Fuming 😡with @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach. We've had no phone line for over a week and we'll below the minimum broadband, a bt engineer came out yesterday and said he couldn't fix it and arranged for an Open reach engineer to come today between 1 and 6, they havnt showed.

@bt_uk I've done your online test on myaccount. Unfortunately the response was to book an engineer (Next available appt is after the switch). It also gave me the Right to Exit because speeds are not being met, even though I'm already switching lol. Seems bad practice.

Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

@mma_manny_ I never understand this. I never had to pay for ufc 259. Only my monthly to btsport but thats not just ufc in all sport. But maybe 3 times a year they do a ppv £19.99. Does the uk view get counted as ppv seems i never payed a dime?
