    @bt_uk shambolic service cancel your order without telling and then leave key workers without Internet access and then expect you to wait another week seriously wished had stays with Sky

    @Mr_JamieCoot @bt_uk Go to utility warehouse absolutely brilliant mate. I had BT dreadful and customer service totally non existent

    @bt_uk The problem is that parental controls need to be on 24/7 but the games need to be blocked during the day only. Homework time currently blocks the social platforms used for conference calls which everyone needs so doesn’t allow for home schooling.

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Can anyone help please install cancelled AGAIN ! Now I’m going to lose my job and it’s all your fault. You’ve been installing this since 24/12/2020 and this is the 4th failure as no one has turned up.

    Does anyone else have problems with Apple devices connecting to BT Broadband? My speed test tells me the data is fine. However social media, apps and browsers struggle to stay connected and often show "no internet connection." Not a problem on Android devices. @bt_uk @Apple
