@bt_uk BT, but the BT network checker doesn't have any service status hence using the EE site as it's the same network. Also no live chat option on BT site for customer support any more, so twitter...

@bt_uk I did yes, and I've had it confirmed that I will get a partial refund for the time that I do not have the service that I've paid for, which was another concern of mine as I will not get fibre broadband until at least mid-September now.

@bt_uk @bladey2k57 In the end I just cancelled the subscription from my BT bill and signed up again directly through Microsoft as no-one had any idea how to fix the issue
