just warning if you are going to sign up to @btbroadband or @btsport - they will sign you up for 2 years - and when you need to cancel for life reasons, like leaving the country or moving to somewhere you can't have BT - they pretty much charge you the remainder of the contract!

@BethanMW @bt_uk for me it took BT five goes including a disconnection of working service totally out of the blue, after 2 weeks of 40+min phone queues and speaking to people who weren't capable or empowered to help, BT finally re-connected me. If you can, take your business elsewhere.

@bt_uk I spoke to an advisor today after the 2nd engineer this week didn't bother to turn up. She said the complaint had been escalated and to expect a call between 2-4 today.
