    @bt_uk I need to report a fault on a friend's line. I've tried the fault line but it keeps disconnecting. My friend lives in a rural area with very little mobile signal. It is imperative her line is sorted. Please advise.

    @AILAHT0909 @bt_uk We are currently Day 5 with the same issue, seems to be an issue with their automated messages as we have had two message like this and still no net.

    @bt_uk my broadband is mostly down, the Halo service that I pay extra for hasn't done a thing. "Unbreakable" eh, what nonsense.

    @hellwaiver @bt_uk @VirginMediaCorp I think that's a great idea, I to have had problems with BT and I'm going to virgin media I will be doing that when I receive my virgin media router.

    @bt_uk help. Trying to contact my vulnerable mum. No one at your call centre to test the line for me . All her neighbours also engaged so wondering if a fault

    @bt_uk seriously sort out your Internet for 3 weeks it's been absolutely dog water, how can you charge people for this absolutely awful Internet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS ******* ****!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This @bt_uk EE Hub they provided can give me 15 up and my home internet gives me worse. A 30 Minute 6 gig file is taking 45mins to upload, normally that would be 8 hours. It's why I never do longfrom content anymore. Man I WISH I had this upload all the time.
