@deafmade_audio @bt_uk it’s no good for streaming games or anything like they’re advertising though- i had to cancel my ps now because it wouldn’t stream games even with an ethernet cable

@bt_uk my WiFi has been awful all week, cutting out at least once an hour. Today when it is connected it's ⅓ of the "guaranteed" speed I'm paying for. Please help

If you don't want functioning broadband during a pandemic, then I highly recommend @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp We are approaching 11 days without working WiFi and a 4G temporary fix that doesn't work. In a time when so many have to wfh this is verging on diabolical @BBCWatchdog

Guys if you’re thinking of going with @bt_uk I would strongly avoid like the plague. There way of fixing things is changing the cables in the cabinet and then someone else complains and then your broadband is broken again I’m sure you get my point.

Nothing but hassle this weekend from @btsport channels on sky freezing and crashing turning black. Every other channel is normal just the bt sport ones not working 🙄

@btsport why can't I watch BTSport1 on my android device via the virgin tv go app? I am getting a rights restriction message. I pay for the service so should be able to watch all programmes irrespective of the device being used.
