Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@bt_uk A form with 28 days response time isn’t good enough. A full cab is an infrastructure problem, not one that I should be penalised for. Is there an escalation contact at open reach who can solve this?

@bt_uk How do I cancel all my services (phone line, broadband, and sport) without having to call up? I'm assuming this is possible online (as it's 2021) and you've just hidden the option somewhere?

@bt_uk just spent ages banging head against a brick wall with chat service . So frustrating dealing with BT. In Feb I lost the will to live trying to get a 2nd Line. And Gave up Now I’m dealing with appalling broadband speeds. Promised 20Mbps Upload but stuck on 0.71Mbps

@bt_uk bit of a kick in the teeth to take half a days leave for an installation engineer visit when the engineer doesn’t show up and doesn’t make any contact. Not great customer service or a great start to a new contract is it?

@bt_uk To be honest I’m considering moving to @ZenInternetHelp the 300mb package I’m currently on costs less with them and is guaranteed not to go up in price. The CPI+3.9% isn’t good as you *never* increase the base cost for new customers, if anything it goes down, like it did today!

@bt_uk Hello Aled, yes they did. I had an engineer twice that was booked for me to be switched to Fibre Optic Broadband and it never happened and the BT software was saying that I had Fibre Optic Broadband and another software was saying I had copper Broadband.

@bt_uk Hi Alannah - thanks for the quick response. Why doesn't it say this in any of your email comms so that people can prepare? It just says 'there might be a short break in service'. My definition of short isn't hours or most of the day?
