Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

T 🏴 (@mr_tjc) reported@btsport @EE @SkySportsF1 I`m not sure who to contact about this tbh but my BT box TV guide is showing the Indycar race should have started at 18:00 on Sky F1. Instead it`s yet another re-run of today`s F1 race. This is not the first time this has happened. Really poor.

Kristen Covo (@kcovophoto) reported@bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?

They have a very swift verification process. And my calls usually take a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Love it. But then there are times I have to call @bt_uk …. Or Thames water. FML!!!
