    @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Holy ****. I knew you’d had an issue but that’s unreal. Just build costs of your time and inconvenience into the estimates. Or simply include an invoice for your time and services.

    @bt_uk learn how to manage an account database. not being able to change the e-mail address back when you changed it in error... thats some high school level computer problem, not a real one in the real world for a megacorp.

    @bt_uk can’t access my account either by app or website. Called customer services 5/6 times still not working .

    @bt_uk someone has usurped your service providing to me and you dealt with it using poor communication with insufficient information for anything to be done.... i shouldnt have to spend 4-8 hours each month ensuring you did your job. a job which btw i did in my 20s without mistakes.

    @eventhestarsuk @bt_uk sign up as new customer with the missus or someone else in house.... btw for around same price we get virgin with sport movies telly top speed internet & netflix

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet has been down all day and it's driving me crazy. I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.

    @Walesguy2 @bt_uk BT can't fix this. Many customers have had this problem, I'm one of them. They hope you will give up.
