@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@bt_uk Nothing from anyone. I don't have a complaint number (will that resolve it sooner?) I've spent hours on the phone to several operatives. I can't send via BT website. Your people know this. I notice you are still charging me for full service too. This is very poor service.

@bt_uk He didn’t ‘bad mouth’ BT. He simply clarified what I knew - that the cease & reprovide *had not been done*, that the fault should not have been closed, and that he was going to help. You are the one needing managerial oversight for misrepresenting what everyone can see you wrote.

@bt_uk It's happened 5 times in just under 60 minutes. It gets to a point where you don't answer/just hang up and that could be important work calls I'm missing. But if you engage with the scammers, they call back all the more. It needs to stop.
