@bt_uk I’m an @bt_uk customer. I believe ps5’s will be available for Bt customers to buy soon. I’ve registered interest, however each time there was a drop in Dec I never received an email or code. How do I ensure I get a code?

@bt_uk You are very condescending right now. My household can’t do our jobs because of your crap service. And it’s fibre optic broadband. Drs & supermarket staff are working through the pandemic too. We can’t today & tomorrow because of a full outage. Don’t be ignorant with your replies
