@Ofcom hi, could I ask if you support clients who are receiving no service and no help from @bt_uk ? Desperate for help with connection as a keyworker based at home. Continually ignored and lied to unfortunately- including from their executive resolutions. Thanks in advance.

@LN_STU @bt_uk Yup different phones have been tried. Mums logged a fault but they said the earliest they can come is Tuesday and if that’s not good enough to raise a complaint (which won’t be looked at for 3-4 working days 🙄)

Was he just insinuating that @lucyjward_ goes down on her knees an awful lot in his “I bet you have strong quads” comment in the commentary? Or am I reading too much into it? #btsport #wollee

Decided i'm going to save up the probably £400 @bt_uk will want to charge me to end my contract early with them and change broadband providers so I can watch videos in 1080p, stream, work and game without issues. Any good recommendations? looking at @VodafoneUK at the moment

@bt_uk Can you just hear how ridiculous that sounds... either get the technology to handle the speed or don’t market a super fast 900mps service if u have no way of ensuring that customers can actually get it... £69.99 pm is a lot of money mate!!!
