@bt_uk with Storm Eunice looming, I have a Q. I am vulnerable and need access to electricity for medical purposes. I have recently been switched to digital phone contract. If mobile networks and electric go down, what am I supposed to do to contact the power people for generators?

**** @bt_uk. One of the greediest companies in the country. It trades on the name 'British', which gives a false impression of ethical trading. Very far from the truth.

@bt_uk since last night’s heavy winds, we’re unable to access any of our ‘featured apps’ on BT Vision. We have a message of no internet connection, but our iPads and phones are connected. Who to contact for help?
