    @bt_uk have to be the worst company I’ve ever been with. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I’ve been with them for just under two months and I’ve had about 50+ issues already. not a great service the staff are extremely unhelpful over the phone. and the broadband 💩

    @btbusinesscare I’ve already had 3 live chats & the problem wasn’t resolved, should have been sorted by 28/4, promised a call regarding status yesterday, not received. Can anyone come out ? It has been 9 days now

    And I’ve had the same @bt_uk engineer sent out on week 1 and week 10 and even he can’t believe it’s such a simple issue that hasn’t been resolved by @OpenreachHelp. This is bullshit

    @bt_uk been with you since January 12th since then I’ve had 7 failed orders, multiple wrong routers sent out and currently on my 11th week without service.

    @bt_uk If you provided customers with a good and reliable service that would be a great start. I've been without internet access for more than 24 hours, waiting for an engineer to arrive and your ridiculous Mini-Hub is, to put it mildly, crap.
