@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@andysc @bt_uk There is some power coming in over the telephone line. Maybe they should make routers that use this to supplement usage. I know we have to pay for a phoneline rental that we never use.

@bt_uk Sorry, didn’t mean to suggest further problems. It arrived about 60 mins before leaving the old house, so I’m all set. Thanks for all your help. Will be connecting it at new property shortly

@bt_uk i really could do with some help please. Had a Bt tv box for a couple of weeks and it’s unusable for the live tv as I get an ipc6023 error message. Wasted over 2 hours on the phone trying to get help and was promised a call back last Thursday that never happened

@teeny_beanie911 @bt_uk Get yourself a cheap 4G router with a #SMARTY sim. There's no contract. Cancel any time and unlimited data only costs you £20 p/m. No install fee either. Assuming your cell coverage is good this is a v cost effective solution.

@bt_uk I have a broadband issue. I made a phone call (🙄) and now you’re asking me to rate the service. I wouldn’t recommend BT very highly due to the difficulty in contacting you but would give call handler Simon a 10/10 for his response. Can’t do this on your text feedback.
