    Can @bt_uk or @btsport help? BT TV subscription from yesterday, BT TV box arrived this morning, but BT Sport channels (have got them in the package) not working. Why? BT TV box is running latest software.

    @btbusinesscare shocking service from BT today. Engineer failed to turn up in the time slot to connect my new business line and now been told I have to wait until 9th September for a new appointment. That’s no way to run a business

    @bt_uk I will call tomorrow as this is happening far to often, when an engineer came all he did was reset the hub and said keeping doing it, this is not a satisfactory service. I pay a lot for broadband as a loyal customer and expect more, maybe time to switch suppliers?

    @bt_uk Also no one picks up the phone if there is a fault with the broadband discs. People still work from home yet I have to sort out a broadband problem via text. Not great

    Just been told by @bt_uk that @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp won't be able to fix our fault (caused by them changing telegraph pole) until tomorrow. That'll be 8 days without service. Incredible. #openreach

    @bt_uk No a domestic account. I have spoken to someone but promised updates never happened. Looks like another day down. Let's hope it is sorted tomorrow but nobody let's you know. Got dold I would be text with update twice

    @bt_uk We have an issue and I hope you can help. Internet has been down since about 6:30pm, and hub is stuck on flashing pink. Have tried everything we can think of with no change. Need it back up asap.
