@bt_uk I’ve tried to use this service but don’t have a landline number, only broadband. Outage in PO9 since around 4pm and can’t seem to get an update online or the app 😵💫

@Shaun3h @bt_uk Due to work on Brighton Hill roundabout, they have cut one of the main BT cables. So the Internet service, for several providers are not working. It will be a while before they will get it back up and running. Possibly a couple of days.

@bt_uk I'd prefer to receive the service I pay for than an outage that no one can explain to hundred of people. I'll accept I can't do work late tonight but there will be serious problems if it's not fixed for the time everyone starts work.

@bt_uk There is apparently a reported broadband issue in my area (RG22) according to the website, but no estimated fix time. Any ideas when it may be fixed please?

@bt_uk Nope only apple products. It's a known issue with BT WiFi as there is lots of discussion on it on the Internet. I've raised it before but all I've been told is to split the WiFi or something which means nothing to me
