    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    @EE we are having problems sorting out a supposed unpaid bill of my daughters, and are being batted ๐Ÿfrom one dept to another with no resolution....Can anyone take ownership of this and help get it sorted ???? Itโ€™s really worrying her.

    @EE your customer service needs more staff for 3 days been trying to contact you, as have returned Samsung s21 fe and samsung tablet which was an upgrade. gone back to my iphone 11, but want to upgrade to iphone 13, please call me 07789644059.

    @EE Once I log in any button within the store will make me go here. I get I have a upgrade available but that donโ€™t help for getting an Apple Watch.

    @EE You have totally missed the point. I have already spoken to BT and the best deal available to me does not include the deal available to a new EE customer.

    Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? ยฃ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that wonโ€™t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

    @rsgnl Yep. Anyone with a cellular Apple Watch will know the pain of changing watches. Despite being old they support them Iโ€™m still struggling to find out how to get one online from @EE

    @EE Existing customer with a physical Sim. I just want to go online and buy an additional eSIM download it and use it. I donโ€™t understand why this is so difficult.

    @EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in ยฃ50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Sharp practice

    @EE @RaPiDkIlLzZz Come onโ€ฆ. EE have been having huge problems for months, maybe years. Iโ€™ve not been able to access my business account on the app or online for something like 8 or 9 months. Canโ€™t get a statement. Can check contract status. EE have admitted they have enormous tech problems.

    @EE At no point is it mentioned that only wifi will do the speeds and anything else wont. All our stuff is ethernet. Oh and also im still being charged up till the 21st for a substandard and misleading set up.#bt #ee @BT @EE . Never again . And totally inept customer service too

    @WirralRanger @EE Almost every big company is a pain in the arse for customer service. From personal experience I exempt Sky tv and @firstdirect as being pretty decent. Virgin is awful.

    @EE It doesnโ€™t! Why is it so difficult for me to speak to a human being? If I DM you my phone number, could somebody call me? If not, then Iโ€™ll just cancel. Iโ€™ve had enough if this is how you treat a customer of over 20 years then itโ€™s not worth me staying with you.

    Iโ€™ve read time & again that a toxic workplace often reflects the character of its management, from senior leadership down to operations. @Concentrix is a clear example of this! And @EE is complicit in this with the upselling and unending sale targets. @Ofcom needs to look in.
