@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

Constantly getting a “weak security” warning for my @BT_uk Wi-fi on my @apple iPhone XR and it is doing my head in 🤯. Wi-fi becomes slow to virtually non-existent on my phone and makes Wi-Fi pointless 😡🤬.

Order @bt_uk internet 1st November. They finish the install last week. Today I’m told they will only connect the line on the 16th April. @bt_uk please can anyone look into this?! Customer care on the phone are refusing to help me.

@bt_uk I done all the diagnostic from bt web -from My BT- but it says all fine - can you confirm that no connection issues in the area? I have been checking online and I have found many facing connection issues yet we hear nothing from BT

@bt_uk my broadband has gone down and I am working from home B67 area. Can you help please. Fault report says you intend to get it fixed by 1st March. I cant live with that timescale
