    @BTCare I have FTTP Full fibre broadband and was trying to find out how I can move over from my crackly copper landline phone over to digital voice service that BT offer??

    @bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

    @BTCare tried online and calling can’t get through I have a vulnerable 88 year old mother with a fault on her broadband she is still shielding and a long way from me we need an engineer as I’ve tried fixing with new router still no broadband #help

    @bt_uk I’ve spoken to them twice now. I’m told the engineers don’t work weekends, so it’s looking like at least Monday before it will be resolved. I’ve been without service since Wednesday! I’m frustrated at the poor service and regretting switching to BT already. #wifi-in-every-room.

    @bt_uk so OR didn't arrive on 7th for installation. Escalated as complaint and KN came out to install. However the broadband isn't even active!!!!! Any word when I'll actually have broadband??

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Originally, your engineers were meant to fix the issue from Tuesday and it is now Saturday with no fix in place. An Openreach engineer was committed to fixing my issue yesterday according to Openreach and here we are, still no fix in place and with no committed date of a fix!

    @bt_uk A new customer can get 900mb from you for £59.99. Why can’t an existing customer get this. There wouldn’t be any equipment cost to you as I already have it. Trying to up sell packages with hybrid connect is just trying to rip off existing customers.
