    @bt_uk another night of broken bt sports not activated so missing footy again and weekend with motogp still and cant watch on demand or play a mp game as broadbands down again. funny how earlier today i was liar for months but yet again the engineer desk find faulty again :(

    @bt_uk you lot are hopeless. On hold for about 45 mins for some tool to answer and just say hello 20 times and hang up.

    @bt_uk In touch with customer services Friday 2nd over an insane charge of £35 for my son going over his 24gb allowance by 0.3mb. Told by BT rep that we could get a better deal by switching to EE. Sims arrived today, PAC codes hadn’t been registered 1/2
