Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@bt_uk I have tried this again its takes you on downloading app bt can't connect the app on update on playstore is getting terrible reviews since update l have tried bt activation code then states bt can't connect

@bt_uk we’ve been without internet for the past month due to port damage/ network outage. Despite numerous escalation calls via Sky, we are still waiting for a specialist engineer to sort the issue and no further updates. Can this be flagged ASAP?

Appalling service from @bt_uk spent half an hour trying to get through to their customer service to find out why suddenly my appointment for FTTP has been put back by two weeks.... Really regret not going to another provider at the moment #badservice

@bt_uk Day 48 I think and still no refund for service withdrawn. Promises all broken. Hope Suzanne Perry consumer-resolutionteam is on the list of redundancies Philip Jansen will need soon. Should be sacked. really for non-resolution competency.
