@BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Our broadband was out whenever windy and wet (10 months of the year in Cornwall) After much online testing and to and fro-ing with @bt_uk they sent someone to actually look at the pole The box was hanging upside down and filling with rainwater- fixed easily #humanfactors

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

@btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

Malicious fraudster tried to cancel my BT service. No proper checks from BT. I complained. They said they sorted it but today stopped all services & want to charge me for cancellation! How will you fix this urgently, BT? @bt_uk

@UtdXclusive @btsport He knew there were problems at the top of the club, he won't name names but Ed would definitely be one as he didn't get signings he wanted and constantly made leaks. If the squad catch on to the leaks and hear whispers in the stadium and training ground they're going to respond.

@Nick242428 @bt_uk @Nick242428 the engineers came to mine. The fibre is fine. So BT sending me a new modem. Even with engineers in the house they could say what the problem was. They need to allow OpenReach to test modems and replace from their van. Else sending an engineer is a waste.
