  @Vanarama @TheVanaramaNL @btsport Revenue should be shared, otherwise it's just a way for club owners with much higher PR profile, for example film stars with documentaries behind them, to fund accleration out of the league.   @bt_uk So nothing is going to be done. A months notice to start new service & couldn’t even manage with that. Lol terrible

  @bt_uk Well thanks but You could give her unlimited data & it wouldn’t help much, despite your coverage maps saying otherwise, to make a call on her mobile she has to virtually hang out of her living room window. This also leaves her with no tv because all her tv is via streaming.

  @bt_uk No one answering the DMs. Phone not working for over a week. No one at BT seems to know what the problem is. Ridiculous! My mom relied on the landline as she is 84. 😠

  @Vanarama @TheVanaramaNL @btsport And if the live product isn't that much better than the streaming one, maybe the club/league needs to look at what it can do to improve the live customer experience

  @Vanarama @TheVanaramaNL @btsport It's such stupid, narrow, antiquated thinking to believe that people won't go to games if they can stream them. And it's impossible for clubs to grow outside of their often tiny local markets.

  @btsport @bt_uk Maybe Philip Jansen needs to pay more attention to improving the website so we can easily sign up for extras like BT Sport. The website takes you round in circles and then just gives three bouncing *****. For a technology/communication company it's very poor.
