@bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

@bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@bt_uk Don't know my landline no. it's never been plugged in... thought it'd just be easier to ask than try to remember which account no. I need to log in - an old account still showing, BT mobile, or broadband - all just strings of letters and numbers with no hint as to which is which!

@bt_uk I did report it to Talk Talk and they decided the problem (which also affects Three's network) is inside my house! Looking forward to the visit from the engineer they are sending (at my expense) when he realises he's wasting his time.

@bt_uk is there no contact number for technical help? Ive been trying to get help since 9am not had a call back and need the issue fixing for work ? It’s an easy fix but you have no live chat or anything

@bt_uk Had trouble forwarding it, so had to copy the text into a separate message & send it to 7726, so decided to block this number on my mobile. Hope this doesn’t cause a problem re. Security authorisations on my BT account. It would be nice to know genuine BT numbers for my Contacts.

Terrible customer service from both @RoyalMail and @bt_uk today leaving me without internet, on hold for 30minutes and no guarantee of when my router will arrive then @bt_uk suggesting that I just 'use my mobile data' to work from home! I know it's first world problems but still!
