Trying to activate the free Brit Box with @bt_uk back and forth on live chat, 4 different people on the phone, on hold for 20 minutes and then they hang up! Disgusting service for something that was advertised as free when signing up!

@agentbizzle The internet in the UK being **** is going to slow this down somewhat .. maybe @Microsoft can have a word with @bt_uk and ask them what they did with that 3b they was given to upgrade the UK to fibre? Cos it's been nearly a decade and it's not happened ..

@bt_uk @LiamJPalmer @andrewrobertso5 That's a problem for the easily offended. It seems like anything is 'hate' these days. If it's not direct to an individual then most of the time people just need to grow up, and shrug it off. Bunch of woketards.

@Woodhall_ @EthanJxR @bt_uk 100% agree, swapped from BT had hassle daily to Virgin and haven’t had a problem since. Only thing I will say is Virgin ain’t the best if you play wireless, but for Wired connection it’s great.
