@bt_uk Sorry I've done this before and ordered through my account. And BT said when i cancelled the service it'll be out in a week. That was 6 weeks ago now. Yet BT will want to block services. Can easily find the details using my name Jessica Pearce.

@bt_uk I was told I would get a reminder and yes sometimes house moves are delayed & with a million and one other things to think of it slipped my mind - now no home alarms, security cameras, home network, tv or internet

Hi @bt_uk. When calling you I could do with either, a) Not being cut off before someone answers. c) Not being cut off whilst talking to one of your advisors. Each of these wasted >10 mins of my life. My situation is unresolved. Can I bill you for this time I'll never get back?

@bt_uk my bill has gone up thats all i needed right now another £60 a year thats a lot to me and if i want to save £3 i can upgrade but that forces me to pay by direct debit i have never paid by dd and dont want to

@bt_uk your service and customer care is the worst I have experienced by an company in years. Totally unprofessional. Is there anyone in authority or is it just all call centres and scripted replies?
