Ams (@ams_leighfield) reported@bt_uk (cont) I have requested to speak to a senior manager 6 times and have been promised a call back but to no avail. This is the worst customer service I have received - even the customer service team have admitted it is inadequate. 4 weeks without wifi. Sort it out!!!

Perky by name (@Bilkomark) reported@bt_uk Thanks BT but what is the point - promises are worth nothing as never call back - agreed dates are never adhered to - even agreed contracted services are not delivered. Wished I had never returned. Absolute joke of a company!
