I spent hours on the phone with them, the reset password email never arrived. When they sent me a temporary one time password it didn't work. Etc.

Nick Edmondson (@Nick_Edmondson) reportedJust starting the cancelation process of @SkyUK as they just don’t seem bothered at all about their customers (we have TV full package, a poor Broadband service etc) and looking to move to @BTCare as apparently they do and offer better broadband etc. Anyone any suggestions?

Management have been ignoring our emails and constant calls since 5th February and have 'closed' our complaint file even though we are calling on a weekly basis to complain about the unsteady slow broadband!
