    @bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

    @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

    @btsport Cannot believe that during these times, when Sky Sports, gyms, even mortgage companies are allowing easy online suspension of payments, that you are being as difficult as possible to pause subscription. I now have no option but to cancel DD & I will not be coming back!🤬

    @bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

    This is the logic of a man actually employed to discuss football. At some point rather than producing clickbait think of how you can help your @SkySports or for that matter @btsport subscribers who in 2 months time might not be able to afford your product.

    @bt_uk After promising to investigate and respond to me today no word from them today. For those like me who rely on broadband to work from home steer clear of @bt_uk problem not moved forward in two weeks.

    @bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

    @bt_uk Please could you advise the correct procedure to lodge a formal GDPR complaint. As you have failed to act when informed that your incorrect record keeping has led to a breach of my data which puts me at increased risk of ID theft.

    @virginmedia I’ve done all that multiple times, including the technician checking over the phone & saying the router was faulty… I lost more money waiting in for the 2 days for a router that never arrived than paying any exit fees, I’d rather just pay any fee & move to @SkyUK or @bt_uk

    @bt_uk @SkySports who's crazy idea was it to have Liverpool as the saturday evening match, when tuesday playing in the champions league? surely the sensible thing would be to make us play friday and then tuesday, or saturday and wednesday. You should be trying to help our clubs
