  @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

  Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

  Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

  @bt_uk Fault with Full fibre not resolved, billing issues also as you’re charging me for something that was agreed I wouldn’t pay for. Two phone calls - first dropped after 30mins on hold, second went to silence after 45mins. Not helpful, I need to speak to someone!

  @bt_uk I have done all of that. I have tried to call and I have done the text help. What do you suggest I do now if you can’t call me and you’re not taking calls?

  @bt_uk I'm loosing the will to live. No internet for over a week was supposed to be fixed by Monday (informed by email from yourselves of this deadline).Tried phoning,service unavailable.Cant track progress either.Absolutley shocking service.

  This screenshot was taken when I visited someone’s home and without their knowledge. I was also able to see their unlisted phone number. Who is also doing that to me in *my* home… or sitting in their car? There is a simple fix. Provide a login page for the router. Easy! @bt_uk

  @OpenreachHelp Apologies David. I am at the end of my rope here unable to understand why or how this has been so difficult to progress. The communication from @bt_uk has been poor to non existent. I am a customer deserving the extra mile after very poor service
