    @bt_uk I know they are a temporary measure read instructions and had customer service change frequency. Crap service and not able to work and earn a living on the two back up hubs I have until 17/08

    @Innes1690 @bt_uk Sounds similar to us its constantly going off we thought it was where the cable was that comes into the house but that wasn't the issue n still having same problem x

    @bt_uk been with @SkyHelpTeam for 7 years no real issues, moved house 5 weeks ago @SkyHelpTeam not available, haven’t had a day so far where my broadband works. Get me out of this contract would rather 4g

    Hey @bt_uk I submitted a request for a domain name server repoint on 21st June 2021. It’s not been done. I’ve spoken today with a call handler who’s told me they can’t help and I’ll need to fill the form in again on the website to request the change again, as she can’t, and she

    @FREETOEXPRESSME @bt_uk I agree. Dreadful customer service from @bt_uk I’m presently waiting for a deadlock letter to escalate my complaint to the ombudsman on behalf of my vulnerable, elderly parents.
