    @ChrisTheDJ @bt_uk I ended my BT contract when they kept phoning me in the evening on the LL even though I instructed them never to. Their response? I quote: “It’s our line, not yours, and we’ll phone it whenever we want to.” They are a truly appalling company.

    @virginmedia Only happens when recording live wrestling on @btsport Wrestling is the only reason I keep the channel. Seems I’m wasting my money. Maybe time to cancel if this is going to happen.

  • JeffiePlays Jeffie 🦊 (@JeffiePlays) reported

    Being compensated for 18 days without working internet is great and all but it would be even better if you could just fix it 🙃 @bt_uk

  • adampettit1972 adamgooner72 Ⓜ (@adampettit1972) reported

    @bt_uk No drama no problem...thanks

  • laurencemadill Laurence Madill (@laurencemadill) reported

    @bt_uk Yes, nothing to promote customer loyalty at all so that’s a good reason to go elsewhere

  • DanManley2501 Dan Manley (@DanManley2501) reported

    @bt_uk Still having problems. The 4G mini hub is constantly cutting out, overheating regularly and when not plugged in the battery only lasts 4 hours max. It's not ideal tbh.

  • HardwickDeadLiv Mike C (@HardwickDeadLiv) reported

    @btsport I am honestly getting SO SICK of the media agenda. Can we stop this crap now please??!? @ManUtd we don't want to constantly hear about goalkeepers and ALL ENGLISH FINALS, how about the utterly miserable defence in front of goal??!!??? #mediabias

  • earlybirdjon Jon Stainton (@earlybirdjon) reported

    @bt_uk Engineer appointment between 1-6 pm to install new landline and broadband. Apparently he called this morning whilst I was at work. New customer not very happy. I chose these times for a reason. @Bt_uk. Get in touch.

  • Tonysmini Tony (@Tonysmini) reported

    @PaulWooding3 @bt_uk Speak to the developer/builder first, they should have registered the new addresses with Openreach. Try updating your new address on the Royal Mail site (update address or missing drop down option), this will also help. BT can also request an address update/check to Openreach.

  • strategistmag Chris Middleton (@strategistmag) reported

    @bt_uk Ha no. But I will share another BT quote. “Broadband isn’t a utility and it never will be.” That came from the chairman’s office. Bye. Seriously: please don’t contact me. Ever. xx
