I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. Payment is canceled and I still have no resolve. HELP.

JB (@tinkjlb) reported@bt_uk absolutely disappointing service from you! 4 missed installation appointments, 4 days of annual leave WASTED!!!! Please tell me how much annual has to be used before you will actually connect the service so I can have WiFi to work from home and watch tv? Exhausting!

Can't find anything useful, the most useful page is very dark, as if there's a screen over it. Really not an upgrade... tell I.T. to design something useful. Do they even check it?
