    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    @bt_uk you keep hassling me to send back equipment. You’ve not sent me the returns pack despite chasing you on chat last week and you’ve shut my BT log in and ID down. Another example of frustrating service and why I’m no longer a customer.

    @julie_twickers @bt_uk Actually lots of other service companies behave like this. But I have the opposite problem. I'm the named person on all the bills so they won't speak to my husband- leaving me with all the admin! I've found Sky, ee, water and power all have the same restrictions.

    Are @BT_UK actually interested in helping their customers? It seems not. Two online chats abruptly disconnected when the helpdesk assistant became, I dunno... overwhelmed maybe? Guess I'll be advising my clients to close down their BT accounts then...

    @bt_uk Well done BT for selling PS5s to their customers (only 1/customer). That’s how I got one. Been a BT Fibre 100 customer for 2 years (good working from home Covid timing). Very reliable & performant. Just renewed for another 2years £3/month cheaper. Nice.

    @bt_uk been trying now for 4 weeks to have broadband connected at new premises after being told it would just be a case of plugging the router in. Being told today there are still issues, we move tomorrow and still have no answers

    @bt_uk I will, but it’s simple. You are cancelling the contract without applying cancellation fees. BT are in breach of contract straight off the bat. I’ll help you too by cancelling the DD, when I get some secure internet, oh wait………..

    @btsport Hi. My partner ordered Fury vs Wilder 3 for a price of £24.95.Paid manually as we do not have BT Sport through sky. Payment taken but you appear to have taken another random £19.95 from her. Been trying to resolve this for weeks. Cannot get through to anyone. Please help

    @bt_uk Kevin, I had a call from BT. I've set up a new package. I knew I'd lose some channels as soon as this went through, didn't realise ALL the Premium channels would go. I'm navigating the new package, getting used to new channels & programmes. Thanks for your help & advice. Jeanie

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk after you couldn't install my full fibre on 6/10 as planned I wait 3 weeks for someone to tell me next steps. On 22/10 I lose patience and cancel my order due to lack of communication / dates for install. This week 4 times openreach turned up at my house!

    @bt_uk please for the love of god fix your shitting internet, I’m getting so tired of it going down all the time, seriously considering changing internet provider at this point. I have been more than patient with your service, but now it’s running thin.
