    @sherbsvilletv @andyb7274 @bt_uk Did you manage to get your fibre 900 working? 11 days I've had mine and its still not working, absolutely terrible customer service from BT who tell you what you want to hear then do nothing they have promised. Tonight our fibre 900 has been so slow we couldn't watch Netflix

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Hi I've been waiting for a reward card (which was issued due to an awful customer experience when attempting to join BT) since 25th June. Despite contacting BT and Purecard numerous times, both parties are claiming to have no details.

    @andyb7274 @bt_uk Honestly Andy I've never known any company so bloody clueless, we even had two engineers turn out today without an appointment to reinstall the copper phone line which we don't want and don't need. The same two who turned out last week for the same reason and got told to go away

    @bt_uk Having sort of intermittent problems.. like it’s bad for 3 nights.. then it’s ok for a bit… then it’ll start again… so I don’t know if it’s a BT issue or a my house issue lol

    Well after 11 day my @bt_uk #fibre900 is still not working correctly! BT are the most incompetent useless bunch of clowns I've ever dealt with. They can't even book an engineer correctly. Time is running out before I have this crap removed and get a different provider.

    Opened #complaints to @bt_uk call backs promised but not received then #complaints closed down without any contact to us! Obviously don’t want to deal with the issue! (harassing the relatives of a deceased account holder)! @Ofcom is the next step! #poorcustomerservice
