@bt_uk Yes, it says there are no known issues in my area. That’s b****x as my neighbours are having the same issue. I have an internet meeting this afternoon. Pretty damn difficult if I have no internet or phone!

  • MumintheMere MrsW (@MumintheMere) reported

@bt_uk @Ofcom The whole point is that it’s a text service. But I’m going to have to sit in a queue to first to someone when the process is supposed to be instant.

  • samanthalouiseh 💕Samantha💕 (@samanthalouiseh) reported

@bt_uk my mum Not getting any emails Through since last night didn’t no why & can you help

  • Bill_Ross_1966 Bill Ross (@Bill_Ross_1966) reported

@bt_uk Have you got a problem with your email server? I've not been able to send or receive anything since about 7.30 this morning. I keep getting asked to sign in with my password and then it fails. I've not changed my password on the client I use and my Gmail works fine on it.

  • Bill_Ross_1966 Bill Ross (@Bill_Ross_1966) reported

@bt_uk I've removed, reinstalled, restarted etc but nothing. It's got to be a server issue at your end. BT email isn't working on my phone or tablet. Gmail is fine on the Samsung app on both.

  • F1Robotic Robotic (@F1Robotic) reported

@bt_uk Still doesn't work and no, I have not had this issue before

  • bonjoolee Julie Mills (@bonjoolee) reported

@bt_uk @Elsie_Tasker Furthermore I will also be looking to take my business elsewhere - oh and your broadband is **** - even the super douper one I fork out for

  • SE_London_Max 🌺 Max 🦋 (@SE_London_Max) reported

@bt_uk It’s happened another two times since we last spoke I can’t even get on bt app for help and support. It’s only started happening the last few weeks it was a perfect service before this but since digital voice and new ee box was added it’s an awful service and I want to go!

  • guicane Gui (@guicane) reported

After over a decade with @virginmedia and the never ending packets going missing I decided to move on to the world of FTTP with @bt_uk, don’t let me know, guys.

  • Lolly0608 Lynsey Allsop (@Lolly0608) reported

@bt_uk It’s not that the service isn’t working at the moment it’s the fact that there was a line and now there isn’t. We wanted to know why it wouldn’t be put back and why an engineer climbed on our roof to cut the cable?
