    @bt_uk Still 15Mb and 0.5Mb this morning. I have to credit BT though - they’re still engaging with me to get this resolved. Sending a second engineer sometime between 8am and 1pm today. Monday’s engineer fitted a new master socket, so problem must be outside.

    @bt_uk We contacted a month ago as we knew didn’t want to pay an extra month once new one was installed. We were told to call a couple of days before install to cancel, which we did. And now we have to pay an extra week based on advice you gave us.

    @denkmit MotoGP was sold to BTsport originally for around £3m which is less that the cost of broadcasting a regional football league. Motorcycle racing needs to be free to air to help grow its audience as keeping it niche is killing it. Hopefully, DAZN know this.

    Hey @bt_uk, contacted you last month asking how to cancel our contract with you and have the transcript of the chat where we were told we would need to call 2 to 3 days before our new installation to cancel. Called yesterday and told we will be charged another month.

    @bt_uk I’ve been having issues with my broadband dropping out for the past day and a half and it doesn’t seem to be resolving. I’m in Lincoln if that helps?
