.@bt_uk Households have been left with no connectivity for nearly for nearly 20 DAYS in Cwmisfael, SA32, including my family. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Would never happen in a city. Stop fobbing people off. [1/2]

  • BurkeJansen Burke Jansen (@BurkeJansen) reported

@bt_uk hi bt I’m having trouble dialling out from my phone

  • EV_Chief AndiW (@EV_Chief) reported

@bt_uk The explanation is futile both BT and @OpenreachHelp have made a simple process difficult and long winded with poor explanation we now don’t even have a date for install which is a joke considering it was working when we moved in

  • glosuk68 glosuk68 (@glosuk68) reported

Of course - as they always do - @BTCare will maintain they don’t have an issue with email spam. They do. An explosion to 147 emails over the last 7 days, up from a handful each week. I’m thankful I no longer pay for their email services.

  • mrgarethbrooks gareth brooks. (@mrgarethbrooks) reported

@NEEZU5 @bt_uk We’re with EE, but it’s a BT Openreach line and problem. I was with Sky in town, but it was a BT line. No problem there 😩

  • MagicalEmz Emzyma (@MagicalEmz) reported

@bt_uk hi I had a fault last month which took you a while to fix. I was told there would be compensation but have seen nor heard anything since. Are you able to check for me?

  • charlescross01 Charles Cross (@charlescross01) reported

@KulganofCrydee @bt_uk ..Then we had a fault because the features like Caller Display that we pay for all disappeared and I had to get BT to fix that. Landline users are mostly older and not technically minded, how on Earth can BT expect them to deal with all this without help?

  • JoeyIsATimelord The Book of Nova (@JoeyIsATimelord) reported

@bt_uk I've never once been presented with a use code button to click. This process is not smooth.

  • PriteshGovindji Pritesh Govindji (@PriteshGovindji) reported

@bt_uk why is your broadband service so sh*t??? 16 times the broad band has gone down in the last 4 hours. My cables are fine and untouched, I haven't moved the router, there isn't any roadworks that damaged the cables and it hasn't rained. Yet every single day, without fail,

  • LathockarLamb9 Robert Dewey (@LathockarLamb9) reported

@btsport trying to get bt sport monthly pass but it won't let me go to payment. Is there any issue with it?
