So @bt_uk have a link in my account to renew my contract, still 6 months left, but had a look. I can get 900mb as a new customer for £46. An upgrade through “my account” was best part of £30 more. Every single package cost way, way more. Guess I’ll be leaving in February.

@bt_uk Hi Aled, you don't have 'the system access' because BT have designed it that way. Generally when I'm leaving a service, I have zero ******* interest in speaking to the 'loyalty team'. Makes me all the more glad I'm leaving :) #whatajoke

@bt_uk WiFi. Flashing orange. Please see previous tweets. Had months of this and two engineer visits, still getting problems. Had a pm from your colleague saying I'm not entitled to compensation cos I've not had a 'total loss of service'. So what exactly is this we've had, if not that?

Can anyone explain why likes of @bt_uk R not able to automatically detect failure to deliver promised broadband speed? #BTBroadband #BT Apparently it’s all up to customers to realise their promised speed is crap & contact #BT. We send men to the moon but this can’t be a thing!

I have been on hold trying to arrange an appointment with @bt_uk - please, please, can you turn down the terrible music? I realise it's a massive divergence in musical taste, but now I'm writing up my incredibly negative experience with your company as a distraction ...

@bt_uk replied 6 weeks later to say that, despite what they had said for the previous 6 months, there was indeed a plan to bring fibre to the village. Maybe they missed it, or it fell down the back of a filing cabinet, but never fear, you can order at the end of June...

@bt_uk Hi Alannah - thanks for the quick response. Why doesn't it say this in any of your email comms so that people can prepare? It just says 'there might be a short break in service'. My definition of short isn't hours or most of the day?

@bt_uk Utter ridiculous service. Charged £369 in error on 23/7. I called on the same day and was told it would be refunded in 7 days. It was not. Rang again on 2/8. I was told it would refunded by today. It was not. I rang again today and the same 7 day false promise. TERRIBLE!

@bt_uk My connection is continuing to drop (again right now) and did on the *same day* your engineer visited two weeks ago but apparently I'm not entitled to compensation. So I'm paying for a service I'm not actually getting.

@bt_uk To be honest I’m considering moving to @ZenInternetHelp the 300mb package I’m currently on costs less with them and is guaranteed not to go up in price. The CPI+3.9% isn’t good as you *never* increase the base cost for new customers, if anything it goes down, like it did today!
