    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @bt_uk sitting on a phone nearly an hour so far. That's after 25 mins and then getting cutting off. Your DM is a stupid automated message. I would text my landline on sms but its not installed! Just a total joke

    @MrRobertBob1 @bt_uk Getting concerned about Gmail as they sent email to say things are changing. I'm never sure it isn't a scam so don't do anything. Might be my Gmail will stop working too!
