    Terrible experience again from BT Business. Without Landline now for 5 days and counting. Can’t receive calls from customers or make calls. Why is it so difficult? @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness

    Day 364 with no broadband , @bt_uk still can’t be arsed to provide any actual service, just what passes for customer service these days, a useless AI pathetic response.

    @bt_uk Well it don’t. It’s obviously an app issue and yes my device is all up to date.

    @herbie963 @bt_uk They make it as awkward as possible to put a justified complaint in and then give you the runaround in the hope that you give up. Wrong on my count !!!

    @bt_uk can you please update me as to when the phone lines will be back up and running in SS177BW No 149 has my elderly relative without a phone line and no communication for over 12 days. She has a help line that obviously works off your system. Many thanks. Jacki

    @bt_uk engineers damaged lights in my garden. After contacting your claims people,and chasing 3 times, I’ve been told keoghs are ‘not entertaining’ my claim! The had NO BUSINESS being in my garden! Damage caused but it’s not your fault? Dismissive and condescending reply.

    @bt_uk Please can you supply an email address to document my experience with BT & Openreach that has to date: Cost me 8 hours of my time on the phone every day since June 3rd. I’ve had to take 2 days off work. I want to raise a data subject access & a complaint before I go OFCOM

    @bt_uk No point contacting you again you do nothing and don't care you have left a 95 yr old stranded with out a phone for 4 days. Disgraceful service
