    @bt_uk Never got my call at 10am. Phoned at 10:25 and told the call was scheduled for 3pm, guess what no call either. So back to phoning yet again!

    @bt_uk No, we should have gone live on Friday. The couple both wear pendants and are dependent on being able to call for help if no Carer is at the property. No broadband either.

    @bt_uk my partner has been sat waiting for his call to be answered for 49 minutes after 9 months of waiting for our broadband to be fitted, several missed appointments by BT & consistently appalling service. What is happening??

    @CaseyCo13527451 @btshopuk @bt_uk The code when it was available for order last time on the 19th, was available under your my offers section in your account. I never received an email last time, as when it was announced we were told to check under my offers for the code.

    @bt_uk can you kindly stop sending texts from 64364 stating "Hello, BT here. Your PIN is ****. You'll only be able to use it once." To my mobile phone number, I'm not a customer of yours and obviously someone has given my number as a mistake.

    @btsport I cancelled my subscription two months ago and you offered a refund due to appalling customer services. Two months on and I'm on the phone again to your customer services as you still haven't managed to get it back to me. Why are you so utterly useless as a company?
