    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    Absolutely appalling from @bt_uk my contract price has risen nearly £15 in 12 months - yet a quick look at your website & a new customer could get the same service for HALF the price I’m paying. Guy on the phone was extremely condescending. APPALLING SERVICE 😡 😡

    I can't even begin to tell you how much I hate @bt_uk By far the worst broadband company I've ever experienced. Imagine paying £46 a month and getting buffering on a youtube video.

    @bt_uk Yes Paula, BT Halo hybrid has a weak signal so has not helped at all.

    @bt_uk Just a quick message to say I find it quite poor that BT were very quick to contact me to say that my bill is going up by 14.4% (!) but have given no info whatever on what the widely-reported merger/rebrand of the sports offering means for me as a subscriber. Priorities?
