@btbusinesscare You forgot the Do Not. I placed an order for a new Fibre line, the order was messed up, sent me email asking if service was good, 6 weeks before it was installed, said you sent equipment u did not send, 6.5 hrs on the phone everyone passing the problem. Shocking

@bt_uk please help my 80+ year old parents. Without phone or internet for 2 weeks since fibre works broke line. No one can/is fixing. They are desperate. Mobile only works in garden! Dunkirt Lane, Abbotts Ann. Please help!

@bt_uk New appt on 27/1. 2 days leave used. Engineer reported he waited 10mins at house & left a voicemail, he did neither. Call centre closed complaint as we have an appt, said we could always go elsewhere if we're unhappy! Can someone pls guarantee the next engineer will turn up?

@virginmedia as your customer service is so bad..why not ask @skytv for help! I am sure even @bt_uk will help! It's unbelievable that a simple house move got messed up and being fed 2 different stories about why it went wrong! Pathetic customer services! #virginmediasucks
