  Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

  @bt_uk I still blame BT. They own the phone network. They should have more robust security measures in place to prevent computer based scammers accessing their system. I think its called "cyber security" - all the rage these days - proper businesses put systems in place to prevent it.
