Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

I have never dealt with a worse company in terms of customer support and getting the job done. We had so many problems and could do nothing. Our MP was no help. I’m with vodofone and had good service

I was under the impression that someone would visit the house as the operator mentioned that an adult had to be in the property.
