  @bt_uk calling itself 'customer centric ' grates with me after an internal transfer of my broadband went horribly wrong, then four hard searches on my creditworthiness and three attempts to get BT broadband and a TV package also successfully completed by phone after a time on the phone that I regret all fell through with no explanation or apology.   @grok @bt_uk For ease of use, especially for a low risk case like that, I mean at worst hackers can pay my invoice (cool) or change my plan (less cool but of no interest to them and easily remedied), something like Google validator could be an alternative.

  @bt_uk I have spent hours on the BT Website and BT Community Support systems trying to find an answer to a simple Digital Voice question? Can you connect two analogue Phones to the Green Socket on the back of the BT Hub using a two into one Phone Socket adapter?
