    @bt_uk why are you charging me 90 quid a month when new customers can get same service for 24.99 this is unacceptable and you know it is as well. My bad for not shopping around I will be now.

    @bt_uk We've already raised a complaint. But nothing has happened and your billing department hasn't done a thing. Your incompetence is breathtaking. Glad we've moved elsewhere. Just get our bill cancelled or next step Ofcom

    @bt_uk When are you going to sort out the problems you have. I CANNOT log into my account have not been able to for two days now. What the heck is going on. Awful company, need to get rid of you. Shame really I have internet, phone and 4 mobile phones all going. Had enough😡
