Part of my complaint is the amount of time wasted trying to sort your error out. The onus is on you to show some customer service and have the decency to contact me following my complaint.

Tubularswells (@Tubularswells) reported@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp unacceptable 7+ day broadband outage. Newborn at home, baby monitor offline, clear vulnerability risk. Already diagnosed fault. Need urgent escalation, 4G backup and review for full fibre upgrade. Considering switching provider.

Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged £50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!
