GG (@G1NG3R_N1NJA_13) reported@bt_uk your health check isn’t working. Your stupid robot tells me my speeds are fine. I’m playing ps5 on a wired connection with an upload varying between 15-20 and it should be 100. There is clearly an issue and I cannot do a thing about it.

I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.

jackbwater (@jackbwater) reported@mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.

Simboman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@simboman) reported@bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.

Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .
