Help! Anyone use a @bt_uk mobile sim w/ a @TPLINK 4G router? New sim to use as home broadband. Devices connect to WiFi but say no internet yet router says connected to internet. Putting sim in phone and hotspotting works just fine.

@bt_uk order is now cancelled and is meant to re setup without having to swap equipment etc as promised by your customer service but now I've been chucked back into the auto system again! 🤬 Stuff this I'm going to @SkyUK

@WhaiteArt @bt_uk @BT_Openreach Thank you. I'm so stressed by it. Open Reach tell me there's no record of the problem being logged and B T say that it's a priority and Open Reach are working on it. It's like hitting my head against the wall. And Mum still doesn't have a landline or alarm!

@bt_uk BT Business really are shockingly bad. Been trying to PAY a bill for over a week. Calls passed around. Website not working. If they are this bad when you are trying to give them money...
