  Hi @bt_uk Need a bit of help please. I've been send 5 emergency backup line telephones, when I only need one. I'm regrestered as a vulnerable customer. How do I go about sending them back and stopping further deliveries. Thanks

  Update on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.

  @bt_uk I need to speak to someone about my mums phone and internet being down. She is an elderly vulnerable customer living alone rurally. Please give me a number I can call as it’s impossible to navigate your IVR.

  @bt_uk you are not listening...we have done that at least 4 times now...hours on the phone every time...a complaint was made in JUNE...nothing is ever done. Everyone just blames someone else. For a "communications" company you are an utter joke.

  What has happened to BT? Changed broadband and calls from Sky to BT for my 91 year old father. It has been one problem after another. Order had to be redone. Dad had no service despite needing careline. Now they want to charge £80 for a router that we sent back @bt_uk help

  @bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.
