    @bt_uk hello. Please can you tell me what time your engineers work until? I have an installation appointment today between 8am and 1pm and they haven't shown up! Terrible service. I want know if they'll be coming today

    @bt_uk not sure if it's just me but having issues getting through to someone on Relay UK - have made several attempts (no less than 15!) over the last 3 days & not getting picked up at all. Some Deaf people saying same issues, but others say they've used it OK. Frustrating 😤

    @bt_uk I spoke to an agent earlier and they said an engineer would be out to fix something externally by tomorrow. If they have already been it’s completely knackered it, can you check if they’ve been please?

    @bt_uk Only way to sort the 2.4 and 5Ghz Is to disable the 5Ghz wireless. Not a great solution is it. How did you release this device with such a glaring issue.

    Well what a surprise, my @bt_uk order placed on 26.5.2020 (yes over a year ago) has been moved from ‘confirmed’ on 18.6.21 to 9th July. Talk about customer lack of service.
