@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Quality work from @bt_uk: force customers onto Digital Voice landlines, then have regular outages, cutting you off from the outside world. Make you spend money calling them on your mobile, then say it'll take 48 hours to fix, and they can't put you back onto copper wires
