@bt_uk my broadband down for more than a week-but no action by BT. Frustrated. Unable to work from home. Appalled by poor customer service :(

@bt_uk Turns out the appointment isn’t happening this week so I have lost another days wage due to your screw up, the replacement package was incorrect and booked for next week without my consent. Absolutely terrible service from BT.

@bt_uk Phones (and an engineer visit) have been ordered today but that does not replicate what she currently has and is used to using. Also leaves her without a usable landline for at least 3 days. The best solution for her is to reverse the change.
