@NOW Just a delay with @OpenreachHelp (BT) @bt_uk ironically as that’s who I’m with now so no reason for there to be a problem. NOW keep saying it’s openreach and I will be updated in 24 hours, this has now been over a week

So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

@bt_uk #BTmobileIssues @BTCare Spoke to agent, going to give another try with alternative option to fix. Mast has no timeline to be fixed!!!! #Bizarre To come out of contract, Because we are not getting the service we pay for, will have a cost! How is that fair?
