Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@bt_uk #BEWARE We’ve just have a very dubious caller suggesting we should press 1,talk to an executive, because there has been suspicious activity on our broadband so they will be closing it down.The number that called was 01054680835. #BT please investigate and prosecute.Thanks

@bt_uk so we were supposed to have an engineer visit to set up our halo 3+ between 8-10am. At 11.40 used the live chat, they say they can’t help, ring bt, 1hr 16mins later I finally got through to qube gb who apparently contract to bt who then said he doesn’t have my job, ring bt

@bt_uk Little update on the dismal service, engineer turned up on Tuesday only to find the outside work hadn’t been carried out, so left, someone else turned up today to take a picture of the outside work (still not done) another engineer due tomorrow. I don’t suppose abi could do it?

@bt_uk @SeanAFlynn1983 Same for me, in West London W5 area - been working from home for a year now, like most, and not had a single connectivity problem. Nothing called out in my area on your tool. Not doing anything different today but seriously slow internet. Pls can you check
