@bt_uk Hi, Clare. How are you? I assume my tone came across as rude - I apologise unreservedly. I was aiming for flippant, not accusatory. Your team have been nothing but lovely (Laura & Aisling especially). That said, doesn't 18 days after our agreed moving date seem unreasonable?

  • LauraLeeDavies Laura Lee Davies (@LauraLeeDavies) reported

81yo mum not great with tech. We’re still trying to get her to work out a new mobile. That’s ok cos she pays a fortune for a @bt_uk landline. But it’s not working. Reported Thur, said they’d visit today. Why not sooner? NO SHOW. She’s due hospital test results. This stinks BT.

@bt_uk the wifi has been down since yesterday. we have called customer service many times. could someone please tell us what is going on?

@OpenreachHelp Part 3 and @bt_uk with whom the order acknowledge this is a problem but say nothing they can do !!

It’s hard enough to be a CEO working insane hours and breastfeeding a 10-month-old. @bt_uk you’re making this impossible. It shouldn’t be this difficult to have consistent, strong WiFi. FIX IT! I work way to hard to have your unreliable WiFi impact my business and family time.

  • 2plus3times5 Xavier Sprocker (@2plus3times5) reported

@hscrutton @bt_uk They only want your money... Took me a year to get them to realise I had fibre in a old property 4 years ago... then another year to actually give be fibre broadband. Today they're supposedly doing the digital phone switchover, no interference I'm told, broadband down all day!

  • TheGaganJuneja Gagan Juneja (@TheGaganJuneja) reported

@BTGroup @bt_uk Moving house caused entire day of outage and I am not sure if it’s still working. Should’t you let customers know the impact rather hiding or writing obscured wordings in comm? Will not trust ur service anymore. #Badservice

  • hscrutton helen reid (@hscrutton) reported

@2plus3times5 @bt_uk We live in a village. It took 4 months to get BT to put in any kind of line let alone broadband. Eventually I emailed the CEO. It got resolved. They still charged me a fortune for the privilege. We have absolutely no mobile signal. Why is this not important to them?!

  • dogday80 box1 (@dogday80) reported

@bt_uk This is brilliant, what are your companies business hours? And what time did you send that message to me? Notice the issue.

  • DaiNorman D B (@DaiNorman) reported
