    @btbusinesscare Thanks for the email Abbey, unfortunately you too seems to have no understanding of the problem here, you proposed "waived off" fees for "appointments I missed", I haven't missed anything BT missed the appointments.

    @bt_uk No problem cheers

  • SpAM_CAN Cay 🏳️‍🌈🐱🏳️‍⚧️ (@SpAM_CAN) reported

    @bt_uk Hi, the estimate has now completely vanished (once the deadline passed it just changed to "No estimated date". We have our 4G mini hub, but there's no way to connect it to the router or the rest of the network, so most of the house is still down.

  • MattMustang53 Matt Bate (@MattMustang53) reported

    @bt_uk I'll wait with baited breath. Constantly losing signal, if we get 15 minutes without losing signal we're lucky.

  • timroyds Tim Royds (@timroyds) reported

    @bt_uk No. Now back down to 2.1 😠

  • timroyds Tim Royds (@timroyds) reported

    @bt_uk Intermittent problem since June. Your engineer today ‘at distance’ having rebooted the hub measured download speed at 4.7. Not very impressive!

  • iTechPro2012 Gareth Sibthorpe (@iTechPro2012) reported

    @bt_uk Problem solved!

  • MichaelArnaldi Michael Arnaldi (@MichaelArnaldi) reported

    @curiosdevcookie @bt_uk Again support completely useless, the twitter one just confirmed again my appointment for 4th of Jan nothing else (and if the rule stands it will too be missed). Considering posting a decent damage claim at this point good faith was broken multiple times, plain lies.

  • timtawse Tim Tawse (@timtawse) reported

    @bt_uk @CTSI_UK I was told is able to get a deal an broadband, a week later I was told that can’t honour the deal they were going to give me, they offered me £30 not to make a complaint. I have a voicemail stating what deal they were going to give me. 😡

    @VICY_COFFEE @POPeART_ @bt_uk Using a couple Asus routers in mesh, 2nd router kept dying, but it looks like a firmware fix has sorted it and it great now.
