@bt_uk WiFi is down again, thank you for the 45 minutes you allowed me earlier much appreciated. I’m off to Tesco car park now to try and get close enough to the building to access the free WiFi to conduct a few zoom calls. Your help has been nothing short of horrendous! 👍🏻👍🏻

@bt_uk I am changing network providers. Got my new sim (Virgin) and it says locked. Been informed I need to get an unlock code from my old network (BT) which can take 10 days. Is this correct? I have the Huawei P Smart 2019. Never heard of this before.

@bt_uk My mother is self employed and can't connect to the internet so losing money on that, I stream gaming and can't even connect to a game server because of the terrible connection! When I do I have 1100 ping and ridiculous packet loss which makes anything unplayable.

@easyJet @bt_uk Actually it looks like it is a browser issue. Firefox accesses the site fine whereas Chrome does not. Time to clear the cache.

@btsport Why do you show All Stars v Rock Stars maths challenge not in the right order? Been watching them in the intermissions of European cricket. Wht not show chronologically? May be repeats but 'til this wk I've never seen them so would have been nice to see in right order.
