Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

If in doubt, become Karen (I was actually fairly reasonable - we guessed what the issue was, it just took a slight deviation from the standard processes to fix. Though I get why, still a pain to get them to shift)

Apparently contract says that they can’t guarantee consistent internet. What are we all paying for?? Shocking service!! And letting down your own key workers.
