@EE @CrazyCraven01 I contacted EE, told me nothing could be done (as price increase in line with CPI is in t&c’s). So, stop lying to your customers saying you can help them. I’ve requested for a deadlock letter and will be sending it off to @Ofcom instead

@EE Why am I paying £15 a month more on my contract due to the 14.4% increase when the majority of the contract price is the cost of the Phone ..The price of which is STATIC. So I shouldn't i only be paying 14.4% on the line service? And yet you are charging it on the full amount?

@EE Hi, is it possible to buy an eSIM on Pay as you go as a new customer or do I need to get a physical one first? And does PAYG still include EU roaming? Thx

@jonbradyphoto @EE Hopefully they’ll be giving their employees a 14% pay rise as well then! They can try and explain it away but it’s extremely calculating and they’ve lost a customer for life here once my contract is up.
