    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    @bt_uk we moved from Sky Broadband because we would have the same issues as we’re having now, we moved to you because initially you reassured us we wouldn’t have the same problems we were having at sky but it’s not been very much of an improvement if I’m brutally honest.

    @virginmedia can you tell me why I’ve only got a quarter of my speed tonight? Most definitely cancelling tomorrow...always crap speeds, rubbish latency too, @bt_uk save me from this nightmare I’m having with the garbage provider

    @bt_uk and despite what Speedtest suggests it’s often much quicker to use our own 4G on our phones than the WiFi you provide - I mean personally I get over 80GB so I never run out - but we shouldn’t have to considering the amount we spend on our internet with you.

    @bt_uk Hi what is the cost of BB in 4 small rooms on a single level flat? Am with Virgin and signal is poor at best. Looking to switch as I work from home two sons with consols and ipads and we all have phones

    There's a fault in our area and BT broadband has been & continues to be down since 0630am today. Two people who haven't been able to do their work as a result! @bt_uk Can you fix this asap please?

    @bt_uk @tom_blissy I can't quite fathom why your 'colleague' will only get in touch AFTER the service is connected. The need is for someone to OWN the problem and fix it. Your systems and processes are failing miserably. You keep saying an engineer will visit and they don't. Six times failure.
