@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@bt_uk Unfortunately not, it was suggested a wifi problem but thats fine as Netflix and Prime work fine. The box downstair is recordable, and upstairs is not, is the smaller box inferior, reception wise?

Hey @bt_uk - my 66 yr old vulnerable mum Moved just before Christmas - you promissed her internet/tv/phone etc would be sorted last week, but she’s still not connected! Which has left unconnected all over Christmas - which is pretty bad form! #BadCustomerService

From today, I've lost my @PrimeVideo and @btsport when I'm outside the UK. Since I'm away for long periods, I might as well cancel each subscription. At least it will save me a over three hundred quid a year. Maybe not so bad after all!

@bt_uk My 4g on my phone is about 30x faster than this ****. And costs £10 a month or 1/3 of what you charge. And that includes the line rental 👍🏼
