    @bt_uk What's happening with your site please? First webmail, now whole site down which is no good when other sites send 2FA emails you can't get to :/

    @bt_uk I am trying to reach your customer support to get an overdue promised update on case no C10002481840. Being on hold for an hour, purposely being ignored i assume. Please help. Not a good experience as a new customer.

    @GrahamH36921247 @bt_uk We’re the same here, we don’t have the full fibre broadband though. Our landline is out again, it has the old copper wiring. A technician is scheduled to fix it today. Out for 3 weeks.

    @bt_uk I am so disappointed that I got rid of @VodafoneUK because their service was awful only to find yours is even worse!

    @bt_uk my mother in law is ridiculously overpaying for her home phone and broadband, your idea of rewarding loyalty was getting it down to £90! Still more than it shows on the website for an existing customer but the person I spoke to is no not calling back or replying to emails
