Craig Allan (@CraigAllan078) reported@EsmeFillingham @bt_uk We had issues when we moved house. Complain, you’re entitled to compensation and we got extra on top for hours I had to spend on the phone to them!

Neighbours having same issues trying to contact you. Will try WhatsApp but surely it shouldn’t be this hard. Constant issues with our account management.
