@bt_uk My bt system hung on 2 of the three discs, had to remove power from all three , wait, then restart each one in turn to recover. £5 to a broadband charity if this was a one-off, unique, never happened to anyone else before problem.

@bt_uk Asked to pay for a more expensive deal each month, not only that charges for delivering new equipment, and charges for an engineer having to come out. No apology, and if I don’t agree to this and decide to just go to another provider I will be billed £300 for a broken contract..

Moved to EE for bband to get a better service for 3rd of the price but then slap on the wrist BTs term. charge offsets all gains! @BTCare

@btbusinesscare After many wasted hours, calls and proverbial buck passing; I finally got to speak to a real problem solver in a guy called Adam Varley. A bit of business advice, sack most of your employees and clone this guy.

@bt_uk After waiting hours to get through to someone, for them to put the phone down and not call me back is disappointing. I’m having to make all the contact to you guys.

@bt_uk A contract that was broken by yourselves. Nobody has a clue what is going on, and I’m yet to receive an apology, or reimbursement for the £65 you happily took from my account. I cannot give you a case number as I haven’t been provided with one. The service is shocking...

@bt_uk Thank you have done that. I want to either stay on current package or drop down but I cant access any of the information. I can see offers for new customers but the moment I log in it tells me no personalised deals are available so I can't see what I might like to switch to.

@bt_uk Hi Michaela I've tried this, however we keep getting a red light above the signal indicator (which is what the issue was previously) does this mean there is no signal available for it to work? I've tried the hub around the house

@BTCare so now we find out you won’t be out to fix our issue until 19/01/2021 - no landline and no internet and no contact with our family over Christmas I will be cancelling my contract come new year without penalty

@bt_uk The devices I want to restrict all connect to the hub not the extended network... very irritating
