    @bt_uk hi guys wen I took out my full fibre plan and the Tv I was told someone would send me an email to set up my password for NowTV so I could watch my stuff online but no one has so can u help plz! It’s been about a month! Thanks :)

    @virginmedia Ah well 🤷 I wasted 90 minutes trying to stay a customer. The ball is very much in your court now. The @bt_uk offer is much better, and so far, no lies!

    @bt_uk Action speak louder than words. Totally failed to reconnect me after Bt severed my line. Incompetent engineers & incompetent staff esp Suzanne Perry supposed to be consumer-resolutionteam. Misnomer if ever there was one. Almost enjoying detailing it all for my complaint.

    @bt_uk Had FTTC installed today, keeps disconnecting with flashing orange light. Done trouble shooter and quiet line test. Noise during quiet line test. Unhelpful engineer and live chat. Sync below expected range and 3mbit above hand back. Help!

    @bt_uk Finally yes -there was a problem with the router frequency clashing with the Sky Q box and broadband connection needs checking

    Just watched all the wknds premier lge goals on Btsport: Never have so many soft penalties been awarded in one wknd: All the top 4 got pens that no bottom 3 team would get: obviously the mantra to refs is make sure the top4 stay top 4 as it sells: Disgraceful

    @bt_uk I’m trying to purchase access to a hotspot for a day as I have no internet but it won’t recognise any details when I create an account. I’m not a BT customer so was buying daily access.

    @bt_uk broadband contract ending, have Halo 1 price promise. Fibre 100 on line at £39.99 for new customer at my address, why am I paying £52.97.
