    @janbarber34 @bt_uk We’ve been with them for several years and ours goes off when it rains or snows turns out the exchange box keeps fludding they said it’s not there problem lol and I have complete Wi-fi and I’ve never received a refund. It’s impacting on my work now also it’s a load of old baloney

    @bt_uk how can you promote deals when having ordered in a similar vein and was due have the service installed on Friday, no engineer turned up and after over 14 hours in aggregate of hold and limited customer service I’m being told engineers can’t come into the property until

    @bt_uk It would help if your engineer showed up in the allocated time slot. This is not a hardware problem, it seems like the connection was terminated. Can you please make an effort to fix this properly rather than giving me the runaround
