When you get through to @bt_uk and get the BEST customer advisor ever. Honestly, this lady is amazing. She's opened a complaint and is actively trying to fix my line. Super polite it's really refreshing to chat to someone who wants to help. Diamond worker you've got there.

  • OwenGerrard6 Owen Gerrard (@OwenGerrard6) reported

@bt_uk No my original problem was it was just not booting up now it won't update

  • Simply_Kirsten Kirsten (@Simply_Kirsten) reported

@bt_uk Apparently the issue is getting fixed on Tuesday 14th December. It’s been going on since October apparently. I knew absolutely nothing about it. Surely if there’s a massive outage customers should be told?

  • iancharris Ian (@iancharris) reported

@Stuart_Linnell @btsport I watched the first session in the first two days but at lunch last night I was thoroughly depressed and fully expect us to already be fighting to save the test by stumps tonight. I can see us getting back to close to parity with 5 or 6 wickets down.

  • MattJ343 Matt J (@MattJ343) reported

Watching losing Ashes tests is bad enough but listening to Fox Sports commentary is too much. #btsport #Ashes2021

  • ENG2Stars1Day Just a (50 year old) Nottingham Lad🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@ENG2Stars1Day) reported

@btsport The standard of the coverage is really poor compared with Sky I am afraid. Looks and feels cheap and very second rate.

  • Promediate1 Promediate (@Promediate1) reported

@bt_uk The engineer installed the service. This was on Tuesday. Turned up without second person so came back. Left without turning hub on. I reported fault and told will be by Monday but no confidence it will be sorted as no indication of problem.

  • joannevickers Joanne Vickers 💙🎓 (@joannevickers) reported

@MrNSmithPE @btsport Jesus Christ; if it’s isn’t bad enough getting up at dumbass o clock having to listen to Shane warne is dreadful. At least they keep dubbing over Vaughan

  • LeeMarkDavies Lee Davies (with an e) (@LeeMarkDavies) reported

Watching England in the #ASHES is going to be bad enough, but watching on #BTSport’s abysmal coverage is going to be like cricketing purgatory. I’ve paid to watch Aussie TV’s coverage of #AUSvENG because BT cannot be bothered to do it properly.

  • ben_vello Ben Vello (@ben_vello) reported

As sporting coverage of a massive event goes, this is as bad as it gets. Get cricket off @btsport Shocking.
