    Anyone thinking of @bt_uk broadband / hybrid connect, don’t bother. Equipment came but wouldn’t connect. Despite 2 hours on phone and 6 ‘experts’ later, no one had a clue what to do. So contract cancelled before it even started. Back to @VodafoneUK where I’ve had no problems

    Absolutely sick to death of the shocking @bt_uk WiFi - drops all the time and can’t even get signal in my kitchen!!! Had 3 engineers out and still terrible 😡

    I’ve been a bit grumpy about @bt_uk recently and our connection blips were an annoyance last weekend but credit where credit is due - customer service has been helpful and attentive. Service has since been really good. #broadband #rural

    @bt_uk I believe they closed our complaint so I shouldn’t imagine so. We work from home so it’s becoming a big problem

    @bt_uk When the new hub arrived, there was only my phone connected and it still had issues. PC plugged in, issues. Everything goes down at once, wifi and lan

    @bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and I’m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

    Upgraded to the new @bt_uk superfast fibre 2 Internet. From fibre 1. Get slower speeds, pixilated picture and buffering all free of charge. Would highly recommend if you want crap Internet

    @bt_uk I have an issue with the hybrid connect box showing red solid bars (no sim, when there is one in) both live chat and telephone are not listening to the issue. Please help
