@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

It will come as no surprise to anyone who has had to communicate with @bt_uk that our broadband line was indeed cut on the 10th December and re-assigned to another customer. We had no outstanding debt to BT and pay our bills by Direct Debit. 5/

and our staff have worked tirelessly to process customer orders. Imagine how disorientating it was to receive, during lockdown, an email from @bt_uk saying 'Another customer has asked to take over the telephone line at your address on 10/12/2020. So we'll end your contract... 2/

@bt_uk absolutely impossibly bad customer service! Hours waiting on the phone. Cut off with no return call. I’m quite sure billing will be efficient though - I recommend you try another broadband provider if you are looking! #BT #BritishTelecomUK #fail
