@bt_uk can you please tell me why I pay close to £100 a month for my internet to never work? It’s been two days now over a weekend, do you know how annoying that is? Work all week can’t even relax on the weekend! #BT

@bt_uk broadband went down about 2 hours ago. After texting the number It now tells me it won't be expected to be fixed till the 10th. Meaning no Internet access for 2 days. My partner works from home and I rely on the Internet for work too.

@bt_uk is there an issue in the Plymouth area? With wifi? Only mine keeps dropping out every half an hour! And it’s getting ridiculous now!

@bt_uk OK solved! Problem was with the ASUS router, something in latest firmware upgrade. Switched router WiFi capability off until primary disc was reconnected after factory reset. Now seems to be working, just resetting all the discs. Thanks Dom, pls add to database of fixes!

Disappointing that after losing the internet for the ENTIRE West Midlands @SkyHelpTeam don’t seem to be exactly rushing to sort it. For anyone out of contract turns out you can get better service and cheaper from @bt_uk . Hopefully plenty will take the chance tomorrow to swap.

Another @bt_uk Tweet posting just how shocking they are. I can't access a web page as their internet service is so poor. Why is it acceptable to provide internet speed less than the UK legal limit? Are you that awful? FIX THE NETWORK
