Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reportedThe BT 2 factor Authentication Login is rubbish!! Each Time you receive the Passcode Via Email it fails to login. It only works if you get it sent to your phone!! Asked for Help from Support but they only say Download the BT App, which is unusable and provides zero help @bt_uk

Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?

redginger44 (@redginger44) reported@bt_uk I have raised a complaint and you already wish to close it I can’t access my account and realise I am paying more for BT sport I don’t have the time to make phone calls and clearly I am not valued as a long standing customer I left EE for same reason.
