  • squashriderun
Ray Chessum (@squashriderun) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@squash_pod @daveguinane @btsport I thought Eurosport were going to broadcast the “big” events on their free to air channels when they started to show live feeds but It never happened.

@bt_uk just checked on your website for broadband issues. My area (Kingsthorpe) isn’t listed but my broadband has dropped out 4 times this morning. Is this related to the current issue listed on the website or could it be something else?

  • markwilsonit
Mark Wilson 👨🏻‍💻 (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England

Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

  • StBeany
StBeany (@StBeany) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@bt_uk Very poor in my location, that's why I opted for a "streaming " service as satellite is also troublesome.

  • gregduffield
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

  • dearden47
Martin Dearden (@dearden47) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@Billypieman @bt_uk Welcome to my world Bill, they really are a waste of space I have had three final bills from them all different. They have issued a new contract each time I contacted them to CANCEL my contract therefore I am sitting on a large bill. I am at a loss what to do next.

  • lauraj_cook
Laura Cook (@lauraj_cook) reported from Tiffield, England

@bt_uk I will DM our account details but as in my original tweet we are pub (already horrendously struggling this last year) and we lost hundreds of pounds last night and Friday though the incompetence of your service… THIS CANNOT CONTINUE

  • jeannysseT
YT: Beamie_live 🇬🇦 IG Jeannysse (@jeannysseT) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

  • HayleyWhite36
Hunnybun's Bracelets (@HayleyWhite36) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@bt_uk I’m still waiting for you to tell me how you managed to get hold of my address & put it on your mailing lists!!! Telling me your taking it off your lists isn’t quite good enough when I never gave you my address in the first place 😡

  • brezsean
Sean Breslin (@brezsean) reported from Northamptonshire, England

This is the logic of a man actually employed to discuss football. At some point rather than producing clickbait think of how you can help your @SkySports or for that matter @btsport subscribers who in 2 months time might not be able to afford your product.

  • gregduffield
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

  • apes_86
Äpes (@apes_86) reported from Harpole, England

@bt_uk On everything. My phone. The lot. It’s so bad.

  • gregduffield
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk Please could you advise the correct procedure to lodge a formal GDPR complaint. As you have failed to act when informed that your incorrect record keeping has led to a breach of my data which puts me at increased risk of ID theft.

  • lewis14cliona
Cliona (@lewis14cliona) reported from East Haddon, England

Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

  • DcNpton
DC (@DcNpton) reported from Northamptonshire, England

ONE WEEK ON @btsport AND STILL NO REPLY. Shoddy customer service. #lookafteryourcustomers #CapitalsmightHELP

  • Boston_Rabbit
    BostonRabbit🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@Boston_Rabbit) reported

So @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.

  • iMcKenzied
    (((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported

@bt_uk I’ve already been told there is nothing that can be done. @bt_uk are going to take double payments for the same line for 7 months and have made clear that after 48 years do not want me as a customer when I do find somewhere to live. Seems unnecessary to me.

  • sideangleballs
    RichNotRich (@sideangleballs) reported

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare My business broadband has been down all morning and in my efforts to log in to fault check you've now locked me out of my account! Help please!!

  • 64outsider
    Changeling64 (@64outsider) reported

@bt_uk Behind Brilliant things? How? When they upgrade system which results in vulnerable, elderly left at risk with a worse service than they had before! Seems #BT is profiting- w no free customer help number- hours spent trying to get someone to sort a problem that they caused.

  • euanT5
    euanT (@euanT5) reported

@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Jim, in Scot's law you own everything from your boundary to the sky. Openreach are ***************. Speak to a lawyer. I've had similar issues.

  • eventhestarsuk
Even The Stars Music (@eventhestarsuk) reported

@bt_uk hey. Why are you charging me £84 for a package a new customer can now get for £35 and the best price you can offer me is £65 with a 24 month contract? Ripping off long-term customers is a very bad look

  • wizza_wozza
    Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.

  • Walesguy2
    Mark (@Walesguy2) reported

@bt_uk Paying a bill should be easy. Automatic. Why do you make it so difficult for your customers? I’ve already spent an hour on this tonight. And your complaints page wouldn’t upload. Funny that. You think I have that time to spend on a **** company that can’t organise itself?

  • Superfx101
    Steve 💙💚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@Superfx101) reported

@bt_uk Hi, thanks for the quick reply. That's what I did but they were significantly higher than what a new customer is offered. Is my only option to get the best deal is to switch provider? If so, then unfortunately I will have to do that.

  • jackbwater
    jackbwater (@jackbwater) reported

@mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.
