  Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

  Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

  @bt_uk Over the past 2 weeks I have had the WORST customer service from your team and the issue is still not resolved. Currently still waiting for my 3rd callback which will never come. Promises broken, blatantly lied to and again and again fobbed off!

  Anyone else had problems getting wifi from @bt_uk ? My experience is shocking. Lied to by sales and customer service. Currently waited over month. Now saying several more weeks. Nothing done at all. Would definitely not recommend

  @bt_uk Having trouble logging in. It was fine last night, but now I can't log in. I have not received an email. The password I made last night does not nor does those sent via SMS. I paid for 5 day access.

Fourth, if every club posited your fear of who else is out there, there would never be a change. Imagine people argued that Wenger is an unknown from a poor league & Jose is inexperienced.
