@bt_uk Hi, can I please check if there are any current known issues with mobile signal in the L40 West Lancs area? I've had no signal for 24 hours and I'm trying to work out why. Thank you. X

  • VinylYesPlease ℙ𝕒𝕦𝕝 🐵🎧🇲🇾🇬🇧 (@VinylYesPlease) reported

@bt_uk Yes this is being dealt with via messenger. It shouldn’t have got to the point where we were disconnected. We don’t have great phone signal where we live so data usage is being used more than it should.

  • Kimiikoo Kat (@Kimiikoo) reported

Fuming with the service, or lack of, from @bt_uk No internet since Monday, have had to take annual leave because I can’t work and the first appointment they can get for an engineer is Saturday! Absolute joke. But it’s ok, they’ve logged my ‘dissatisfaction’.

  • EmmaXxx97 Em (@EmmaXxx97) reported

@bt_uk and now BT aren't responding. Great customer service

  • NknoB2 💦⚽Nolan Knows ***** Down Under⚽💦 (@NknoB2) reported

@mrjakehumphrey @btsport What about you're in Australia? Or is there rights issues??

  • xXxXPuNKDXxXx 🇬🇧 PuNKD Steven 🇬🇧 #LuciferNetflix (@xXxXPuNKDXxXx) reported

@virginmedia @bt_uk You literally had the opportunity to potentially fix my internet issue, but no. You just straight up refuse. I've been with you from NTL (god.. the good old days...). I'm just done. So god damn done with VM.

  • Kimiikoo Kat (@Kimiikoo) reported

@bt_uk Not really good enough though, is it? You’ve told me twice there’s an external fault that seemingly no one can be bothered to investigate. Then you ‘fixed’ an issue that wasn’t there. Then you replace the Hub but the fault is still there. But as long as you get my money, it’s ok.

  • HelenMaryPike Neither a Brexitear nor a #COVIDIOT be (@HelenMaryPike) reported

I fail, yet again, to understand what I pay @BTCare for?

  • silestanix Mr H (@silestanix) reported

@virginmedia Nope, it doesn't fix my broadband either buddy, but I'm still paying full price today for no service all day. With no back up like @bt_uk who have mobile data back up with @EE . They have thought out outages whereas you guys haven't, I'm losing money buying more mobile data.

@btbusinesscare needed to phone BT so dialled the contact number on the bill, got an automated message that the number I dialled is not in service #whatajoke
