    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @bt_uk Turned everything off and still not so good standing in same room. Tried changing channels to see if it is interference and resetting to factory settings, still same, very poor. Wonder if router has a problem tbh. Wouldn't even connect my WiFi printer on wps a metre away.

    @bt_uk Hi Dom. Yes, about 15 minutes after I enquired with you, out internet came back online. It was down for at least an hour.

    @EveryCountry @bt_uk BT are great. I received a cheque, a final demand & a bailiffs letter in one post. It was hilarious because I wasn't even a BT customer. I rang the bailiffs & asked if we could go to court ASAP. He wasn't keen to pursue it when I told why I was keen for an early court date!

    2 wks since @bt_uk cut off my internet service to connect us to FTTP. Still no closer to knowing WHEN we will be connected, just one untruth after another, but you “can only go on what (you’re) being told” by @OpenreachHelp Both CEOs emailed #beingfobbedoff #beyondstressed 😤😩

    @bt_uk. I called to cancel my premium email account, none of the three people I spoke to knew how. One suggested I cancel my direct debit. I did this and all that happens now is pursuit for payment. Can someone please contact me with constructive advice on how to close my account

    @bt_uk Could you maybe hurry up and fix the hole your engineers smashed in the front of my house* putting in, ahem, Complete Wifi? It happened in October, no rush! *and promptly left without saying anything...
