@bt_uk Your wifi is down.! Haven’t had wifi for almost the whole day. And gotta wait 24 hours for an engineer to come fix it? We have restored and contacted the help desk.. still not working? Is the wifi down? Maybe make a statement?

@bt_uk Broadband fully down for me AGAIN. 2nd time in less than a week. service status checker on the BT app constantly gives me ‘sorry we weren’t able to run our tests’, what’s the actual point of it if it never works?

@oncebenny @BTCare @EE Mate, I thought they handled my leaving well a few years ago, if I recall. But I have to give up my current provider on a house move, and gave them first crack. It was beyond horrible.

@bt_uk Internet went completely out at 00:05am. Over 1 hour later, BT hub still stuck on solid orange light. Troubleshooter not working so I've been unable to lodge an issue. Help?

Football on @primevideosport is almost unwatchable. Man U vs Spurs is on and I have seen maybe 5 minutes of the game. Buffering, poor picture quality, skipping and my internet is the fastest possible. Give it back to @SkySportsPL or @btsport !! Useless.
