    @bt_uk So @BTSopenreach @bt_uk have cancelled our engineer visit twice over the course of the weekend because we are apparenting accessing the min req service. Just to be clear, we currently have no broadband. (1)

    @bt_uk It’s been happening for a while, I know other people who have moved to other providers for a more reliable series record. The ONLY reason I am with BT is for MotoGP, if it continues to fail to record there is no point me staying

    All-day today I've got over 100 ping in COD. I need help with my internet. In the last 3 months, I've been with @VodafoneUK @SkyUK, and now I'm with @bt_uk. I had the same package with them all which is a standard 45-60 download (which I do get). 1/3

    @bt_uk Yesterday my internet connection dropped out completely and didn’t come back reliably until 7pm ish! Today it has dropped out again at about the same time! Why is this the case?? I was trying to work yesterday and today and it’s a real problem!

    @bt_uk Hate is an emotion that is an intrinsic part of the human experience, same as love, fear, joy and all the rest. You can't remove it, except possibly by lobotomy. I do rather HATE the fact you have decided to increase customer bills to give more money to already rich footballers.

    Would love to know why my internet gets atrocious on the dot of 7:30 every day when it never did during lockdown. Would ask @bt_uk but dont wanna be charged £70000 for an engineer.
