    @BTCare. How many times should I expect to ask for an envelope to return equipment to you? I’ve requested on three times now with no envelope arriving. Is that normal service?

    @btbusinesscare my hub 6 has a purple steady light and not a blue light as normal, what is the problem.

    @bt_uk I’ve been told I’m being switched over to it but I can’t see the point of it. The whole point of a backup service is that it works when the power is off. Don’t really know about phone lines. I’ve had your broadband installed.
