    @BTGroup @bt_uk can anybody please tell me when the BT voice cloud app will be functioning again? Been down nearly 6 hours now and we cannot redirect any incoming calls. Need help regarding this ASAP please.

    @bt_uk haha you are joking aren't you? The lines are only answered 8am-9pm Monday to Friday even though you complete migrations over the weekend now with what seems minimally trained staff and no support.

    @bt_uk terrible service, internet down for 2 days, they said an engineer would come out, engineer rang me tells me he will be out Weds 9am never showed up. Awaiting a new router now. At least keep me updated BT. Thinks it's a new provider time.
