    @bt_uk Not resolved at all. Closed my complaint without an explanation of why I had been charged incorrectly. Nor did they answer any of my other questions. Disgusting response to a complaint about why you are charging for something I do not have.

    Not even with @bt_uk and they are THEEE worst. On the phone for 40mins only to get through and told you've come through to the wrong dept and call the other number... The one I'm calling on?? Absolute piss take. Might as well cancel. @bt_uk don't want any new customers clearly

    Moving house with us is easy say @bt_uk give us at least 2 weeks notice they say. I gave you 6 weeks and I have nothing. I complained, and that was closed without a resolution!

    Starting to get really hacked off with @bt_uk now how hard can it be to upgrade from fibre 1 to fibre 2 Allegedly all you need to do is flick a switch? . So why have i waited nearly 2wks ?Then you cancel my order, place another order, promise me it will be on in next 48 hrs? 🤬

    @bt_uk Ya bullshit been going in all day since 9 and even wen they went up couldn't get on the page ya nice 1 all retailers and now ye could say a lot of bad words but il not frustrating especially wen I'm paying the money I'm paying to use yer service joke
