    @bt_uk My BT broadband was down from last Wednesday until about 4pm yesterday. Now that it is working again i looked about messaging them to complain and ask how they will compensate me. Has anyone had any success or a helpful answer from a stupid bot. Me thinks its switch time

    @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.

    @bt_uk As a Broadband customer of 16 yrs I have been very pleased to access inclusive hotspots when other services are not available. Yesterday I tried to use one. Put in user and passw, fine, but... (1/4)

    @bt_uk can't get in touch with anybody about an Openreach issue. I keep getting text messages saying they are going to cancel our broadband engineer. Looks like a glitch in the system.

    @bt_uk It’s a waste time nothing gets sorted just keep getting past to so many departments and the issue never gets resolved.He has had over 50 phones since start June.

    This fault was fixed by the next day but have had multiple outages since this. Currently there is another outage for me. @bt_uk

    @BTGroup @bt_uk can anybody please tell me when the BT voice cloud app will be functioning again? Been down nearly 6 hours now and we cannot redirect any incoming calls. Need help regarding this ASAP please.

    @bt_uk absolutely ridiculous service. My extender wouldn't connect, customer service replaced it with another identical extender, wouldn't connect, customer service then said they were completely wrong extenders and they would send proper extender, guess what ..
