@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

I just recieved by far the WORST customer service i've ever experienced with EE over the phone. Ongoing signal issues and paying for a service I am not even getting half of it. This will be escalated over to the FOS! #EE #EENetwork @EE

@AppleSupport @EE I recently upgraded to iPhone 13 in Cardiff. After 2 days, I found it was freezing constantly & not responding. I managed to change it in the Wrexham store (EE customer services refused to do anything) to find my new phone is doing the same thing(!?) 1/n

@EE Hi, I've been having an issue with my phone internet, sometimes it's gone for hours even though I have data. Especially today (December 3) is doing the same, it's on and off... Could you please tell me why it is doing this?
