@BritishGasHelp After being contacted by the home care ‘supervisor’ who was equally rude! I would suggest spending the time training your staff .Before contacting yourselves I had been talking to @bt_uk who’s customer was excellent! Sorry @BritishGas you have lost a customer #badcustomerservice

Quite fancied Fulham Leicester @btsport but you have about 10 channels and don't give a no crowd noise option. Charge me a fortune though for a half arsed service
