    @bt_uk Still not a single word on what’s going on? You’re aren’t providing any customer service you are trying to create barriers to information. Will I be credited for a) this lack of service and b) the shocking customer experience?

    @bt_uk All that’s done is change the supposed fix time from 16:00 today to 08:00 tomorrow? You carry ads for your “unbreakable wifi” and yet I’m going 22 hours with out any wifi and not one word yet on why?

    @bt_uk 1.45 on call so far to the WORST customer service. Trying to get a PAC to leave this dire service, and keep getting told I am being put on hold, and instead they just divert me to another caller. Now on my 6th person! beyond a joke!
