  @bt_uk Disgraceful customer service! We called last week to cancel our account. A guy said it takes 4 days to disconnect. So we organised the new network straight away. After a week, BT internet is still working, so we called again. They said we have to pay a month. Misleading for money

  @bt_uk Also I have been told today on the phone there is nothing you can do for us. So we have to take the consequence for your misleading information. Absolutely not the kind of customer service I expected as a long term customer.

  @bt_uk Hi, what's going on with your broadband service in the OX28 postcode? Service drops every 5 mins. Started last night after midnight, that's quite common & I assume it's maintenance. But it's still happening now. And yes I've done all the usual things, it's not my router.
