@matthew_goss @bt_uk @MailOnline You are deluded if you think the police force will be able to come out and check if someone has got safely home. That money needs to be spent on mitigating the systemic issue of male violence and fixing the criminal justice system. BT are asking for funding - ie from Gov.

@bt_uk This morning it has been working for 10-30 mins then the router starts flashing orange. Sometimes the fix this option on the landing page works, other times it just says to call the number where it says all the areas with faults.

Hey Twitter hive mind: Is there a cost-effective, fast broadband provider with good customer service out there? Been with @BTCare for years. Every time they let me down they assure me an upgrade will sort out my issues. I currently pay a fortune for BT Halo+ which is dismal.

@bt_uk Internet down again! And no explanation for it. Again. Telling us to check our download speeds is not the answer. Even when it's up, it's still v slow. Do us the honour of explaining what the problems are rather than sticking your la la ears in.

@bt_uk It was supposed to be fixed on the 18.9.21 7 road closures by @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp in the recent weeks and the lines are still broken. Every time they try to fix it they give another neighbour a fault. £1600 to close the road each time plus engineer costs!!
