@bt_uk The back office at BT are now looking into my issue that has been ongoing for months. It's a shame that I have had to take to calling BT out on social media for them to take any meaningful action. They assure me I will be updated next week. The fact still remains I am -£300.

FFS! Bloody @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp internet down for third time in 24 hours. They patronising us about ONT & hub lights, switching it off & on again 🙄. NO, it’s a network issue. We’ve been told this by BT. Fix your network or lose customers. 😡

@bt_uk On several occasions I have been promised to be contacted by BT regarding the matter and on every occasion they failed to do so. BT customer service is shockingly bad. Please please take this as a warning before you consider joining BT. There are far better providers out there.
