@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

So @bt_uk ... is it really acceptable to penalise a customer who has been with BT TV and Fibre Broadband for 7 years, by asking for a £440 cancellation fee when moving house with a temp accommodation gap in between?!? Had no intention of leaving BT, but you’ve forced us out!!!

@OpenreachHelp All your updates have said is that you will update us again in 2 or 3 days. This is all @bt_uk have said. This is the same story every time. You are both blaming each other. And no one has identified the problem to us yet.

@BTCare I’m a highly disappointed customer who have experienced a shoddy service from BT since switching to them and need I say I regret this switching. The last straw is BT making it impossible to lodge an official complaint with their customer service .

I am really annoyed had a problem with internet which still isn't fixed since monday and after engineer done some with wires yesterday I have my office phone now not working, got to wait until tuesday to them to come back #badservice @bt_uk
