Why does the premier league still have a blackout on 3pm Saturday fixtures? Are we sure it will impact crowds still? What am I paying @SkySportsPL and @btsport for anyway? Illegal streaming looks like a decidedly attractive risk/reward proposition.

@bt_uk Why is your customer service so poor. As a loyal customer for nearly 20 years you’ve blown any chance of retaining my business. Competition should make you stronger, it seems you are heading in the other direction!

@bt_uk yet again I’ve no landline, BT can’t confirm I’ve got any chance of getting back (?) my number following transfer to digital voice. I’m so upset as we have very bad mobile service, I’m vulnerable and we rely on Landline. What’s going on? GB23208459

@bt_uk So, sorry, @bt_uk I was expecting a little more. After 3 weeks ensuring Wi-Fi for Thursday, all done. Then you accidentally cancelled my order today. Nothing to do with me. Now you say the process starts again = weeks. My problem. Are you really leaving it there?

@bt_uk anyone there to help.Your call centre agent very 'kindly' and abruptly hung up the line at 9pm whilst "investigating" my broadband outage. Only to call back to find the call centre closed! How convenient. Internet down, estimated fix 6pm still broke and no help! #COMPLAINT

@bt_uk I’ve linked the account already. I looked on the bt forums and seems to be a very common problem. I can’t log into my BT app or Bt sports app
