@bt_uk was supposed to have someone out today to fix internet between 8am-1pm. No ones turned up. No one is answering the phones on the 0800 number. Oh an the engineer mobile number is ringing once then going to voicemail. What’s going on????

absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk. I'm left with no service thanks to the failure of BT advisors who allowed my services to be cancelled even though i called them on 29/05 to advise them i placed no order to leave. 04/06 and BT still allowed my services to be cancelled!

@bt_uk @bt_ukOrdered 28/5 never arrived. Another ordered 5/6 that hasn't arrived. If i want to end my contract I'm expected to pay a cancellation fee. Said the condescending female. The service is not what I signed up for. 2/3

@bt_uk @BTGroup refusing to bring forward my activation date even though BT allowed my services to be cancelled when i told them i never made any such request! pathetic service form BT #philipjansen the stress this is causing is disgusting!

@bt_uk staff really dont care that they have left my household with no services even tho i told them not to cancel them. BT are now refusing to bring forward my activation date! @Ofcom
