@cumpstonarchive @bt_uk And also worth being aware that text messages might get through when you can’t get a voice call to connect. Both are techniques we use fairly frequently in mountain rescue - I can often “talk” to people via text when they have a very poor signal and I can’t get a call through.

@bt_uk Its been fine for the last few days where it is. Dropping to less that 1 mbps is unacceptable considering what you charge. I've had nothing but problems with BT since I moved house.

@bt_uk i don’t have security camera on , no telephone, no internet on the computers , no internet on the tablets, my business is having trouble because of you unprofessional! Also I have conversations and proofs where you say that it was your fault , that you get wrong … but nothing..

Dear @bt_uk We’re about to enter our second week of no landline/internet affecting a number of extremely vulnerable residents in our village who are ‘priority cases’, and with limited mobile phone signal or access. Cd you pls DM me to try and get this resolved.

@btsport no wonder so many people stream the fights nowadays. I've paid 3 months in a row and couldnt sign in for the biggest card of the ******* year. **** BT, **** BT SPORT, PIECE OF ******* **** MATE.

@btsport @BTCare I thought internet was unbreakable!? So far BT sport signal stopped twice in 10 minutes. Now off again. Flashing blue lights on BT hud at TV. Not so unbreakable it seems.

The damage @bt_uk broadband has done to my weekend is incalculable. Speed went from 20mg to less than 2mg! Can't stream anything. Took me 25mins to upload my Podcast of 54mb. Engr won't come till Monday.
