    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

    @bt_uk I was advised that an engineer would attend between 8-1pm. 3 weeks almost of broadband band at 10 mbps. Is there anyone who can actually help?

    Welcome@to the @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp circus show 🤡 -Send an engineer to fix a problem -Have engineer leave without confirmation of fixing problem -Expect customer to rebook with a lag of 5 days -Now repeat 3 weeks of waiting for broadband to work. Still waiting. #broadband

    @bt_uk If you look back you’ll see they just keep closing the complaint but it’s not worked for longer than 5 weeks since we upgraded.

    @BTCare your BT Mobile Sim is not very good, my wife cannot get a signal at post code TW4 6FD, this has been going on for a very long time. Not getting the service we pay for! #Verypoor BT Broadband issues also having problems but being assisted by technical

    @bt_uk Hi, trying to put an order through on your website and choosing Hybrid add-on but when going through to checkout it has taken it off? Dont really want to go through credit checks etc if your not able to give me the service I asked for. Can you help?
