    @bt_uk @_tobyjenkins This app is a joke. I had to force it to recognise my location by using my 4g connection and then connect back to my Wi-Fi. I’m in the middle of London and it says I’m outside of the service area. Lol. I can literally see the BT Tower from my window.

    @FalseFMatt @bt_uk don’t know whether it is everyone looks like they’re going quick but then the clock speed matches up so not sure if it’s just me being slow or what’s happening, audio seems to be fine though

    @bt_uk No I didn't and my internet is still pathetic. Also turns out you've been charging me £3 a month for paper bills. Literally never opened one. You keep sending me surveys to assess the engineer visit I never had. I just want to cancel. Why is that so hard

    @bt_uk we have had very poor service for the last 6 months or so! On the phone almost weekly, long wait, engineers visit, no positive outcome #fixthis

    @ufc #UFC257 @btsport what a waste of money that was, the whole card was shite, total and utter waste of money. Never again will I pay for a ufc fight.

    @akb4rmomand I have btsport, I'm just seeing tweet after tweet complaining about ESPN's stream not working. I'd be foaming after paying $70. Madness.
