@bt_uk you sent me some kit that was not needed a few weeks ago. I sent it back to you, and it is tracked as delivered, yet you are still threatening to charge me through the nose for not returning it. Your customer service at this point is abysmal.

@englandcricket The @btsport coverage is shocking. I’m fine with it being on BT Sport 5 as I stream through the app on my TV anyway. But the stream quality is terrible & camera angles available and coverage are worse than the free streams you get for the county games

@bt_uk my BT box is stuck on the loading page and has been all day. I've switched it off/on several times, had the router off too, it hasn't rectified the problem. I've tried logging the incident online, it's sending me round in circles.

@bt_uk My nanas internet is constantly going off & so is my mothers. What is going on with your services? When will they be rectified?? She’s been a loyal BT customer for 50 years and she’s never had so much carry on as what she’s having now. Ridiculous.
