@bt_uk It says no issues in this area but a neighbour heard them say oh I just went through a wire is there anything we can do? We’ve tried resetting and we rang earlier they said they’d be here by Monday is there anything we can do till then?

@bt_uk Fixed thank you for asking. Up from 23 to 67, allegedly - the speed I pay for. But despite the fix still somewhat intermittent. The minute the engineer's back was turned etc ...

@btsport any idea why the app on PS5 is not working. Tried restarting the PS5. And restarted the internet. Also all other streaming apps are working.

@bt_uk Done that, still keep losing our connection, hub disconnects and flashes different colours, orange, red, green and then finally goes back to blue. Unacceptable that you refuse to fix our issues which have been constant. I will fix it then by changing suppliers. #btripoff
