    @bt_uk Thanks for getting back to me. The complaint to your office in Sheffield over 6 weeks ago was closed and not dealt with. I'm so frustrated and disatisfied I'm pulling together evidence to complain to @Ofcom

    @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.
