@btbusinesscare They're not fixed. Still no land line for 3 months. How can a system work perfectly well for over a year then just stop. Your customer service is as useful as a chocolate teapot.

@btbusinesscare BT standard of customer service has dropped. We have been waiting weeks for the broadband connection. Requested manager to call us. Because we are unhappy with level of service. We even have broadband guarantee. Total fiction advertising. customer service adv would t/f to mgr

@bt_uk @BTCare @EE Must admit after having so called 900mbs installed I wish I’d never pushed the buy button. 300mbs max from router at 1 m distance How you can charge for 900mbs is beyond me

@bt_uk @BTCare Dear Sir, I am writing regarding my business account number GP 0110 3416. I have not had Wi-Fi for the past two months. Each time I report the issue, I receive a new router, and now I have three routers, none of which work. An engineer recently came and discovered that the fault is in the line. They made an appointment to come last Monday, but they did not show up. Since then, I have been trying to contact them, and they keep promising to get back to me, but no one does. Much of the time, I end up speaking to representatives in India, who say they do not have the authority to resolve this matter. Can you please assist me? Thank you.
