@bt_uk They have been told that if the cancel the Halo 2 to get back to Halo 1, then their email address would be deleted. They are very worried about this.

@bt_uk you lot are taking the absolute mick now, 3 months and no internet. No complaint resolution, effecting my work schedule. My kids can’t even watch youtube. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

@bt_uk This is a 6 month problem that you admit you are not prepared to spend money on to fix the infrastructure. I don’t need to reboot my hub it crashes on its own accord several times a day as it did again 5 minutes ago LOL but ad long as BT gets money why would they care

Just been told people are having issues with large screen on bt sport was told to cast through Google chrome casting and wasn't told you need a device that costs 30 pound 🤬 #ee #btsport

@bt_uk This is useless. How do they escalate this to a manager to call them today? You are threatening them with deleting their email address if they want to switch back to a lesser service.

@Laurengoose91 @bt_uk If you've never had broadband, then a basic broadband service would be provided to you in order for your digital voice phone service to work. If you have issues with your broadband service it will disrupt the phone service so you would need to get your broadband fixed.
