  Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

  Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

  @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

  Evening @bt_uk recently upgraded to Full fibre 100 and a Hub 2. Unfortunately the new hubs wifi connectivity has been poor. Looking online it seems to be a common problem. What can I do? I had no issues with my old bt hub.

  Hi @bt_uk I've been experiencing some very low broadband speeds throughout the week with frequent outages. I've been unable to get though to your phone support. It's been making working from home very difficult over the past week. Is there anything you can do to help please?
