  @bt_uk Hi, are several months that my broadband doesn’t work properly. After last repair the engineer that came said: I repair in that way but if doesn’t work we need to repair all the line. We got the same issue: very slow service and frequent interruptions but nothing is changed.

  @bt_uk No they’re not. They read scripts and brush us off. We get a lousy service from our isp, nothing like we’ve had before and they think it’s service. BT need to up their game for their customers otherwise we’ll have to look into other routes to get back what we had before.

  @bt_uk wondering if there are broadband issues in London? Mine went off about 6pm, no troubleshooting brought it back and cables are all fine.
