Inept &appalling service & delivery from bt business broadband @btbusinesscare 18 days since order - still no operational broadband. Multiple broken commitments to deliver, hours spent on phone trying to resolve- still 5 days before next promised delivery- damaging my business!

@BTBusiness @btsport @UK_5G 7 hours since December on the phone to BT and no progress resolving contract issue . Every conversation is like starting again . Worst customer service ever experienced. No communication between departments or between employees which is ironic for a communications provider .

@bt_uk your Google with Chromecast BT Sports App now opens to a mobile version of the App since a March 3 update. The icon has also disappeared from the my apps line up despite being installed. Is this a known issue. All fine before March 3 update
