@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@bt_uk I seem to be seeing dns issues on my connection. Resetting pc to use Google dns works fine but some devices won't let me do that. Smarthub2 doesn't allow custom dns settings :-(

@Sweeegu I’m talking in terms of pure engagement. Make PPV’s more accessible than only on ESPN. Range finances and understanding price based on markets. BTSport is great at that. Signing with ESPN+ was one of the worst deals they could have done. HBO x UFC would have been massive.

@bt_uk hi, I've been moved over to the BT VoIP service. However, I've had a few power cuts today which has meant my phone line has been disconnected. Bt mobile coverage is also very very poor, can I move back to the original land line service for backup?

@bt_uk Don't assume a person with a bad back, poor clothing, no ID, is a fraud, different color is a fraud. The Fraud is the 1 who is living in the mansion and has robbed the lives of ppl. It wasn't BT to be 100% clear but @EE as well. I saw your logo saying BT&EE are collaborating. tnx
