@btbusinesscare I wouldn't call having to refer my issues to the Communications Ombudsman "resolved".

  • Martin756901511 Teddy (@Martin756901511) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

Hi @bt_uk, I moved in my new house two weeks today and I still have no internet and your doing nothing to fix it. I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.

  • CraigSumner9 Craig Sumner (@CraigSumner9) reported

@MichaelVaughan @bt_uk Tell them your cancelling the contract and cancel payments that will get their attention

  • B0BF0551l BobFossil (@B0BF0551l) reported

@bt_uk moved my mother over to your social tariff and as obligated she has returned her Wi-Fi disk as whole home Wi-Fi is not included. Can you STOP threatening to charge her £30 as you have not received the Wi-Fi disk? She sent it back ages ago… your chaos is not her problem…

  • IrishAndy085 irish andy (@IrishAndy085) reported

@bt_uk Well the engineer didn’t turn up today for starters and I have 3 screenshots of my internet still not working with speed tests

  • Charicific_TCG Charicific Valley (@Charicific_TCG) reported

@bt_uk went through the diagnostic bot and been advised my service is down until the 7th of December surely that’s not right I can’t access broadband or tv channels for a whole week?

  • GStebbs1981 Dave Stebbing (@GStebbs1981) reported

@bt_uk I have an unresolved complaint that has been going on since September for an issue that is about 5 MONTHS old!!! No-one at BT appears to care that I am paying for a service they cannot provide nor are they advising when it will be fixed. CAN ANYONE HELP?

  • SammieHudson93 Sammie Hudson (@SammieHudson93) reported

@bt_uk soooo, we’ve signed up for an internet package that’s due to start tomorrow. Problem is that you’ve only dispatched the router today via Royal Mail and they are striking today and tomorrow. So when exactly am I going to have internet now?!?!

  • Clear_Capture NealR (@Clear_Capture) reported

@bt_uk who can I contact at BT OpenReach to escalate my fttp issue? I've got a new build property, and I'm the only address that cannot request an fttp service. It's been 2 weeks already...

  • RoisinGrasby Róisín Grasby (@RoisinGrasby) reported

1/2 For anyone considering leaving @bt_uk and moving to @virginmedia , DON'T. I've now lost a full days work (and counting) due to WiFi issues and the "response" to my complaint was a generic one, detailing steps that I'd already said I'd done.
