@BTCare tried online and calling can’t get through I have a vulnerable 88 year old mother with a fault on her broadband she is still shielding and a long way from me we need an engineer as I’ve tried fixing with new router still no broadband #help

@bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@AshBoio @bt_uk back and forward emails for about 4 months mate, sent an engineer round to change **** all tried to charge £180 and my mum was like "nah not having that" got refunded and got free fibre optic, sorted 😎🤝

@bt_uk Am having to use my phone data, which is bad enough as it is, to even be able think about replying because the service is that bad. And it was literally fine 2hrs ago, now its just completely gone, I literally cannot do anything

@bt_uk I get 150/30mbs on my G-fast connection and I get approx 28/2mbs on the mini hub so it’s quite a difference. It’s the upload which is the real problem, I can’t even make video calls properly

Henderson and trippier were both awful. Doesn’t mean they’re not good players but that game just wasn’t for Henderson and trippier has no left foot

@bt_uk fix my WiFi ya gobshites, was fine an hour ago now can't even watch a 40 second video on YouTube, ******* 30 quid a month to look at buffering, forgot its still 2006 and Wifi routers had just been invented

@bt_uk It’s a fault with the power at the cabinet. Openreach have already been out but can’t fix it because if they turn the power on for g-fast, it’s sets the cabinet live with 240v, so if anyone touches it they’ll get a shock. The problem is no one can tell me when it will be fixed
