Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@bt_uk to access my website. This happened a couple of years ago, where BT refused to accept fault for this issue initially (it affected a number of UK based websites) until they eventually realised they were to blame for this problem. Grateful for assistance please.

@GoDaddyHelp Thanks for your reply. I spoke to your support and they confirmed the same. They suggested contacting my internet provider @bt_uk and I have. I have installed VPN extension & I’m able to view the website. This happened a few yrs ago and it was the fault of BT back then.
