    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE still waiting for the extender hub to resolved. Don’t say call customer services on 150, it doesn’t provide anything other than a rubbish text message service using a BOT.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE If you think Dulwich is bad, try Brighton and Hove. The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE mobile networks have been **** for ages. we have agents out up and down the uk and difference contracts with different providers and over different handsets have all been garbage.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Can Tom Tugendhat MP explain why he thinks we shouldn’t build the kind of - excellent value - safe cycling infrastructure that characterises affluent societies like the Netherlands because, err, private companies can’t provide him with a decent phone signal?

    @EE absolutely joke of a broadband provider… wifi upgraded to fibre and doesn’t work at all, can’t even watch YouTube. Trying to get through to speak to a human and keep getting to a bot who says my service is working fine.. contact me asap please as I’m paying for a service

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE At what point in time did mobile phone company investment get diverted to upgrade bike lanes? This is like complaining about the vegetable selection in Tesco being terrible, while care homes are underfunded. Tom apparently doesn't understand how a modern economy works.

    @EE my 5G is running at 0.8mbps how can it be so slow, I nog had it over about 2 in weeks and sometimes we get no internet
