    @bt_uk we have been having problem with our broadband. WiFi keeps dropping since last night and you had indicated this will be fixed by today but still dropping now.when will this issue be resolved.

    Everyone who want to get @bt_uk especially broadband then don't. Keep going off then come back on for 5 seconds or for 10 minutes if lucky. Lately it been ****.

    @bt_uk I am sick of the problems i have with your company!!! over 2 years of non stop problems! for the amount we pay it's ridiculous! I need the Internet for my baby monitor and my partner works from home! 😡😡😡

    @bt_uk My Internet has been well below contracted speed since 07/06, I opened a complaint as I was getting nowhere with your customer services and have been promised multiple times management calls to discuss it. Please manage expectations better and help sort this out ASAP

    @bt_uk Utterly shambolic customer service. Nobody listens, customers get told one thing by an advisor and something different by another. A situation is repeatedly explained to you. Promises are made by your staff which never happen. Never had to deal with such incompetency.

    @bt_uk I rang BT this morning who confirmed there have been issues despite the BT status page saying there weren’t any faults. Seems to be more stable now!
