Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@btsport PPV not working on @virginmedia, it's 2:15am in the UK and having paid £20 we shouldn't be putting up with this ****!! You dial the number on the TV and you get a non existent signal boost and then no help because nobody is in work... Refund incoming I see. #UFC257
