@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

@joware1 Jo, I would have preferred to have stayed with BT. However my BT Bills are going up and up and up and up! My conclusion is BT do not care about their customers. BT are a huge British company. Customer Inertia is an integral part of it's success story, @bt_uk. Sad but True!

@bt_uk You downgraded the available packages available to this house without informing the customer resulting in unusable speeds. There is nothing customer support can do. This is a systemic issue.

@bt_uk I'm not on the contract - my landlord is and I don't want to share their information but since it's an ongoing issue that a lot of people are having I'm baffled why you don't want to tell the -users- what is the issue and when you expect it to be operational again
