Despite it being a similar fault rectified by openreach in the past somewhere down the track, was told nothing BT could do & suggested I try a different b/b provider!! Seems unnecessary to me.

Ben Trask (@TraskBen) reported@bt_uk abysmal. 2 month wait for fibre. 1 month in. 4g mini supplied. Low speed can only use one device. Not working yesterday. Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.

And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

Emma (@Emma_coyne73) reported@bt_uk My issue is not that thereโs a fault itโs just the complete lack of communication to your customers considering you are a communications company. Uk power & affinity water notify us instantly if thereโs an issue but weโve not heard a thing from BT.
