@bt_uk I have a clause in my contract that says I will never pay more than a new customer when renewing my contract, guess what? Spoke to different people and no one could offer me the same deal as new customer. Welcome @SkyUK

So @bt_uk sent a new router but the Internet still cuts off multiple times a day, rang them up and they told us, well it just happens, you'll have to live with it. Also want £280 to cancel the contract, so we can go with another ISP to have working Internet.

@mrjakehumphrey @btsport @ChampionsLeague I cancelled my subscription because there’s a 5 second sound delay each time I watch a match. Otherwise it’s great viewing but £25 per month for an out of sync sound isn’t worthit. I understand others have the same problem in the BT forums I’ve searched.

@UtdMiII @bt_uk 10 hours? Our Internet has been almost nonexistent for over a week. BT are the worst provider in the UK, plus their customer service is the worst I've seen. They be like we'll call you back. They don't call back and we call back and they say they have no record of us calling.
