Have a season ticket and a subscription to @SkySports @btsport and @PrimeVideo but can’t watch my team tonight because of outdated blackout rules designed to protect 3pm Saturday games and bloody train strikes! Ridiculous Britain (Anyone got a good stream?) #AVFC #UTV

@bt_uk 3 engineers and the exact same thing keeps happening, the internet cuts out and then we get extremely slow internet, thanks for wasting my time for 3 weeks now! awful service

@btsport the fact that you got next to nothing of Premier league games is very poor. You also keep it quiet on purpose. Including broadband I pay nearly £80...for what for ufc - the only value decent thing you have.

@bt_uk That's the fourth time in three months your field agents have knocked on my door (while I've been home!). If I want your service, I'll contact you. Now leave me alone!

@bt_uk Apologies for not responding Kevin - we’ve been away. Contacted bt by phone and they talked me through a fix and all ok now.

@bt_uk no service for weeks. Seemingly not fixed properly and once again it’s broken. Once again I have to start the process of fighting your ridiculous customer service to get it sorted because of the ‘computer says no attitude’. Absolutely abysmal.

This is ridiculous. I've been waiting for 150+ days for @bt_uk to upgrade broadband with the help of @OpenreachHelp. I was assured yesterday morning that it would happen on or before next Wednesday,12/1/23. Had a text last night further delaying until 3/2/23.

@bt_uk We’ve had to cancel now because apparently no one can organise an engineer for another two weeks although we was booked in today & no one turned up even after being assured at lunchtime someone was still coming.Unless you’ve more power than the call centre I’ve spoken too then

@bt_uk Hi Clare, I have done that three times and nothing has arrived at the selected address. Now I’m sent mails threatening to charge extra for non-return… but I never got a return bag.
