    @bt_uk Still can't get this problem fixed. Spent an hour on the phone yesterday, was promised a call back today at 3pm. No-one rang. Back on hold again. What do I do?

    @bt_uk @BT_UK You admitted to mis-selling, cut off my TV services by mistake, and now your phone staff are stonewalling a registered disabled customer of 20 years. I have sent a DM. I need a senior manager to call me immediately, not another dead-end phone number.

    @bt_uk So the text bot didnt help, I cannot access the Web page, and I cannot use my landlines to call as its also currently out of use.

    @bt_uk It won’t! I have spoken to at least 6 different people for hours to sort the problem. I was told to buy a new phone which I was assured BT would pay for if it didn’t fix the problem. It didn’t and you won’t pay. 😫
