    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

    Thanks for messing me about @bt_uk As a customer of yours for last 10 years you sent my new hub to someone else’s address. Then tell me to contact @RoyalMail to get it diverted which they didn’t! Luckily the neighbours kept it with the intention of returning it to yourselves. Smh

    @PeteLomasPi @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp well, they did actually come and fix the severed fibre yesterday… but my CPE/OTU/fibre modem thingy still isn’t connecting.

    @andysc @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I remember my own horror when my fiber to the home in Kingston Upon Thames with Virgin stopped working and i called them and they told me to expect someone in 6 weeks. When I lived in NYC, similar problem addressed same day! Whazzup UK?

    @andysc @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Since they are eventually (I hope) going to need to come out to fix it - why not just ask you where you are and come and fix it. How hard can it be (very it seems).

    @bt_uk It’s fine it’s all sorted now But it doesn’t solve the battery back up problem. It’s a complete and utter waste of money

    @bt_uk Wasnt an excellent sunday, monday or tuesday due to the fact that I have been without my broadband and tv services for 8 consecutive days now. But you crack on eh, am just another lowly customer
