    At least 6 major Internet outages in under 2 weeks. Appalling treatment by your "support staff". I'd like a complaint sent to the CEO Allison Kirkby please. @btbusinesscare

    @bt_uk I can't because the My BT app and online is broken. Just keep ending up on a page that says that you cant access my account and you're working on a fix. It's been like that since around April!

    @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

    @bt_uk your service is SO appalling. Elderly relative who depends on landline without phone line for 5 DAYS and you have totally failed to fix within the promised time. Formal complaint coming. Poor, poor, poor 👎

    @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

    @btbusinesscare why can I not get to speak to anyone at BT Business Local in Lincoln? The system keeps not putting me thru & then saying theirs a fault? Given I have an ongoing complaint & still no solution is this deliberate?

    How does anyone manage without a mobile phone? Our @bt_uk internet & phone are down so only way of contacting is by mobile 🙄
