    @bt_uk Tried this and they say they now need 3 more days to resolve phone line being down. Really poor service and unacceptable.

    @WeAreOpenreach OR sent a text this am saying my fault had been FIXED. However, the landline is STILL dead and has been dead since March 10th. I live alone and am a pensioner. @bt_uk @Ofcom Help!

    @bt_uk This is not acceptable. You told me to phone you regarding my issue. I tried last night and again this morning on 5 or 6 occasions. I can’t spend the whole day trying to get through. Put more people on the line.

    @bt_uk we’ve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. I’m disabled and rely on the internet.

    @dedmans @bt_uk Cannot be worse than BT. Impossible. Their customer service and levels of competency are off the charts appalling. No idea how they even run a business.

    @bt_uk We have been with BT for decades and never known the customer service this bad. It is too complex to explain on here but after many years, we will be moving supplier

    @bt_uk and by any chance if you @giffgaff can actually get of your backsides and at the very least give me a engineer appointment date been waiting a month now nothing maybe i should cut out the middle man and contact your friends @virginmedia directly
