@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@AndyWoodturner Hope you have better luck with #BT than me I had similar problem eventually couldn't get on to internet.Was paying for #BTsport and Sky Sport couldn't watch either. After a month they had failed to get the internet up and working. Still waiting on compensation.

@bt_uk I'm getting to the point of going to another provider, this is our second hub and the internet is going up and down up and down, we've had it looked at and nothings wrong. We left sky because of this problem for bt because it's supposed to be the best.....yeh really.

@bt_uk Pretty much no one in the village has any internet or phone lines! We aware of the issue due to the Facebook page but nothing from you guys! It’s disappointing that we have to hear about it third hand!
