@bt_uk PS: I never said there were misspellings in the email, I listed the misspellings as a list of way the email _addresses_ were not genuine, Do try to read it properly and keep up at the back.

  • Swishborg Swishborg (@Swishborg) reported

@bt_uk G72 area, had no broadband all day, website said it would be fixed by 9pm, now it says there is no certain time it will be fixed by. What is the point of paying for bad service?

  • ChloeRaccoon Chloe Cresswell (@ChloeRaccoon) reported

@bt_uk But then, why should I be shocked that a telecoms company is really bad at communicating, that's been proved time after time for years.

  • peteypigleg P to the G (@peteypigleg) reported

@bt_uk I never opted in and the end of their life was 30 years ago! FYI I haven’t been a BT customer for 25 years.

  • dazzamic Darren (@dazzamic) reported

@bt_uk Why do you keep failing to keep any of your promises whilst leaving an elderly and vulnerable woman with no service??????? She has no way of contacting anyone for help. You told me to pm you but yet still you do absolutely nothing. #disgrace

  • Bee_anchor Bianca Shead 🍃 (@Bee_anchor) reported

@bt_uk I am desperately trying to get hold of a digital voice adapter for my elderly parents, who have lost the use of all but one phones in their house. I tried texting 61998 but having no joy. Any help appreciated!

  • ChloeRaccoon Chloe Cresswell (@ChloeRaccoon) reported

@bt_uk plus, already spoken to your marketing department, and they say the emails are from yourselves. Again, the claim that they are fraudulent is a nice "catch all" excuse, but in this case it what we call a lie. Please don't lie, it just makes you look really stupid.

  • BubBielsa BielsaBub (@BubBielsa) reported

@bt_uk Trying to make landline calls - the network is currently busy - WTAF?

  • Nusbacher Lynette Nusbacher (@Nusbacher) reported

@bt_uk Because the underground engineer is from out-of-area, Will had no way to contact them. Will was assured by @bt_uk that customer (me) had a working router and land line, even though Will could see that it was nonsense.

  • Highburydreamer Philip Noble (@Highburydreamer) reported

@bt_uk are really unbelievable. Can’t someone who actually wants to give customer service call a customer and not send texts asking you to quote a landline number that doesn’t exist. Just a litany of frustration
