@bt_uk Hi, I’m unable to log in to my account to view my bill. I’m using my normal login details and I’ve tried the forgotten password links which aren’t working. Are there problems on your end with this?

  • BarryOnHisBike Barry B (@BarryOnHisBike) reported

@AfroChuck87 @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk Kind of is now as they are not BT engineers. They are Openreach engineers as they run the network. BT just provides broadband over the network the same as sky, plusnet etc.

  • LtdNeill Stephen Neill Ltd (@LtdNeill) reported

@bt_uk is there a problem with emails in the North East?

  • lordtweek Neil Johnson (@lordtweek) reported

Good old @bt_uk, they cancel my new phone line, I am not told so no internet again. @Plusnet just shrug and tell me they’ll see me in 10 days, don’t seem willing to escalate into BT to expedite. Left with limited 4G or BT wifi which won’t stay up longer than an hour.

  • ncohen4 n cohen (@ncohen4) reported

@bt_uk a man drive into our Wi-Fi and phone line today- we. Ow have neither and nobody is working on it despite you knowing. The wires are on the road and path. Please can someone come and fix it #help

@i8wigan @bt_uk Must be down. I’ve got the same issue. I can log into my account using a web browser fine. So annoying! 🙄

  • GoWestTrish Trish McCleary (@GoWestTrish) reported

@bt_uk It says current 'service issue', which I already knew. Would like to have an idea of when it might be fixed so I don't have to waste my data to access the Internet.

  • MattIPv4 Matt Cowley (@MattIPv4) reported

cc @bt_uk could y'all do some basic DOS filtering on traffic before it hits customer routers?

  • Jackcorky Jack 🏔 (@Jackcorky) reported

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk I have had no internet for 6 days now, I was originally told Openreach would fix the fault to the network on Friday. What is happening as this is absolutely ridiculous. I have been a customer for 8 days now… 75% downtime…

  • NellieAilwyns Nellie (@NellieAilwyns) reported

@bt_uk unbreakable wifi? BT has lost my email held for 21 years - 7 days on you can't say what's happened or whether it can be fixed. all that after shutting down the account for bill non payment which you admit was raised in error. how about an unbreakable BT customer service offer?
