  @bt_uk Never had such a bad experience dealing with a company, now 3 weeks later with no clear resolution to a recently widowed 83 year old man with no phone access. The bereavement team cancelled his number (after taking his money) and now been with out a phone for 3 weeks. Shambles

  @virginmedia I’ve done all that multiple times, including the technician checking over the phone & saying the router was faulty… I lost more money waiting in for the 2 days for a router that never arrived than paying any exit fees, I’d rather just pay any fee & move to @SkyUK or @bt_uk

  @bt_uk @SkySports who's crazy idea was it to have Liverpool as the saturday evening match, when tuesday playing in the champions league? surely the sensible thing would be to make us play friday and then tuesday, or saturday and wednesday. You should be trying to help our clubs
