@btsport once again the audio on your app is out of sync. Tried to reload many times with no luck. This happens way to often. At this point something needs sorting or let me cancel.

@bt_uk How can you justify not fixing my 90 year old mother's landline? Particularly when it is required for her emergency Call Care system! #frustratedcustomer

@bt_uk @milliesepede warning if you are going to sign up to btbroadband - they will sign you up for 2 years - and when you need to cancel for life reasons, like leaving the country or moving to somewhere - they pretty much charge you the remainder of the contract! in my case £650!

  • rdmac92_plays rdmac92 (@rdmac92_plays) reported

@bt_uk having issues claiming my BT Reward, when I follow the link on email the page is blank

@btsport @SuperLeagueTri But it’s not you are showing repeats of programmes - are you likely to fix this?

  • MarkJohnston71 Mark Johnston (@MarkJohnston71) reported from Gordon, Scotland

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

  • StrangeViolet StrangeViolet (@StrangeViolet) reported

@bt_uk You are the ones make money from your helpline. EE will just say thats what the number costs. I'll probably get charged further by both of you. I would never again trust BT enough to call them.

  • 1Stevain Stephen McBride (@1Stevain) reported

@bt_uk told the engineer didn’t need access to fix the connection, engineer says he does… pointless. Day 4 with no internet or phone service….
