I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasn’t fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I don’t want to go to the ombudsman (yet).
