Day number 9 with no broadband with @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp none the wiser and can't offer me any updates. Each time a deadline comes and goes a new one is put down. Can I cancel?

@bt_uk - can you help, I just had what I believe to be a fraudulent doorstep salesman claiming to work ‘in partnership’ with you. Before I go into detail can you help me identify if such a sales tactic is used and how I might go about making a complaint?

@bt_uk Had to call BT and they said they'd send a new router - was without wifi all of yesterday and router was due today but didnt turn up My router has now starting working again today so im not sure what the issue was, never got a proper answer

@bt_uk after 12 months of a leased line finally being installed you left us high and dry without a router that was agreed with your sales team. Appears your project managers are willing to lose 100k in new orders / cancelled deals before dealing with it! Anyone want to help?

Terrible bereavement service from @bt_uk who think it's ok to make the executor directly liable for the bill without disclosing how much it is. If e.g. no money in estate it doesn't matter. Wld need to engage a solicitor against BT company policy. Bizarre. @MartinSLewis @BTGroup

@bt_uk I sent a DM yesterday , I’m having a call back today at 12:30, I will have to cancel this if I keep receiving the same news. Hopefully @virginmedia will be better
