@Joe_Henegan @bt_uk Why don’t you change the password to the date you login and then tweet about it on that date… then just look back at your old tweets to remember your password

@bt_uk I have now been waiting three weeks for a reply or even acknowledgement to my complaint. You told me my case was closed without giving a reason. ref VOLO13-742607848987

@bt_uk Very bad service installing fibre into my home - well not installed as the cherry picker engineer would do his job and go up a tree. So partly installed and engineer didn’t get paid which is not acceptable

@bt_uk Need help with compensation from July to now. Just because you closed the complaints after your incompetent "experts" said it was OK when it clearly wasn't doesn't mean my complaint was resolved.

@JakeYeo1 @bt_uk Contact ofcom and ask them what is the specific hold up. If like us, you eventually find out that BT hasn’t or won’t install a cable link at the exchange, look for another provider that has. Ofcom will help clarify what’s going on where as BT, well, won’t.

@bt_uk complaining since July. Engineer confirmed fault on the line and can see it has been as far back as could be seen. I want compensation from the first complaint in July l. NOT from when you close and open cases. Issues were never resolved. @financialombuds

@bt_uk @ASUSUK @TPLINKHelp BT are blaming my boosters made by yourselves that are plugged into their home hub ethernet ports as the reason I have DNS connection issues. Is this possible? They said your equipment is unauthorised by them. If so, should you not have a disclaimer?
