    @bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

    @btsport Cannot believe that during these times, when Sky Sports, gyms, even mortgage companies are allowing easy online suspension of payments, that you are being as difficult as possible to pause subscription. I now have no option but to cancel DD & I will not be coming back!🤬

    @bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

    @bt_uk there is a WiFi Outage in the Kilsby area CV23 8YG we have had no WiFi since Wednesday can I have an update in a tweet don’t send me links as I can not do anything with them as no WiFi, we just need an update on the works I have reached out loads and have been ignored

    @bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

    @bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

    @bt_uk Please could you advise the correct procedure to lodge a formal GDPR complaint. As you have failed to act when informed that your incorrect record keeping has led to a breach of my data which puts me at increased risk of ID theft.

    @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

    @btbusinesscare Have a fairly serious issue with BT One Phone Hardware Credit 'vanishing' which your team can't or won't explain. Need to escalate, how? Only have email contact for them. Something very wrong... Admin or something else at your end.

    @bt_uk It's okay. This problem has being ongoing for so long I have a designated agent who deals with my complaints. We're speaking tomorrow. I was just sharing how rubbish your service is as a way way of blowing off steam after 4 months of BT failing to fix a problem.

    @bt_uk So got a booked date for the 20th between 10am and midday. Now it keeps cutting out. I'm telling you now there's no way your billing me a full month's payment for this appalling service!!!!!.

    Had to make a couple of customer service calls regarding my sports TV subscriptions. Absolutely shocking, couldn't care less attitude from @btsport - congrats you lost a customer. Called @SkySports - Mohammed was very helpful and dealt with my query very professionally.

    @bt_uk Have called 0800 800150 and spoken to a human thanks. There is a Service Outage in my area (your checking website says it’s all fine) impacting ALL providers of Finre Broadband, and allegedly you’ll now be doing something to fix it.

    I’m trying to sort out an openreach issue with @bt_uk and every person I speak to ends up saying “I’m not really the right person to speak to about that”. I even had a guy in the house yesterday with “openreach” clothes on staring at the openreach box. He wasn’t the right person.
