@bt_uk NEVER use BT broadband. Ordered a new package and chose to swap from Sky to BT, so far we’ve been delayed 12 days and now they’re saying they don’t know when they can sort this. We are without any WiFi and my mum works from home and my brother is doing online A-levels. !!!

  • sylwester_jop Sylwester Jop (@sylwester_jop) reported

@bt_uk No, that’s ok. I have a quite a good deal at the moment with Halo 1, but my download and upload speeds are below the minimum guaranteed of 53Mbps download and 17-18Mb. I have reported a fault with slow connection and it’s still in working progress..

@BTCare why do all the links to chat online go to a page to bu something and not a Charley link at all and why as a new customer would I pay far less than en existing customer switching to the same service? Should you not be looking after your existing users ?

  • harwood_simon Simon Harwood (@harwood_simon) reported

@bt_uk I have been charged for a hotspot I can’t use. Can’t raise complaint because I don’t have an account. Live chat can’t refund me because I don’t have an account. Please help.

@bt_uk spoke to Rachel Tierney on around 17th. December 2020, and she sorted out my complaint 95%, she asked me to contact you again on 1st. Feb. 2021, to revise my monthly payment. Can someone please contact me. Many thanks.

@efc1978 @btsport No, just BT Sport customers. If you get it from Virgin, you're technically considered a Virgin customer even though you're getting the BT channels in the top tier.

  • chloeleah_ chloe (@chloeleah_) reported

@bt_uk you need to train your engineers how to speak to people. I’m so upset with the way he’s just spoken to me. All I asked was that the WiFi wouldn’t go down again because I’ve got two people here attempting to work from home!!!! 😡

  • ManVsTrain Man vs Train (@ManVsTrain) reported

@ShepheardDavid @bt_uk @PilningStation I think the telecoms cable was routed via the now demolished footbridge and the power probably was beneath the platform and severed by an electrification mast installation. It's also likely the power came from a line side building that was demolished last year. So a few issues!
