    @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    @bt_uk I pleaded with your customer service team that I can not afford the this type of broadband and wished to be put onto the most basic, slowest speed as I don’t need it nor can afford it. But I got £6 off for removing sky movies.

    @BTCare Unacceptable service from you. You disconnected my broadband service a week early and appear unable to reconnect me. The Minihub you sent is useless. For a communications company you are over promising and UNDER delivering.

    Why does @bt_uk have the worst customer service? I am paying against the odds for the services I currently get. In fact if I cancelled my BT and went back to them for the same deal it would be CHEAPER.

    @bt_uk Update: Confirmed fault (again) in the area and not due to be (hopefully) resolved until 8th! 🤞they actually fix it this time rather than something intermittent that only lasts 1 day before going down again 😡

    The @bt_uk advisor goes on to say we can offer you a VIP entertainment package for a £1 a month for 3 months there after it’s £23. 55 minutes in at this point I think **** it send me the next book and I’ll cancel the entertainment later
