Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?

I now can't speak to anyone about this - its just my line that gets checked! This was an urgent welfare check on Mon & it's broken again! Help pls @bt_uk
