    @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    Hi @bt_uk, we've had a complaint in since the 11th November and still haven't had a response. Roll on New year's eve and we get disconnected. We called support who weren't sure what was going on and took us through the process of a reorder(again).

    @bt_uk I need someone to actually look into my query. This is the third time I’m contacting BT regarding this. First by Live Chat then by calling and both times non of the agents were helpful. I just want someone to help me with my query so I can get my money back!

    @bt_uk Hi Bt Social Media, someone from your team just called me and asked if I wanted put through to the cancellation team as they could put me through. Unfortunately the reliability of the cancellation team seems to be as bad as your broadband Wi-fi they hung up after taking the call

    @bt_uk Hi, is there an ongoing wide area issue with Broadband? I’m on fibre 900 and service has been down since 1530. Switched on to the mini hub but it’s absolutely slow and no go even if placed right next to the window. Area: Runcorn, Cheshire.Thanks

    @bt_uk Broadband issues. New disc issued. Engineer out today to "fix" speed. Now I have no connection this past hour and I'm working from home. Not happy.

    @bt_uk broadband supposed to be installed today.. installed but still no connection. Customer services couldn’t recommend anything apart from it should be done and will raise with case management. How am I supposed to work from home with no f**king WiFi #fuming #bt #openreach

    @bt_uk had engineer out today to fit fibre to premises but can't get cable fully through conduit and said they need to lift part of driveway dig down, clear blockage to get cable through. Does driveway not get affected? What is timeframes? all this from a sales upgrade call 🙈

    @bt_uk hello, we spoke to someone at the weekend to amend our subscription and cancel our sport. We have since been sent a new tv box? We don’t need a new one. Have we been charged for this? Thank you
