SparkyDuck 🐸 (@SuperSparkyDuck) reported@bt_uk do your executive complaints team just ignore emails requesting I be contacted? Ive requested calls twice in the space of two days and neither have happened. My internet is still down. Its been 3 weeks. Sort. It. Out.

Keith Small (@keithdsmall) reported@uniteandserve @bt_uk @Ofcom Just get Starlink, and reduce your blood pressure. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.

-
Phillip Thompson (@Phillip16484278) reported@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer for many years. It would appear you value new customers rather than retaining new ones. There’s a monthly difference of £5. Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.
