DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?

Estimated repair date moves forward on a daily basis. How long will this take? Will I receive a discount off my bill for no service?

Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)
