  @BlokeOfWords @bt_uk File a formal complaint. It is the only KPI that they want to fix. They are measured on resolution time.

  Great @Plusnet @bt_uk Down!! No internet for the last 12 hours. Why is all these #big companies will send the bailiffs out if you miss payments. But when they fail to provide the services to the customer, they still bill you and not so much as a sorry, here's a month free....

  @bt_uk we are still offline and without landline since November 8th. Several dates for resolution later we are told the big day will be 18th December. Our business is being affected at a time we can ill afford for this to happen. Disabled parents cannot contact us. Come on BT!

  Paid out my arse for @bt_uk broadband - for their ultimat packed - the one that if their broadband goes down they'll keep you online other ways. Goes down, BT care no longer exists and I can't get through to anyone. So what exactly am I paying for again?

  @bt_uk Engineer was from OpenReach. He didn't come to our house. He worked on the pole opposite. When the b/band collapsed I saw OR ppl & went to speak to them. That's when I met him. Broken cable? - news to me - where? B/band was down or terrible for a long time after OR left

  Wow @BTCare what an awful company you are my services were suppose to go live on the 29/11 we are now the 8/12 and still no one will help me go live I have lost £100 a day not being able to work and I'm told all I'll get back for this is a pathetic £5 a day

  Lets balance out the negativity on this account for the past few weeks. Much thanks to @bt_uk - same day as my net being cancelled incorrectly they get a new account up and a few days later waive the wrong cancellation charges. Outstanding service IMO

  @bt_uk We are in Cov - CV3 6QG - all footpath been dug up for BT fibre cables which is good but there is so much rubble outside my house for 2 days not collect, rest of the street is almost clear. Please can you help get this removed its difficult for disable people to pass by

  @bt_uk 3 days on a trot same time wifi goes down, WiFi is rubbish and WiFi goes on and off all night. Beyond a joke
