@bt_uk I've got a IPC6007 issue with my Sky Sports channels, just sent a DM can you assist, please?

Rhodri Danter-Davies (@rhodri87) reported
@bt_uk your service is absolutely shocking. Yet another day of broadband with speeds of less than 10mb/s and still paying 50 odd quid for broadband. Seriously considering leaving now!

Paul Fraser 🐟 (@paulfraser84) reported
@bt_uk It's unbelievable that I have to speak to another part of your company to sort this? We both know whats going to happen, I'll either leave and come back as a "new customer" with a shiny new offer that's cheaper than mine or I move to another company. It's so stupid!!

@bt_uk No been a loyal customer for a year and a bit all I did was move house paid last bill now u want 110 quid for a credit check get lost plus last months bill when I had no service and a 93quid termination fee this company is a complete joke

@TC38534491 @ETHthisistheway @btsport Right that’s-really a hypocritical concession. If a British Public fund owned Newcastle I would have a point? Isn’t that kinda stupid ? You are basically saying to me morality only matters in football. We might host the World Cup…are you going to protest against that ?

@andrewchatterl1 @bt_uk Is it really that bad, I've been trying to reach out to a friend iN HALIFAX. Is there also no network coverage in halifax area code HX2.

Paul Fraser 🐟 (@paulfraser84) reported
@bt_uk All the offers are more expensive. Hardly showing any loyalty to a customer ? If the "offer" isn't available anymore, how can I keep the same package? The only difference is that your company wants to charge me more for the same product.

Stuart Britt (@Stuart_A_Britt) reported
@bt_uk Yes, heard if it, but when the broadband speed is crap anyway and there's virtually no mobile signal, it's a pointless sell...
-
its just a game... (@supa_mags) reported
@btsport no disrespect to Lynsey Hipgrave but that's a poor choice to head your football.

@bt_uk Works out cheaper in the long run, so I'll go with that option. Great customer services by the way 👍
