    @bt_uk I have been passed around for 2 hours between different teams to get a new hub. I get a different answer every time. I have a message from the first one saying a new hub will be sent he just needs to put me through to the tech team. Please can someone HELP

    @bt_uk No la ndline for 12 hrs and Busy message on mobile device. Id BT rolling out a new service. Hub has a yellow dot.

    Finally, a customer service employee from @bt_uk is taking ownership of my complaint. Apologies offered by her. I have requested a timeline of everything to identify human error in ceasing the account. Agreed a plan to reinstate broadband & get a refund from @EE @BBCWatchdog

    @bt_uk I’m not in a position to call anyone at the moment… I notice I still cannot access my BT account with an email address I’ve used since 2018. Nothing is working as it should! Could you email me with a solution please.

    Dad's just retired from @bt_uk due to ill health 38 years service. Not a single thank you, good luck or all the best Nothing at all Zero communication regarding help or advice getting his pension sorted and organised Just a random DPD driver turned up for his laptop Shambles

    Dear @bt_uk we moved to an address you don't supply to in Jan. You said cancellation would be automatic but are still chasing me for payment. Your CS team are simply unable to comprehend and my complaint was closed without investigation. Come on eh?
