    @bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

    For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

    @bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

    @btsport @btsportrugby @bt_uk trying to watch Newcastle Falcons v Bristol tonight on BT1, BT1HD and BTUltimate and all BT channels are jumping and stuttering. Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

    Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

    @bt_uk No I haven't as I've never been anywhere near a BT WIFI Access Point and only relied on mobile network signal

    @bt_uk Listen. It's an ongoing joke. There isn't one company I've worked for where it's not an issue. 30% of my time is dealing with billing. I'll use my account team. Just wanted to vent.

    @bt_uk my internet hasnโ€™t worked for two weeks. Iโ€™ve had 4 engineers come out (1 BT, 3 Openreach), and have been expecting a โ€œmulti-skilled engineerโ€ the last two days but nobody has visited. How can I get some help to get this fixed??? ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @bt_uk Itโ€™s 10pm. No one from BT has called me and the open order has not been closed so I expect Mondayโ€™s 4th attempt will be a failure too. Worst customer service.

    @tom_swing @bt_uk @virginmedia Council contractors did that to us while โ€˜repairingโ€™ the pavement a few years ago. Credit to VM - they werenโ€™t happy at all and sent someone to photograph the evidence and fix it within 24h.

    @bt_uk the WORST broadband service out there. Avoid at all costs. Weโ€™re paying ยฃ100+ a month for the broadband to drop out every 4-6 minutes, and having 2 engineers no showing on us. Awful service.

    @bt_uk hello. Openreach were supposed to come today to connect my bt Full Fibre. They never turned up and I took a day off for it. I never got a message that it was cancelled. Openreach are suggesting this is your issue. Can you help me get to the bottom of this?

    @bt_uk What's the best way to get help for Digital Voice? It's a week past activation date, and it's still not working. I've run through the web checker a couple of times, it says activated but detects a fault. Tried SMS version, rebooted multiple times etc. 1/2
