    @btbusinesscare why am I STILL being billed when our service ended 17/7 and we’ve paid the final bill. Now being billed for another month. Your billing department manage to ***** up every time we’ve used BT.

    @bt_uk I was hoping to chat online because my phone is playing up right now but there is no way of talking to anyone. I just want to manage my bloody hub but BT gave me a stupid EE hub so now I can't use the My BT app or the EE app to manage it???

    @bt_uk I can't get access to my btinternet email account and there is absolutely no way to contact BT. Every way they give to contact them doesn't work. Can't phone, can't text, can't email. How can I force BT to pay attention? Offer to buy something from them?

    @bt_uk @charl32647 That’s part of the problem. In my recent experience they didn’t help on most occasions, only when I chanced upon one good one. They just consumed huge time and frustrated.

    What a totally negative experience calling @bt_uk has been. I’ve been trying to cancel an order for a month without success. 12 calls, endlessly on hold listening to appalling music. NO ONE seems able or willing to revert the order. Complaint ref number C10003089417 @Ofcom

    @bt_uk I still need my mobile to be able to do this! The system won’t let me in on our login: saying incorrect when we know it isn’t. An update would be nice

    @bt_uk @herbie963 Call them and chat online is a joke. I put a complaint in and they’ve just dismissed it out of hand and closed the case without even talking to me !
