    @bt_uk For those unable to play along in Welsh, I was complaining for the nth time about getting bt sport to cast successfully to a chrome stick. Never have problems with any other casting app.

    @bt_uk Thanks Catherine, I think it's mainly the inferior @YouViewSupport platform that's the main issue. There are many people that have had similar failed recordings and who've asked to have the option of manually scheduling a recording. My previous BT Youview box did the same too.

    @bt_uk @Leegend90 Damn same thing happened to me I contacted support for almost two weeks and all I got wasautomated robot replies, not until I got recommended to @ Multitask_support on who got it fixed in a few hours

    @ScrumpyDaniel Glad it’s not just me. It’s usually flawless. I’ve tried it on two Apple TV’s. Got one upstairs and downstairs and both do the same @btsportfootball @btsport can you fix this please. Ultimate not working on Apple TV.
