@bt_uk Yes, we have a BT Business account, we simply wish to know to whom we should address a formal written complaint regarding Business Broadband Billing, either via email or post.

@bt_uk Yeah, thing is that isn’t a thing I have received, fee free to check your sent mails, there will be a log. Can you explain why advertised renewal speed is lower than the speed advertised for the same address but a new customer then?

@bt_uk to whom should a formal written complaint be addressed regarding Business Broadband billing? Your telephone support agents are adamant that is is not possible to set out the full details of a complaint in writing.

@bt_uk She has nothing now,as you cancelled her sky contract. And she had to cancel yr contract as you cant fit aerials 4 2 weeks but still wanted payment for 3 wks with full tv service, you could have also waived the 1st months contract fee,but it was never offered.

As usual, #btcare couldn’t give a **** about loss of earnings, no phone line, no broadband, children not being able to do homework. On top of the fact I’m a single disabled person with no mobile service in order for my children to call an ambulance if I have a seizure….
