DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

☮️ (@raretaire) reported@bt_uk I switched to you + said keep my number. You changed it. Asked you to switch back. 3 weeks gone you closed the complaint but you haven’t changed my number although said would be done by ystday. Every agent makes up a diff reason why is failing. 100% problems so far!

I will dm you and it should bring up the long list of messages about this ongoing problem. At the moment we have got broadband until the next episode

We then get a message to say the broadband is fixed. We have had broadband drop out problems for 4 years now with numerous excuses
