    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    @cmrpemberton @BT Same here - really poor communication too! We have been without landline for 2 weeks @BT_uk need to send new phones and they are ‘in the post’ apparently. Fortunately have access to mobiles (not BT ones thankfully!)

    @bt_uk I have taken the BT Sport app with Plusnet. I got the page saying you have setup my BTID, and an activation email. I click on activate now but it says allow at least 5 minutes before doing so and also ‘there is a technical issue’. I don’t have the ID and I can’t activate.

    @bt_uk Not a new property or been recently updated and have just checked, it is def listed on the royal mail site. No other websites have issues with the address. Is there a way to report the fault?

    @bt_uk My speed has suddenly dropped from ~50-60Mbps down to about 25Mbps, and restarting the router isn't fixing it. This is less than half the speed I should be getting and I'm not happy at all.

    @bt_uk I didnt have this problem 18 hrs ago. I said I didnt want the phone but I was told I have 2 have it. Im not going 2 try 2 resolve a problem I didnt create. Makes zero sense. I havent got the phone number but someone else has. That can only of come from bt
