@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

@bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

@ComXcomics @bt_uk Because you're technically minded they're probably hoping you just give up or cancel as they can't say stuff you'll fall for.

@bt_uk is the app and website down? Unable to log in, even when I change my password.

@bt_uk If only your customer service team delivered what you promise. I'm STILL waiting to hear about compensation for an outage weeks ago! If I'm honest I'm loathed to chase it as it's up to you and if I don't hear I will move my services elsewhere.

@bt_uk "Fine" is relative - it was still bloody slow, but that was better than "not working at all" which is where you've left me now.

@bt_uk Nope too much hassle. The form I was sent doesn’t allow photos and wants info that I don’t have. Not my problem. Tried my best.

After over 10 years, I just cancelled my contract with @bt_uk and even if they make me pay for the cancellation, I feel relieved. The most unapologetically incompetent service. Good bye.

@btsport really not happy with your service, supposed to be upgraded to fibre today , engineer was great did all the stuff but nobody sent the new hub, now my old hub won’t connect to the internet , how am I supposed to work from home? New hub coming tomorrow I hope .. not good

@bt_uk "Sorry again" and the casual shrug of shoulders I have had from all the people in your organisation are woefully inadequate responses. I have submitted my complaint and will continue to push for recompense.

Hello @bt_uk there's a squirrel stuck up a telegraph pole outside my house (chased up there by a cat). Any ideas on how to get it down?
