    So I’ve been waiting on the line for two hours to try and report my parents fault with @bt_uk. First phone call, the individuals signal was dropping out. Second one (after another 45 minutes, can’t see on his systems if priority been activated.

    @bt_uk The wi-fi isn't the issue. The BT exchange only line which only supports up to 2mbps is the problem. When are you solving that problem?

    @bt_uk I took the viewing card out of my sky box, put it back now when I try and buy the UFC it says the viewing cards invalid? Can you help!?

    @bt_uk This is not true as the customer service representative told me they are only attending to people without a connection so again this is lies! My complaint has gone past this due to the rudeness and unprofessional manner of the BT staff!!!

    @bt_uk is there a reason for the random drops of service today in the London area? Makes it hard to do work online if the service drops while connected to server.
