@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

@bt_uk A random care home company has inadvertently set up call diversion to my mobile. I've tried reaching the company via email, social media, non-emergency police etc., with no response. I've blocked the number but still getting voicemails. Can you DM to help/break diversion?

@bt_uk There has been no mention of supplier delays in yesterday’s text. A different excuse was given. The issue with cancelling now is that the dates given by other providers will no longer be available because BT have continually advised it would be sooner.

@BTCare We have no mobile signal and haven’t locally for a few days. Obviously due to the weather there are going to be issues, but your website and signal strength checker says there are no issues. The 3 users in this house (2 BT 1EE) all have the same issue so not the phones!?

@bt_uk internet down; zero assistance; zero information = zero service. Apparently you’ve told your employees to stay home, 🤷🏻, the storms have passed ffs.

Morning @bt_uk, just wanted to say how irritating it is not to be able to report *landline* problems on your website. Fault reporting defaults to broadband only, with no option to test/report landline. Some of us still have problems with one but not the other. Infuriating.

@bt_uk That's really helpful Tasha, thank you. Text option doesn't come up on desktop site, which is strange (and unhelpful - online report is easier as mobile signal's poor here). Desktop site just gives options for wifi/broadband tests. We've now sent text about current issue though.
