    @bt_uk Despite getting a DM from you on 01/12/22 saying "That's marked off now for you" Today I got an email saying "Return your kit to avoid charges" Do I have to go via the Executive Customer Resolution Team again to get this resolved once and for all?

    An hour left @BTCare doesn’t look good really. If no one shows up I’m cancelling my broadband and taking this higher. Disgusting how you can treat customers this way. I CANT DO MY JOB

    @bt_uk everyday our fibre broadband speed is dropping from the guaranteed 120 down to just 16-25. This is not what should be happening after we paid to upgrade our Wi_Fi.
