Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk It seems to have been cancelled now (I don't know how that actually was actioned though!). But that still leaves her with the issue of getting the correct internet (as the whole package was cancelled).

Titch (@XxTitch92xX) reported@BasilTheGreat Well then it will be no more internet for me. Im not going to back down to their demands, plus ill save money for having to pay for the internet. So i guess @bt_uk and others will be pissed at the loss of money. I wont be the only one it will be millions if not billions.

Can't phone, can't text, can't email. How can I force BT to pay attention? Offer to buy something from them?

The last straw was a botched order for fibre broadband ending with a case via Ofcom, and our move to another supplier. BT then closed our account and appear to have blocked our online a/c
