@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

@Capt_tuBBymAN @EE Video feeds probably your usual live piped in over the internet, no issue there but I'd be fascinated how they got the RT out to the aircraft as surely anything over the net is potentially hackable? Not that any actual instructions were given...

Imagine finding £240 worth of fraud @GooglePlay charged on your @EE phone bill. It’s inconvenient but surely they will do everything they can to help??? NOT A CHANCE!!!!! Google want correlation ids, ee can’t/won’t provide them. And neither of them care.
