Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@bt_uk @SarahHar256 Same thing, same place. Needing an engineer visit is just bluff. VDSL is up and fine, slow as ever, but PPP won't start so no IP. They need to restart some central network services so the delay is just there as a way to show their commitment to excellent customer service.

@bt_uk Trying to get hold of a HUMAN to sort the fault detected with our broadband. Cannot text (not supported by provider) and not able to get ANY help from automated phone number on website. FURIOUS when paying so much. Reliant on broadband to work from home. Pls respond ASAP.

Wow on hold now for 55mins with @bt_uk and still waiting this is not good service considering I am a new customer. @Ofcom maybe you need to look at customer service here.

@btbusinesscare had trouble getting a service 7 years ago and now it's just as painful to get one cancelled without being mislead if not lied too. Confirmed cancellation actioned in April still paying in July
