    Huge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. Iโ€™ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. Iโ€™m moving again and am told I have to pay ยฃ73 early termination! So Iโ€™m done with BT, me

    @bt_uk There is an issue with 2FA Your support team are having to turn off the 2FA security and will take 72 hours to resolve

    @bt_uk I donโ€™t really want to raise a complaint. Itโ€™s basic looking after people and thatโ€™s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.

    @bt_uk wifi is dropping to ridiculously slow levels ( 2.4mbps). Contract has just run out....coincidence? Tried to do an online check and your online service is down. Shocking

    @bt_uk fobbed off by three people in the last hour, possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life - which matches up with the broadband install service, which has been diabolically poor. How many hoops do I need to jump through to get an answer??
