Included being sent inaccurate information, wrong switch over date, I've now been unable to receive incoming calls for 3 days. Latest news 'should be resolved within a further 3 working days'. I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?

Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
