Hey @bt_uk my broadband is down and you tell me the estimated fix date is Thursday. For someone that works at home and in the midst of a train strike that's really not great.

  • Doomed4life2 Doomed4life (@Doomed4life2) reported

@bt_uk I understand it’s a premium service but going without the standard service you are meant to be providing me for more than a month seems acceptable ? And the only way to resolve the problem until open reach dig up a road is for me to pay extra for broadband access ? I’ll dm now

  • Ceolondondjs #TeamCEO (@Ceolondondjs) reported

@bt_uk took 2 months for my broadband installation & only to get an intermittent Wi-Fi signal. Contacted support multiple times waiting 45min each time, asked to cancel told they would fix it. Now told not fixable & I need to upgrade too late to cancel. Service has gone downhill!

@UlsterRugby @btsport How ulster are only 15 down I'll never know. A shambles of a side. Sad to see Stockdale regress so much.

  • UpperTierSteve Steve F (@UpperTierSteve) reported

@bt_uk Ah, the ever "hopeful" customer services.

  • VimFuego75 Damian Byrne (@VimFuego75) reported

@bt_uk 4 days without broadband thanks to your incompetence with an upgrade. What are the official channels to make a formal complaint?

  • Ceolondondjs #TeamCEO (@Ceolondondjs) reported

@bt_uk How has your service gone so downhill!

  • Doomed4life2 Doomed4life (@Doomed4life2) reported

@bt_uk like it and lump it and just wait for it to be fixed or pay more for halo so I can get internet access that I’m already paying for. I accept down times of a few days to maybe a week but a month when working from home and going over the Christmas period is just insane
