@bt_uk Hi, we are due to switch to you on Monday 6th, our current internet is shockingly bad (2 mbps bad) if I connect your router early and the hybrid connect will the hybrid connect work? It's got to be better than what we've got now. Thanks

@bt_uk Internet is going off every night for no reason and has been for weeks. Can’t check the service on your site without a landline number which we don’t have and your portal doesn’t work so we can’t check a bill for it. You need to allow service checks by postcode! Piss take

Big shout out to @bt_uk for charging us £40 extra for a tv box that has never been despatched from them 👍🏻 after it took them a month to figure out which box to “send” because they don’t know their own products

@bt_uk It seemed a bit like a scam because his first line of sales pitch was to complain about BT for not sending out letters, he then wanted my the etc so he could send the complaint to the right department at BT. Obviously I didn't give him details and he left.
