@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

So it turns out that @SkyHelpTeam are not there to help existing customers, just to tell you to call their number which is what you didn't want to waste your life hence the reason you contacted them on Twitter in the first place! @BTCare are you like this with your customers?

My internet is still flakey but @bt_uk are fixing it now (there's been a number of complex faults & bad luck). I recommend messaging them on social media. They got me in touch with the right people in the company & it seems to be a good & decent social media team running it.
