    @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on

    @BTCare Help. I’ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. It’s an absolute nightmare. It’s like impossible to cancel.

    @bt_uk my internet connection for my business account has gone down and the system checker keeps crashing. Tried calling but then keep getting directed to go online 🙄

    @bt_uk @BTCare Seems like getting full fibre and a new deal/contract is a bit too difficult to manage correctly. Turning off access many days before the new service is possible.
