    @bt_uk Phoned you close to ten times. And to be fair if our postcode wasn't so limited I'd not be using your trash service. But is what it is.

    @bt_uk Not to mention I now have the inconvenience of having to post back your faulty product from a post office (are there any left in London?) Instead of your engineer just taking it. Why do I as a customer have to work for you?

    @bt_uk learn how to manage an account database. not being able to change the e-mail address back when you changed it in error... thats some high school level computer problem, not a real one in the real world for a megacorp.

    Every time I have to contact @bt_uk about our business phones, it says webchat is the best option. And every time, without fail, after a least a half hour webchat they tell me I'll need to ring such and such a number. Absolute joke of a company to deal with.

    @bt_uk And to add insult to injury, the last 2 times the number they've given me is "not in service". Must be the worst telecoms company in the uk. Prove me wrong.

    @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
