@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

The Herring v Frampton fight is being held behind closed doors and not open to ticket buyers. It’s also not being carried by @btsport So it has no gate or network revenue. How is Daniel Kinahan supposed to launder his ****** money? Youtube ad revenue will be minuscule

@bt_uk I'll add, that it all started with pixelating picture, TV working ok. when the box is off and we use the TV we didn't have a problem, now the loop through doesn't work either. Also, how do we recover recordings??
