Incompetent engineers & incompetent staff esp Suzanne Perry supposed to be consumer-resolutionteam. Misnomer if ever there was one. Almost enjoying detailing it all for my complaint.

Scott Murphy (@smurphy720) reported@bt_uk Had FTTC installed today, keeps disconnecting with flashing orange light. Done trouble shooter and quiet line test. Noise during quiet line test. Unhelpful engineer and live chat. Sync below expected range and 3mbit above hand back. Help!
