    @bt_uk Yeah but the best they could off was a 4G hub in an area with terrible signal and no phone line for 5 days, which my partner needs to work

    @bt_uk Yes my husband did it on the 20th and got reply saying fault submitted to engineers & will receive estimated fix time within 48 hours. Heard nothing since & phone still not working

    So since June @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness you failed to provide me my service I paid for. Never return my calls No credits as promised for 3 lines I pay for but don’t use. No phone calls to rectify. So very bad please just sort this out!

    @georgiebingham I had problems for over 2 months a few years ago and found tweeting @BTCare helped a bit especially when I pointed out that was an oxymoron!!!
