MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England
@bt_uk As I have tried to explain, an update on a possible new start date 10 days after the promised start date really isn't the level of service I expect from BT.
-
Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England
@bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

Darryl Arnett (@d4rryl23) reported from Chester-le-Street, England
@bt_uk Hi, I have just had an experience with your customer service, with which I still don’t have an answer, if I can get your fttp services. My new post is DH4 4ZL. Your web site says that your fttp service is available. If someone can help and views this post. Please do

Wrighty (@MissLWrighty) reported from Darlington, England
What would be really great right now is if all the internet providers gave free upgrades to all those in key critical roles working from home to enable them to continue without interruption due to slow service @bt_uk @VirginMediaCorp @skytv

Craig Shitpeas (@CraigShitpeas) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England
Rochdale’s 40yr old forward more effective than #Nufc 40million pound one. He is awful. No heart, no touch, no industry just dreadful. Well done #rochdale a deserved payday. They should have won it. They still might! #facup #btsport

Dr Chris Jelley (@chris_jelley) reported from Durham, England
10+ years (probably more) of being a loyal @bt_uk @BTGroup customer and they couldn’t waive the early termination fee liable because my new move means I can’t transfer the contract to my temporary property. I will never use them again.
-
Dr Chris Jelley (@chris_jelley) reported from Durham, England
A new development on the BT issue. Had a call following my Tweet from a person @bt_uk apologising for yesterday. Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England
@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.
-
Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England

@bt_uk @BTCare Hi. Got problem with my broadband which one of your advisers told me on the phone is getting fixed. But I'm not getting unlimited 4g that I should be getting on my halo account. Spoke to 2 advisors and still hasn't been sorted despite them both promising to
-
MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England
@bt_uk No broadband (now 15 days late), no reasons given why not, no sense of urgency to actually get it sorted. I'm running out of superlatives to describe your dreadful customer service and general incompetence.
-
Daniel Jenks (@DanielJenks89) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England
@bt_uk I have had issues with my broadband dropping in and out of my devices since that major outage happened on Thursday. I don’t know if anyone else has had those continuous problems during that time?
-
Tim Fowler (@timlibrarian) reported from Bearpark, England
@bt_uk Hi, no, it’s not a new build. Engineer visited before Christmas and was able to activate broadband but not phone service due to a fault in the junction box. Order number is VOL013-439847322595
-
Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England
@bt_uk The Internet connection on your mobile network here in Stanley, Co. Durham is abysmal.
-
Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England
@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.
-
MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England
@bt_uk And people on Twitter may be looking for a new broadband connection and should be aware of the level of service from BT
-
Peter Foster (@foslar71) reported from Consett, England
Can someone from @btsport find that annoying kid in the @afcbournemouth stand and tell him to shit the f**k up.

Philippa (@gallifreyphilly) reported
@bt_uk BT has done nothing but take my money and repeatedly fail to provide a service. How is this anything other than a scam? Why should I believe any of your engineers will ever show up when they’ve no-showed twice? And why can no one tell me anything about why?
-
Kate ✨️ (@katetaylor93) reported
@bt_uk Hi, when I try to series record some programmes, it just doesn't work and I'm having to manually go through and record individual programmes. Any ideas on a quick fix please?
-
James Speare (@JamesSpeare) reported
@bt_uk Can someone explain why I was cut off? I’ve had to be connected as a new customer so connection date 3 weeks down the line since set up. Customer service has been shocking since 29th December.
-
Paul Smith (@pauljsmith74) reported
@Cronin_JP_ @bt_uk If you’re out of contract with BT I’d honestly leave them. They’re a total shower of s**t.We had a home move booked & they never turned up!Sent the new hub to the old address. We cancelled & they’ve tried sending a bill for £80 for a service we’ve never had!

Allen_lovemymind (@EpsomMental) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England
@bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint
-
Tripping Gauntlet (@CEB97783359) reported
@bt_uk I'd ask for it to be recorded on the account but after years of having the same issue and it never being sorted, it's just a waste of time
-
Tripping Gauntlet (@CEB97783359) reported
@bt_uk So your engineers, working on our pole, who confirmed there was an issue, are wrong?
-
Christopher Porter (@cjeporter) reported
I would not recommend @bt_uk broadband. I realised I had no internet or phone service over Xmas. BT never contacted me and I repeatedly contacted customer services, once waiting two hours by phone to find out. Zero service for two weeks. Terrible service. #btuk #noservice
-
Philippa (@gallifreyphilly) reported
Hey @bt_uk that’s now two days I’ve waited at home for an engineer to help set up a faulty hub, only to have no one show up with no explanation. Booked a third appointment but changing providers is probably a better use of my time. It’s been a week, still no wifi, no explanations
