@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@bt_uk I have Virgin Broadband but I do have BT Sport - I’ve been continually let down by Virgin Media. I am in a typically bad service area and I don’t believe BT offer fiber optic

@bt_uk My internet speed is 80mb download 20mb upload but now my internet speed is reduced, can you check it urgently. Could you solve it immediately, I have this problem every month.
