@bt_uk @Gemlovers Hi, we have been assured that this ongoing issue has been fixed, however still having major issues. The hub works briefly every now and again but is still mostly on the flashing purple light. Its been about 10 days now.

Anyone else having problems with @bt_uk emails? They bounced a 3/12/20 email at 02.45 this morning - one of several bounced weeks after they should have been delivered.

@bt_uk It says ongoing issues resolved at 5:03pm, not been working since 11am. I’m working from home, I need the internet ASAP and haven’t been able to work all afternoon which is not great at all!

@bt_uk Ash, I have still yet to get a call back on this complaint. I have not had my contract reverted & the 14 day cooling off period will soon expire. I’ve filled out a webform to cancel as well #210202-000714. Having been a customer of BTs over last 10 yrs I’m pretty disappointed. V

@bt_uk 12 missed engineer visits, escalation has done **** all and I’ve been without internet for over a month. Please get someone to call me ASAP who can actually help.
