I guess its another day on the mobile phone (thankfully Vodafone) chasing the elusive BT Cloud Voice team, for another update. why do BT think this is acceptable?

6igantuar (@6igantuar) reportedI'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

Duncan Anderson ππβ‘οΈπ€ (@duncsand) reportedI called @bt_uk to cancel a service we're not using. The "guide" put me on hold for ages, then the line went dead, followed by an automated SMS asking what I thought of the service. Not very good is the answer!

Online Radio Stations based in Wigan and St Helens and Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea have also gone out at random times so it's in multiple areas as well are BT even on the problem fixing why the whole countries internet is going out at random times at the moment?
