  • DissentSkate Dissent (@DissentSkate) reported

Hey @btbusinesscare I’ve been happy with the broadband until this week - drops off loads during the day. Is there any problems in the Scarborough area??

  • adrianmark67 Hornet Ade (@adrianmark67) reported

@bt_uk I spoke to customer service who refused to provide a deadlock letter or details of your ADR process. I made them aware that I was taking BT to court and for details of who to name in the court proceeding again nothing but I was told help desk would ring but nobody did

  • superwibble Karen Burfoot (@superwibble) reported

@virginmedia @SkyMediaUK or @bt_uk do you have any temporary solutions that might help me work at home?

  • natsrambles Natalie Wright🌸🙂🌸 (@natsrambles) reported

@bt_uk Its less than ideal, I have to switch between my home network and mobile hotspot to switch between resources on my local NAS and the internet. As this is planned maintenance, why was there no prior notification. My internet we literally switched off. This is not a fault!

  • coachjemjem Jem (@coachjemjem) reported

@bt_uk I ended the call? Jesus christ. You had a manager call me, speak for 2 minutes. The line cut out and NO CALL back. You guys are pathetic ! Where is my call back?

  • robobotbotbot Robo Bot (@robobotbotbot) reported

@bt_uk For the number in questions that lists (now two) "Broadband -- Current Service Issue". This is entirely the point I am trying to make; not a single clue as to what kind of fault this is. Just "Broken". How do I evaluate how to respond to an outage with that level of detail?

  • RishTank Rishi Tank (@RishTank) reported

@bt_uk my broadband was finally going to be upgraded to the speed I’m paying for on Friday after 3 months of leading me on, for it not to happen and then for my service to stop today and your bot tell me I’ll be without internet and phone for another week. Literally the worst!

  • Danlightfoot11 Danny Lightfoot (@Danlightfoot11) reported

@jakenathan24 @bt_uk help this lad out, Iv been a loyal customer for 6 years without drama. Throw him a discount or something to get him on the BT train 🚂

  • natsrambles Natalie Wright🌸🙂🌸 (@natsrambles) reported

@bt_uk Yes, I have and it says there is an outage, that bizarrely starts at 5.30pm, that's in the future! Why so long to address the issue? Home internet is paramount these days, and mine is essential for my job.
