@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

@bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

@bt_uk No Broadband since Saturday the 17Dec2022. No communciation, no visibility. I have to check service status online every time myself. The fix date has been pushed out 3x times, from 20Dec to 28Dec. Still no idea whats happening. Customer service said they can do nothing?

@bt_uk Just spent 90 minutes on hold, no answer to BT, trying to cancel my BT Sports. From everything I’ve read you lot make it impossible to cancel. Please avoid Bt like the plague. So many stories like mine…The worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced

@bt_uk Funny how it’s happened the last two renewals and it’s happening again now… my service that normally gives 50+mb now is giving 2mb ‘but there’s nothing wrong’. It was working fine before my contract was up for renewal

@bt_uk Hi, had an email saying my complaint has been closed. This is not the case. This complaint needs to remain open until resolved and have a working service ref: VOL013-737697094583.
