  • Corvus_SSBU Corvus (@Corvus_SSBU) reported

@Octave_SSBU @bt_uk BT is **** we use them and sometimes the internet just randomly stops working for like 20 minutes:/

  • PeteYourDoom Peter 🐈🎸🕹️ (@PeteYourDoom) reported from Hartlepool, England

@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

  • SiRothstein Simon Rothstein / SRX Consultancy (@SiRothstein) reported

@bt_uk Spoke too soon. Is down again (for everyone on my street again). MyBT says you fixed the issue last night (true) but it’s since stopped working again.

  • gandalf_beard GandalfTheBeard (@gandalf_beard) reported

@bt_uk What's the problem BT? Why you gotta fail me? 5 minutes left to activate Sitting on my chair Pulling out my hair, can't you see?

  • hurleytwit Chris (@hurleytwit) reported

@bt_uk The problem this evening was on a Now TV box. But we regularly have issues across all devices. The devices are not the issue, the issue is our slow, unstable copper fed broadband connection. We live 10 meters from our “cab” or cabinet which feeds our street. (1)

  • Worldcu55617750 HolisterJames (@Worldcu55617750) reported

@bt_uk You need to prove this happened for 30days before you are sent any money but blame will be yrs for using too many devices and being too far away from your router. Don't believe this ad. You will never see a penny. This complaint dept has never paid out.

  • Octave_SSBU Octave (@Octave_SSBU) reported

Heyyyy @bt_uk my box is flashing purple and I can’t get online access pls fix thanks

  • TwineeSi Twinee (@TwineeSi) reported

@joeydingle @btsport I know, it’s sorta made me torn between wanting them to go down or then stay up just so we actually get a chance of going

  • Worldcu55617750 HolisterJames (@Worldcu55617750) reported

@bt_uk @newsjunkieuk A But you have to suffer 30days continuously for poor service. Then we will tell you don't use Wi-Fi on too many devices. Bt fibre is updating next week so you will get better Wi-Fi. Until then no money.

  • hurleytwit Chris (@hurleytwit) reported

@bt_uk (3) We are sick of waiting and being ignored. 8 households, most of whom work from home now and NEED a reliable and fast internet service to work and talk with our parents who we are currently not allowed to see. Our current infrastructure isn’t up to it. We need fibre urgently.
