@bt_uk So we are absolutely clear - why should I pay to upgrade when you are not providing the service contractually agreed and meets our needs?!! If you want us to move to your alternative service because you want me to use it instead of that already contracted, YOU PAY!

@bt_uk after finally receiving a call back after so far taking 7months to connect me to then receive a txt saying you’ve cancelled my order. I get told i need to complete another order so i agree, and give up after 20mins on hold. How do you get away with the shocking service??

@bt_uk I will literally cancel my contract by the end of the night and switch providers if I haven't been got back to about why my internet speeds in which ONLY I USE are so shocking.

It has to be said this @ITVSport coverage especially Ally McCoist is far far better than that god awful @btsport coverage we had to deal with at the weekend #mcfc

@bt_uk just had engineer to change from copper to fibre-optic. He refused to work on a flat roof “as not trained” so we now had to install it in the wrong room with no plug sockets. He trampled all over our carpets with boots caked in mud. Terrible job, what is this mess?
