  @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

  @bt_uk They’ve spent hours and hours doing that and even your team say it’s a complete mess and a shambles. It’s a disgrace, being the worst, most stressful aspect of moving house. How can you be proud of that as a business and service?

  @bt_uk I can't get access to my btinternet email account and there is absolutely no way to contact BT. Every way they give to contact them doesn't work. Can't phone, can't text, can't email. How can I force BT to pay attention? Offer to buy something from them?

  @BT_UK My parents been without WiFi for 3 days. They were told it was billing issue despite paying and having proof. Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.

  @bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.

  @bt_uk : Very disappointing service overall, and equally disappointing to find out engineers do not attend properties on weekend to fix fibre connection issues!!!

  @bt_uk I did that last Monday. 5 days of a complaint and still nothing . Everything seems sub contacted and nobody takes ownership.

  Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

  @bt_uk The first 3 I cannot do because I cannot log into my account online, you don't take international checks, I don't live in the UK so pay machine doesn't work. And your customer service team want to authenticate the account with me, using a uk mobile.
