    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

    @bt_uk Still no joy. Using both my phone and a desktop. Same issues persists. Happy to keep my existing appointment date but slightly annoying. I’ve made a note of your number, but perhaps this is an issue that needs looking at in the background as well.

    @BTCare Help. I’ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. It’s an absolute nightmare. It’s like impossible to cancel.

    @btbusinesscare Thanks , but no one's been in touch - mind you , could be difficult on a phone system that's not working. Nevertheless , nothing received on e-mail either.

    @bt_uk seeing as your saying I do not have an account does that mean I can cancel my direct debt and not make anymore payments for my services? Because it’s not very good trying to access account to make changes and been told no account yet your happy taking £70 a month out bank

    @btbusinesscare what was the point in sending the 4G box when it was never going to work. Maybe escalate the complaint to Openreach and get this sorted.

    @btbusinesscare Once again I find myself wasting valuable time trying to sort an issue. Your advisers won't talk to me because they say my account name is wrong - it isn't I'm looking at a bill! I want to take all our lines services somewhere else!!!!

    @bt_uk This is not acceptable. You told me to phone you regarding my issue. I tried last night and again this morning on 5 or 6 occasions. I can’t spend the whole day trying to get through. Put more people on the line.

    @btbusinesscare we have had such a poor service with BT, when you ring up to cancel they don’t let you go pass there indian call centre. We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
