Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@Tetisheri13 @bt_uk !! Turned out to be a genuine call from Sky but a random number, lovely lady says she's trying to help me (which I didn't know I needed). Asked my name, refused to say it or any details. Call ended politely by me in 10 seconds. Service delayed. Then they wonder why scammers win

@btsport It’s such a shame that your app isn’t up to scratch. I can’t afford the TV option so rely on the app but it keeps failing. Out of sync, poor quality image now audio but no video of the end of the cricket. Such a shame.

@bt_uk oh, damn. bt hub worked. factory reset my asus, now that's working for some reason. thanks for inspiring me to try the old hub, but curse you for validating my habit of never throwing away any old tech. (for real though, thanks for the help)

@bt_uk I am appaled at your customer service hour on the phone refused to replace broken mini hub engineer didn't turn up and another weeks wait for another appointment plus refused to give full name or put me on to manager disgraceful

@bt_uk I’m not a customer but am receiving emails about one of your customers’ engineer visits. They’ve inadvertently input my email address somewhere. An hour with your online customer service assistants got me nowhere, even though I told them his home address. Please fix this
