@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

Has anyone else noticed the @bt_uk broadband advert which, during a time when people are losing jobs and struggling financially, they suggest that even the people who can log in from home should fear losing their job to "the intern" if their connection is poor. Tone deaf.

Dear @bt_uk my mum is currently self isolating and in her 70’s. Her phone and internet lines are down and due back online after Christmas. She was promised a 4g hub but hasn’t received it and has difficulty getting a mobile signal at home. What can we do to help?

Still struggling to get anywhere with @bt_uk despite promises to fix the fault for my elderly patients - today the engineers haven’t turned up! Fed up with hollow promises and poor service!. No phone since Monday! An absolute disgrace! Anyone on here know #philipjansen the CEO?
