Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.

Can't phone, can't text, can't email. How can I force BT to pay attention? Offer to buy something from them?

Olliemorr2017🐾🐱🇪🇺🏴 (@Olliemorr20171) reported@ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Sort my internet out!

Seán (@mylastsatoshi) reported@bt_uk Hello. A customer of yours in Ireland had their internet disconnected yesterday. The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I trust you will retain call recordings from June 7th, 2026, I know I will. Good evening to you and yours.
