@OpenreachHelp The area is AL1. I'd be more impressed if you could just tell me openly and honestly what the problem is and when it might be fixed. Otherwise, we're into the usual blame game between companies. This is your network. @bt_uk

@bt_uk Your appalling incompetence has left me without landline or broadband for days. You have failed at every step for a month to get things right. Customer service calls back never come. I am at a loss.

@bt_uk I will try that tomorrow and see if my Wi-Fi improves but my main problem is with wired connections - Ethernet connected Sky doesn’t work, did before - firmware doesn’t like networks by the feel of it

@bt_uk you have by far the worst customer service. Broadband was suppose to be activate yesterday, still none today, have been on hold for ages to try and speak to someone. How am I suppose to WFH in a pandemic with this crap service? #poorcustomerservice #btbroadband

@Smudger7404 @bt_uk Your best bet is the BT community forum, they have some of their tech team on there who can probably help you.

@jeanannsmith33 @btsport I still love George Best’s quotes - "In 1969 I gave up women and alcohol - it was the worst 20 minutes of my life" and "I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered". A flawed genius but a genius nonetheless 😢

@bt_uk Yes, there are known issues in the area. My point is that there are only so many things that can cause the problem. So why has my provider got no info from @OpenreachHelp? And why is it acceptable for BT to manage a system with these faults when broadband is an essential service?

@bt_uk ..because your customer service is poor, your speeds are terrible and your connections break every 20 minutes. No thanks, ill stick with Sky.
