    @bt_uk Why do you make it impossible to opt-out of BT Wi-Fi? I've tried multiple times over the last two years, and you keep making it harder to find the opt-out button that doesn't work anyway. Just why??

    @bt_uk We have done that and the fix isn’t holding. It’s enough. Supply the internet AT PACE.

    @bt_uk Sadly it seems we are going round in circles. 1) reported issue on 8th, diag check reported fault 2) 14th phone line ok but broadband still poor 3) repeat process on 15th and diagnostics check showing fault. We cannot continue with such poor broadband when working from home!

    @bt_uk Business, we’re a nationwide florist and all of our orders come in online. Tried to get someone to come and look at it but completely brushed off on the phone. Our ability to trade is literally hanging by a thread so any help would be appreciated!

    @R055JM @bt_uk Just had this from Parcelforce. "Hi Chris, our tracking indicates there were two parcels due to us under the consignment number ZM64***** 002 was delivered yesterday 14/12/20 however, 001 has not been received into our network from the sender so you will need to contact BT"

    @bt_uk you guarantee a delivery start day for service and failed miserably on day one by not delivering what you said you would. Appalling service. Wish I had never rejoined BT!!

    @bt_uk Oh this was years ago, they sent an engineer out after warning me if there was no fault I’d have to pay for his time. He found the fault customer services said I didn’t have and fixed it there and then. I’m happily a Virgin Media customer now.

    @bt_uk Thanks, Aaron. However, it was dispatched last Thursday evening, arrived at Yorkshire DC on Friday morning and that’s where it’s stayed since! The service went live yesterday and my previous provider turned my service off. No update from Royal Mail.
