@bt_uk I tweeted yesterday about my elderly mother having no phones after having BT Broadband & Digital Service installed and have assured her case is being investigated. Yay .. because it’s been two weeks today without them .. let’s hope they will be on by the weekend. 🤞🏻

@bt_uk shocking service by OpenReach. They came yesterday to fit a new broadband/tv after waiting 2 months for an appointment. Left after 40 mins saying there was a blockage and he would be back within 2 hours. Didn’t come back! Also lied and said a car was blocking!

@nimtimtim Never mind that. When we were looking at an extension we had to notify 15 other homes. Got in from work the other day and @bt_uk have decided to stick a pole up at the bottom of my garden. With no notifications even though I see it from every window

Unbelievably shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach. Broadband order placed on 3 Dec for a 14 December installation. Just spoke to a lovely person at BT who had to break the news that the "update" I was due to get today was "ring back on Feb 20 for an update"

@bt_uk The appointment failed AGAIN. beyond ridiculous customer support… one says it’s been booked then when no one turns up and I ask why they say it’s failed. Bye bye BT I’m no longer paying £55 a month for 5mbps internet 😡
