@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

As if we weren’t unhappy enough with @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach over our appalling broadband speed and their non-existent ‘inspection’/follow up service we now haven’t had a working phone since the 11th and the fix date keeps getting put back and back 🤬

@bt_uk worst customer service ever. 8 hours on phone over 2 weeks trying to order broadband. Promise to call back today - don’t. No interest in helping during Covid WFH. Better just go with @SkyUK. BT not in 21st century. #believeinbetter

@GlynisKEvans @bt_uk This happened to my mum. We are in dispute at the moment but they've now admitted mum never rang them to add the sports after we demanded to hear the recording. Won't say more until we've consulted solicitors

@bt_uk well you promised me an upgrade and sent me the paperwork and I paid for it after requesting a slot in the cabinet and then you didn't upgrade me on the day you said you would and gave the slot to someone else so unless you can fix that

@bt_uk It was on 99% for over a minute. And what would you suggest re: the huge discrepancy in speed from router to device? I need more than 1mbps for work. No, wasn't given an estimate on resolution.

@bt_uk There's no point. Its not a fault. Its the best that Openreach can offer. Believe me, I've been down this route a LOT. It's what happens when you're the only company with cables in the area. They don't care.

@bt_uk Once again existing customers are being treated badly. If I were a new customer I could choose 100, 300 or 900 Gb fftp packages. As an existing customer I can only choose 900Gb #unfair
