    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @stephenbudd @EE That's mental, I would switch to a different network provider, I'm with Sky Mobile (uses the O2 network) I'm moving to Europe in 2 weeks and checked they aren't planning to charge for roaming

    @EE Morning, could I get some help with my order please I left a DM 3 days ago. Ordered a PS5 on Tuesday and heard nothing since, it said it could take up to a week but people have already got theirs and I’ve got no emails or texts or anything.

    @FionaRhiannon @EE Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_account_recovery on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you

    @Northpowergrid LS29 power off since 3am also taken out local @EE mobile service? Any update?? Appreciate we are just some of lots in this situation.

    @EE Overhead cables severed and pole down at my location how do I report we have NO internet connection. Police on scene.

    @EE cancelled my order (without notifying me), told me it was my fault, didn’t refund my money, have left my account in limbo and now i’m told its 72 hrs to fix the issue, then I can graciously try and upgrade again… So much for no.1 network #nothappy
