    @bt_uk BT Customer Service do you actually exist?!?!? Engineer booked for this morning, 10-12, total no show… now waiting for an agent to pickup for over 30mins to find out why…. #customerservice

    @bt_uk An engineer failed to turn up on Friday morning. I’ve been trying to contact your call centre since. I’ve waited for 3 - 4 times at 90 minutes+ and then just get cut off. How do I cancel?

    @bt_uk Yes it's been hell. Using mobile with unstable signal. Paid lots of money for extra mobile data as I rely on it for bereavement admin. Hotspot doesn't work. Phone and wifi was wrongly cut off and spent hours on phone to you. No reconnection until Wednesday Thur. Nightmare.

    Shocking service again from @bt_uk - 30 minute wait on the phone lines - just given up - what is wrong with your customer service ? called PlusNet yesterday call answered in 3 minutes and the bloke I spoke too knew what he was talking about. #digitalvoice
