@bt_uk For information I just checked my monthly bill and found that BT had overcharged me by about 20% due to some incorrect simple calculations. Not sure how many other customers suffer?? Perhaps you could offer Care to these and also help your billing department with simple maths?

@bt_uk The form didn't work and offered me no option to save my carefully worded message. Your site is a nightmare I'm afraid - seems designed to discourage customer contact. Status for postcode says no issue (I'm told EE is provider). I'd just like a simple way to log the issue

"..... is scheduled for the 20th May; I'm sorry there's nothing we can assist with in relation to BT Cloud the correct team is dealing and will be in touch." This is a joke yes? I have been waiting since mid April for tech support? @bt_uk @BTCare @bt_global

@bt_uk "We're working hard to provide the best service in the industry, keeping the nation connected" Is that why you are charging my company a £991 termination fee for a service you have failed to supply in 4 months? Happy to take money for no service

The internet issues are ongoing @bt_uk We have received a replacement 4G hub but after yesterday’s shenanigans, we didn’t receive the call promised today and our plug-in date has been pushed back another week. Apparently it is not possible to speak to a manager 🤬

THE BIG BAD LIE. KNOWING THEY ARE TALKING S*** AS THEY HAVE BEEN MAKING PROMISE AFTER PROMISE, LIE AFTER LIE: "They have the call-back set for that date, things may change and an update may be available sooner. If so, the team will be in touch." @BTCare @bt_global @bt_uk
