    @bt_uk No 4G connectivity for me at all. Worked fine the first few days now nothing at all. Reset phone, removed SIM, checked all settings and nothing. Help please!

    Hi @bt_uk Our shared-use NHS building’s lines have all gone down 😱 and apparently you won’t talk to our helpdesk staff at @Brent_CCG or @NHSProperty because they’re ‘not the Bill payer’. It’s Xmas. Frontline all at work. Can you help us?

    @bt_uk I did speak to retentions today and that is the price. It makes zero sense, builds no customer loyalty and punishes us for sticking with you.

    @bt_uk Still waiting for a £50 voucher/card that I was promised in August,when I renewed my awful WIFI connection this year. Wouldn't hold my breath over the ton

    @bt_uk I've tried your online chat but they just say: "However Will please understand that I would not be able to give you much information about the mobile issue since we are not trained, and I would not give you any false information"
