Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@btsport @btsportfootball @SkySportsPL It seems now is the time to contact the 6 English clubs involved and drive down the price of their contracts due to the apparent brand damage to your ‘product’ The sponsors will follow and the well needed levelling will be upon us👌

@bt_uk @bt_uk you told me yesterday there was an engineer booked to come out today to fix this and still nothing has been done! No landline or internet since Friday. Seriously disappointed in BT.

@bt_uk - the B T Mail (Premium) is truly appalling since its revamp. The worst part about it is that the spam folder doesn't work, despite my constantly reporting mails as spam. For the money I pay yearly I am really fed up!

Interesting language being used by both @SkySportsNews and @primevideosport , "we have not been involved" in #SuperLeague. Neither they nor @btsport say "We will not be involved". If they believe in their position they'll say the latter, and it might actually help to prevent it

@bt_uk Disappointed with the service today. Installation booked over a month ago for between 1pm- 6pm today. Engineer showed up at 5:30pm & said while smiling- he couldn't do it. Left without any WiFi for the rest of week at a time when everyone is working from home, disgraceful
