@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

@bt_uk My @btsport channels are coming up with an IPC6007 error saying there is a problem and you can't show them. There's a phone number it advises to call - but when I do, it disconnects as 'out of hours'. Not really ideal.
