    Got a deadlock letter from @bt_uk , the contents of the letter are wrong. Meanwhile, they have taken yet MORE money out my bank that I was told wouldnt happen. Their CEO and ombudsman will be contacted. The worst customer service I have ever received. The lies are unbelievable.

    @bt_uk Please do something about your awful ‘hold’ music. Just spent 20 minutes having dance music blasting at me. Surely a company the size of BT can offer a choice of hold music?
