    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    @btbusinesscare That tells me what I already know - "Superfast" (not even going to start complaining about your misguiding naming conventions) is available at up to only 35Mbps down and 6 up. No word on any future improvements. I may as well use an unlimited 4G package, it'd save money at least.

    @crouchy9 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Was told Wednesday they were installing, never showed up. Phoned up complained, the BT guy spoke with openreach, called me back Thursday morning and told me they’ve got me in for an emergency appointment as they didn’t show, today. Never showed again

    @RuthieeL @bt_uk I phoned my aunt /godmother every week for at least an hr. We put the world to right. Our last conversation we had spoke of Ruth is leaving TM in a friday, well that didn't go down well. Sadly I lost her on Tuesday night, but will be ever grateful to the long chats we had.

    @bt_uk @FionaQuigs 23 days and no internet service here, sort it out, worst internet provider I have had the displeasure to deal with. Phone service is awful, spent 3 hours getting passed around and waiting to speak to some one who understood anything yesterday

    @bt_uk No WiFi since October. Promised to fix by 6 pm today. Now 23rd. Totally unacceptable. Also refused HALO hub to get me over Xmas. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. FRAGMENTED & UNRELIABLE.
