Will Rosser (@will_rosser) reported@bt_uk Hi Dee, we don’t have Ethernet ports we can use. Please can you investigate why the works in the area have impacted service? We normally get 20mb+ download minimum. How long to resolve?

Blank (@seagerdeluxe) reported@bt_uk Thanks for checking in Dee. I spoke to a helpful chap at BT last night who got us a 4g hub sent out so that's good. It arrived today. Looks like we have another issue somewhere else on our line now but engineer booked for Tuesday so fingers crossed.
