  Day 71 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

  @bt_uk Have had no BT internet for 2 weeks. Engineers cancelling and coming to do **** all. Shocking costumer service. Nobody to help. This has been an issue for 1 year now . They are not letting me cancel my account . Avoid BT - they are a scam #BTinternet #scam

  @bt_uk Broadband keeps cutting off several times a week, around the same time every night just after midnight. And your 'new' fault checker doesn't work (500 error). Who runs your development and why did they release a new checker that doesn't work? Impossible to report fault!

  @bt_uk my fibre has went down, in the G46 area. Im told its an MSO - city fibre has been ripping up my street the last week. Has this caused an MSO ? I would like to know so i can raise a complaint with them.
