@bt_uk 3 year warranty only 12 months old and bt answer was well you will have to cancel @ee broadband come with us and pay extra again gor whole home wifi, im going to #tradingstandards

Really poor service from @bt_uk. Arranged for my broadband to be setup in my new home, they have moved the engineer visit multiple times (despite telling me everything was on track…) So I’m supposed to work from home for the next 2 weeks with no internet?

@bt_uk Hi... could you help please ... I've just got a new phone ( samsung a22 5g ) and I have a BT home hub ...but while I'm using the WiFi on my phone the WiFi keeps dropping out ...one minute it's connected but the next I'm getting the circle of death, any ideas ?
