@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@MrGGJay @EE One of the support call was like. 'yeah, we can send it to get repaired, which would take up to 14 days and you may be billed for it' and I was like nah. I'll call someone else. Next call 'oh yeah we will send you a new one tomorrow

@EE I’ve filed a complaint. Your advisor offered me discounted terms on my contract but didn’t apply them, creating a £100 bill & higher monthly payments. Good job I had screenshots of the convo as you sent no transcript & it was my word against his when I raised the issue.
