    @bt_uk Hi, still huge problems with BTID and BT email. This has been going on for weeks. Endless phone calls, nothing ever gets fixed. What is going on? Who do I speak to to get this fixed?

    @bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.

    @bt_uk What are you doing to help stop fraudulent BT and EE scam offers reaching your own customers? These are becoming more frequent sometimes multiple ones in a day.

    @bt_uk why is your sales team pushing an elderly person with parkinsons to sign up for a new service. I will be calling tonight to sort this. Not happy

    @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

    @bt_uk Hi, I have just signed in to the BT account and the last bill says (Final bill). Next to the BT account No it says (Inactive). I was in credit and this was sent to my bank account. So I'm guessing its ok to cancel.
