Pam Medlock (@PamMedlock) reported@bt_uk It won’t! I have spoken to at least 6 different people for hours to sort the problem. I was told to buy a new phone which I was assured BT would pay for if it didn’t fix the problem. It didn’t and you won’t pay. 😫

Anne Optimi-City (@AnneMurawski) reported@btbusinesscare I need to pay our bill. Can't log in. You have added a new security requirement. A passcode. 🐧 Me Might be Animal! 🐧 (@me_not_animal) reportedWell the @bt_uk saga continues! Emailed the ELC team on Friday about the issues, someone called first thing this morning and had escalated things with @WeAreOpenreach to have an engineer out this afternoon…. And surprise surprise, OpenReach failed to turn up again (3rd failure)

EdEFC74 (@EdEFC74) reported@bt_uk The app no longer works but you still link to it on the 'My BT' account pages, which have just been updated. This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.

Kevin Fowler (@KevinF1311) reportedSo I’ve had a BT landline since 1986 and broadband since 2002, but my renewal cost for broadband 900 Mb was £78.99 but after conversation £60.99, although a new customer can get it for £38.99. Ever felt like you are being ripped off.Awful customer service @bt_uk
