    @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    @bt_uk And to add insult to injury, the last 2 times the number they've given me is "not in service". Must be the worst telecoms company in the uk. Prove me wrong.

    @mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.

    @bt_uk Hi, thanks for the quick reply. That's what I did but they were significantly higher than what a new customer is offered. Is my only option to get the best deal is to switch provider? If so, then unfortunately I will have to do that.

    Usually optimistic on technological progress so disappointed broadband speed being > halved to 67Mbps next month by @bt_uk. @virginmedia can’t fix their “blocked duct” at front door, not good advert for uk infrastructure, I live in Jericho, central Oxford, not remote Highlands.

    Sorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider before GTA6 release. and getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved away from @bt_uk email address.

    @bt_uk @RedJesus65 Hey Bt what is going on with you guys...the systens are always playing up cant login bad request and cant even raise a complaint as your status says sorry wr cant upload your complaint right now your service and products are awful been a customer for years totally fed up
