@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

Why don't @btsport just make their 4k channel available for anyone who subscribes to their service? Literally don't know anyone who has BT Ultimate, viewing figures must be zero

@btsport why is your app so bad on Samsung TVs? It works fine on xbox, but it just keeps buffering on Samsung. Poor optimisation of the netcode, I reckon.
