    @btbusinesscare I’m a BT Business Broadband customer and having ongoing problems (a week or so now) with loss of service and very slow speeds. And I pay for super fast broadband. Can you help?

    @bt_uk just tried to get through to you on the phone about upgrade to full fibre offer. As usual long delay answering & in the end I gave up waiting. Perhaps you could phone me if it's not too much trouble. I know you're very busy as this has been repeated to me over 100 times.

    @btsportmotogp @MotoGP @MichaelLaverty Correct me please!! BTSport had a segment regarding the engines for next year and in the segment reported saying engines for next year cannot be touched. Surely this means Yamaha will still be slow and unreliable ?

    @bt_uk shocking customer service.... activation of services now cancelled 3 times, over 7 hours of phone calls....confirmation message last night to say engineer will be out today.... just spoken to agent who says that was never the case!!! False promises!

    @bt_uk just spoke to 2 different customer service agents who assured me I would be able to upgrade to your black Friday full fibre 300 offer only to be passed to a sales person and told I'm not eligible for this offer 🙄

    @bt_uk There's a certain irony that it's quite so difficult to contact a telecoms company by phone. How long do you think it is reasonable to expect a customer to hang on waiting for one of your operators to pick up?

    @bt_uk Why are my speeds currently at 2mbs? Been like this for, 2 days now, FAR FAR below the promised speeds, tried running a speed test 3 times gets to 90% and says "we were unable to test your speed"...Help anyone?
