Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Important to add, and what makes it even more crazy, I personally contacted their Chief Executive because the BT brand I buy my broadband service from (my contractual partner) had their complaints rejected and told me to do so. There was nothing further they could/would do.

heebee (@KHC99d) reported@bt_uk How about you deal with our problem - any assistance, a human who understands and is willing to sort out mother’s broadband issues after weeks and weeks of nothing would be appreciated.
-
heebee (@KHC99d) reported@bt_uk It’s not just that. A job that’s been promised to be done, constantly let down and nobody is sorting it out. Unbelievably poor service

Stephen Sharples (@sharpysharps) reported@WeAreOpenreach And then there is @bt_uk who are just beyond useless and unable to get any info at all on the problem after being kept on hold for an hour. Absolutely tinpot from both companies.

Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@bt_uk BT Message Chat is less than useless. Just spent 30 Minutes trying to get the "Free Speed Upgrade" promised when I upgraded to Full Fibre but not received. But the Chat Bot ignores everything you type in and just asks unrelated questions before saying it can't help.

noone@nowhere (@nooneatnowhere) reported@bt_uk you are not listening...we have done that at least 4 times now...hours on the phone every time...a complaint was made in JUNE...nothing is ever done. Everyone just blames someone else. For a "communications" company you are an utter joke.

huw (@jonsie) reportedMessaging BT Customer Service over web chat is akin to NASA communicating with Voyager .... send a message, waiting ... waiting ... waiting @bt_uk
-
Helen Wakelam (@HelenWakelam) reported@bt_uk how do I get to speak with someone on the helpdesk about a broadband fault instead of dealing with a dreadful bot over text - disgraceful service?
-
The Wiz (@TheWizYouTube) reported@MadMonkeyGroup Crappy BT INTERNET!! @bt_uk full fibre is worse than the previous cheaper package we were on! £48.99 for nothing!! Called them, still bad... Probably best to look elsewhere where and cancel BT soon as possible!!

TechbooUK 🔥 (@techboouk) reportedSorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider before GTA6 release. and getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved away from @bt_uk email address.
