    @DanieljamesVMO2 I think I upset @bt_uk as we're now having intermittent internet issues... You would've thought the £1.2 billion net profit would be enough to invest without another £100 a year from people already. But I guess that is down on last year.

    @bt_uk @EE my network download speed is 6.21 mbps. Yet the costs are rising. This is not good.
