  @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

  @bt_uk please help. Phone lines down on our road. Several vulnerable residents. Elderly, recently discharged from hospital, pregnant women and some with no mobiles. We are struggling to report fault as being sent texts or online which most residents can’t access.
