@bt_uk can you get someone to actually come and fix our internet. It works fine no issues 80% of the time. Then we spend days and or weeks suffering with like no speeds. Please this is a joke and a rip off quite frankly.

@bt_uk shockingly poor service. Three weeks notice that we are moving home. Two weeks in new home and still no broadband. Spending hours calling and having to repeat information. No satisfactory resolutions offered despite over 15 years as a broadband customer!

@btbusinesscare Called BT & they said an engineer has to come out & check the line & if nothing needs doing then we get a refund of the £70. What! It's an established line I was talking to you on! Why can't u just migrate the service without needing an engineer! Its a simple transfer of service!

1/2 For what they charge, @bt_uk ought to give a good service. I called yesterday regarding an ongoing issue (third such call) and was told that @WeAreOpenreach would deal with it between 1-6pm. I would receive a confirmation text. Still waiting for the text, let alone Openreach

@bt_uk 2/2 Old router also returned on 30/05/22 and delivered on 31/05/22 (@RoyalMail tracked), but getting pestering messages about it not being returned! Extortionate prices for sub-standard service me thinks.

@JohnTierney68 @BTCare @173Dandan Never said anything about prices going back to what they were. There will eventually be a way we can all live with it just like every other financial crisis we've been through
