    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

    @bt_uk my 84 year old, frail, post stroke, mum in law has no phone connection for the 3rd time in 12 months. Every time I have to contact you and go through a long winded process where you fix it, then last time you mistakenly charged £107 to fix it, and I had to chase refund 1/2

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp my mew build house has duct and cable installed with an open reach box in the house but it’s not registered still after three weeks and I can’t get an answer from the BTNI new reg email account nor telephone number- can anyone help please?

    @bt_uk What's the craic with this unbreakable connection ? Haven't had any Internet all day it hasn't connect to EE once. Think we might hafto cancel if it doesn't do what it says.

    @bt_uk No it doesn’t stick at all, it has also been installed in the spare room so the signal in the living room is poor, bit disappointing the only room I can get the speeds promised is the room I don’t use
