Hi @bt_uk a bit of a problem we have chucked away the return sticker that was attached to our new fibre hub to send the old bit box back is is possible you can send another one so we can get it back to you. Cheers.

Annnnd the @bt_uk @BTGroup comedy show continues. Promises if callbacks from exec customer team that don't happen. Then to top it all off. I'm charged for the services that they have not delivered. I might have to use BT as a case study on how NOT to do customer service.

@bt_uk What is the best way to raise a complaint? Ordered an internet upgrade months ago and have been given 4 dates when Open Reach/Kelly group were going to come. Not turned up once and not a call to say they won’t be coming. I can’t keep taking days off work for a laugh! 😡🤬

@bt_uk This is ridiculous. I have had nothing but problems and issues since I purchased the plan. Changed it from what is on hub to something I will remember however I don’t understand now why it’s kicking me off my own WiFi and stating incorrect. Now it’s dancing blue and green...

@bt_uk Hi there. Broadband off/on all day and now no service for 1 hour. No faults in area or with service test, other than ‘We’re doing some work – that could be the problem’. How can I find out what’s going on with the connection/service?

wonder if @MartinSLewis can help me with some advice. @bt_uk have extended my contract (added 24 months) without actually talking to me or me confirming, I was going to switch provider due to poor speeds, but now im not sure I can coz I beleive im being held hostage by them.

Now forced to use my #EE mobile data as my @bt_uk has kicked me off my own WiFi and is stating the password I create is incorrect. Truly had enough. Where do I complain? Which team switches me to a company who is actually going to care for their customers and over decent service

@bt_uk I have been 3 weeks now with my Btinternet email account down and disabled. No one is fixing it. I am promised calls back by your tier 2 teams. No one has called. I am calling daily and no one is helping me. I am missing essential communication and bills. It’s a disgrace
