Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

@EE is your call centre shut on a Sunday? We are having major problems with our internet and we need to get them sorted, yet we call 150 and get "this office is shut" when according to your website, it is 8 am to 8 pm.
