    @bt_uk Hi, I signed up in December and received first 3 mths free in Black Friday deal. 1st bill arrived - had to ring as I was charged. 2nd bill - have to ring as I've been charged. What do you think's going to happen on my 3rd bill? Any chance you can help?

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk very disappointed how an engineer can attend site to fix issues and then within half hour of them leaving the issue has got worse. Not good customer service or a good experience at all. Cant speak to anyone as all automated #poorcustomerservice #vulnerable

    @SkyHelpTeam Your WiFi is so slow and keeps disconnecting. I pay for broadband boost which is still no good. I left @BTCare which worked great. I joined your Sky broadband in November can I leave without penalty or am I stuck with your crap for 18 months?

    @bt_uk so so sick now. 3 months of problems not being resolved. We are giving you one last chance to fix it. If it doesn't ( which I'm 95% sure it won't work) we are leaving you. Such a bad service.

    @bt_uk I am@thinking of changing my telephone/broadband to you but I see that on connection day someone has to be at home according to the website. We work all week and only home at weekends but no Saturday appointments available. Please help
