@bt_uk well after months of phone calls engineers phantom visits, failed shows for internal engineers and a complaint being closed without even looking in to it I have finally lost patience, I upgraded to Halo in august and it’s been the worst experience with broadband I -

  • james7baker James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England

If it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

  • divingwill XYZ (@divingwill) reported

@bt_uk Too late... I have wrapped it up and sellotaped it together... if anything it’s nicely padded now! Still a bit more plastic for landfill never hurt anyone...

@bt_uk Yes, BT Halo for business - Superfast Enhanced & Digital Phone Line. My area is being moved to Tier 3 from Boxing Day, the phone line is a lifeline for the business. Please help.

  • Mattyumbaba Matt Allen (@Mattyumbaba) reported

@bt_uk out of interest, how long after a complaint is made do you typically except it to be resolved? Or at least acknowledged? Been waiting around 6 weeks and called every week to be told it had been assigned to someone and I’ll hear that week!! It’s getting silly now!!!

  • CallumHeinrich CALLUM HEINRICH (@CallumHeinrich) reported

Outrages customer care and as we have no mobile signal we have no chance of contact vulnerability parents and even emergency services if required. CONTACT ME RIGHT NOW AND SORT THIS OUT. @bt_uk

  • XSilentRosesX フィービー ♡ (@XSilentRosesX) reported

Looks like its gonna be christmas without wifi thanks to @bt_uk because our service has been on for 30 seconds and restarting for 5 minutes in a loop for the last 14 hours :)

  • timfernando Tim Fernando (@timfernando) reported

@bt_uk I’m on the phone to you now. You’ve cocked up the dates despite having a system that clearly states dates in January for our move. First customer service person offered no apology, tried to blame Openreach then tried to blame us. Awful!

  • amandacatling Amanda Catling (@amandacatling) reported

Well thanks @bt_uk A fault on our internet means no internet til Tuesday. As if Xmas wasn't tough enough this year that means no Zoom calls with our families over Xmas weekend. Thanks for nothing #btbroadband.....2nd Christmas in a row with an issue! 😠

  • NigelMiller20 NMiller (@NigelMiller20) reported

@bt_uk After a promising response for all to see we are no further forward nearly 2 days later. Poor service is an understatement. Please fix it
