    @btbusinesscare Been trying to order a mobile phone to add to our existing business account as per your current EE promotion. Had no luck using websites (yours and EE’s) keep getting messages to ‘try again later’! Can you help?

    I think @bt_uk have been in the pub watching the football today. Broadband has been up and down all day.

    @BT @BTcare @BT_Helpline I have been 9 days without broadband. 90 minute waits every day to speak to guides. 1 openreach appointment. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.

    @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

    @bt_uk Sorry, but this is becoming a part time job. I took out EE contract to watch some Tele not to spend my days troubleshooting poor quality hardware. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

    28+ days waiting for broadband from BT. Broken promises, poor communication, and still no connection. Completely unacceptable. @BT_UK #BroadbandFail #CustomerService

    @bt_uk Hi - sorry, I mean the internet connection has been down all day, so we have been cash only in our store all day .. hopefully it back in tomorrow
