15. disconnect after 7 days. He did not have a clear answer to that. To me a 30 days notice is that service will be live for 30 days. Trusting @bt_uk's 30 day notice, I had opted for an activation date of 30th August with the new provider. Now I am left with no internet access.

@girl_tinder @bt_uk Had issue too when my went, engineers antics were suspect. E1 came with tools to do half job, not any eventuality. E2 came & promptly said I finish so soon so can’t do all work today. Proceeded to repeat E1 work instead of what he could’ve been doing. Took 3visits to fix

@bt_uk So to answer my actual question, because you seem determined not to: "Sorry Mr Angrydwarf, we withhold information on the size, scale and geographic spread of any outage, because screw customers"

@bt_uk @Bilkomark BT and Openrrach also have made me unwell with their couldn’t give a crap attitude. Including having people on the phone that can’t understand you. Open reach turned up last time and have stuck a plastic bag over the box on our phone pole. 7 months later it’s still there

2. So I decided to cancel my @bt_uk contract and move to another provider offering full fibre in my area. I was already out f my 24 month contract and on a rolling plan. The call to cancel my contract was made on 29th July (after 2pm).

@RichieUK_TTV @bt_uk Another reason why I went with a different provider outside of any Openreach network entirely, earlier this year. I was barely getting 30Mbs on their network but now I'm on 300/300 for half the price!

@bt_uk Would really appreciate if my internet stopped going down randomly while I’m finishing my results for quizzes which have taken over an hour. I then had to wait two hours for it to come back up. I’m underground, the internet is the only thing I can use down here. 🙃
