    @bt_uk so annoyed with logging into bt so many times it tells me my password is wrong even if its not now ive had to change it probably for the 10th time and now when i try to login with the new password it still says its wrong

    @bt_uk are you having issues with BT Cloud or just a problem for me? No longer syncs, no longer backs up. Tried reinstalling the desktop software and redefining my sync and backup locations, but it's a problem. Has been since the most recent software update.

    @SkyHelpTeam Our sky fibre isn't working due to trees bringing down cable with it in the storm, who do we contact to be fixed is it @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp or sky?

    @bt_uk hi, my broadband contract is up for renewal in January. If I want to cancel my contract early how much is the cancellation fee please? I want to join @jurassicfibre if they want to help me also 👍🏼??
