  @btbusinesscare Hey BT, Not sure how to reach out. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.

  @CarersUK @bt_uk What I don't understand is now @bt_uk are moving people to VOIP (because that's what it is) they still have that idea that you can only have an hour free even though if you hang up at 59 minutes and call again it remains free. It feels like a trap.

  @bt_uk your service is SO appalling. Elderly relative who depends on landline without phone line for 5 DAYS and you have totally failed to fix within the promised time. Formal complaint coming. Poor, poor, poor 👎

  @bt_uk I've now raised a formal complaint with BT. I have the emails and now a screenshot of an Openreach build status map for the Newport on Tay exchange showing we don't have plans to build any further in this area.!

  Shock @bt_uk has another outage after saying they fixed the issue… I need recommendations for another provider because this contract is getting terminated.

  @bt_uk Since updating their operating system, I have on recent months 1st had problems logging into my BT a/c now for the 2nd time in Europe end up using all my free mobile data as I cannot connect here in France.

  @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

  @btbusinesscare why can I not get to speak to anyone at BT Business Local in Lincoln? The system keeps not putting me thru & then saying theirs a fault? Given I have an ongoing complaint & still no solution is this deliberate?
