In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

By far the worst customer service I've ever had. It literally couldn't pay me to use its services again; life's just too short to battle a corporate entity that doesn't give a shit on any level.

Great however no mention there was an unlimited data deal and sell me 100GB immediately called BT to change they said its with EE then get sent back to BT. Told now have to cancel. Joke.
