@sciatica_uk @bt_uk I’ve got so much of the Festival stuff to need decent reliable wifi...I can’t risk presenting a webinar to up to 300 people and have it die half way through. If it was a one off problem, these things happen, but it’s all the time!

@bt_uk I tried to add this today after being a customer for a day and was told I would need to pay an extra £25 to upgrade to halo 3? It was only £10 If I did it on sign up?

@btbusinesscare Is there an alternative method of contact? Despite providing everything asked of me because I cannot get the first line of my address to exactly match whatever you hold, the chat operative cuts me off. This is becoming a farce. All I want is someone to respond to a complaint.

@bt_uk Is there a problem with BT Tv? I have the Big Sport package and none of those channels are working on my TV. Router rebooted. TV box rebooted. Still nothing. Speedtest gives me 1130Mbps down (I have FTTP). Can watch on my phone OK.

The @bt_uk website said no faults in the area, but did offer a "text us and we'll check your line" service. I texted it. Texts back and forth a couple of time - line refreshed, no change - broadband still out.

Called @bt_uk to cancel our broadband because a) we don't get the speeds they told us we would & b) @SkyHelpTeam are guaranteeing us better speeds at half the price. BUT the chap I spoke to at BT just argued with me, raised his voice & interrupted non stop - RUDE!

@bt_uk hiya, I’ve just upgraded my wifi, and I got the extra discs for extra money a month. But they don’t work and make my wifi connection worse by using them. I want to cancel the discs and the monthly fee please
