  @bt_uk Have called them and they can't help me they keep saying to reset the router but fault is outside and I would like it fixed as bt broke it so please fix it

  @GrahamH36921247 @bt_uk We’re the same here, we don’t have the full fibre broadband though. Our landline is out again, it has the old copper wiring. A technician is scheduled to fix it today. Out for 3 weeks.

  Nah @bt_uk you’re having a laugh. They finally turn up nearly 3 hours LATE! Why is it so difficult for you to have HUMANS answer a phone? Stop automating your **** with AI voices and options. It’s a piss take.

  so @bt_uk after no real support over your dm’s as we were going around in circles, with you still not quite understanding that when someone that has an account with you dies, their contract ends. It’s not transferred to their next of kin. We gave notice with the bereavement team

  @bt_uk @KerZE87 No one is following up our complaints 2 put of 12 recorded. Something is seriously wrong when technical support is trying to sell to you smells of desperation.

  So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense

  @WasSamLowryEsq @bt_uk @openreach The French call it demerdisation. Removing the ****. It's how I flew under the radar when I lived in France in an unapproved residence. Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.

  @bt_uk Hi. I have done that, cleared. Called the number which button to press, as it's all about products, not help with online account?

  @bt_uk I already tried that. It continues to say that fault is on BT's side. Please fix this.
