    @bt_uk @Twinkatwinks1 Had a recent visit from someone myself. Not happy with some of their techniques. The one who came to me asked me for my security question answers in order to write them down for me. I didn’t ask them to. Thats a pretty serious security and privacy violation.

    @BritishTelecom All @btsport & @NOWSport channels not working since yesterday. BT box reset numerous times and factory reset also done. All ‘terrestrial’ channels working fine. Is there a known issue?

    @bt_uk Your service is the very definition of broadband nightmares, we went 62 days with total loss of service before we finally cancelled our contract. Knock on the door today saying our service should be up and running (71 days later).
