    @bt_uk My BT service is terrible. I have to reconnect my mobile to house wi-fi every time i return to the house. Every bill gets higher and higher and got a letter recently saying theres more price increases on the way

    @bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

    @bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Sutton's conduct wasn't that professional either but if I'm honest wasn't far off my thoughts at the time.

    @bt_uk hi bt I need a contact number that can help me with a complaint. I have a series of missed payments from 2016 adversely affecting credit. These missed payments say its BT, which is incorrect I never had any missed payments with you so need this resolved asap

    @bt_uk It is the norm for me, all 4 orders I've placed with BT over 7 years have been a pain. 2 orders for TV I was quoted one price but charged more & the 2 broadband orders have needed reordering due to system issues. So frustrating.

    Poor service with @ShellEnergyHome broadband. 5 days without internet, no email response, on hold checking the line. Did all the checks but only when I ask for it to be escalated to @bt_uk (told fault at my end) miraculously comes back. Time to leave

    @bt_uk never known a company to repeatedly make placing an order so difficult. Broadband renewal ordered at 11am, system cancelled by 1pm, 2 phone calls and an hour later and now I have to wait for a callback tomorrow. 4 orders in 7 years and each one has been difficult. Why?

    @bt_uk Why is the WiFi connection so bad between smart hub 2 and Sony ps4. Hub stays connected to PC/laptop/sky box etc but not ps4. Home hub from a few years ago kept connection ok so why can't the new and improved version of it

    So @bt_uk have really surpassed themselves now. I’ve been without internet for 3 weeks, they tell me that they can’t connect me until AUGUST and provide a “mini hub” until I can get connected. However even this has now been switched off, after I made a formal complaint…

    @bigbob25a @bt_uk They’re an utter nightmare ! And they don’t seem to understand the importance of getting this fixed quickly esp when you work from home ! They also closed my complaint before the issue was resolved so asked them to re-open it!

    @bt_uk Business sales team are a joke, after agreeing a 20k package for multiple lease lines, the sales manager was supposed to email me a contract as agreed, chased him with several emails and phone calls, never reply’s to emails or phone calls false promises. Now moving away
