@bt_uk broadband is the worst broadband I have ever seen. The worst mistake anybody can do is to switch to BT broadband service provider. You can never have steady connection for solid 5 hours in a day

Have had such a shockingly bad experience with @btbusinesscare - have been waiting since November to get broadband installed into the church for live streaming. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Any recommendations?

@bt_uk Ordered a broadband package on Thursday, never recieved a confirmation. Last night was texted by the order management team saying they'd cancelled it due to an error. I called this morning to check the status, and was told I needed to re-order, which I did over the phone.

@bt_uk You seem to be missing the point. The engineer is not there for anything to do with the long running fibre installation. He is there for a mythical fault on the old line no one knew about or reported. Totally baffling just how bad BT can be

@KeithHuewen @MotoGP @btsport I really enjoyed that film last night. I was born in 82 so missed it all but really wished I lived in those days! Safety was terrible though, it’s nice it wasn’t a nanny state but glad safety on the tracks has improved! so charismatic, you can see why he is still talked about!

@bt_uk Hi I'm having trouble with your my bt app, it has let me create an account put in passwords etc, but when I actually try to log in it says there is a problem and try later. I've had this for a few days now. Any help or thoughts. Thanks
