@SkyHelpTeam everyone around me in the town has no internet, yet clever clogs sky says its a hub issue and wants a £65 call out OR a new contract and they’ll fix it straight away for free👏 👏 Looking forward to my new @btsport and internet package #CustomerService

  • hutson_nigel Nigel Hutson 💙 (@hutson_nigel) reported

1/2 For what they charge, @bt_uk ought to give a good service. I called yesterday regarding an ongoing issue (third such call) and was told that @WeAreOpenreach would deal with it between 1-6pm. I would receive a confirmation text. Still waiting for the text, let alone Openreach

  • EthanPartsExpo Ethan Taylor (@EthanPartsExpo) reported

@bt_uk can you get someone to actually come and fix our internet. It works fine no issues 80% of the time. Then we spend days and or weeks suffering with like no speeds. Please this is a joke and a rip off quite frankly.

  • gmwalters27 G M DUB (@gmwalters27) reported

@bt_uk Internet has been down all morning and haven't been able to contact an advisor due to your celebration of them. You recommend using the app but I can't do that as I have no WiFi and my house gets poor signal.. Appalling service really

  • ThatPunkFan ThatPunkFan (@ThatPunkFan) reported

@bt_uk No I'm a brand new customer. I've just had an email as well stating that my appointment on the 27th can no longer go ahead and I didn't even know I had the original appointment. 🤨

  • AnnDownie10 Ann Downie (@AnnDownie10) reported

@MartinSLewis @bt_uk please please can you help with the problems I’m having with this company.Basically telling me I can’t have internet upstairs cos I haven’t paid for complete package. They changed the router and nothing now works. Internet downstairs is like dialup

  • hutson_nigel Nigel Hutson 💙 (@hutson_nigel) reported

@bt_uk 2/2 Old router also returned on 30/05/22 and delivered on 31/05/22 (@RoyalMail tracked), but getting pestering messages about it not being returned! Extortionate prices for sub-standard service me thinks.

  • thedevilatplay xx (@thedevilatplay) reported

@bt_uk Eventually - poor messaging and got asked to share details of my experience shortly after being cut off continuously

  • BrazildonBond Brazildon Bond (@BrazildonBond) reported

@bt_uk I can DM those details to you now. No, I never had two hubs. I only had one but for some reason BT think I had two.

  • cardifframon Ramon Corria (@cardifframon) reported

@bt_uk I thought Openreach is a wholly owned subsidiary of BT? It hardly matters, because as a customer I have to get matters resolved rather than BT or Openreach employees. Have a good day and thanks for your assistance with this matter.
