@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE can you confirm if @SkyNews is no longer available on EE tv box. It’s seems about 25 channels are no longer available. I know the service is shutting down but not until the end of next month!

Love it when my contract ends won’t @EE and they send me a message to say my bill will go down substantially because of that. Then I go to check my bill and it’s the same extortionate amount I told them I couldn’t afford to pay anymore 3 months ago 🤬

@EE Extremely frustrating! Especially when the call doesn’t even result in the issue you’re trying to resolve with @UPS !! I’ll look at the spending cap as additional charges like this are not ok, especially at a time when everyone is trying to watch their spending!

@EE I recently got in touch over the phone about my bill as I was being overcharged, the woman I spoke to said that it was an error on your end and that it would be removed from the bill, but it never did and now I've had to overpay for the 2nd time.
