    @bt_uk I recently transferred my number from my old provider to BT and its been over 3 days since activation and my sim won't allow me to use facetime or imessage. I tried every trick online and tried using the sim on another iphone but I still have the same problem. Please help!

    @btsport A great coach, no doubt but ten years, a lot of cash spent and no European Cup. First world problems. How about following clubs like Accrington Stanley and others who were fined by @EFL for postponing games due to Covid. Maybe make a film about the incompetence of the EFL.

    Never get @bt_uk for internet. Customer service is appalling and the internet is non existent. They don’t help at all. Pricks.

    Can anyone please help. I used to cast BT sport from my phone to my Sony tv.I can’t do that anymore I need the BT app. I downloaded the app on my tv, but my user ID and password have capital letters and there is no option for this on the tv keyboard. Ideas ? @btsport @SonyUK

    @bt_uk Yes at long last. After many hours of stressful phonecalls. We appreciate the free month as part of our compensation. We hope this doesn't happen again, or we will demand to cancel our contract free of charge.
