    @bt_uk, has there been a broadband outage in Lanarkshire? I’ve restarted our BT Hub but it has made no difference.

    @bt_uk @BT_UK You admitted to mis-selling, cut off my TV services by mistake, and now your phone staff are stonewalling a registered disabled customer of 20 years. I have sent a DM. I need a senior manager to call me immediately, not another dead-end phone number.

    @bt_uk It seems to have been cancelled now (I don't know how that actually was actioned though!). But that still leaves her with the issue of getting the correct internet (as the whole package was cancelled).

    @bt_uk On line service wasn't very good I disconnected overnight. When I woke up I plugged it back. It's now returned to blue. All good thanks.

    Why do some companies make it really difficult to contact and notify of an issue that will help their employees avoid fines or worse points on their licence? Especially @bt_uk. Not going to post the pictures publicly as don't want the crap that comes with driving issues.

    @bt_uk We have made a complaint, you closed the complaint with matter resolved !! Without telling us how its been resolved ? So we reopened it, and still awaiting an explanation as to how you think it has been resolved ?

    @bt_uk Terrible service from BT. - No broadband service for 4 days - Broadband speed was less than 10Mbps since I moved in - Not been able to get compensation for either issue

    @bt_uk haha you are joking aren't you? The lines are only answered 8am-9pm Monday to Friday even though you complete migrations over the weekend now with what seems minimally trained staff and no support.
