@bt_uk You do have an option, but you won’t let me use it unless I pay an extra £15 per month, despite me being advised it was part of the package I signed up for. You are effectively saying you can lie to customer without repercussions, except saying sorry of course

@bt_uk do you have no support for vulnerable customers? My 83yo mother has no working phone line, has a life line that is dependant on it, and is on her own. Wall of silence in response to fault report, total lack of customer service. Disappointed and worried.

@bt_uk To be fair it’s a shambles, the hub I’ve been sent keeps turning on and off also.! 5 mins into a important meeting after setting up the hub and that goes down too! This is about 5 times now in the last month!

@bt_uk I am breakable. Full-time carer, remote location need 4G to work to function. Don’t need told our signal is variable (currently 0), there is no fault, no dedicated complaints team, you will not send someone to check. Others tried to report told same. Not acceptable.

@bt_uk I agree - warned tech support I didn't want a sales spiel, passed to second person, given spiel. I interrupted to say I only wanted the issue fixed. Told that it was my equipment & wall socket and was no longer supported. No worries, I cancelled various services and now pay less.

@SkyHelpTeam Why doesn’t Sky seem to have a customer service number to contact? You have left my elderly vulnerable parents without a phone line for over a week! @bt_uk BT and yourselves seem to pass the buck and refuse to help!!
