    @bt_uk He offered to put a complaint in, but admitted it wouldnt amount to much. So I said what is the point. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?

    @bt_uk I commute earlier and later than that. If the website just worked then I wouldn’t have this issue

    Shock @bt_uk has another outage after saying they fixed the issue… I need recommendations for another provider because this contract is getting terminated.

    @bt_uk I have but I am still trying to find out what the actual incident is and why it was down 5 hours yesterday and over 5 hours today

    @bt_uk Terrible service from BT. - No broadband service for 4 days - Broadband speed was less than 10Mbps since I moved in - Not been able to get compensation for either issue

    @bt_uk Hi ... I have a fault ref. no. from 12 July but when I login to track it, it says not found or "access denied". I have no phone service at all and have heard nothing from BT by email. Please advise. Thanks AH

    @bt_uk One of your exchange buildings has an alarm going off (BN6 9SR) there is no way to contact you about this by phone, it is annoying everyone is up at their windows and doors, could you please deal thing this issue!

    @bt_uk Hi BT. I'm eligible for BT Home Essentials, but I'm not a BT or EE customer. I need to apply online as I can't use the phone due to a disability. I can't find an online application for new customers. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks. @Ofcom
