@Helen_HMAR @bt_uk This is their standard service. Been having issues with them for a while now and the customer service failures are staggering. Honestly better just going to offcom with your complaint if its serious. They won't resolve it.

Ok @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach are doing some work around the corner from me. Having talked to them it seems my problems started the moment they started work. They claim it’s nothing to do with them. I call “pants on fire”

Owen and McManaman the panel for Atalanta v Madrid....just **** off BTSport. The Win in Liverpool didn’t count, Serie A isn’t attacking. Why do they insist in ex players of a club to cover games, and can they really not find an Italian rep.

Thanks @bt_uk for having me on the phone for over an hour to 6 different people to tell me you don’t have a complaints department and for no resolution to come out of this, never dealt with such TERRIBLE customer service

@btbusinesscare I go to click ‘upgrade’ on the monthly pass - and opt for ‘login as existing user’ - I get sent on another dead end route.
