@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@bt_uk is "fixing" my fault since Oct 12th. New customer since the 5th and no broadband for >29 DAYS< Tech support has been abysmal, fault still says we aim to fix it by the 17th of October, and nobody is providing any information. Timelines given mean literally nothing to them.

@bt_uk @yossarian277 dont get it mate, they hook you and then dont help you. got the bundle last week and been screwed with internet rates of 0.15mbs on the weekend

@bt_uk Absolutely disgraceful. Still no service for my 91 year old mother since 21st Sept. This has to be addressed NOW!! She needs emergency services (ambulance) and no telephone line to call from. Luckily a neighbour had mobile phone.

@bt_uk have been without internet for 4 weeks now. No reply from BT. Numerous engineers who can’t fix. Awaiting traffic management. Terrible service and lack of communication

@bt_uk I know I can. What I want to know is what the hell is happening. The status says its going to take two weeks to fix the wifi. I'd rather bloody change provider if this is how long its going to take.
