@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@tonymc39 @btsport I've complained to @btsport about how terrible he is. His commentary for Eve WestBrom was awful, today's pearler for the penalty 'you can go to the left or right of the keeper'. Amazing insight. He is stealing a wage from BT.

Problem with @bt_uk is there are too many organisations and not enough communication. BT, Open Reach, TSG, and no one has the motivation or the authority to cut through the red tape and solve problems. Instead, content to let customers wait for weeks without broadband.

@btsport @LGUK We have been watching BT sport through the @amazonfiretv app without issue, however when trying to watch the liverpool game we keep getting error code VC019, any ideas? Updates, restarts and uninstalling all done.

@bt_uk we got a text saying engineer would be out to us between 8am and 1pm. No show and morning wasted and rang you at 1.25pm only to speak to a disinterested person. Text doesn’t guarantee attendance apparently. Lady then hung up on us. Terrible all round. Response please.
