I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

If you have three methods to inform customers about fix times - contact centre, app and web - they must all report the same information. How can I trust any information when the response is so shambolic? Your thoughts please?

Nigel Haynes (@comicbooknigel) reported@bt_uk It’s been at its worst tonight, barely twenty-thirty minutes without it restarting, sometimes five times in a ten minute period. But someone is booked to come look at it on Monday, what more can you do? I said before as a new customer this is shockingly bad.

Bernard Stedman (@Bernard_Stedman) reported@bt_uk No confidence in your customer service: dead line and broadband for 2 days. 3 different future fix dates cited by call centre, app and fault email (last of which has a “track” option that says I have no fault!). Hopeless. App each day says fault will be fixed today. Help!

Zed Starblade (@ultra_zed) reported@bt_uk It’s either a problem on BT’s end, or BT has released a buggy version of their email app. I’m still getting random authentication problems, one moment it’s fine, then I reload the app, it’s stuck on authenticating or the newer email just won’t load.

NE upper (@parklands16) reported@bt_uk I notice you have painted over some of banksys precious work. If an agreement cannot be reached I will cancel everything I have with BT. I know it won’t make much difference to you but maybe if all LUFC supporters did the same you might have a rethink.
