    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

    @bt_uk I've had horrendous service from a so called advisor this evening who was abrupt and cockyand hung up on me mid conversation with the issue unresolved. I've had no internet for a week.

    @bt_uk Nothing possible to be done according to customer services today - soonest install date was next week and access to TV apps etc can't be reinstated until broadband is activated. Having customers work from mobile data for a few weeks is apparently not something that matters to BT

    @bt_uk Can you help me with a fault Openreach keep closing without them having attended to fix the problem. We have service, but box of wiring outside house needs repair having been damaged by birds. Each time BT forward the report to Openreach, Openreach keep closing it. Thanks!
