    @bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

    @bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

    For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

    @bt_uk No I haven't as I've never been anywhere near a BT WIFI Access Point and only relied on mobile network signal

    @btsport @btsportrugby @bt_uk trying to watch Newcastle Falcons v Bristol tonight on BT1, BT1HD and BTUltimate and all BT channels are jumping and stuttering. Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

    Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

    @Chanice_H12 @bt_uk Chanice this has nothing to do with bt it's entirely between your supplier and openreach. Here it is in simple terms. Who do you pay your money to? Who should therefore fix your problem? Bt has no interest in resolving a problem they are not responsible for

    @bt_uk And how do I cancel it? And why wasn't we told this on the phone when it was made PERFECTLY CLEAR that we can not lose our current phone number? I'm quite livid, having been on the phone for an hour sorting this all out because the last order was messed up!

    @bt_uk 8 times in the last 40 minutes the internet has cut off for at least 5 minutes each time... line check... no reported issues....guaranteed speed... I think not...

    @bt_uk so after agreeing to join you in January, your engineers were booked 1st March, fitting my phone line and broadband finally took place Wednesday, you tell me TODAY you do not have the port space for me to be a customer and your advice is to find another provider.
