    @bt_uk This was a move connection to new property over a week ago and now the 4th engineer has failed to turn up. Now I have to phone BT to be met with poor customer service and no results

    @bt_uk My mum’s BT Broadband and Fixed Line stopping working since @CityFibre has been digging outside her house in Reading. Can this issue be investigated ASAP?

    @bt_uk still not working, i want it in my bedroom as that is where the wifi doesnt reach, there is no point placing it anywhere else

    @bt_uk BT service in our area has been consistently diabolical for last 15 years and we have now moved to a local microwave service which is genuinely high speed and provides proper customer care by people who actually listen and fix any issues which arise.

    @bt_uk That's a change in price, the price is therefor going from 10.45 to 15.45, also its not that I'm cancelling my broadband you lot couldn't provide me with an adequate service and broke the contract
