    @bt_uk my business Wi-Fi is down and the only person who is authorised to talk to you (my manager) is away indefinitely. We need Wi-Fi to function please help.

    @bt_uk hi my btinternet address has stopped working. I can’t get into it. It told me to call 0800800150 but I don’t have a BT number so I can’t get through the menus. How can I fix this?

    @bt_uk I have tried to do it on my account even downloaded the app but nowhere to do it it just sends you round and round in circles I am a new customer today this isn't looking good so far

    @bt_uk I’m still blocked from my btinternet email weeks later. Your customer care person said someone would call but they didn’t. How can I resolve this? I have important information in that email account and you’ve stopped me accessing it with no warning.

    Dear @bt_uk - for 6 weeks I have had a wholly unreliable WiFi signal. So far I have had 2 engineers to the house & 2 to the outside set up. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Please can I speak to someone who can help!!!!! PLEASE!
