Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

@EE are a disgrace. Their supervisor was so rude. An unreal lack of empathy. Would have taken the complaint the whole way but they refused to suspend the bill while it was being investigated. Complain if you want but pay the bill in the meantime or your credit rating takes a hit

Hi @EE I moved to you across from BT (I know same company) for my broadband service for cost purposes. I chose the same speeds (950Mb) but getting significantly less than I was on BT. On BT I was getting speeds of at least 6-700 now on #EE 150-260. It’s a significant drop.

@d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human
