@jonesrachelann @btbusinesscare @Keir_Starmer Just occurred to me that I’ve heard of a number of people having problems with O2 and Virgin. All having difficulty with problems re getting through to call centres . O2 keep saying caller failed the security test until they threatened complaint

Is @bt getting worse or is it just me? Moved house, and asked broadband to be moved to new address. They txt all good your service will be activated on the 2nd. It wasn’t.they said 2 days, called again today 4th they are saying 5 or more business days…#btbroadband @BTCare @bt_uk

Why didn’t Ankul from customer support keep his promise to contact me yesterday @btbusinesscare ? My business has been without a phone line or WiFi for seven days. We can’t operate. Business care? That’s a joke isn’t it. Dreadful.

@btbusinesscare Hi I work for a local council, I'm trying to help a customer with an address for some stables, BT say they need an address for a connection, but stables aren't something which Royal Mail would issue an address to, How does BT deal with these situations? Thanks
