@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

@EE Around 2 months now, we have to reset the box constantly. We’ve phoned the technical team, who sent out a new sim (it’s a 4G router) but this hasn’t solved it. We’ve been promised more than 5 call backs and never had anything.
