@bt_uk It's unbelievable that I have to speak to another part of your company to sort this? We both know whats going to happen, I'll either leave and come back as a "new customer" with a shiny new offer that's cheaper than mine or I move to another company. It's so stupid!!

  • paulfraser84 Paul Fraser 🐟 (@paulfraser84) reported

@bt_uk Works out cheaper in the long run, so I'll go with that option. Great customer services by the way 👍

  • JonSenior1 Jonathan Senior (@JonSenior1) reported

hi @bt_uk - We have been customers for years. My renewal is £20/month MORE expensive than what I can buy from the website as a new customer. The phone operative didn't have the power to do anything about this. Sorry but we don't connect for good...

  • TozoyTheGreat toriakate (@TozoyTheGreat) reported

@girl_tinder @bt_uk Can’t believe you posted this 20 hrs ago & @bt_uk has even bothered to respond to your tweet! What shite customer service, most companies would be bang on it on Twitter! Can you also try tagging BT Openreach as aren’t they the ones who do the actual fixing?

  • Jama10Awil Awil Jama (@Jama10Awil) reported

@TC38534491 @ETHthisistheway @btsport Right that’s-really a hypocritical concession. If a British Public fund owned Newcastle I would have a point? Isn’t that kinda stupid ? You are basically saying to me morality only matters in football. We might host the World Cup…are you going to protest against that ?

  • sophieabwaller Sophie 🌸 (@sophieabwaller) reported

Pretty disappointed with @bt_uk now. No phone line or broadband for 17 days, and received a text to say it’ll be reviewed 10 days. Living in very rural areas, minimal mobile network coverage, elderly neighbours & trying to WFH- but fixing the line isn’t a priority for BT 😡

  • JSalisburyJones Jen Roseman (née Salisbury-Jones) (@JSalisburyJones) reported

@FTusa284 @bt_uk @GNetworkComms About a mile north of Tower Bridge here - lucky if I get 1Mbs up/down. Virgin Media won't run fibre a few metres from their cabinet because 'the paving slabs are too expensive'. I use a 5G router.

  • Carthy94_ Anthony (@Carthy94_) reported

@bt_uk Its hardly a priority to anyone, you guys have said that they'll send someone out tomorrow since it went out last Thursday and you've sent one guy in that time without the equipment to fix it telling us about the problem that we already knew about. No one has come to fix it.

  • MurphyVictor5 Murphy Victor (@MurphyVictor5) reported

@andrewchatterl1 @bt_uk Is it really that bad, I've been trying to reach out to a friend iN HALIFAX. Is there also no network coverage in halifax area code HX2.

  • inlandtaipan1 Math (@inlandtaipan1) reported

@bt_uk why when i log into myBt account via web to look at latest mobile data usage (bill period started 21 July) does it continue to show 0 Gb used!! i am currently overseas and using data. It’s a really poor interface and needs improvement.
