@bt_uk Not really helpful - I’m not a BT customer but the problem is with BT equipment, I’ve reported the problem to Openreach twice but nothing has happened. Can you give me any more help?

@btbusinesscare @OpenreachHelp #shoutout to Engineer Clive Plummer who stayed until 18:30 on Friday to get to the root of the issue. Basically the cabling on our street is too old and not sufficiently support Business Broadband promised speeds. After 4 engineers we finally get an honest answer.

@btbusinesscare what a shocking service from BT all round! Service started going wrong March this year! 4 engineers later still not fixed! 5th engineer supposed to come today but no show! Having a small business this has been very costly for me! Now looking for decent provider!
