@bt_uk hello Iโ€™m in year one of my two year contract but need to terminate my contract from this September for university. Will I be charged for this?

Finally, a customer service employee from @bt_uk is taking ownership of my complaint. Apologies offered by her. I have requested a timeline of everything to identify human error in ceasing the account. Agreed a plan to reinstate broadband & get a refund from @EE @BBCWatchdog

@bt_uk Help! Weโ€™ve had a lightening strike n our router has gone off n will not switch back on. Weโ€™ve rang the help line 3 times n it keeps finishing the call without giving us the option to speak to someone even though their check assumes thereโ€™s nothing wrong. Advice please!

@bt_uk After some investigation I posit this as a reason for constant delays in my broadband applications. 'If your automated systems are secretly scanning my IP address without my consent and blocking my service because I use a secure dedicated IP, that is a fault in YOUR system, not mine. I provided my real, verifiable details. Ask meโ€”don't secretly track me'

@bt_uk I've called that number over 20 times, no chance I'm going to be put on hold listening to mindless muzak again. I need my service fixed so as I can move to another ISP. If it is not resolved within another 4 days, I will be going to a solicitor. I've had enough of your lies.

@bt_uk are you not contractually supposed to prove a bill? if you wonโ€™t let me log in to my account or let me reset passwords etc to get access and still canโ€™t fix this issue after a week surely thatโ€™s breach? i will cancel my direct debit until i can access my bills

@bt_uk Every time I go into the support we spend two hours. They do automated tests from some call centre abroad and tell me that my system's working fine. It hasn't been working fine since November so I'm just waiting to leave my contract.

@bt_uk Your new "2FA" is completely broken as the phone number is not validated. I was able to connect using a temporary number in Cyprus to get my "security" code... It adds nothing to security.

@omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.
