    We moved into the house in November. The previous owners had perfect internet. @bt_uk say they need to cut a branch down because they need to install fibre. Two deadlines already missed and now we have a date of Dec 23rd and no guarantee. Not good enough.

    Don't know what's more annoying, the fact the WiFi is down and has been down for 30 mins... or the stupid flashing orange light coming from the router 😠 @bt_uk make it stop!
