    @bt_uk Yes I had and the BT and Apple Support pages (I mana an eejit. And, with all due respect - that page lists POP3, IMAP and SMTP (SSL) settings and Port Numbers not any caldav/carddav or whatever the term is for contacts server addies.

    @CityFibre may want to teach your staff about customer service skills! He’s up a telephone pole connected directly to my house for my @BTCare internet/phone. It was working fine until he messed about with it but apparently and I quote “it’s nothing to do with us” 1/2

    Hey @bt_uk looks like my broadband will be down for over a day. Did I read there was compensation? Did I imagine that? Automatic or is there a form to fill out?

    @btsport is there any chance you could sort out the player on your site one of these days? No matter the signal strength, it always seems to want to buffer.
