Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@bt_uk Speeds wouldn't support it. You need to update your infrastructure. It is not for for purpose. It's ridiculous that in 21st century Britain we can't access Internet in our home. BT are just robbing us of £50 a month!

@bt_uk No, the problem was solved by tech-savvy family members, but you obviously did not read my further tweet on how to word e-mails where action needs to be taken immediately should be written, so people do not ignore them or disregard them as unimportant.
