@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

@bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

@btsport @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp through to supervisor or give me there name , WiFi operates my Cow Herd health collars , informs me of sick cows , rumination etc , lost a cow sick which wifi would picked up earlier . 10 days no phone of Broadband , never happened in 70's

@bt_uk This is not an unbreakable home connection and is false advertising. If your broadband goes down you have to wait for the mobile network to kick in. So for example if your playing a game your kicked out etc. It is not unbreakable.

@bt_uk we’re upgrading to full fibre today. However for some reason you have cut off our existing broadband from midnight last night, meaning my wife cannot work from home today. It has cause a LOT of stress this morning. Not great for a new customer
