    @EDiamond136 @bt_uk Absolutely 💯 people get laid off from companies after 30 years service by a boss who has been there 6 months. I see it every year in every type of business. The lack of respect for peoples loyalty is wild

    @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    Sorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider before GTA6 release. and getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved away from @bt_uk email address.

    So @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.

    Hello As an existing customer, I thought I was supposed to be offered what new customers are offered, but the cheapest renewal is £15 more than what a new customer is offered. Please can you clarify, thank you @Ofcom @bt_uk
