    Hi @bt_uk @BTCare Big shout out to Garry. Excellent service, after losing Landline L & Broadband on 25thOctober, due to cables being stolen, whole village and area out. He has stay with this issue until reconnection He has called me today to confirm refund to A/C 👍 #Excellence

    We moved broadband providers for a reason and @BTBusiness is just as bad if not worse @btbusinesscare and they haven’t even set it up yet

    @bt_uk yet another broken promise. Your phone will be fixed on the 13th… NO. The 14th… NO. By the end of the day on the 17th… surprise surprise it’s still not working! This is not good enough!

    @bt_uk We have been without a working landline for a month!! Why am I paying for a service I can’t use and that is causing my 84 year old Nan to run up horrific bills as she has to ring me mobile constantly! ONE MONTH!

    @bt_uk My broadband speeds have been below our agreed rate for over 4 weeks now. Also it keeps randomly cutting out several times everyday. Please fix and refund! Thanks
