    @bt_uk Could you please provide me with a direct telephone number to your customer services for me to contact on behalf of a resident. Everything is website or email based which is not helpful for residents who need to speak first hand. The service to the public is rather poor.

    @bt_uk Hi. An engineer attended this AM but hasn’t been able to fix my connection. He said all is fine. However I cannot work as the connection isn’t.. well staying connected. Can someone advise on next step please? Thanks.

    Hi Alan, and everyone @btbusinesscare Having had a break, decided to renew contact with BT re our ongoing complaint, and attempted to reengage with the FTTP upgrade already agreed. Everyone I've spoken to has been charming, but promised follow-up phone calls just don't happen 😡

    @bt_uk Wouldn’t use BT if they offered me it for free Upgraded to fibre from copper and averaging 2mb between 4pm and 10pm Tried everything they have asked and still poor service

    @EE @bt_uk hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

    @bt_uk Household with one essential worker, now going into week 5 without a connection after a litany of errors & lack of urgency to fix the problem. At this stage, another I don’t need yet another bland apology - I want a resolution!

    @bt_uk BT is not my service Provider and they keep saying that my Internet will be Taken offline in 24 Hours they have now phoned Twice
