@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk hi just BT halo 2 installed with 2 discs. Since installation our Sky Q box keeps disconnecting from the internet. Had Sky out and they say it’s a BT issue is this correct?

Managed to notch my 3rd failed visit in 6 days from @bt_uk Openreach....still no broadband, tv or re-arranged appointment. Natalie in Dundee customer service was an absolute legend though and sorted me out from tomorrow in the short term. The customer service has been great 👍

@bt_uk @BTBusiness You block all our automated emails (customer's orders, password reset) for 2 months now & yet u concluded that our messages have no defects. Emailed several times, when you are going to further investigate this issue ? Your BT customers are not impressed either

@bt_uk 7th day in a row now with my broadband going off for hours! Groundhog Day! 2 years now of intermittent poor service. Glad I’m paying for 8mb and getting 3mb for 7 hours as day

@Tonysmini @bt_uk Hi. Already contacted Royal Mail and they state our details are up to date on their database. So only thing I can think of is our housing association hasn’t registered our house yet or an issue with openreach but trying to contact them is horrendous
