@btsport @btsportrugby @bt_uk trying to watch Newcastle Falcons v Bristol tonight on BT1, BT1HD and BTUltimate and all BT channels are jumping and stuttering. Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

@bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

@bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

@bt_uk No I haven't as I've never been anywhere near a BT WIFI Access Point and only relied on mobile network signal

@bt_uk It should not have to come to publically complain to BT via social media to solve troubles. It was a simple job. It just shows how poor BT is at the service they provide. I cannot believe in the 21st century a large public company like BT cannot do a simple job.

@bt_uk The person on the phone has put may parents through to order cancellation and they cannot do that. No-one will answer the phone in order cancellations. Either this is poor service or designed to SHAFT the customer. Either way it speaks volumes about BT.
