Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

I explained I donโt have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesnโt need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??
