    Absolutely disgusted by @bt_uk! We're leaving Sky, and BT want £70 to reconnect our phone and we have to wait two weeks for the privilege! What a rip off!! Will be ditching them as soon as possible. Customer care is non-existent

    @bt_uk Why does my Internet drop regularly, only in warmer months? I had the same issue last year. Unresolved. The same again this year and I'm working from home! Your engineers changed my socket and confirmed an external problem but never fixed it. I'm still paying you though!

    @1johnthebomb @SkySports @btsport Sky and BT are part of the problem mate, not the solution. The greedy fighting the greedy for the right to make the most money out of football. If it had gone ahead they’d have wanted to get their noses in the trough as well, believe me.
