@DTSFA @bt_uk It went off in Poole about 11:00 this morning and it’s still off now. I’m inclined to be grumpy about it, but to be fair this is the only outage I can remember in the last 5 years or so, maybe longer.

@bt_uk cut services off even though given plenty of notice Not to, by 2Staff. @OpenreachHelp #openreach do not work at weekend to help the PBIS team to fix, reconnect their service error. 11days to reconnect the errors & compensation OpenReach is a cartel.

Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

@bt_uk Moved house, you failed to instal broadband on the right date. Then constant cut out of broadband. Engineers missed every appointment you end up paying £25 for each missed appointment. You gave me £125. Then had an extra line put it. Your system cancelled the order.

@bt_uk The only way this represents a step forward is if the pricing is aggressively low. I have BT Broadband and BT Mobile and because of use case, I pay a lot for capacity I do not use all the time. TBF, Broadband issues generally sorted quickly.
