@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@adamsummerton @btsport of* The only problem lies with the Saturday 3pm Blackout, which bans the Saturday 2pm from being shown and the opening 15 minutes of the Saturday 5pm Game. That of course is out of BT's control but it's not convenient purely because we have to find a way around via the bookies.

@bt_uk FTTP connection installed next to my house by Openreach nearly 3 months ago, neighbours been connected by other providers for a while, but I keep getting told it's not available. Been a BT customer for 15 years, is my only option now to move to another service provider?

Hey @BTCare (Catherine S is super helpful!) my elderly Dad has a landline through @TalkTalk & they are truly awful. Can I port his account/line & crucially his number to BT? He’s terminally ill and we cannot risk a number change as all family, hospitals & carers have it.

@curlytopjim @virginmedia @bt_uk Bt is awful from the experience I've had. 5 engineers out within the past 2months and customer service accused me of lying. Had 2 new routers sent out which havent fixed the issue either. (im writing this on mobile data as the internet is down currently too)

@CarltonCole1 @btsport I was surprised your host praised Eintracht supporters too much especially as she witnessed the scenes they caused - flares/smoke bombs, throwing objects when we took a corner,invading the pitch,throwing objects at WH supporters & the idiot confronting Antonio at the end

@virginmedia No chance, I’ve spent far too much time on the phone to you mob, this problem and the unreliable broadband. With @bt_uk for years, left for £££ reasons but you get what you pay for I guess! I’ll continue to highlight my issues on here until things are sorted.
