@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk Yet again let down by BT. 2.5 weeks of NO broadband, finally get reconnected and guess what the system has gone down AGAIN. No update, no way of getting through. Disaster. Get your effing act together.

@bt_uk Just installed a TP Link router and it was showing a broadband issue, nothing Is reported so must be a misconfiguration somewhere in the router settings, just wanted to rule out a downed connection.

@bt_uk My wife has spoken to someone everyday this week who are all kind and sympathetic but still the line is disconnected. Openreach were supposed to fix on Wednesday. Now being told they won't do it until Monday. This saga is becoming epic and not in a good way!

Hi guy. I'm receiving a high number of scam calls to my landline. I've reported the numbers to your site. If you can't protect your customers I will cancel my landline. I've received 8 calls in the past 24 hours. You are enabling this harassment by failing to act. @bt_uk
