Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

@bt_uk shambolic customer service, after cancelling BT Sport in November 2018 I find out this morning there is no record of my request and have been charged for last three years, will they refund? will they hell!! Time for new broadband, someone who’s does what they say!!!

@bt_uk I've made 9 phone calls to you and spent over 3 hours on hold trying to cancel my account, you need more people answering the phones in your connections team.... Still no success

@TheSnakeDocTV @bt_uk weird how that works, been with BT for like 2/3 months now and have had zero issues. Mad how that's transpired over from being with Virgin Media that caused us so much aggro.
