@ChrisPJGodfrey My thoughts exactly, its rich talking about money and bad owners when they have taken money from them. £100 a month for BTSport and Sky to watch games is crazy, not to mention the proposed £14.99 per a game

@bt_uk We are due to come over to you this week and I’m already disgusted at the service we have received !! @OpenreachHelp have left my drive looking horrific !! There is a Scar there .. your engineer clearly stated it would be done properly and not mismatched and it’s not !!

So now I’m going to have to spend all day phoning @bt_uk and @EE to try and find someone to give me some kind of internet for the next 2 weeks. One of then better sort this today #awfulservice #unhappycustomer #complaint

@bt_uk Dear BT, we've just been informed, 4-months on, that you now need to dig up the road. Surely that assessment could have been established within the week? Sorry, but you wouldn't survive 2 minutes within the SME world with this level of service.

Been told to use BT hotspots. But can’t actually connect to anything. Also can’t use hotspots to watch my firestick or now tv box. So they are of no help to me. How can I cancel @bt_uk and look else where. Yeah they have been nothing but trouble since I’ve signed up to them

@bt_uk It's cheaper just to plug your mobile phone into your computer as a hotspot. BT offered to supplement our 3MBPS 'broadband' service (which runs over copper that was put in by the General Post Office) with an £80 box. But you can get the same throughput for £20 from your mobile
