    @bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

    @bt_uk It's more the point we were given no notice. We have teachers and doctors working from home here who have been left in the lurch. Very poor service.

    For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

    Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

    @bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

    Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

    @bt_uk Recently moved my home phone and broadband back to BT from Sky and am SO GLAD I did. Had a small technical issue, called 0800 800 150 and got through fast to David in the Tech Team in Newcastle who could not have been more helpful. What a difference from dealing with Sky!

    @bt_uk I am trying to assist a BT customer who is 81. We are trying to activate MyBT for her so that her account can be managed online, but no success. 1.5 hours on chat to BT support on Friday. @BTCare helped with this kind of issue before but now shut down. Can you help by DM?

    This has been going for years now. Our current troubleshooter with @Plusnet running since 22 January this year alone. As our provider, they can only do so much but the trouble isn't with them, @bt_uk and @Ofcom, it's the infrastructure - no matter how many times we say it. (2/3)

    Never known a worse customer service department than @bt_uk. Cancelled their order error on 5 occasions, which they refuse to cancel, costing us an extra £35 a month. Also endless promises of refunds and crediting of account. Avoid at all costs people 🤠💩

    @bt_uk will only offer a digital line, this won’t work with his emergency care button service and probably not with his phone which is for people with hearing impairment. The earliest they can get any phone service to him is Tuesday. @BTGroup 4/6
