    @asha_shar Any way to have wi-fi 5ghz as default or option? Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!

    @btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

    @bt_uk BT says no issue on the network yet our mobiles cannot access our home broadband. So frustrating. So much for hi-speed fibre. Time to move supplier

    Hello @btbusinesscare I’ve wasted hours of my life, and raised my blood pressure all afternoon trying to connect new Cloud Voice kit and set up an account. You’re the worst in the world. I can’t believe I’ve been stupid enough to sign up with you again. All that time and kind telephone help, and still unable to log in. If I still drank I’d be hitting the brandy.

    @bt_uk been having non stop issues with your Internet an when i do Internet tests always comes back saying no issues was fond constantly lagging everyday
