    @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    @bt_uk He offered to put a complaint in, but admitted it wouldnt amount to much. So I said what is the point. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?

    @bt_uk hey, I’m having trouble finding my active account with you. When I log in with the email it always logs into an inactive account. Can’t find bills info etc etc. All info is my closed account before rejoining you. Can you help? Thanks.

    What a totally negative experience calling @bt_uk has been. I’ve been trying to cancel an order for a month without success. 12 calls, endlessly on hold listening to appalling music. NO ONE seems able or willing to revert the order. Complaint ref number C10003089417 @Ofcom

    @bt_uk @herbie963 Call them and chat online is a joke. I put a complaint in and they’ve just dismissed it out of hand and closed the case without even talking to me !

    @bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.
