@bt_uk Thanks for the message, the reason I didn’t follow this up was because another member of the household spoke to BT customer service on the phone and since then everything has been okay.

  • hollynett Holly (@hollynett) reported

@bt_uk Still no Internet… and it’s Wednesday, the day we were told our service would be restored by “at the latest”. When is close of play for your engineers?

  • Bob89Shiska ShiskaBob89 (@Bob89Shiska) reported

@bt_uk @bt_uk The answer you DMed me is old information and in no way advanced the resolution of this issue. No Manager is due to call me, please look at this properly.

  • _rob_p_ Robin Phillips (@_rob_p_) reported

@bt_uk I’ve ordered a 4G hub and booked another engineer appointment. Please don’t cancel them this time

  • DanielsJet Jeanette Daniels (@DanielsJet) reported

@bt_uk I’ve been waiting all day for a call back and a call comes to my landline rings once and then hangs up! (17 May Complaint ref: VOL013-587562504305 A manager please call before 2pm today) still waiting! My notes say call my mobile!

@bt_uk As a shareholder and a customer, I would prefer you to concentrate on your core business ! Jumping on bandwagons is neither big nor clever.

  • TinManVlogger TinMan 🏍💨🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TinManVlogger) reported

@jamclarkey @markwilkinson1 @bt_uk So if the end user doesn’t require or want a more expensive fibre service They will be made to move as they will no longer have a phone service ? So if that’s the case would it be considered that they are being forced to a more expensive service just to have a home phone ?

  • jamclarkey James (@jamclarkey) reported

@TinManVlogger @markwilkinson1 @bt_uk I believe the deployment strategy for Digital phones 1st moving those customers who are on a full fibre service. There's another Openreach programme that introduces copper stop sells when a fibre services becomes over 75% available. Meaning end users will need to move onto fibre

  • agaraba3 agaraba (@agaraba3) reported

@bt_uk who should I contact to request pay phone box removal that is not working and damaged, thanks

  • tonyrlockhart Tony Lockhart (@tonyrlockhart) reported

@bt_uk Please, why won’t you help my parents like you repeatedly say you will? My father has dementia, my mother has no idea what to do. You’re charging them £60-80 per month for a rip off tariff. You say you’ll send them account and tariff info so we can sort it, you never do.
