    @bt_uk is this one of your numbers 01438382072. Since deciding to cancel my services with you today this number has called me 5 times. It is harassment. You had your chance to keep me when I called to say I had a better offer elsewhere. Your offer was rubbish and refused.

    @bt_uk @M300bt3 i’ve had multiple calls and they just say we are trying to fix it - they don’t care - it’s breach of contract surely and they need to compensate us

    Dear @bt_uk we moved to an address you don't supply to in Jan. You said cancellation would be automatic but are still chasing me for payment. Your CS team are simply unable to comprehend and my complaint was closed without investigation. Come on eh?
