    @bt_uk @LBC BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not me

    @CarvetiiCoffee @bt_uk I had a problem with BT, and I emailed the MD, he doesn't get to read it, but you get a priority request to the top tier team, hope that helps

    @bt_uk good afternoon, still having issues with the BT sport app on PS5. It just goes to a black screen after about an hour. Have to close app and go back in for it to work? Tried deleting and reinstalling and still the same??

    @bt_uk To say I am frustrated is an understatement! I cannot get through to anyone on the phone, and your website (for payment) is up the swanee. I am paying far too much for my service, and need to speak to someone in your 'value team', as per email from your complaints dept.
