  @bt_uk are absolute *****. After 10 yrs of patchy WiFi we’ve made the move to another provider. 1 week before switch off they have turned off our WiFi . Thanks for nothing, mediocre pricks. I won’t hold my breath for a refund as I have long experience of your “customer service”

  @bt_uk MyBT is a mess. I’m stuck in a loop. When I log in it says I have to update the username to an email address. When I do so it says it’s already in use (it’s the one I use to log in?) end up in a never ending loop. Can’t pay the bill. What’s going on?

  @bt_uk for 6 days my 86 yr old mum has no landline/internet My brother has tried to resolve this with a BT engineer visit spending hrs on the phone. My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.

  @bt_uk Hey BT or EE or whoever the hell u identify as at the moment. Sort ur damn app out!! Logged out multiple times over past few days, for what reason?? Have had to verify who I am each time!! That's including the 2 hrs wait for a text verification code just to continue!!

  @bt_uk 2/2 Subsequent calls & one did say there was 'a known issue'. Called before i went away & made a complaint that as I said earlier, was reported closed almost immediately after confirmation email said it was being processed

  @bt_uk Still can't get this problem fixed. Spent an hour on the phone yesterday, was promised a call back today at 3pm. No-one rang. Back on hold again. What do I do?

  @btbusinesscare What is going on with my bt account?No Internet connection from 10pm last night,unable to even use 4 or 5g, can log into account to even see if theres a problem as it wants me to use a different email for a username,only have one email which the account is under?!
