@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@bt_uk I placed an order for Broadband & Digital Voice yesterday, only to find that the order has been partially cancelled in the order tracking page. I'm worried the existing broadband connection with BT will be disconnected as it's only saying the phone service will continue.

@Davidsgoldblatt @btsport Yup. And by 2080 we will be looking at a **** storm of other stuff: we won't be worried about skiing. Come on, @btsport . You gotta wake up on this. It's happening already and we're only at 1.1 degrees too warm.... what happens even if we do manage to stay just below 1.5???
