@bt_uk No idea who Laura is. But as you can’t provide accessible communications to disabled people I will stop trying to help you.

@bt_uk Hi James, I'm not sure if you can help as I'm with Plusnet but I know they're part of BT and that BT control the network speeds.

@bt_uk Is that even after your customer had arranged for a third party 2speak on their behalf as they were going abroad for a month? The issue had been discussed & just requires a resolution so it would seem you pull up irrelevant security issues 2mask your inadequate technical support.

@bt_uk The issue is that you charge customers for a service. A service which allows scammers access to your system. I would have been happy to give up the line for a token gesture. You try blocking 80 calls an hour!

@bt_uk Thanks, it would be helpful if you could tell all your colleagues to stop using capital letters with bold font when replying to the customers’ emails, illegally retaining customer’s personal mobile number, and refusing to delete it even after being formally requested please.

@virginmedia I’ve done all that multiple times, including the technician checking over the phone & saying the router was faulty… I lost more money waiting in for the 2 days for a router that never arrived than paying any exit fees, I’d rather just pay any fee & move to @SkyUK or @bt_uk

@bt_uk Just tried to phone, after 3/4 menus (some irrelevant to the issue) got told it was best to do by text. Text only deals with phone or broadband so still stuck, is there a better number where I can speak to a person??
