Contractors working in our street this week managed to rip down my broadband line .. now using the 4g BT mini hub and getting 2mbps .. it's like the stone age hope we get a new line tomorrow .. at least I have alcohol @bt_uk

Yesterday at 4pm my parents gave @bt_uk the 1 month’s notice to cancel their broadband (well out of contract). So, guess what… BT are billing them for another month, charged them £18 for “early cancellation” on top, and then shut off their internet this morning. My dad is 83.

@bt_uk I have a smart monitor but there is a delay between my child making noise and this coming out of the parent unit and the sound is very echo-y. How do I fix this?

Can anyone recommend a decent company for my mum to get a landline, broadband and TV? @bt_uk are an absolute disgrace. She moved house early Dec then due to mistakes made by BT didn't get connected until mid Jan. BT have now cancelled her service without any warning or reason.

@BTCare rang to offer me some exciting deals. I have been with BT for over 40yrs and they ask me to answer some security questions to verify who they have just called! They cannot move unless security questions are answered. I have had enough of this garbage.

@AS0151 @bt_uk Both my S21 and ipad are on 4g and are perfect ... very fast everywhere in the house but this little hub is terrible .. its not the signal
