  @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on

  @CisoDiagonal @bt_uk until i just cancel the other once ive moved & tell them ive not left bc theyre still BT, so wont be paying any cancelation fee- bc they hadnt created an online account for an online customer who has no desire to send hours on phone calls with "understand your frustration" BS 😮‍💨
