    @bt_uk appauled by your service! No internet since 13th november! No landline since 28th november!! No one can tell me when its gonna get fixed! Had bt engineers digging further up the road but dont touch the bit marked outside my house! Fuming.

    @bt_uk Still no fix on Big Sur. Frankly ridiculous. The product is called BT Virus Protect although it is supplied by McAfee. @bt_uk needs to step up and take action and communicate better

    @bt_uk I’ve had a low speed fault on my home broadband that has now been open for 7 days with no update. It is consistently below my supposed guaranteed speed. Surely it can’t take so long to fix something I’m paying you for?
