Just received a bill for £0.00 from @bt_uk for an unspecified service. Can't find out what it is online because I do not have a BT "ID" & I can't get one because I'm not a BT customer. Online chat apparently not being staffed today. Having one of those days I wish would be over!

I think I need a new broadband my @btsport is freezing all the time and I'm missing way too many football matches... Not paying my bail this month & I'm going to a decent service!!! @BT sucks!!!

Anyone else having issues with @btsport constantly crashing when watching football online on a laptop? BBC iplayer worked fine last night for the whole game but bt crashes every 15 mins.

@bt_uk He said the green box fibre optic is broken outside, and didn’t give me a date when it was going to be fixed and also didn’t tell me today he was arriving so I guess it’s another surprise visit next time which I don’t know when it will be , issue is still on going not fixed

@Ofcom @bt_uk Why do cancellation fees apply if a person has moved house? They don't apply for any other services. Why is BT allowed to get away with this practice? The new house does not have a BT phoneline. They don't provide service to that address.

@bt_uk Ello, some guy came to fix someone’s WiFi over the road, went up the pole sorted some wires - our internet went off for 5 minutes and we’ve gone from 65 down and 20 upload to 6 down 6 up... 😒 whats happening.
