@Matt_Burleigh @BTCare BT doing it on the cheap? Like their IT system and customer service?

Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from Over Wallop, England
That was the first England test match I could not watch due to not having a TV subscription. Down to @BTCare I'm afraid.

Ian Pearson (@ToonManic) reported from Amesbury, England
@bt_uk should bring back @BTCare. They used to reply and would deal with any issues.
-
Toyhorn🎺 (@Toyhorn_) reported from Old Sarum, England
Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

Simon Ashe (@darkson71) reported from Andover, England
@bt_uk Nope, same issue. Phone only, tablet not mobile connected. (Should have said, both Android.)

@bt_uk Nope, same issue. :(

Simon Ashe (@darkson71) reported from Andover, England
@bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

Simon Ashe (@darkson71) reported from Andover, England
@bt_uk is the app and website down? Unable to log in, even when I change my password.
-
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported from Avebury, England
Appointment has been booked for 3 months and looks like you decided to just not show up at all. Which makes @bt_uk look bad especially when you came and installed the same product to my neighbours in either side in the last week.

Toyhorn🎺 (@Toyhorn_) reported from Old Sarum, England
@ComXcomics @bt_uk Because you're technically minded they're probably hoping you just give up or cancel as they can't say stuff you'll fall for.

Sir Guy of Guisborne - Carry On Number One (@SirGuyGuisborne) reported from Collingbourne Kingston, England
@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare If I'm not next to the router, no internet access at all. If I'm less than 1M, it's gone. Why are you providing rather ****** mobile data for a business account? I'd wish up a cute for cancer faster than you'd give customer service
-
Manya Blanca (@ManyaBlanca) reported
@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare Now it's gone altogether and no sign of it coming back. So we can cancel this bs of a contract right? Or should we take it to a small claims court?

Jeremy Wood (@excitedpixels) reported
@bt_uk @BTCare @EE wow I've never dealt with such awful companies. It's been a total farce. All recorded for shock value how bad the journey has been. Def worthy of a CG bt creator comforts. Am un funny joke. I'm lost for words. :( so so bad. Nightmare.

MOD (@MouldyOldDoh) reported
@btbusinesscare Being able to fix things yourself, that the supplier got wrong, is not a sales argument. Be better.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach There is no issue with minimum radius, sharp or too many bends. It's a run from a pole right outside with updated service to it... I just want the bracket supporting the cable screwed in to brick and cable down the side, not front as it will be on the wrong side for equipment.
