    @bt_uk I recently received compensation for a very badly managed broadband house move, only for BT to take most of it away for an installation fee - despite being told I wouldn't have to pay it. I closed the complaint associated with it but I'd definitely like to reopen this.

    @bt_uk it’s just extremely slow!! It automatically disconnects and doesn’t allow me to reconnect for a while. And no I don’t.

    Ninth day of no broadband and no support to provide a 4G hub instead of tethering to overheating mobiles, is that really the best @bt_uk can do? No further update on the fault progress or fix date either… endless.
