    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    Wife miss sold @ee contract. Not given the best offer and placed on a higher tariff than necessary. @ee Customer Services 'computer says no' attitude.

    @EE care to explain why you’ve gone above the ALREADY HIGH CPI RATE or 5.5% and decided to add on your own 3.9% for good measure? A near 10% rise and no extra services? I believe consumers may have the right to terminate early no?

    @EE just finished with BT mobile after really bad time with them. Got my new EE sim coming. Installed your apk but it will not open. Keeps asking me to uninstall and reinstall time after time. This isn't impressive.
