    @btsport I must’ve tried 30 times to buy the PPV. It says it’s done then says “error code 500”. Spoke to help who said I could phone you and buy. I phoned you and they said I couldn’t. How is this a good way to discourage illegal streaming?

    @bt_uk Payment page is never loading secure4.arnot just opens a white page. I got through to verify with my bank app then it says error invalid

    @bt_uk where are you? Broadband delivered Monday and immediately not working, engineer promised Wed didn't show, rearranged today and same again. All your phone lines are down. I am losing work through your lack of service.

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk @Ofcom Hi, my household has been without Internet since Christmas Day. After various calls to different customer service/high level complaints we're still none the wider, we've had several engineers fail to turn up or not solve anything. The service given is appalling

    @bt_uk house move should have been completed on 23rd of December. Received equipment and order is still open, been a month of no internet on my account. Can I leave BT and get out of my contract because of this terrible service?
