@bt_uk broadband "go live" date was yesterday.. my Sky broadband went off at 8am and engineer attended around 1530ish.. ran in to problems at the cabinet and said it should be sorted within 12 hours. Still no broadband..

BT internet is down because of course it is. I pay the same amount as someone who has 4 times the speed. @bt_uk ******* garbage. I’m out of contract now, have very few options but all are far cheaper than BT so will be looking at them now.

@bt_uk I've raised an online fault so I guess it's in hand? Until the next fault. Lucky I get £5 compo for losing a day of work.🤦 Usually you get what you pay for in life, with BT you pay through the nose and the service is worse than dial-up. No jokes.

@bt_uk Why is your awful company charging me £75 per month when I have issues with broadband most days? I've been unable to work for three days in the past 10, running into day 4 as I trade online. Unacceptable!

@bt_uk hi hope someonee can help. We have a hub 6 and it dropped connection all the time when it does it and comes back on it doesn't auto connect back to any devices in our home.. we all have to manually press the WiFi button.. (all device settings set to auto connect)1/3

@bt_uk BT TV box not working again. Followed the instructions online to reset and now I’m stuck on a waking up screen. It’s 4K recordable box which I’ve heard from an engineer are always experiencing problems. Why issue them if they prone to faults? 🤯

@DiyPundit @btsport Accidentally watched DIYPundit just now after the elClassico match. Was hoping to get some tips on routers & damp-proofing. Never mind, that Hugo Money and others were quite good at sports. Learned stuff I never knew I didn't know. Nice microphone foam covers. Good advert break.
