@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@bt_uk Using the hub connectors but due to it being on an extension lead plug I think the signal is really weak so the tv drops out

@bt_uk absolutely disgusted by the person on the "help line". If that's what you can call it. I have never experienced someone so rude and patronising and not interested in helping. This person did not care at all. They wanted an argument.

@bt_uk Yes. It has been repeatedly cancelled by Openreach. However now spoken with them and they have asked me to DM as can solve the issue. I can give additional details once in DMs.
