  Dear @bt_uk your service is truly appalling. How do I talk to anyone about the new going DISASTER that is your email service?I can’t even make a complaint without being pushed into round peg/hole selections. It’s really shockingly bad. #btemail

  @wideawakewesley @bt_uk My Xbox account has been locked for over a month now. Only option to do anything with it is on BT website to renew another month with BT. Can't assign pre paid codes as MS web site says it's not under their control. Complaint logged with BT for 3 weeks now is going nowhere.....

  @bt_uk Trying to get through to a human to discuss was enough. Accessing my emails. Getting emails the client ID used for over 10 years up until the “security” issue many BT users were told they had last weekend. All a bit of a mess really.
