So @bt_uk my patience is dropping with you guys daily, I thought sky were bad but you’re starting to take the crown. Literally the entire switch over has had s issues since the beginning and it’s starting to REALLY get on my nerves

@bt_uk I text that every 2 months when problems occur like clockwork. You send out an engineer, I take a day off work and he claims nothing is wrong and leaves. It goes back to normal for 2 months and repeat. I need the wiring checked.

@bt_uk My parents, in their late 70s, have been without phone or internet for four weeks now and no-one from BT seems able - or interested enough - to fix it. No-one has any answers. People keep promising to call back and don't. Can someone help?

@bt_uk Hi Nick. Thanks for the reply. This is business fibre in the SW8 area. It’s beyond a joke. We’ve been waiting over 8 weeks. We are in food service supplying schools and hospitals amongst our customer base.

Phoned up to cancel my @btsport subscription due to them losing Scottish football and the Bundesliga,and the agent on the other end was surprised that I don’t want to keep it so I could watch the EPL. Not everyone wants to watch the most over rated league in the world.
