    Update on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.

    How does anyone manage without a mobile phone? Our @bt_uk internet & phone are down so only way of contacting is by mobile 🙄

    @bt_uk Well so far when speaking to people he's just been fobbed off with 'well it should be happening as we speak so he feels like people aren't actually really trying to help him so he's reluctant to ring again snd is now stuck between 2 phones....

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet has been down all day and it's driving me crazy. I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.

    So @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.
