  Just to let everyone know that @bt_uk are a shocking company to deal with… been in contact with them for over 4 months now about internet that is not fit for purpose.. all management are ignoring the fact and no one wants to actually deal with the problem… internet off again😡

  @WillDriver93 @NOW @bt_uk I’m having this same issue on my BT box it’s showing up with City on a hill, I’m hoping because it’s not officially released it’s not on the schedule yet and it will just update at 2am
