@jeremyway @btsport @SkySports Doesn’t have to mirror, but fundamentally has to be a change to get round that kick off time issues. DTC offers a broadcast solution of sorts but early ko times don’t matter if you can’t actually access the stadium at that time because a lower level men’s team has a home game

Hi Alan, and everyone @btbusinesscare Having had a break, decided to renew contact with BT re our ongoing complaint, and attempted to reengage with the FTTP upgrade already agreed. Everyone I've spoken to has been charming, but promised follow-up phone calls just don't happen 😡

@bt_uk Could you please provide me with a direct telephone number to your customer services for me to contact on behalf of a resident. Everything is website or email based which is not helpful for residents who need to speak first hand. The service to the public is rather poor.

@bt_uk can you tell me how I can contact someone quite senior please to get my issues resolved. I'm now entering week 4 without a stable internet connection and i'm fed up of speaking to people who cannot give me an accurate update on my fault status. Completely unacceptable.

@btsportmotogp @gavinemmett Unfortunately I can no longer watch motogp on btsport as a pensioner I cannot afford the £20 a month so had to cancel it. Very sad.
