@bt_uk The problem is not the quantity of drops! The problem is the issues this caused! If I work with internet and I pay my bills in advance and direct debit, than your job is make sure that I will have my connection when I need it! That clearly didn’t happen!

So when you don't get the service you expect from @bt_uk they will charge you £400 to leave. Why not make sure your products work then we wouldn't have to be bribed into staying with faulty equipment 😒

Tonight's stream is cancelled. I can't host a stream the internet is so poor just now I'm working on trying to sort it but I refuse to let it win so if your angry make your voices heard to @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach as they thing sub 8mbps in 2020 is acceptable

@shomac28 @bt_uk Made a complaint about one advisors tone and attitude. Got message 3 hours later to say closed. Asked for outcome. I then got told I'd asked for it to be re opened (I didnt). Got told persons line manager would call me. That was about 2 weeks ago. No call

@bt_uk I might have sorted it out. Because I was having trouble logging in to myBT (long saga) I had to change the password and although I deliberately didn’t check the email box it seems to have changed that as well so I’ve managed to log back in I think.
