    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    It is now 5 weeks, since my 80+ yr old parents, reported phone line problems to @bt_uk. It is still not repaired! No incoming/outgoing calls possible, which for an elderly couple is not only isolating but also means they cannot call 999 if needed @Ofcom @BTSopenreach - Contact me

    @bt_uk No point. BT sent out an engineer yesterday who didn't have the skillset so they closed the case. I reopened it and they've booked to come back on the 2nd. Leaving BT ASAP. Cost me over £250 and offered £26 in compensation. Horrible for a multi billion £ corporation.

    @bt_uk I'm afraid it's not good news Dee. The engineer has returned and informed me that there is a fault, affecting nine people in the area. He says that someone *MAY be out today a try to fix it but no guarantees. #Day12 #BTBroadbandHell

    @bt_uk System problems meaning the appointment isn’t booked properly. 2 half days off work and another morning wasted for an issue that’s been ongoing to 2 years. Terrible service

    @bt_uk @BTCare - pretty poor customer I must say. You disconnect my broadband and phone due an change implemented incorrectly and then tell me it will be six days to fix. How can this be ? And send me text everyday to say it is fixed when it clearly is not !!
