@bt_uk My ping is fine now shock horror, during the day when i don't stream its fine, as soon as i jump on the net in the evening, my net is horrendous...nothing suspicious there given i've had 7 years of near perfect service 😩

  • InnaMUFC_Vettel Inna (@InnaMUFC_Vettel) reported

@bt_uk is there a problem with your call line? The customer services can't seem to hear me and there's no problem with my phone as I've tried others and they can hear me!

@Bryn_Cartwright @PippaCrerar @bt_uk Oh Im sorry.. I thought you were apologising for their ineptitude. Never bother waiting for a straight answer from any of this current pratfall of Clowns.

Hi @bt_uk I’ve reported a broken cable twice and been told that someone would be out to fix it within 48 hours. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and it’s still just dangling there, swaying in the wind. Any chance someone could secure it before it does any damage?

  • mikedimmick Mike Dimmick (@mikedimmick) reported

@PippaCrerar @bt_uk To be clear: BT does not provide this service; BT's *customers* provide this service - mostly unknowingly, I suspect. I for one wouldn't share my connection with anyone who walks past. If BT really wanted to help, they would have offered discounted dedicated connections.

  • ulphy Aaron Ulph (@ulphy) reported

@bt_uk would anyone be able to give me an update on my complaint I put in on the 29th December? I still haven’t heard anything back even though I was told it would be within three days Reference VOL013-550335311568

  • memike72 Jim (@memike72) reported

@bt_uk I’m using the checker on the ‘now’ tv box when the internet slows down and the picture begins to pixelate. Afterwards I did it again and it was up to 7mbps. It’s intermittent drop of signal, very frustration g.

  • Princess2Fiona Princess 👑 Fiona (@Princess2Fiona) reported

My Internet has gone unstable again. It's the copper wire connection in the road. I may be offline for long periods. @bt_uk are very good about fixing it, but limited by what they can do with 40 yr-old infrastructure. I absolutely depend on broadband. No mobile signal here. 1/2

  • pickerpark Pickerpark (@pickerpark) reported

@bt_uk Can you give me a number so I can talk to someone please, not an automated service, I was on hold for over an hour earlier so phoneline is working fine

  • Webby1962 Mark Webb (@Webby1962) reported

@PippaCrerar @bt_uk BT isn't 100% (no provider is) but it's pretty good. 3 of us WFH since March with minimum 6 devices & TV using it all the time. Few problems.
