  @bt_uk my partner and I have been getting messed around for so long now. We waited nearly a month for our hub (no issue there. It happens) then three days later (23rd) we were supposed to have an engineer show up to sort everything out. He didn’t show. Then today another was-

  @bt_uk Had a landline fault for 3 weeks and now today you turn up and turn off our broadband and didn’t even bother knocking on door! We work from home and now you say mid December for a fix!! I’ve rang in twice today and been cut off twice
