A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

Can do some like speed test and service status but it wonโt let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.
