Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

@bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@bt_uk my Nan's phone and internet are both down, her care line relies on her phone. Is anyone able to help? She needs it fixed asap but because there's a 'warden' in the area she lives, she doesn't qualify for your disabled persons help thing 🙄

@wodieskodie @bt_uk Rhoda, as far as I know fault has been caused by cable damage at Dervaig, engineers are on site now but it may take a good few hours to repair.

@bt_uk I just checked mybt and it says your going to aim to fix it from the 13th September. Am i entitled to compensation at this point because its now affecting my work as i can't actually WFH

@bt_uk Ive Dmed it. But i have got it working now. You may need to report back to open reach as ive had to disconnect their service unit. I know it alarms their systems so they may need to send an engineer to investigate

@bt_uk Do not get bt or there Internet 3 times I gave my bank details and they couldn't take it out of my account then got rid sent router back they say they never received it and put 100 on top of a bill no good in my eyes
