@bt_uk I’ve ordered a PS5 today but used the wrong email, I have emailed the support team but had nothing back yet(understandably) it’s also stuck on a security check? How long does that take?

@btsport trying to cancel my contract and it takes 2 people to put me on a "short" 15 minute hold to "See what you can do for me". I get that the longer you leave me on hold the more likely I hang up and you don't have to cancel, but it's a shocking way to treat your customers.

@bt_uk Interesting, internet use at an all time high and you have problems? Or just burying bad news?

@bt_uk Don’t really want to grass the guy up doing his job, but just stop cold calling any customer at half 7, when you have already text them the same day about something else. You’re an IT company, stop acting like PVC salesmen. Managed to finish my fish and chips just find thanks.

Why is @btsport more expensive when you want to add it on its own than if you have broadband and tv? We can’t have by broadband where we live as the internet speed is too slow, much slower than @virginmedia We have tried in the past and it’s failed….. seems like a rip off to me

@bt_uk is your service that crap. You can't even switch me on the date you say? Pathetic. Feel like just staying with current provider now.

@btbusinesscare What is the point of paying for a booster when it doesn’t work when the internet is down

@bt_uk Sadly not yet. Not had a chance to go out (I'm disabled) and to be honest the signal in my flat is pretty dire for some reason. I'm close to Manchester city centre so I should be in a 5G zone. I'll test my sim properly first before ordering a new one
