@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE no signal in your area for months use WiFi calling. @SkyBroadbandd service is even worse. £200 a month between the pair of you & you can’t even provide a basic service. Absolute ******* joke
