DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

lee davenport (@leedvnprt) reported@bt_uk I can't because the My BT app and online is broken. Just keep ending up on a page that says that you cant access my account and you're working on a fix. It's been like that since around April!

wynne carter 🔶#FBPE🇺🇦 (@gvs368) reported@bt_uk been with BT for years and waiting patiently for FTTP. The checker finally went to "we're building in your area now". In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?

Jim up the saints 💪 (@Jim5511blue) reported@bt_uk Just so its out there, when cancelled today I was told if I rejoin BT at a later date I would be put to the back of queue, how absolutely typical of company who gave me start date then could not supply their service even after a month and four days !! Excellent customer care!!!!

Was told that OpenReach came, checked outside and went away. Really? The elderly person is listed as a welfare case. Terrible terrible terrible 👎

Tablet Science (@TabletScience) reported@bt_uk I can't get access to my btinternet email account and there is absolutely no way to contact BT. Every way they give to contact them doesn't work. Can't phone, can't text, can't email. How can I force BT to pay attention? Offer to buy something from them?
