@bt_uk I've been literally harassed by your team for my home move request. Firstly, it was not done on the committed date and again missed on the next date. I'm calling for last 4 days and speaking with different people with no resolution.

@bt_uk following on from weeks of complaints I have just been told I cannot cancel my contract unless I pay £690. £69 a month for 1.5mbps is good value according to you. Absolute crap

@bt_uk Well fortunately when one doors closes, other doors with better and reliable service opens. Also thanks for raising the price on a mediocre service.

Apologies for being like @PeterDellaPenna after he has a bad flight on United, but much of my feed for the next week or so will be complaining about @btsport not showing the majority of a World Cup they have the exclusive rights to.

@andrewnixon79 @btsport @WBCBaseball Yup. Those are the disappointing things about this stuff. It should be written into contracts that if they don't use all of it and broadcast certain matches then they have the right to show those matches on their own streaming service.

Fibre broadband installed by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. Free “upgrade” from @bt_uk so why not? Now have no landline, signal dropping out constantly yet showing a speed of 76 mbps, what’s that about.? Was 73 and totally reliable on my ancient copper line. 🙄 #engineervisiit

@bt_uk left me high and dry! An engineer installed a new fibre halo. Said there was a fault and left! Didn’t even open the Bt hybrid connect. No WiFi since 5pm yesterday. Tried to speak to the help line. And sent texts! Nada! @BTCare ideas?

@bt_uk I have just had the worst service. Upgraded to full fibre and have been left with absolutely no internet. Install date was Wednesday 8th and your contact centre is now saying that they need 3 working days to fix the issues (that’s Tuesday- making it 6 days of no internet)

@Owen_Maynard_ @btsport @batflips_nerds The worst part is that on their six red button/online channels they're showing literally nothing this morning.

@bt_uk This is normal now, so much for being able to have more than one device connected at the same time with no effect on other devices, 3 disc's and we still get terrible buffering. About 50 feet from a cabinet. Just signed up for another 2 years but still no sign of FTTP??
