    @OpenreachHelp Openreach doesn’t work at the weekends - I have to wait for @bt_uk to speak with Openreach on Tuesday. @OpenreachHelp your fibre rollout is slow and inefficient

    Why is @btsport so ****?? I don’t think I’ve ever watched a premier league game on bt where the picture doesn’t pixelate and is generally just **** signal! Don’t have these issues with @SkySports glad I don’t pay for bt cos I wouldn’t if I had to 🙈🙈🙈 #crapsignal

    @bt_uk Thanks BT, I have done that, The problem is the engineer was only here on Friday morning, my second disk arrived this morning to cover the black spot, but still poor connection

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk BT have escalated and are trying to manage this as well as they can. The problem is ongoing incompetence at Openreach and lack of vans with hoists to access telephone poles - none available yesterday. Tuesday is the next update from Openreach.
