    @bt_uk I was hoping to chat online because my phone is playing up right now but there is no way of talking to anyone. I just want to manage my bloody hub but BT gave me a stupid EE hub so now I can't use the My BT app or the EE app to manage it???

    @bt_uk Since updating their operating system, I have on recent months 1st had problems logging into my BT a/c now for the 2nd time in Europe end up using all my free mobile data as I cannot connect here in France.

    @bt_uk can you please update me as to when the phone lines will be back up and running in SS177BW No 149 has my elderly relative without a phone line and no communication for over 12 days. She has a help line that obviously works off your system. Many thanks. Jacki

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Hi BT and Openreach. how do i raise a complain. BT broadband customer multiple people on our estate, just had Openreach yet again 2 hours ago out to street to say no fault, to have internet off again., Its clear they are not fixing the faul this is not the

    It only took @bt_uk 14 days to fix the broadband we pay them to provide. And it lasted a good 9 hours before it stopped working again. We should be grateful really. Incompetence on an industrial scale. Bravo. What a shambles.
