@bt_uk Makes me cross when a simple order to flip BT Sport ON is complicated by people who are incentivised to sell. I repeated five times what I wanted, yet a recordable box and other accessories are being shipped because someone at BT was more interested in commission. I shall CANCEL!

@alexaintonfire I would be pretty sure it's a BT sport issue. Apps like that are always hit and miss with it. I'm pretty sure btsport has a playstation app - maybe try that?

@dvernalls @bt_uk Move to full voip infrastructure from circuit switched PSTN will mean major savings for operators and simplification of the network, full fibre to the house won’t need a copper pair for the phone same for cable. Will be a first step to cheaper bandwidth to the home

@BTCare I recently renewed my bb and have received some new hand sets (which I don’t want) and now my home phone doesn’t work. I’ve believe I’m now on been on a digital voice service which i didn’t request. Can you help? I need to be able to use my landline which I’m paying for.

@bt_uk hi hope you can help me. I’ve been on hold on 150 for about 40 minutes now... I bought new iPhone from you and new contract at w/e but nothing is showing in My BT re this and no emails... don’t know if I need to use new SIM card or what!
