@Devon_Magpie @bt_uk Same, going up £15.40 per month mid contract - absolute joke - inflation + profit increase. Never understood why it's not regulated against to increase during a contract.

@bt_uk just called to discuss renewing my BT broadband contract and instead come away cancelling as they won’t offer a loyal existing customer the same deals as new customer. Can anyone recommend a Broadband provider 😬

@bt_uk this has been very frustrating as everyone is going through difficult times and nobody told me at the time of buying that there is a discount and it’ll end in 5 months and that my total bill is £54.99. I can’t pay this and I’ve not received any comms for it. Need help

@bt_uk has installed fibre broadband and the service is extremely poor. We had a full week with absolutely no internet as they had not sent a router. The router is now installed and the only room that get decent signal is the one with the router. Dont use BT!

Ordered upgraded full fibre broadband back in December, a ******* epic saga ensues of course. The latest being told by @bt_uk they can't can fix their cable duct running to my house until APRIL. Five months to carry out a simple upgrade

@bt_uk Absolutely, shocking service. Been told now that I have to wait another 48 hours to have my problem resolved but it’s too late. I’m off to another provider…

Hey @bt_uk! I’ve been ghosted twice by engineers in two days after reporting poor connectivity on the 18th. Now the UNBREAKABLE Fibre 900 has been disconnected and won’t be looked until at least Tuesday. Since moving to Fibre 900 it has been non-stop problems. Shameful.

@bt_uk TalkTalk are still billing me for my old service because apparently according to them you didn't contact them to take over my line... Can this be looked into?
