    @bt_uk Yeah I've worked it out thanks, but my elderly mother only knows how to use 1572. Any clue on what the technical issue is, I'm assuming it's on your end? And is there an eta on when it'll be fixed?

    @bt_uk I rely on my emergency lifeline. My bb and ll died yesterday, an engineer was meant to fix it today but didn't turn up! I rang and found out it was just left open. I NEED this fixed! Do I get myself checked into hospital or what? 36 hours now. Please help!

    @bt_uk I am having a nightmare with BT at the moment. Two no show engineers and an open complaint. My broadband drops 20+ times a day while I am working from home. Next engineer avail 2 weeks away 😡 But every person I have spoken to has been helpful, empathetic and kind.

    Not happy with level of service we're receiving from @bt_uk we asked to speak to the operative's supervisor on a call to check on progress. That will take 72 hours. Sorry what ? Surely a telecomms company can contact one another in less than 72 hours !
