@traybakequeen @bt_uk I have made multiple reports to the support team about my account being banned and nothing came out of it till i got to know about Unitask_assist on Instagram through a friend. I decided to give it a try and everything came out positive, I’m sure he’ll be of help to you

@arthistorynews @bt_uk Not as far as I know, but the only reason I have a landline is so that I can use an analogue phone in an emergency if power and/or mobile networks are down. Without that, our communications infrastructure is less resilient. If ur in a poor mobile signal area: even more important.

@bt_uk not to mention calling customer service twice (who were all really helpful) to be reassured on two separate occasions that someone would be attending for my appointment today…

@bt_uk As it it, I will keep the complaint open as I'd rather not have to open another one next month for the same issue. Thanks.

@TheLittleChef @bt_uk We only recently upgraded from a Heath-Robinson wireless setup because “the problem with the network in this village, is that it was installed by an idiot”, according to lovely Keith from Openreach who eventually sorted it all out.

@bt_uk Well apparently my line suffers from underground cabling issues when it rains in the area, it almost always happens without fail whenever any rainfall occurs. This was the assessment of the last Openreach engineer that visited a few months ago 😢

For years we've had trouble with our landline and broadband (HD7 5UT), with .@bt_uk throwing all sorts of solutions at it to no avail. Today, the exceptional Alan spent all day on it for us, and we now have a radio/crackle-free phone line and super-fast connection speed. 👏👏👏

@bt_uk I need this situation sorted, please. Dealing with you is hard enough in normal circumstances, with a brain injury it is horrible. I have been waiting 22 minutes to speak to a manager. I really don't think the person I'm on hold to should be dealing with anyone vulnerable.

@bt_uk my wifi router is flashing pink. What does this mean? Is wifi down in my area?
