  Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

  Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

  @bt_uk full fibre supposed to be active in my house on 30th November. 6th December and still no connection. Keep being promised will be live the next day.. complaints logged and then closed by you with still no resolution. WHEN are you going to fix the issue??

  @bt_uk I rejoined BT recently and was supposed to go live on Friday with broadband ... it’s now Sunday night and we’ve had nothing ... On the phone most of Friday night and Saturday morning , and have now been told it’s an IT issue in India and it might be sorted by Tuesday ! 😡

  @bt_uk Appreciate what you’re saying but it’s not just Openreach - BT Technical Support call handler has questions to answer, too! I’m “in Limbo” without incoming calls, BT Call Guardian etc but Mr. Openreach says he cant enter my premises as I’m CEV 😡 WTF??

  @bt_uk Yes. Tuesday they will maybe look at it. I was attempting to work from home today and due to work tomorrow and Tuesday. Currently have no broadband so can't work till further notice. That is my problem, seemingly.

  @bt_uk I will never recommend you for broadband.. absolutely appalled your quick enough to take my money and not provide the service, times are hard enough but when working from home with no WiFi! 😡

  @jones22_mary @bt_uk Mary, have you just changed providers? If so, it could be a number porting issue your provider can sort out. If not, dial 1572 from your home phone and then option 2, make sure “do not disturb” is switched off.

  @cdbeaton @bt_uk Yes it was only for an hour or so, looking at the outage reports there have been ongoing problems in Cambridge at different times and places for the last two weeks.
