    Just had a call from somebody claiming to be from @bt_uk telling me my IP address is public and being used for gambling and other bad things. Guessing this is a scam or maybe they’re concerned about my £1 loss on the 2.30 at Worcester 🏇🏻

    @bt_uk It says I have to pay,why should I pay for extra Internet when we pay a lot for what we have now that doesn't work? I'm sorry but nearly 3 days with interest is a joke.

    @stigwasdumped @ukcolumn @bt_uk I went into next door on their machine makes you wonder though eh? i've kept the logs and will have to go thru what caused it later on when i close down later on some seriously shocking things in todays news - esp that poor girl in USA 😳

    @btbusinesscare I need to change my business phone line to residential, but so far no one at BT has been able to help, redirected to someone in Scotland but he gave up. Don't give me a phone number as auto redirection doesn't work. I could change provider if that is easier.

    @bt_uk @mr8man Unable to access BT Mail either. Either using web or via the App. No errors, just doesn’t load
