Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

Just completed a questionnaire from @NowTV. Let me say: ads really bad; price ridiculous; no catch up on sport laughable; no watch from start; boost annoying. Will never, ever subscribe again. Years behind @btsport and £20 too expensive.

@bt_uk Why do you treat existing customers like ****? Took 500mb bb last year & told best price as existing customer was 49.99 & offer for new customers (45.99) would be increasing. My bill is now 54.63 yet it's still 45.99 for new customers inc. 22.99 for 3 months.

@bt_uk why does your "report a scam" call page required an answer about software the scammer used to connect, when you've already answered that they didn't. Same happens with the "did they take money" question. You say no, but are forced to fill in the "how" question. Poor ux.

As soon as my contact is up with @bt_uk I'm going straight over to @virginmedia the worst thing I ever did was go with @bt_uk wouldn't it be nice to have a full 24 hours where the broadband is what I've paid for?

@bt_uk Ive got no/low internet signal in one of the upstairs bedrooms & we've been told we'd need to pay for an engineer to come out? Doesn't sound right to me. And to add to that now the bill has gone up £3 a month to £30! That's the same as Sky but we've only got internet!

@bt_uk it's now been 2 years you've been sending me messages about someone else's services, engineer visits and service disruptions. I've called to tell you, twice. I can't imagine how pissed off the other person is, for not getting the messages they're expecting. Sort it out.

@bt_uk Its 2022, you're a telecom company and for some reason I'm having to write to you with a POA access code I retrieved from the internet and post it to you rather than attaching it to an email like every other company. This is stupid, slow and inconvenient. Why? Why?? 🤦

@bt_uk BT - Nick Lane MD of Retail customer services I suspect when he arrives home he runs around the kitchen clapping his hands 2 the money he has made 4 such a shocking service - BT makes reference 2 Excellent Service - Liars total rubbish in my case - Nightmare Money 4 old numbers
