    @bt_uk Thanks Claire. My trust level is pretty low right now. I was told last week that a complaint would be raised on my behalf with @WeAreOpenreach by BT, but no evidence of this exists on my BT record.

    @bt_uk I object to the idea that I might be charged to text to another number to report a problem you are now aware of … Why haven’t you contacted whoever it is in BT as part of a joined up customer focused approach?

    @Baldock77 @RowdyRobC @btsport The apps been shite recently, it’s what I’ve been using it years to watch it in the morning without staying up till 5am but the last few weeks it hasn’t been working properly, real shame they haven’t sorted it because that **** costs me £30 a month

    @bt_uk Yes. After sending another three emails today, I've been told there is an issue with my line. Odd that no one from BT can contact openreach.
