Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and I’ll use someone else.

read steel ball run (@booker213) reported@bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.

Chris (Christina) (@GalanthusA) reported@scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.
