    @btbusinesscare why do your staff keep lying to me ? Why does it take 5 months to get ecc charges set out. Customer care is disgraceful . How difficult must it be to speak to someone who has authority to tell me what is going on. Answer =impossible

    @StokeyyG2 @martynziegler Never paid to watch champions league since it was first on btsport. Started out as a deal with sky for an £5 a month. Then increased to £10 then £30. Been streaming it since

    @BTCare Help. I’ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. It’s an absolute nightmare. It’s like impossible to cancel.

    @EE @EE your option here is to escalate this appropriately, such as @bt_uk did historically with a similar issue (and before this godforsaken merger saw such a decline in service quality) - or I shall opt to seek your executives out directly.

    @bt_uk no had problems for about a month now in middle of a online game and the broadband starts flashing orange and kicks me

    @bt_uk If anyone reads this to research whether or not to use BT for broadband, don't use them. Appalling service from all parts of the business that blames openreach. Terrible service from a terrible company.

    @btbusinesscare Thanks Engineer due tomorrow.. it’s been a problem on/off for 2-3 weeks but being a dental surgery my BT line is my important one.. I have a separate line though

    @btbusinesscare @ofcom You can't even complain because they will always say that BT have not had enough chance to fix things. 2 years of bills messed up and now I have moved on to a better company I am struggling to even do that.
