@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

@bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

@bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

@bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

@bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

@bt_uk Jesus Christ can someone tell me WHY my WiFi is so slow? I am trying to download a program from my iPad from sky Q and it’s taken nearly half hour to get to 80%. Downloads usually complete in less than 3 mins! I had this issue a week ago, why are you giving me **** WiFi?

@bt_uk Hi, my Nan's having problems with her landline, it's ringing but it's just a buzzing sound? An advisor did a line test last night but found nothing. Her care line runs off her landline so quite concerned about that 🙈 Thanks!

@bt_uk I don't really care about compensation as much as actually getting the problem fixed. The broadband has been slow all summer and now I'm getting these repeated outages. I just want the service I pay for.
