decent streaming service?

    @bt_uk Nah Lizzie, this stuff has never helped. Called up last time and said I need to by a booster. My PS5 is literally in the next room
