  @Somerset01 @BTGroup @bt_uk These structures should have something on them to determine ownership and wouldn’t it be great if there was some form of contact info to report vandalism or any damage easily, say, a QR code.

  @bt_uk Everyone's new BT fibre phoneline is going out to random less than a minute orange light outages at the moment and the internet going down with it. Here in Feltham mine has oranged lighted random times for 1 week since last Friday and did it into this Friday and on to this Sunday

  @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on

  @btbusinesscare Thanks Engineer due tomorrow.. it’s been a problem on/off for 2-3 weeks but being a dental surgery my BT line is my important one.. I have a separate line though

  @btbusinesscare Trying to help elderly neighbour who has fault with her business landline, after she had a new internal box and router fitted. Now no landline! Getting no joy from calling BT. She doesn’t have a mobile or email address and just getting automated responses. HELP!

  @bt_uk just moved in to a property which you assured us had broadband - it doesn't. An engineer can't come out until the 7th. So, a week with no Internet or TV. Complaint incoming

  @btbusinesscare why do your staff keep lying to me ? Why does it take 5 months to get ecc charges set out. Customer care is disgraceful . How difficult must it be to speak to someone who has authority to tell me what is going on. Answer =impossible

  If @bt_uk/@WeAreOpenreach want to survive, they need their current customer service systems consigning to the scrap heap. They are simply unfit for purpose. Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes 🥴 Give me strength!
