@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

@bt_uk I am now heading into my 3rd week with no router. 1st one never showed up and was told yesterday I would have a 2nd one sent out and would arrive today. Still no router. I am not paying my bill for a service I cannot use. I work from home and this is making it hard for me.

Utd lost due to the ref awarding an awful penalty. But let’s ignore that and just blame Maguire.

@bt_uk Nope - this is the first contact I’ve made. We haven’t done a factory reset. I’m guessing this must be some soft or hard ware issue - annoying, but I’m guessing there’s nothing we can do about it?

@SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk I’ll be coming back to you guys, much more supportive, no bs on the phone, compensation offered when dealing with delays & wifi connection issues. @SkyUK hopefully your team can manage to simply organise a cancellation of a contract and give our hard earned money back?
