I regret so much in have hot CK tract with @bt_uk , they have promised my internet on last Friday and since that everyday is a new excuse … and always “sorry” honestly I horrible how they make us to feel useless #badcompany #barcustomerservice 😤😢😤😢

@bt_uk 2 years ago you sold me a 4k TV box to be able to have BT sport in 4k, which I've had for the last 2 years and no trouble, I've just renewed my contract for another 2 years and paid for the bt pro box to find I've lost 4k as I don't have good enough internet, mis sold 🤬🤬

@btsport hello, I have a monthly pass that was due to renew on 16th March, I rang at the weekend to cancel the renewal (wouldn’t let me do it online) and now the app is telling me I don’t have a subscription. Please can you address this!?
