    @bt_uk No reply yet. Emailed them yesterday and again twice today. Also called customer service who could not see any other way to speak to them other than emailing. The complaints team have replied stating they will take up to two days to get back to me

    @bt_uk @BTSopenreach absolutely shocking service from your split organisation. 4 months for fibre switch over. 4 attempts to get OR with hoist to make connection. Leaves property with internet BB disabled until next engineer can come in 5 days. #shabby #basicservicenotincluded

    42 days now and BT still has not activated my new broadband account. Horrific service. The combo of BT and OpenReach not exactly agile. No one appears to be accountable. @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp. To cap it all, they send me bills for services that I'm still waiting for. Laughable.

    @virginmedia 57 mins on silent hold only to be told your cancellation dept has now closed! Appalling behaviour! I will be cancelling my account with you tomorrow. Let’s see if @bt_uk @EE have a better service!

    @TherionWare @bt_uk Make a formal complaint and at each point they tell you there’s nothing more they can do, escalate it. And keep doing so. To the Chief Exec if need be. It will eventually end up with someone who can fix it. Worked for me.

    @bt_uk Mmm. As ours was never actually sorted by BT, broadband disconnected by BT and then 2 weeks later our phone line and then emails, 7 weeks later stull nit sorted so had to go to Sky and so far much better

    @bt_uk could you please advise when the 5.1 surround sound issue will be fixed on the pro box. It's been over a year now and the box is of no use to me without it.

    Absolutely abysmal service from @bt_uk where we ordered a telephone line last November and still not provided. What we do have is the offer of new contract at greater price as a resolution. Threat of having to pay for this contract even though it cannot provide service ordered.
