Can't phone, can't text, can't email. How can I force BT to pay attention? Offer to buy something from them?

pete replica (@petereplica) reported@bt_uk Cut off my phone and net 1 week ago, instead of an upgrade. Got net back this week. Now I don't have a phone no. I can get no response from BT now. Customer of 50 years. Treated like filth. B'band speed 1/2 what is promised. Really appalling treatment.

Pierssy 💙 (@Pierssy) reported@bt_uk unbelievably terrible customer services, the people I have eventually spoken to have been good, but the automated system is crap as is the 'my BT' when you have a problem. Engineer appointment show 2 different days on different pages, so frustrating!

Shane Hayward-Giles (@SHaywardGiles) reportedRenewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!
