    @ArmchairAdml @bt_uk this elderly gentleman has been a loyal customer for many years. He is now out of contract paying an extortionate price. Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?

    @bt_uk @ralphaverbuch but they will put you hold , be rude to you and ultimately do nothing - we are paying for service that you are not providing - answer us on here

    Finally, a customer service employee from @bt_uk is taking ownership of my complaint. Apologies offered by her. I have requested a timeline of everything to identify human error in ceasing the account. Agreed a plan to reinstate broadband & get a refund from @EE @BBCWatchdog

    @bt_uk Phoned that number and still they trying to fix it on a computer but fault is outside need you to send a engineer that can fix that

    @bt_uk Every time I go into the support we spend two hours. They do automated tests from some call centre abroad and tell me that my system's working fine. It hasn't been working fine since November so I'm just waiting to leave my contract.

    @bt_uk Excellent service from Brian at your call centre BT when I called, got everything I wanted and possibly TV from you in a few months
