@bt_uk I just wanted to say how appalled I was by your ‘company decision’ over a complaint today. I also found it baffling how the original person I spoke too also then handled the complaint, This isn’t very impartial? A company like yourselves should be aware of TCF.

Trying to contact @bt_uk via phone because my Internet has just completely dropped... I was told to hang up and wait for a text so they can figure out what's wrong. I go to reply to the text and I get told I WILL BE CHARGED LOL. @bt_uk wtffff man. I want out of this contract 😭

@bt_uk Here's a question, we've got Sky broadband. The landline hasn't worked for a while but as it's 2022 we could survive that. Here's the good bit....one of your Engineers came to fix the phone a week ago, couldn't but managed to leave us with no internet as well ! 7 days that is 🤬

@bt_uk Disgusted with continuous connectivity issues and being told by bt helpdesk there is no issues in the area when other resources tell us otherwise. Now left without Internet in the house for at least 24 hours. Great service to be working from home!!!

@bt_uk now saying my "estimated" fix date is end this week however as always I bet my bottom dollar it will move. No Internet 3 weeks and counting lol absolute joke.
