@AndyGraham59 They are worth abolition thanks to #YewTree Losing the Crown Jewels of sport to BTsport and Sky. Being outsmarted by Netflix, Prime and Sky Atlantic. Being biased. Overpaid primal Donna talentless stars. Crap programming. Annexing BBC3 to IPlayer. No 4K HDR content.

  • Alec_2511 Alec Wilson (@Alec_2511) reported from Beccles, England

Martin Keown again for a Manchester United game. Why @btsport? He's an awful pundit and he hates United. Sort it out! @btsportfootball @mrjakehumphrey

  • RedDeliuzza RedDeliuzza (@RedDeliuzza) reported

@kaybeedigital @bt_uk @PostOffice We had massive issues trying to transfer to TalkTalk, didn't happen, then making sure my personal details were off their records was a total pain (I think I just ran out of patience & gave up)

  • JimHarley Jim Harley 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🍺🚴🏼‍♂️🏉 (@JimHarley) reported

All across the UK, viewers are clicking through the channels to find something that isn't about Prince Philip. We get it, he's dead, RIP, but we've heard the obituaries ten times over already. Thank goodness for live sports (don't you dare cancel anything @btsport!)

  • Oblvn_Dec Oblvn Dec (@Oblvn_Dec) reported

@bt_uk my internet has been down all day and there’s no estimated fix time on the website. Can someone look into this?

  • jb19723 Justin Brown (@jb19723) reported

@bt_uk It was sorted out in the sense that it was cancelled and because there could be no installation before I was cut off from Virgin, I had to remain with Virgin. So my account with BT does not exist and I didn’t find out whether the service is an improvement. Ended at 12 calls

  • kaybeedigital KayBee 💙 (@kaybeedigital) reported

First, @bt_uk can't fix my broadband fault for A WEEK; second @PostOffice send me a letter about my 'broadband service' 4 years after I left them. Why do they still have my details🤨and why can't #broadband providers do better?

  • nic34321661 nic (@nic34321661) reported

@bt_uk Just had a scam call on landline by automated voice saying you will terminate my account for “packing” and to press 1 to discuss. Number withheld.

  • alexjturco Alex Turco |🇬🇧🇨🇾🇮🇪 (@alexjturco) reported from Burnham-on-Sea, England

@btbusinesscare is there any chance of a quicker engineer visit to work out the cause of ‘branch wire from the main wire is causing unwanted signal reflection which is causing drop outs in connection’

  • jlandells John Landells (@jlandells) reported

@bt_uk So the help section on your website saying it can be done online, and the page on your website to MAKE that request are only designed to frustrate unhappy customers?

  • rahelab Rahel Bailie (@rahelab) reported from Camberwell, England

@Tonysmini @bt_uk A database should be updated in minutes, not weeks. 4 weeks is ridiculously slow. Guess I just need to be patient. 😡

  • justandrea Andrea Hadfield (@justandrea) reported

@bt_uk Hi there - yes, it seems like it’s a local outage and we’re still experiencing problems. Currently saying it’ll be fixed by tomorrow morning.
