    @Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk We were supposed to have an engineer visit on the 18 Dec 2020 and that never happened. I asked BT to arrange an engineer last week and they said no need.

    @bt_uk Hi. My BT account stopped letting me login. Someone offered me 6 months free as it was a mistake but I still can’t login so I can’t log an issue. 😭

    @TheDogFix @bt_uk find the call in your phone and send them the screenshot showing date and how long you spoke for. Had a similar incident with the insurance company claiming they hadn't said something.

    @Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It was until last weekend but now it’s flashing. I’m told the issue is that Openreach have the wrong s/n attached to the property and Bt give them the correct one but it doesn’t get updated
