@bt_uk Complaint Ref: VOL013-564100345094 Spoke to Michael tonight for 12 minute for which he continued the company line from ******** Telecom to talk utter ******** and as a result he has took it on himself to close the complaint despite not being resolved

@bt_uk So you can see why I am complaining. You say the issue has been fixed but I am not satisfied that it has been. Considering we’re only getting half what we were once getting.

@bt_uk Hi, your minimum speed guarantee. Is it a minimum speed to the cabinet or to the house? Also as a new customer if I didn't opt for Hybrid EE back up during the original order (£7 extra pm) but wanted to add it at a later date, would it still be the same price? Thanks, Matt

@bt_uk Big shoutout to dave, after 5 years of trying to fix my phone line, he checked the actual box, and found it was faulty at that end. Phone now works! Give him a pay raise!

@bt_uk We’ve had the same router for many years, when we ‘upgraded’ we were told we’d get a new hub, never arrived called multiple times and told it would be delivered, never arrived. We were told we’d get a faster download speed but the last month it’s getting slower and slower.

@bt_uk No. I called you guys yesterday who confirmed there was a fault. Just don’t understand how it started working for an hour to the not working again. Very frustrating seeing as we’re all working from home
