@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@MarcAllera help needed - BT service not fully up and running post home move ordered on 23/9/22. 7 weeks and no-one at @bt_uk is taking personal responsibility. Promised call backs never happen. I am now facing a bill for over £200 as BT randomly switched off my call package!

@bt_uk He advised he needed access to a neighbouring property for some reason, so apparently my service (or lack of) now depends on the availability and cooperation of my neighbours. Basically, he knows what the fault is but cannot fix it, which begs the question, why have engineers?

@bt_uk Still waiting for BT broadband, staff have been good, it’s Openreach let us down, said they would return today. BT engineer was on standby the whole day to finish off the work,waiting for Openreach to fix the broken cable! It’s beyond ridiculous. Been installing for 8 days!

@bt_uk @bt_uk still no service, 11 days on, 3 engineers, several phone calls. Openreach engineers have acknowledged the fault, yet nothing is being done, apart from sending through my latest bill!

@bt_uk I have been left with very little internet, engineer booked and didn’t show !! This fault has been over a week. Current down load speed 3.5Mb & upload speed of 2.9Mb shocking service !
