Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@RossiterTHFC @btsport I spoke to @btsport this morning the first time round they didn’t help at all then 2 more payments came out and then decide to help and was told that it was happening to other people. Was told should have money back in next 5 working days

@cj_ross @bt_uk Same here, just a huge scam from the company. Promise faster internet speeds but tricky sales men word around what’s really going on. Just a huge scam company. Would never ever in my life take out another contract with BT
