So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

@bt_uk why do I pay so much and have a keep connected guarantee yet when my broadband goes down I can’t get technical support! Surely with the amount your customers pay each month you can offer 24/7 tech support where we can speak to people!

@andyfenboyed @bt_uk I've had the exact same. I'm getting huge ping spikes and incredibly slow download speeds, but their generic test just tells me I am conveniently getting exactly what is on the contract and that there is no problem at all. They've been no help whatsoever.
