Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@bt_uk Hi Rita. I have reported the fault. I also did a tracert command and it looks like the problem is between the exchange and the router so it's not a fault on my end. It's a problem with openreach network so I guess anyone whos offline now is out of luck until its repaired. Oh well

@bt_uk I'm using wired, always have. It likes to drop at a certain time which really sucks. I have 40 down and a terrible upload of 6. Colours usually stay at blue, no colour changes when it drops tho.

@Angels35Karen @bt_uk If you have ftc, a new provider is n’t going to make the faintest difference as the service will utilise the same faulty infrastructure.

@Angels35Karen @BTCare Make sure your router is up high and not being blocked by anything. Most wi-fi issues are sorted by alignment of the router to the centre of the house.

@space_librarian @bt_uk I've signed up to an alternative provider. Pity because I like having the BT box to record TV onto but this just isn't good enough. Call is to ensure they're actually processing the cancellation properly and find out the status of complaint and refund I'm expecting!

@John_Guy1 @bt_uk Nah I’m with BT, super slow speeds and constant cutting off. They are sending me a new router as they said my line is ok
