They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

Aftet talking to some bloke who has tried to fob me off, told me his manager is less helpful than him, advices me on how to end my contract with BT has refused to put me through to a manager has now cut me off and blocked me. 1.

Now the past few days it’s been resetting itself constantly. Done everything recommended including buying new filters and cables. Please help
