    @virginmedia 3 disconnected calls and over 45min waiting to speak to someone on support. @btsport and @eurosport unwatchable with pixelation. No one to help? No chat function today?

    @bt_uk @bt_uk Appalling treatment from BT today. Broadband fault on and off since August. Stayed in twice for an engineer. No shows. Now told that because I’m a teacher and can’t do 8-1 or 1-6 slots Mon-Fri, they can’t help me. “We’re a big company, can’t change the system” SO CROSS!
