  What on earth is going on with @bt_uk a wifi hub is broken and cannot get it delivered by Royal Mail - as a residential customer apparently BT will not do anything else.

  @bt_uk Just asked a friend and her app has Manage network under Do More. Mine doesn’t. It used to. That’s how I set up the restrictions.

  @bt_uk sent the pm . you are eithe missing my point or choosing to ignore my point when a customer broadband fails at 1am a customer should be able to contact broadband services on the phone at 1am especially when the customer can't get on the phone now stop ignoring my point

  I have @bt_uk coming tomorrow to set up my upgraded internet and just got a text from @RoyalMail saying my parcel has to be rerouted, it was meant to be here on Saturday, then today, so wtf am I meant to do?

  @ClaphamSue @bt_uk Especially if they dont do emergency repairs for people in this situation. The thought that she could have fallen upstairs and not been able to use the alarm is terrifying..!

  @bt_uk hi, we had an engineer out last week to fix a broadband problem that has been going on a while. The recent visit hasn't resolved the issue, so I would like to request another engineer visit please.

  BT-WIFI is seriously taking all my energy….they managed to ruin my sunday night by cutting the wifi that I am currently paying. @bt_uk fix this!!
