Elaine (@El41n384) reported@bt_uk Seems a pretty big coincidence that firstly there’s an issue in my area but now, I have a completely unrelated issue after that has seemingly been resolved?? #ismellbs @bt_uk

NNAT 📝🌏 (@_Nell_AT_) reported@bt_uk No internet connection in WD17 until end of next week! The internet should not be down for that long! How do I claim a refund on lost connectivity?

y mwncïod (@mwnciod) reported@dawnlovesgreece @bt_uk Now you say that, mine's been a bit iffy, signal dropping in and out on limited connection since last night and this morning. Maybe it's a Liverpool/Wirral thing? Mine's really only started working properly with no drop-outs since about noon.

Elaine (@El41n384) reported@bt_uk I was advised this morning that there was an issue in my local area. Then I was advised it was fixed. However, I cannot connect to the internet and @bt_uk have now said they can send an engineer on Tuesday #useless

Tro (@T10WS) reported@bt_uk morning… is there a problem with the network this morning? My BT WI-FI isn’t working. I’ve done the old turn off turn on thing about 3 times??

Zak (@plumadventures) reported@bt_uk You've told my mother she would be set up with FTTP on the 16th and when the engineer came round he said he didn't know how to install the fttp (open reach) and now she's left with no TV or broadband and no signal, when she rang you said it can take a further 5 days, madness.

Michelle Jefferies (@michie19) reported@btsport we have a problem on a business account and cannot resolve it because offices are closed until Monday now, not great for commercial premises that are open all weekend until late at night, will be seeking compensator loss of customers!
