    @bt_uk you made my 84yr old parents wait 2wks for an engineer to install WiFi & when he came he told them he couldn’t help & they needed super fast broadband & left. Over the phone you then said ‘there’s none in your area, what a mess we’ve made’ & now it’s another 2wks to wait.

    @bt_uk don’t want you to close account! can’t login to web as your procedures require a billing account number and I haven’t had but account for some years

    @BTCare hello, i am abroad in travelling In Croatia atm. Bt randomly disabled my email.having spent three hours with your messaging team it is still, not working. What do I do? I would like to speak to someone on a phone

    BT & EE @EE @bt_uk hello WiFi and mobile both have a same problem low connection sometime no connection need help.

    It only took @bt_uk 14 days to fix the broadband we pay them to provide. And it lasted a good 9 hours before it stopped working again. We should be grateful really. Incompetence on an industrial scale. Bravo. What a shambles.

    @bt_uk so after 21 days of "service" I've had justv6 days of tv working without Internet dropping. That's really, really poor. If you don't cover Hurst Green then don't sell your service here

    @bt_uk I suggest you call me because your customer service is vile, you all nice on the internet and disrespectful on the phone. Just had an outburst with one of your customers service Lavanya on business department. Train your staff

    Who else is having issues with BT Broadband after moving? 😡 Been waiting 28+ days for service and just spent 2 hours on the phone with no resolution. Broken promises, poor communication, and still no connection. Completely unacceptable. @BT_UK #BroadbandFail #CustomerService
