@bt_uk No it was bt, didn't tell me on some betting sites, some other sites it did. I'll take a screen shot the next time! 😡😡😡😡 I haven't checked my lottery as I couldn't get numbers on. Lucky its only a tweet! You must know, BT customer service was really busy at a strange time!

Ordered @bt_uk broadband deal on Thurs and have spent 3 hours on phone since cos the order has failed on system. Ended with them wanting ME TO RING THEM (with attendant wait) when order cancelled so I can reorder. Had to raise a complaint for them to ring me. Absolute madness.

@bt_uk Are you having a laugh, tried to put my lottery on and my parental control was on😡😡 wasn't selected, I selected it and deselected it, still no change. Service is terrible!
