    More seriously, two vulnerable elderly couples in their 80's have had no landline since Monday afternoon. BT Business' Connor was a star. Pity about the rest. @btbusinesscare and @BTSopenreach your system needs reform. Wish I could have shinned up the post to fix it myself.

    Shocking service, yet again, from @bt_uk ... After hours worth of calls, endless assurances, and money grabbing policies, my call was 'hung up' after over 90 minutes on the phone (80% of that time on hold). You'd think one of the 5 people I got transferred to could've helped?!

    @BTBusiness @bt_uk Shocking shocking service. Promised installation 1st Sep now 28th Sep and my whole family and two businesses are hung out to dry. 5 calls & got put through to a call centre in India. All they can do is update that they've missed every deadline they gave given. Shocking experience

    @bt_uk Just having constant problems with it, it's an old box that more than likely needs upgrading, when we had someone come out to have a look at it, he said if it keeps having problems, just ask for a new box

    6. Called again. Finally got to explain the problem. Did so in great detail. Was told I'll get a call back with appointment details. Never did. 7. Called again. Explained the situation again. This was all new info to the rep (does @bt_uk not teach reps to take account notes?)
