    @bt_uk BT got to say is crap my WIFI goes off every day pain in arse and iv had to take extra data on my phone because of this so like guy before u must owe me hundreds to oh an yes was reported apparently it’s working fine if I wasent tied in for 24 months I’d b off 👿

    @bt_uk Leslie, the engineer never showed up. I’ve been rebooked for Monday, given a £25 refund and told that I’ll be able to cancel my contract soon with the amount on engineers that have been called out to this seemingly unfixable problem.

    The experience with @btbusinesscare has been awful. Speaking to people in sales is easy trying to talk to someone in customer support is a nightmare. After 6 weeks waiting I have cancelled my order to go with @XLNBusiness

    @bt_uk I was due to have my FTTP connection installed on the 1st December, after being cut off for 5 weeks without any forewarning, and following the engineer visit and the inability to install this day due to poor planning I am now 3 days later without an install date! Help!

    @bt_uk the worst customer service ever! My poor mum has called you twice to be cut off after waiting 30 mins to speak to you and then myself 49 mins on the phone to be cut off because you close at 8pm. No internet in her new home for several days passed change date!

    @bt_uk Hi our broadband / internet has been down for 4 hours! Just showing an orange light. We have reset it twice. Why is this not working!?

    @bt_uk while I’m now the account holder we have had issues with our home internet. I teach classes from home and this service is not good enough. Already had an engineer come out and just replaced the hub, yet that has done nothing.
