One of those really bad tech days where everything I touch goes breaks . Compounded by @wfcouncil having a couple of cowboys dig up a road right next to my @bt_uk box thus screwing up my internet

@bt_uk Thank you but no there were not. The problem is still the same. It is affecting the neighbourhood (or at least those in immediate vicinity). I have reported this to BT. IT is also affecting other networks too (to my knowledge). It is not showing as a fault when line tested

@bt_uk but there were works being carried out by @AffinityWater outside around the time connection issues began. I also understand that @OpenreachHelp changed the telecommunications pole that links to our properties around this time too
