@bt_uk can anyone help please? I contact the @btshopuk as the handset I was sent for my landline is not working. They directed me to a different email address and the people on that said they don’t support this model and gave me a phone number (1/2)

@bt_uk After speaking to one of your managers regarding a new contract being open in july and cancelling my old one. The old agreement is still present on my credit report causing me problems with my credit !!! This is a joke and needs to fixed ASAP

@bt_uk have to be without doubt the most utterly useless and shambolic company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. What has happened to this once proud corporation. Customer Service is so poor and just fob you off with generic unhelpful answers.

@bt_uk seriously getting annoyed now. What should’ve been a pretty simple upgrade for my parents broadband has led to me having to contact you multiple times and we’re getting nowhere. Customer service is shocking and communication is very poor. Really unimpressed
