@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk But don't worry, I'm sure in a few more days you'll SMS my O2 network phone telling me my phone is due for an upgrade, or my contract is running out, and I'll get to put in yet another complaint about where you'll tell me you can't do anything as I'm not your customer.

@bt_uk Or are you saying that BTBusiness isn't part of BT? In which case I can understand why you can't do anything about the SMS from BTBusiness. But telling me to contact EE regarding SMS marked BTBusiness just makes you sound stupid.

@GavinWilliamson @bt_uk @bbcbitesize Oh dear GW, it is really going from bad to worse for you... WAKE UP. Do the right thing and move 2022 exams to teacher assessed. Millions of us have secondary school children whom are sobbing on a daily basis and a lot of it all comes back to you and your lack of action.

@bt_uk Is this what I'm in for ? Had a text to call regarding new connection. Was on hold 20 mins then disconnected. Second time exactly the same. If you don't want my business I'll just ring my other provider and change my mind. Not impressed as a new customer.

Hi @bt_uk The fibre installation engineer hasn't shown up. Your tracking site is rubbish and keeps my in a loop with no answers. Your phone service has 20-30 min est wait time. I need to know what's going on :(

@bt_uk @EE Except that when a teacher explains she's still without broadband after 4 days and finding it difficult to teach online for her class of 30 ... is told she has to pay extra to get online whilst the problem is sorted
