    @btsport Why are we being force fed anonymous female presenters/ former pub league footballers for analysis? This is Man's Football...they do the Women's already. It's bad enough listening to Rio Ferdinand trying to join up syllables. It's time to make things believable again.

    @bt_uk Was promised an engineer would come and fix our purple flashing light on our hub TODAY. Just received a message to say “job complete” when nobody has been here! Reached out to BT who are now saying there is no engineer available. We work from home. Shocking company. @bt_uk

    Very disappointed in @bt_uk My elderly neighbour moved on 27th Jul, giving 3 weeks notice. Due to issues I don’t understand, this transfer failed. 4 calls to BT later, to be told that her line won’t connect until 17th Aug. This delay is worrying her resulting in sleepless nights

    I have no internet for the next 4 days because @bt_uk refuse to fix my internet. I'm now having to use my data because that is running faster than their service. I can't even do my own work because of this. All because they refuse to send out an engineer until Wednesday. Typical!

    @bt_uk I’m trying to put the Big Sports pack back on, however when trying to online it’s saying that I just renew for 2years + Netflix and I don’t want either. Any help just to put it back on for the duration of contract (end of next month), thanks.
