Got a subscription to @btsport and it's been working fine for months. Now suddenly they are demanding that I log in and when I do so, I'm not recognised. Frustration and rage. My bloke missed the rugby after an exhausting day at the Farmers' Market and in the lambing shed. Bad.

@bt_uk I have had an issue with my bt mini box for over a week now, promised a replacement. Still waiting 7 days later and nobody knows why ? Can you shed any light ?

Anyone know how I can terminate my @bt_uk contract early. Its hands down the worst service I have ever had. Had faults galore and never been offered any compensation or resolution. Now got issues again with recordings. Cannot wait to go back to @skytv

@bt_uk How are you justifying not having my phone sorted after almost 70 days ? Lie after lie from customer services who promises to call but never do! Cancelling a service without informing customers, cancelling my complaint on a whim

@RobCalvert16 @Nitromanuk No they didn’t. Lineker had contracts with the BBC and BTSport. Holmes was working the IR35 (off payroll working) and there the issue lies.

@bt_uk after several promises our digital voice phone was getting sorted today: I'm really sorry about this Chris. To fix the Digital Voice issues our connection team removed the Digital Voice service on 29/3 & they now need to reorder it again !! 16 Jan this was planned for !
