  @bt_uk Second appointment where a engineer hasn't bothered to turn up,been waiting for internet installation since 28th October...they can't do nothing till the 10th Jan.... absolutely terrible service from your selves....2 days off work wasted.

  @bt_uk I have indeed tried this 4 times. Still not been reconnected. Now 6 days without any service as you have disconnected me. A service that I am still paying for. Can you explain how this works?

  @bt_uk I know but it is not in my house, it has been lost so I have no internet, you can activate it all you like it is not working

  @bt_uk my Aunt is a carer for her husband who has dementia They been waiting 15 days for your visit and you failed to turn up! He needs the TV to keep him calm and stop him pacing! You claim to support the elderly but that does not seem to be the case! Please help them

  @23Daves @GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk Don't switch to virgin, never had worse customer service in my life. Not sure I've ever been lied to as often either including claiming, twice, engineers were currently at my house!

  Well further to my whinge yesterday about the phone issues for my 96yr old uncle, the fantastic staff of @BTCare have not only got on top of the problem but it was fixed today. Highly recommend this service to anyone needing help.

  @bt_uk would you please contact me re a fault I am trying to talk to you about. Your computer bit does not understand that workers in the street appear to have dug through our cable and there seems no way to inform you of vital detail you need to fix fault quickly.......

  @bt_uk shameful service as usual I’d advise anyone to stay clear of you! You rip people off in a cost of living crisis and don’t provide what I’m paying for
