    @bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

    @btsport @btsportrugby @bt_uk trying to watch Newcastle Falcons v Bristol tonight on BT1, BT1HD and BTUltimate and all BT channels are jumping and stuttering. Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

    Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

    For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

    @bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

    @DavidTYork @bt_uk If BT offers it, I usually find those who use BTs network should. Maybe try the bigger providers own website, such as Sky.

    @bt_uk we've just received a letter saying we are being 'upgraded' to Digital Voice. Except it's not an upgrade at all, as we lose the ability to call emergency services if your dodgy broadband goes down. I'm amazed this is being allowed. Can we say no to this dodgy switchover?

    @DavidTYork @bt_uk Not a fan of the man (or the tech in this instance) but I’m considering it, we’ve been looking to move more rural and it might be the solution. Star link latency isn’t that bad at around 20-30ms I believe. Not as good as FTTH but rather good.

    @bt_uk what should’ve been a simple broadband upgrade & add on tv after cancelling Sky has been poor customer experience. Had a fault for a month, called BT every day about it & had 4 engineers not show up so still not fixed. Hybrid EE is poor as unable to watch BT tv package

    @bt_uk unhappy with the service I’m receiving from BT, they keep passing me about and not sorting my account. Clearly my custom means nothing to them as clearly there not reading my notes or BT advisors are not updating them properly 😞

    @bt_uk hi my grandma is having issues with her house phone when she rings the house from her mobile it comes up with an answer machine saying that she's chosen to avoid certain calls but every other mobile phone can ring her house with no issues can you help?
