@BTCare help please - I’m slightly confused as I’ve had my email account for years since 2008 - my parents are switching broadband providers and leaving BT, does that mean I will lose my email account - as this is my main account I use for everything?

@bt_uk Can I have my £100 please. We don't get reliable wifi in any room, and you want £78000+ to fix it. (No joke). Then, we don't live in a big city, so in your eyes don't count.

Still no broadband connection in Bicester thanks to @bt_uk. Thought they would be clever and make changes to the local cabinet, but instead have completely broken it for everyone #BT #Bicester

@markwilsonit @bt_uk I moved to plusnet this year as I'd had enough of this and increasing costs....I had some issues with redeeming the voucher with Plusnet at the start but been fine service wise.

@bt_uk 10 weeks of repeated broadband failure. Closing compliance without addressing them, still no proper service. Trading standards or ombudsman?

@bt_uk Thanks Nicola but I finally got through, only to be told there has been no progress in 4 days "as its stuck in the system with a supplier and nothing they could do", plus the mifi was reset for the 4th time and still doesn't work. When does this become breach of contract?
