Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@Tetisheri13 @bt_uk !! Turned out to be a genuine call from Sky but a random number, lovely lady says she's trying to help me (which I didn't know I needed). Asked my name, refused to say it or any details. Call ended politely by me in 10 seconds. Service delayed. Then they wonder why scammers win

@btsport It’s such a shame that your app isn’t up to scratch. I can’t afford the TV option so rely on the app but it keeps failing. Out of sync, poor quality image now audio but no video of the end of the cricket. Such a shame.
