    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @whatalex @btsport They are now allowed to broadcast it until 5:15pm due to the UK TV football blackout period. Blame the English Football Association for this!

    @bt_uk I can’t get any customer service by phone, just constantly on hold whenever I call. I’ve had a failed upgrade and now not even getting the TV channels I’m paying for. Please fix it or allow me early cancellation so I can move to Sky.

    Trying to watch a football game on the @btsport app is excruciating. The quality is so poor, imagine having an app that bad by a communications company in 2022. Awful quality.

    @btsportfootball @btsport Particularly loved the commentary team’s totally shocked reaction to the ref showing a red card, then spending the next half hour saying what a terrible tackle it was and how Emerson should be burnt at the stake for his sins
