@bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

@BTCare tried online and calling can’t get through I have a vulnerable 88 year old mother with a fault on her broadband she is still shielding and a long way from me we need an engineer as I’ve tried fixing with new router still no broadband #help

@J_PaulDevine @LGUK @bt_uk We left BT broadband it was awful, never got over 10mbps went with Utility Warehouse, now it's around 26-30!

@bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@bt_uk Hilarious! I have to chair our parish council meeting on my mobile phone (not BT as there is no signal) tonight as our broadband has gone wrong again and BT won’t switch on the mini hub as I have an open order for a new hub I have been forced to get to try to restore broadband

@bt_uk already made my partner miss an online UNI EXAM and made me miss out on over a £1000 from days I’ve missed at work waiting for you, for you to never show up, and after all of this being reassured how farcical and embarrassing this is from yourselfs, the circus continues.

Absolutely awful service trying to switch to @bt_uk! Began the process in Dec, Jan 7 we were meant to be all set up— their engineers have not shown up to 5 appointments now and we’ve wasted 7 hours on hold! My mother teaches from home and we’ve been without WiFi for over a week!
