BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming

Ann Palmer (@AnniePShoreham) reported@bt_uk No I won’t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.
