@bt_uk shocking service to my elderly mother. Broadband speed appalling 2-6m/s. Told contact out Nov 21 so she arranged to swap. Now told it's 2022 and has to pay £271. U have not honoured contract width why should she pay when told it was 1/11/21?

@bt_uk how can a bill take from the 8th to the 18th to arrive?????supposed to be paid by 19th.very poor sevice had to run round like a maniac to get to bank before closing.can't even complain online without logging in which i can't do!!!

@bt_uk have an issue with landline, trying to get it checked for a fault. Tried texting number and message not delivered, Chat function constantly busy. Ironic that I am unable to contact a communications company for help!
