@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Got out of the most unsatisfactory & toxic customer relationships I’ve ever had with @virginmedia felt liberated and excited to move over to @bt_uk …turns out they’re all the same, tell lies to sign you up, can’t deliver, why can’t anyone provide reliable broadband in #Leeds? 🤬

@bt_uk No. Problem is either first or second network hop so I’m the exchange. Engineer today closed the fault apparently without a fix. The image I attached to the first tweet demonstrates the issue clearly

@bt_uk Anyone else had appalling services from @bt_uk? The worst thing I've ever done 3 months ago is order FTTP, now have no broadband at all and a phone number none of my friends or family know, no sign of resolution either
