    @bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.

    @bt_uk And that's the problem, it never does change ... for years and years "If you go with Halo 3 + when you get fttp then you should get a free upgrade. That should happen in 12 months" Yeah, didn't happen

    @bt_uk The person on 0330 1234 150 wouldn’t resolve the problem, cut me off while I was still speaking and rerouted me to a long queue for reporting issues.

    @bt_uk Thank you. I'd done this, but everything says to call. I am not deaf, so cannot use that facility. Why can't we cancel things from our app? Shouldn't need to ring anyone, it should all be manageable from the app. Please give me an email to help with this matter.

    @robincornelius @bt_uk @ThreeUKSupport Hi Robin, is that affecting EE customers do you know as mines been down all morning and when ive phoned up they are saying there’s nothing wrong and I’m saying well there definitely is as nothing it work?.

    @CarersUK @bt_uk What I don't understand is now @bt_uk are moving people to VOIP (because that's what it is) they still have that idea that you can only have an hour free even though if you hang up at 59 minutes and call again it remains free. It feels like a trap.
