    @AQuickCuppaTea @bt_uk To go to secure checkout, it asked me to login again but didn't work. I was stuck in a loop. I thought I'd try the PayPal option, I logged in and paid. Payment gone, basket empty fingers crossed

    @AQuickCuppaTea @bt_uk Beware though. I was in the queue since 9am. I got one in basket them you had to login again! Only this 5ine your account isn't recognised.

    @SLBFI @bt_uk Went to help, then Broadband (as think have to be a broadband customer) the code was showing in mybt under offers
