I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??

As soon as you ask for a verify code you then have to come out of the page to get the email and then the page is lost. Whoever designed this brilliant scheme should be fired as they are an idiot.
