    @bt_uk No that’s not correct, there has been no delay, the order says completed your end. The phone call resulted in guessing it could be the router so told wait until a new one is delivered and see if that works which will be Tuesday. I’ve asked for an engineer or help but was refused

    @bt_uk A week after the activation date, my broadband connection is still not working. Spoken to your support team a few times and they keep promising that they will send a technician to fix. Nothing yet.
