    @bt_uk Phone & internet are both down for post code PA31 8PH (Faulty) land line number is 015469706xx. Mobile number has v poor signal (one of yours?). Have just been randomly cut off fm yr canned music service aftr holding for 30 minutes. When will you to sort this out? (see DM)

    @nadinematheson @bt_uk Mine is down, got home from work and nothing was working. Spent the last hour rebooting my wifi. My @bt_uk fault checker says internet connection is fine. I was going to change my ring doorbell chime to a Halloween one ready for trick treat tonight so I hope it’s working soon
