  • Chris_RTID ChrisRFC (@Chris_RTID) reported

@bt_uk I have never in all my years dealt with a company as truly awful as BT. Time after time I am made promises, given assurances and mis lead with regards to my expectations. Share price is lower than it has been for years. No wonder! Shocking company.

  • RobbieWebb1717 Robbie Webb (@RobbieWebb1717) reported

@bt_uk Hi, our wifi signal and speed in our house is horrendous. Don’t get signal upstairs at all. We find ourselves using our mobile data instead of the WiFi. How do I speak to someone to address this?

  • MaxLC_ Max (@MaxLC_) reported

@virginmedia I will be claiming compensation, I’ve paid well over £100 and had no service provided by you. I’m sick of this, Virgin are quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever used. @bt_uk have offered me a deal better than what im currently on so will definitely be leaving.

  • Matt_Dixon167 Matt Dixon (@Matt_Dixon167) reported

@btsport it works on my phone and I’ve checked my IP address and it’s definitely up location no issues there. Must be an issue at your end.

@bt_uk Our Internet has been down all day and we don’t have a landline to check on the website if it’s on our end or not. Any suggestions?

At the end of my tether with my broadband connection at home, slow at the best of times, unusable otherwise and no help to be had today until tomorrow at least (this tweet was written an hour ago)🤬 @btbusinesscare

  • littlenix79 Nicola (@littlenix79) reported

@bt_uk Thanks. I’ve done this and it’s disconnected her phone. She wears a care alarm so am concerned of the impact this will have . Any way we can resolve as an emergency?

  • beckybaldock77 Becky (@beckybaldock77) reported

@virginmedia what is the issue with @btsport @btsportfootball extra channels on the red button not working? #FACup

  • theconnman87 Connor McGimpsey (@theconnman87) reported

@bt_uk 100mb at the router...if you're connected directly to it with a single device via an ethernet cable. Mine is nowhere near that in practice and BT customer service unwilling to provide any further extenders or hold up their misleading money-back guarantee. Very unhappy customer.
