@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

@bt_uk well I never thought I would result in social media moaning,but however I can honestly say how disappointed I am with the level of support from bt today and seriously need to make a decision if to cancel everything moving forward and go to sky tv, absolutely shocking

@kev_mchugh @bt_uk Kevin, undo the two screws and remove the plate, the test socket is behind it on the right. Plug the filter in there and wait 5 minutes then test it again. If it’s still bad, the faults outside, if it’s good, then the issue is inside.

@bt_uk I tried that but it didn't work on the browser. I could sign in at least but it wouldn't let me watch it. almost like it wasn't trying to load the video on the website. The app would have worked if that error code 153 wouldn't have came up
