@PeterC314 @bt_uk It was 8 days, it was marked as fixed after a phone call with an advisor who did not help, did not offer a resolution and left me on holiday for 25 minutes. I'll be making a formal complaint about them for sure

@TheRunningManZ @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Forgot to mention to ask for compensation, either to lessen you bill or outright pay your loss (with proof of income of course), as this should never happen to a paying consumer, if not get hold of the Consumer Ombudsman, surely they will know.

@TheRunningManZ @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I know this would not help, but other ISP are faster and better than BT, and don’t use Openreach as subcon engineers. My ISP upgraded my line to fibre optics several years back but left the copper until my next upgrade/complaint was made, and was informed first before removal.

@TheRunningManZ @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk You honestly should just go with Virgin media should have have good speeds in your area doubt it'll be in by Monday but who knows how long it could take them to fix the issue, have BT at least give you a couple of months free considering the loss of earnings.

@bt_uk @thisismoney I didn’t notice before because I always used ‘wificall’ if I’m in the house, so never been an issue. Any plans to improve coverage where you’re rolling out digital voice?
