So much for @EE's "best customer experience with 100% of our calls answered". 44 minutes on hold, only for them to then shut their phone lines off at 9pm and disconnect me. Thanks, #EE. Thanks for wasting nearly an hour of my time. Great first impression for a new customer.

@EE …. At a loss with your customer service. You add a new line to my account, take unauthorised money and will not sort the issue. How hard can it be to sort?

@EE Would rather buy the phone, sim free, then pay £70+ a month for 24 months… and I’m already a loyal EE customer 🫠

Clearly being a loyal @EE customer for over 10 years doesn’t count for anything. The service I’ve had tonight has been horrendous

@EE I don’t know if this is a training issue, or you agent was having a joke at my expense, but having been a customer for 7 years plus, in the last 6 months I’ve become very concerned at the way you do business and treat customers. #badcustomerservice #eecustomerservicefail

@EE I understand having a damage fee for returning a phone but £300 for minor damage that you have not accessed is ridiculous. I'm assuming £300 is a blanket damage fee for the S21. So minor scratches and chips are the same as a phone that's been completely destroyed (1)
