    @christovskia @bt_uk Last time I had to get help from BT the operator was a nice lady from South Africa, it was a calming effect hearing a familiar accent. She booked a visit and a tech fixed a long running issue few days later. Have often spent 40 minutes on phone to troubleshoot issues. BT rocks.

    I have a lot of time for the people in customer support, they are always polite But I always have to chase things up. How it is possible for something that is promised to be delivered overnight, to not appear despite 3 separate people 'sorting it out for me' is beyond me! @bt_uk

    Dear @bt_uk do I actually need a landline? I never use it…too pricey and all i get is spam calls…every time!!! No @bt_uk I don’t want a call blocker or anything else I just want to know what am I actually paying for?

    @bt_uk you are a disgrace offer me a service that gives me technical help and installation. I'm paying you for it but you can't give me an appointment for weeks. No WiFi. But you want my money. Utter disgrace. Ombudsman next.
