@btsport What is wrong with your app? I’m using enhanced player and it’s like I’m streaming it off a dodgy source. It’s all pixelated. Really poor quality. Wi-Fi is fibre optic and everything else works fine.

@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@bt_uk and now we’ve had the ‘well, it’s Sunday’ call. So somehow I’m being unreasonable by asking BT to sort a problem they said would be fixed yesterday because now it’s Sunday. Again, I need to be patient. Naughty me, expecting broadband from a broadband provider.

@markcduffell @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I got all the way up to 2nd line managers of complaints. Did nothing! In the end I was calling 3 times a day 7 days a week till they did something. It worked luckily but don’t envy anyone who’s having issues.

@bt_uk After promising they would send an engineer out on Thursday. They then said they couldn’t get anyone out till Monday. Said they would call me back about sending out a mini *** so I could at least attend the meetings of the first day of my new job. Never called me back. 1/2

Another bloody day without Wi-fi courtesy of the hapless @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp. No sign of engineers again. ‘You’ll just have to be patient’ is the best the BT lack of support desk can manage. Now it’s 8am tomorrow at earliest. They don’t know, they don’t care. Avoid BT ffs
