@bt_uk I was told to email a person to confirm+ I have. I won’t be held responsible for being told different info. BT have been doing this to me for over a year now. My new service has started today. I was willing to pay 2 bills and a set up fee in one month. That’s how bad BT has got.

@bt_uk my neighbours telephone is not working. She is an elderly vulnerable person and her emergency assistance system is now not working. I have reported the fault but it’s advising a fix date of the 24th. Is there any assistance you can give?

@btbusinesscare @Ofcom @CitizensAdvice BT have just called me. They only see one complaint, not all of them. The phonecall continued to show on my mobile but went totally silent. I held on for another minute but nobody spoke.

@bt_uk Yes thanks. Your service was very good. Though the 'always connected hub' thingy doesn't work immediately I noticed - it took around 15 minutes, which seems odd.

@OmbudServices please help! @BT_uk and @WeAreOpenreach unable to provide stable broadband. BT insist it is working when it clearly isn’t. BT Tech Advisor was in the house to witness it disappear. Asking £85 for an engineer to check their own service failure. Can’t do my job.

@bt_uk Why is it not possible for BT mobile users to access the free WiFi on the London tube network?

Brilliant service from @SkyHelpTeam with our #skyq and (non-Sky) wifi issue. Called this morning and engineer out within 2 hours, permanent and proper solution completed to sort something that has been ongoing for ages within one hour. Don’t get better than that. Take note @bt_uk

@bt_uk I asked you? Why do BT mess up all the time. Don’t worry I can handle your customers service team

@btbusinesscare But when the issue is far deeper than just a weak connection there is no care at all.
