Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

ben (@benjpo) reported@bt_uk I get 150/30mbs on my G-fast connection and I get approx 28/2mbs on the mini hub so it’s quite a difference. It’s the upload which is the real problem, I can’t even make video calls properly

I searched for BT and that's the only address that came up. 🙄 The last time I had problems they would only look into them if I agreed to pay for an engineer if they deemed it *my* fault! The Block 5 Gooner (@Block_5_Gooner) reported@bt_uk Awful customer service. My broadband fees doubled during lockdown as I was out of contract I could never speak to anyone to chat about this!! Only when I leave for Sky do you come running. 🙄 Even then your attempts to persuade me were pitiful.

Evade (@Evadible_) reported@AshBoio @bt_uk back and forward emails for about 4 months mate, sent an engineer round to change **** all tried to charge £180 and my mum was like "nah not having that" got refunded and got free fibre optic, sorted 😎🤝

ben (@benjpo) reported@bt_uk It’s a fault with the power at the cabinet. Openreach have already been out but can’t fix it because if they turn the power on for g-fast, it’s sets the cabinet live with 240v, so if anyone touches it they’ll get a shock. The problem is no one can tell me when it will be fixed
