    @bt_uk my favorite christmas movie is when the internet goes down, i can't do work, and the company i pay for internet access says nothing about the current internet status, with my having to rely on potentially incorrect 3rd party websites.

    @bt_uk It is not doing it as frequently now, but if there is some sort of fix I could apply in advance of it happening again that would be useful. Thanks in anticipation...

    @bt_uk So far so good. Apart from a couple glitches Tuesday night lasting about 10-15 minutes each, broadband connection has been stable since then. Service Status page reports no known issues in my area at the moment, so🤞
