    Staying in an AirBNB and the place has an @EE TV box. Even if you record something, you CAN’T fast forward adverts on the recording. Why would ANYONE pay for this absolute bullshit?! Typical nonsense from @bt_uk I see you haven’t become less **** since I quit working for you clowns.

    @DandG_Global because of you I'm now in arrears with @bt_uk who are charging me 53.99 an month for board band and BT tv box we never plugged in....@GMB start looking at what you have 2 large organisation hit me twice in a month.....im fuming

    @BT_UK My parents been without WiFi for 3 days. They were told it was billing issue despite paying and having proof. Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk again. Still waiting on my fault being fixed. Tried to ring. Got told to hang up and text. BOT rubbish and no follow up. Any help from a person available?

    @herbie963 @bt_uk They make it as awkward as possible to put a justified complaint in and then give you the runaround in the hope that you give up. Wrong on my count !!!

    @bt_uk you cut customer services , phones Broadband and no one can advise after 4 days what services will be reinstated. After 30+ years of loyalty your staff advise us to leave as they cannot be bothered to take the pressure and answer questions on shocking service @bt_uk .
