  Just received the absolute worst service from @bt_uk - loyal customer for over 4 years, I’ve been misinformed - they didn’t follow their own process and then I was told the issue was because of me. Not acceptable! I’m now left without internet whilst I wait nearly a month!

  Some days its more reliable to set up a mobile hotspot on my @giffgaff phone than use my alleged super fast home broadband with @BTCare.. Always on damp days... and BT the issue isn't in my house..

  @bt_uk Give me a realistic date please. No more of this 1 week update bs I just want the service I signed up for so please just contact whoever ever you need to in order to give me a realistic date when I can expect it to be done.
