    @StokeyyG2 @martynziegler Never paid to watch champions league since it was first on btsport. Started out as a deal with sky for an £5 a month. Then increased to £10 then £30. Been streaming it since

    @btbusinesscare please push for @WeAreOpenreach to fix the lines. There are only 4 houses down. They are saying 15. The telegraph pole is ***** and intact. It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.

    @bt_uk my broadband has been awful for months now, you guarantee 23mb & last night I had 1.8, how is this right when you’re still charging me the same?

    @btbusinesscare hi just to let you know I've been hanging on trying to get help with new handsets that were meant to be activated 23/12. We are a small tailoring business and our customers are telling us verbally our number isn't working. I've been waiting for more than 35 mins.
