@bt_uk really not happy at the moment got a problem seemingly sorted just for the same one to happen again a few weeks later and now I have to wait until Monday again for it to maybe be fixed , when I’m sure it’s not my end with the problem, very let down

@bt_uk Hi, we are thinking of joining BT Fibre once our terrible connection with @TalkTalk is over and done with. Is there a live chat option anywhere I can chat with an advisor about our options and whether the service is definitely guaranteed here as wasn’t when we first moved.

Oh, @bt_uk so we had 1 of your engineers visit us because we just switched to your broadband, and he didn't even connect us. And then you issued us with discontinued parts whilst we wait. It's been nearly 2 weeks now. I'm hoping this isn't your normal/standard service.

@bt_uk I’ve already called in and Irene says I’ve to wait til next Friday to get engineer in .. again - You Don’t seem to have a long term strategy!? Do you? or you’re not bother to spend money sending engineer out. If this continues I will cancel my contract.

@bt_uk Ye It seems really hard to rebook an engineer to put me bloody Internet in my dad had waiting from 1pm to 6pm yesterday and never showed and never had the courtesy to call us either as we speak am still waiting on the phone to be transferred to an engineer been waiting ages......
