@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

@bt_uk My BT service is terrible. I have to reconnect my mobile to house wi-fi every time i return to the house. Every bill gets higher and higher and got a letter recently saying theres more price increases on the way

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Don’t think @btsport and @YouTube will be holding there heads high tonight. The live stream of the champions league final was awful. Not a lover of the @BBCiPlayer, but at least they can successfully broadcast a live event in UHD without any major issues.

@bt_uk I can’t write articles on my phone. My phone provider is also charging me extra for the extra 4g I am using . We both can’t use the mini hub as the signal keeps dropping out. We can’t print vital items and if we don’t get this sorted I’mnot only losing money but paying out extra
