  • trevstanley Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England

@bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

  • chris_jelley Dr Chris Jelley (@chris_jelley) reported from Durham, England

10+ years (probably more) of being a loyal @bt_uk @BTGroup customer and they couldn’t waive the early termination fee liable because my new move means I can’t transfer the contract to my temporary property. I will never use them again.

  • timlibrarian Tim Fowler (@timlibrarian) reported from Bearpark, England

@bt_uk Hi, no, it’s not a new build. Engineer visited before Christmas and was able to activate broadband but not phone service due to a fault in the junction box. Order number is VOL013-439847322595

  • d4rryl23 Darryl Arnett (@d4rryl23) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk Hi, I have just had an experience with your customer service, with which I still don’t have an answer, if I can get your fttp services. My new post is DH4 4ZL. Your web site says that your fttp service is available. If someone can help and views this post. Please do

  • X_CELsolutions X-CEL Solutions (@X_CELsolutions) reported from Darlington, England

Can you give me some technical advice please @bt_uk I'm wanting to connect a 2.4ghz wifi alarm security system to your Smart hub 2. Is it possible to separate your dual frequency to allow me to do this? #TechSupport #Advice #Help

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk No broadband (now 15 days late), no reasons given why not, no sense of urgency to actually get it sorted. I'm running out of superlatives to describe your dreadful customer service and general incompetence.

  • MissLWrighty Wrighty (@MissLWrighty) reported from Darlington, England

What would be really great right now is if all the internet providers gave free upgrades to all those in key critical roles working from home to enable them to continue without interruption due to slow service @bt_uk @VirginMediaCorp @skytv

  • DanielJenks89 Daniel Jenks (@DanielJenks89) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@bt_uk I have had issues with my broadband dropping in and out of my devices since that major outage happened on Thursday. I don’t know if anyone else has had those continuous problems during that time?

  • trevstanley Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

  • 1972wilksy Chris Wilks (@1972wilksy) reported from Chilton, England

@bt_uk broadband down (again). Not getting unlimited 4g on my 2 Sims despite 2 advisors telling me I would when I rang up (twice) that is part of my halo plan. Not happy

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Crook, England

@bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter Hoare ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

@PaulCaden1 and the students home Wi-fi likely no better either! I’m having to drive into work any day I am delivering online outreach presentations to schools or at online conferences as our home Wi-fi is so poor.....😳 @bt_uk?

  • cushdela CushdelaCush (@cushdela) reported from Darlington, England

Ahh Jenas shut ******** up... Was wondering how long it would take before the Bruce arse licking started! #NUFC #BTsport

  • CraigShitpeas Craig Shitpeas (@CraigShitpeas) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Rochdale’s 40yr old forward more effective than #Nufc 40million pound one. He is awful. No heart, no touch, no industry just dreadful. Well done #rochdale a deserved payday. They should have won it. They still might! #facup #btsport

  • hippodarlo Helen Davis (@hippodarlo) reported from Darlington, England

@btsport The dubbed crowd is awful, might as well watch FIFA 2020

  • 1972wilksy Chris Wilks (@1972wilksy) reported from Chilton, England

@bt_uk @BTCare Hi. Got problem with my broadband which one of your advisers told me on the phone is getting fixed. But I'm not getting unlimited 4g that I should be getting on my halo account. Spoke to 2 advisors and still hasn't been sorted despite them both promising to

  • trevstanley Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England

@bt_uk And I NEVER get 4g. Lucky to get 3g!

  • chris_jelley Dr Chris Jelley (@chris_jelley) reported from Durham, England

A new development on the BT issue. Had a call following my Tweet from a person @bt_uk apologising for yesterday. Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

  • foslar71 Peter Foster (@foslar71) reported from Consett, England

Can someone from @btsport find that annoying kid in the @afcbournemouth stand and tell him to shit the f**k up.

@bt_uk thx Matt, i already tweeted to you over an hour ago having done the FIX thing first, getting conflicting info (now had 14 sms replies)

  • AdrianRemedios Adrian (@AdrianRemedios) reported

@bt_uk I’d have to compliment your social media team for sorting my issue out within 5 mins! One DM and the I received a call immediately - and my query was resolved. 👏

  • MrBruceMan1 MrBruceMan (@MrBruceMan1) reported

@bt_uk Its booked already and ill just hope the work can be done externally, last line issue we had an engineer come into my property and said everything was fine with that. Im sure somebody has probably messed something up in the street box, theres someone working in it almost daily.

  • LoneWulf14 Chris Thomason (@LoneWulf14) reported

@bt_uk Seems like it was a short outage, my internet is back now

  • Ed_Adamson Ed Adamson (@Ed_Adamson) reported

@bt_uk can you confirm that it’s not just me and there is a broadband outage in E11 please… and how long you suspect it to be down?

  • Withers4Real ブラジルの™ (𝚆𝚒𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚜) (@Withers4Real) reported from Sheffield, England

I’m so glad I haven’t had constant issues with @bt_uk’s internet for last 2 months 👀 @SkyUK have you guys got room for another customer on your books?

  • PickledTiger_ Pickled Tiger 🐯 (@PickledTiger_) reported

@bt_uk So you mean to tell me the issue isn't going to be fixed by tonight?

  • mmulla299 Mohammed Mulla (@mmulla299) reported

@bt_uk I need some help BT ASAP

  • MrBruceMan1 MrBruceMan (@MrBruceMan1) reported

@bt_uk Faults are expected but for them to last days and in some cases weeks its just not acceptable to be charging the full months price. I can see a lot of people have similar issues just from twitter alone.

  • jen_ewest Jen West (@jen_ewest) reported

@bt_uk - I know you want to take these conversations off the timeline. But to clarify: your DM response is ‘pay more and we’ll fix it’ when you’re making no effort to provide me with the service I pay for. I’d be embarrassed if I was having to disregard and patronise customers.
