@bt_uk I get that, but your company's mistake has put me in a massive bind and no one has done anything to solve the problem of me not having internet access for more than a week. How do I submit a formal complaint? If I have to phone the CEO directly, I will.

  • b_nockbhoy83 SuperFurryBrazza (@b_nockbhoy83) reported

@BTCare hello. Are there any issues with broadband in FK6 area? Current download speed coming in at 4.8mbps. Don’t have Fibre but would still expect it to be around 17-20mbps

  • DidTubsDoRight Siân (@DidTubsDoRight) reported

@bt_uk Hi Karen, sorry for the delayed reply. We had a home tech expert sent out to us by BT today. He said BT is a total bunch of liars too and that no one in customer service cares. He was fab. Now have a number to call to talk to someone about being wrongly sold the full hub package.

  • RiverAngler1 Gary (@RiverAngler1) reported

Been paying for a service with @bt_uk since April 29th, it has never worked, countless phone calls, still doesn’t work! Just take it away refund for the service and reduce my monthly bill accordingly.. fed up now.

  • BDChristian73 Brian D Christian (@BDChristian73) reported

@hockeygra @KingIan @btsport Something like 5 for everytime you blow the whistle so 100s per game, It is hard to tell as you only really see the ones when there's a signal of some sort. There are loads when you look & take no action so the hit rate for correctness is pretty good and higher than you think

  • kyleslnger ks (@kyleslnger) reported

@bt_uk yes normally no problems and over the last couple of days I am getting at best 1 bar

  • mattfaucher Matt Faucher (@mattfaucher) reported

@bt_uk Just general performance, sluggishness, have the Halo that does not to help with coverage in the house, have a few powerline adapters also that help, but still experience drops. Issues with all 4 IOS devices having really poor Wi-fi connectivity so turn off Wi-fi and 4G is worse.

  • HilsLM Hils (@HilsLM) reported

@bt_uk Why? How can a company providing an internet service not have any form to complain other than a phone number? What do you offer for people who can’t use a phone?

  • InStanwell In Stanwell (@InStanwell) reported

@stanwellevents @btbusinesscare There is a surprise still no internet #foodbanks need to receive referrals to help families in need of food no one should go hungry

  • mattfaucher Matt Faucher (@mattfaucher) reported
