    @bt_uk and leaving my business (office, letting agency, working on remote) without internet. I am the only responsible for my account , I never contacted you to cancel my broadband and you just decided that it doesn’t matter about

    The damage @bt_uk broadband has done to my weekend is incalculable. Speed went from 20mg to less than 2mg! Can't stream anything. Took me 25mins to upload my Podcast of 54mb. Engr won't come till Monday.

    @bt_uk Hi, I seem to have been overcharged for my final bill on my account, last time I was in touch I was told that my final bill would be £23 but it’s come through as £35, usually I’d chase this on the live chat but it seems to be dead, please help!

    @mrjakehumphrey Before I say anything. All clubs have SOME fans. But away fans singing (in a a Christmas tune) “feed the scousers” or “sign on, sign on” is pretty grim. Been going on for years. Maybe a bit of coverage on @btsport across any ground might help.

    @bt_uk Six months of issues! Continuous DNS server error, three engineer visits, countless calls in to your repair team and I’m still stuck with this problem. This is beyond a joke!

    @MrSirStefan @bt_uk Exactly what i went through, I couldn’t access my account even after reaching their support service and never got a respond until a friend referred me to #techietask_support on Instagram on I reached them and they succeeded reinstating my account they can help.
