    Would love @bt_uk to explain to me why they slow my internet down to barely usable, if not completely unusable, at night time, every night. Definitely don’t pay these prices to get switched off.

    @bt_uk BT got to say is crap my WIFI goes off every day pain in arse and iv had to take extra data on my phone because of this so like guy before u must owe me hundreds to oh an yes was reported apparently it’s working fine if I wasent tied in for 24 months I’d b off 👿

    @bt_uk I have written letters...Emails...hours of calls...and 2 members of your team who promised to call back and did not. Thank you for your offer but I no longer have faith in BT customer service

    @bt_uk Joe in Enniskillen and Tom Woods in Belfast deserve a pay raise as far as I'm concerned, both top lads who have actually done as they have said they would, never ***********, never lied, always called/messaged me back. Can you let thier bosses know??

    @btbusinesscare I’ve had no update. The experience with BT has been awful. Speaking to people in sales is easy trying to talk to someone in customer support is a nightmare. I have cancelled my order to go with XLN.
