    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @HannahLeah95 @bt_uk I’ve experienced similar service from BT/ Openreach many times. Taken them to Ombudsman and won every time. They still don’t learn. Once 2 men turned up to install, but said the bloke who knew what to do was on holiday, so couldn’t complete. Crap company.

    @bt_uk I thought it was a scam. Ironically I have had issues with broadband recently so I let her talk for a while but when she didn't get my full name right I knew. She said that BT proactively contact people who have had issues with broadband and she was going to tell me how to fix it

    @arthhill @bt_uk They’re awful. They came to install my internet and the engineer refused to park in my parking spot so he drove home instead. Didn’t have internet for 3 weeks. Sort it out BT

    @mrjakehumphrey He’s right Jake, every needs to calm down. ESL was born out of Spanish/Italians need to bale themselves out financially, UEFA response was anger as they’d be missing out on money, same as pundits who seem to pop up on BBC, BTSport, Sky etc..it’s all about ££ now, let’s be honest
