    @btsport about to turn the sound off on the Real Madrid v Liverpool match, and have commentary via the radio. Can't take any more of the awful fake crowd noise with no option to disable it. Way too loud!

    @OpenreachHelp @BTCare Where/how do we claim compensation for a truly awful experience today, including a burst water pipe, soaked carpet, massive hole in our lounge wall and a days loss of earnings? This is already logged on your system. I have pictures if needed. Thanks.

    @bt_uk On hold for 40 mins the other day and over 20 mins now. I think they need more than one person in the UK answering the phones! This lack of service really makes me long for PlusNet

    @btsport Tried to get a month pass. Your website took my payment then crashed and got told by customer service I need to wait 24hrs to see if it gets processed and retry. Is this acceptable customer service when you are selling access to big events like the @ChampionsLeague ?
