    @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness how are businesses supposed to operate at the weekend if your support is unavailable. My business sim is no longer functioning and there’s nothing on any of my account details to tell me why. I’ve been a customer 8-ish weeks and it’s been a nightmare

    @bt_uk Terrible customer service, my friend has just moved home with her mother who has dementia, her father has Covid and you are ignoring her! She’s been told now you can’t connect her broadband for weeks. What about her job?! #disgrace
