@bt_uk @milliesepede warning if you are going to sign up to btbroadband - they will sign you up for 2 years - and when you need to cancel for life reasons, like leaving the country or moving to somewhere - they pretty much charge you the remainder of the contract! in my case £650!

@bt_uk How can I get a log of my internet connection directly from you to assist me with my complaint for intermittent and TLOSS on my BB since 24.08.21 I have been billed for the full amount despite being told I won’t be charged. No one calls us back when they’ve promised to.
