@bt_uk How do I speak to someone at your company without using the phone please? I have hearing trouble and the background noise on your calls is horrendous? I can't even hear clearly with hearing aids!

@BTCare could you please send an engineer out. Terrible connection issues all the time, I work for openreach and the tests I’ve carried out are awful. I’d look into it more but I haven’t got the time and my property isn’t on the patch I work from. Thanks

@bt_uk I logged a fault Friday and got a text saying the fault had been logged and will receive an update within 48h but not had anything. Login at BT says no fault logged.

@bt_uk anyone thinking the BT never lose your connection in conjunction with EE will sort out problems if your broadband goes down... The mini hub box say 'certainty in your home connection' but you have to negotiate with a bot and they have to 'request access' to EE! Smooth....

@bt_uk so one again you are adding boosts to my mothers bill that haven’t been asked for, your customer service is non existent and after an hour on the phone she is suddenly not the primary account holder! Disgraceful

@BTCare can you please advise how I cancel the 700 minutes calling plan on my landline and get a refund for this? I have lost count of the number of times I have called to have this removed and it still appears on every bill.
