  @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

  @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  @EE kind of poor service the ONLY way to get help is via the chat service who haven’t actually solved an issue despite assuring me they had. You’re delivering expensive kit to a house I don’t own. Bravo!
