    @bt_uk where do I start. Left BT some 8 years ago due to poor line fault resolution & service. What a change it's undergone. Now offering FTTP speeds at 900mbps to our property (only ISP doing so) & the customer service is super on point. Spoke to Mike on the live chat side & 1/2

    @bt_uk Hi. Still having issues. I got a FB Messenger call while my husband was on a Teams call and it kicked him off his call and crashed.

    @bt_uk Yes but he had no knowledge of prior issue from last week so it was just a repeat, needs special team. It’s like Groundhog Day!

    @bt_uk I am a bt customer and we don’t automatically get a ps5 code. I’ve looked for n my offers and I deffo do not have a code either in the app or on the website. I have an offer for halo, EE and something else, but no ps5. Disappointing.

    @bt_uk No, it's not completed, somebody marked the new eqpt that was being sent as arrived and nothing here and I've still not had a call about my overall lack of service & complaint i put in. Read the notes, it's atrocious
