    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    @bt_uk your service is beyond appalling. I am shocked at the number of errors that have been made and the untruths I have been told by your advisors. 7 days (so far) without an internet connection and I work from home. I have never experienced such poor service from a company.

    @bt_uk are a joke. Second time I am tweeting this. Do not go with BT!! Especially if you are a business customer. Business run from home and havent had internet since Monday. They are now saying it may be next Wednesday. Go with anyone else!

    @bt_uk No, because there is an aerial cable there, it’s just doesn’t seem to be working. An engineer came out today to set up the phone line. That’s all I was told was needed when I phoned to order BT. Phoned today and they said if adapter doesn’t work then TSG would need to fix?

    @bt_uk BT service in our area has been consistently diabolical for last 15 years and we have now moved to a local microwave service which is genuinely high speed and provides proper customer care by people who actually listen and fix any issues which arise.

    @bt_uk Not good enough. I don’t want a complaint, I don’t want credit, I just want someone to call up an engineer and send them round to make the connection. I’ve been told it’s not a resourcing issue, it’s a computer issue. Where did the common sense go?!

    @bt_uk @TolhurstRob Hey BT. My internet has gone down at 1am two nights in a row now. Please advise. I need my internet at that time and it's like my provider is preventing me access for 2 hours each time
