    @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on

    @BTCare Help. I’ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. It’s an absolute nightmare. It’s like impossible to cancel.

    @WeAreOpenreach OR sent a text this am saying my fault had been FIXED. However, the landline is STILL dead and has been dead since March 10th. I live alone and am a pensioner. @bt_uk @Ofcom Help!
