    @bt_uk @RedJesus65 Hey Bt what is going on with you guys...the systens are always playing up cant login bad request and cant even raise a complaint as your status says sorry wr cant upload your complaint right now your service and products are awful been a customer for years totally fed up

    @bt_uk my mother phone line has a fault and it is not working I have brought new phones and this has not changed the issue. I need help as my mum has dementia.

    @bt_uk Not to mention I now have the inconvenience of having to post back your faulty product from a post office (are there any left in London?) Instead of your engineer just taking it. Why do I as a customer have to work for you?

    @bt_uk What is the point of having different methods to Contact BT if the ONLY method that can resolve a problem is a Telephone Number you must call!
