@bilalfn_ @bt_uk ive always had bad ping spikes but for some reason today has just been a different breed constant packet loss and high ping spikes ppl im playing with just think i dont know how to build LOL

@bt_uk hi is the mobile network down in OX10 as my mobile cannot make calls or send texts. When I try to reconnect it says BT network is unavailable

Broadband provider recommendations in the UK please. @bt_uk are proving time and time again to be incapable of providing the service they are paid a lot of money to provide. Thanks.

@bt_uk not sure what’s wrong with your broadband, but it’s shockingly bad, keeps dropping off, so I end out dropping in and out of meetings. Horrid at streaming anything. This is unacceptable, when we call up, you tell us to reset and that achieves nothing. Please sort it out!

@DesmondDarrin @bt_uk Man they just repeat the same message with a different name at the bottom, I don’t trust them , I with smarty No contract unlimited £18.75 a month but it can go slow ,wish I was back in Cambodia full connection $6 a month better then anything in UK

@bt_uk really not happy at the moment got a problem seemingly sorted just for the same one to happen again a few weeks later and now I have to wait until Monday again for it to maybe be fixed , when I’m sure it’s not my end with the problem, very let down
