@BTCare tried online and calling can’t get through I have a vulnerable 88 year old mother with a fault on her broadband she is still shielding and a long way from me we need an engineer as I’ve tried fixing with new router still no broadband #help

@bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

@bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@J_PaulDevine @LGUK @bt_uk We left BT broadband it was awful, never got over 10mbps went with Utility Warehouse, now it's around 26-30!

@bt_uk Waiting 5 months for internet/tv/phone to be installed! Raised a complaint with the Ombudsman and still haven’t had a reply after 2 weeks! Absolute Joke... never dealt with such a bad company and service!

@bt_uk Bt superfast broadband: less than 10 meg down, 0.5 up I get when it decides to work. Which it didn't for most of last night, so bad I can't watch youtube on the pc and be on the mobile at the same time, and the likes of Netflix, forget about it!
