@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@bt_uk Because BT don’t get things fixed when their broadband goes down. You seem to think it acceptable to leave a customer without broadband for over a MONTH & the customer has to speak to 43 people (& counting) & it’s STILL not fixed. 😡 Avoid BT dreadful service

@bt_uk @dodds1_andrew Got to say your service is absolutely shocking, I usually order through sky box no problems and record for the morning. Couldn’t order through sky box tonight as it was directing me to the website. I order through your website and go to record the event and it won’t let me.
