By far the worst customer service I've ever had. It literally couldn't pay me to use its services again; life's just too short to battle a corporate entity that doesn't give a shit on any level.

My wife has spent hours on the phone and as for the “keep you connected “ as a plus customer is a joke . The mini hub is a complete waste of time. 😡😡😡😡

BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

Joining with BT was supposed to improve EE broadband+ but actually made it worse. EE bought Orange then closed down local Orange mast making half my home blackspot. We have now left EE/BT.
