  Shocking customer service from @bt_uk internet deactivated Monday because they got our moving day wrong despite being told numerous times it had moved. Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

  @bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

  @btbusinesscare Whys you smarthub 2 wifi performance so horrific today? Is there a known issue at the moment, or have you pushed new firmware overnight or something which has broken it? Nothing in my setup has changed, but every one of my wifi devices is constantly disconnecting/reconnecting???

  Common sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

  @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

  @bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?   @bt_uk . Online Radio Stations based in Wigan and St Helens and Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea have also gone out at random times so it's in multiple areas as well are BT even on the problem fixing why the whole countries internet is going out at random times at the moment?

  @bt_uk I haven’t been able to access my account or log in on the BT app for days/weeks despite following instructions to change user name etc. the system sucks. Can’t through on the phone How do I get my bills if I can’t log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.
