Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

@bt_uk My elderly fathers BT landline has been down for nearly a week now meaning family can’t keep a check on him. I’ve reported it and been told there is an outage but it’s no nearer to being fixed.

@bt_uk utter rubbish - my parents are in their 70's and have had no internet since the 21st Oct. BT can neither tell us what the issue is or when it will be fixed. They work full-time online from home and rely on the internet to keep their jobs. Terrible service

@bt_uk @EE Your customer service would not let me make MY complaint but mansplained it to his word REFUSING MY COMMPLAINT, then closing the complaint as resolved. How dare you? The process is shambolic time wasting and a mess.

…and even after 2 calls @bt_uk have still unresolved it. @Ofcom - please can I ask that you look in to such poor practices, clearly designed to ensure customers overpay for services they don’t want.
