    @bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

    @bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @BTCare For the last week it is has been intermittent dead slow speeds getting worse if anything. I dont think the connection drops as the hub shows constant strong blue light

    @BTCare I can't even call up Google so that shows you how slow. I can do a reset again but am not happy. I am paying for a service 24/7, not once in a while

    @BTCare So that didn't take long @BTCare Go out for 3 hours and on return find so-called service back to dead slow/stop. Z-grade service and I'll be asking for bill rebate @bt_uk @JFinchSaunders @dailypostwales @colinstdavids

    @BTCare See my reply earlier. The web page says the passwod is wrong, but this can't be as ive never changed it. Am relying on mobile data from @giffgaff

    @BTCare Not worth having might as well just use 4G seriously disappointing, i think BT tactic is to make the service so rubbish that users swap to infinity. Well it won’t work don’t want/need infinity and refuse to pay the inflated price. What I will do is swap provider next time.

    @plusnethelp It's in husband's name so I'll let you know tomorrow. It seems it's only @bt_uk that has been out of action for over a week and it's all over our area. No problem with other internet providers.

    Laughable service from @bt_uk. Just called cancellations, man on phone said he couldn't hear me, that it was a terrible line. He was coming through crystal clear. So I hung up, dialled again, was added to a queue, and then they cut me off as I waited. This is a TELECOMS company.

    @bt_uk My only issue with the situation is it would have been nice if instructions told me I had to use the ADSL filter and cable on the new box. It didn't say. So I thought wireless would work. Which panicked me when it didn't. But all is good now. Since I figured it out myself.

    @bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

    @bt_uk It is connected at the moment. The letter I have clearly states it is recommended that I set it up when it arrives. So that when the change over does happen. No interruption to my service will occur. It also said the new hub can run my old (current) broadband service.
