    @EE @CrazyCraven01 I contacted EE, told me nothing could be done (as price increase in line with CPI is in t&c’s). So, stop lying to your customers saying you can help them. I’ve requested for a deadlock letter and will be sending it off to @Ofcom instead

  • michell52185199 michelle (@michell52185199) reported

    @EE I’ve had numerous contact on signal! Bored now! I have credits, been told move somewhere else I’ve had enough of poor excuses

    @gibbsgirl21 @ladystardust31 @EE Oh god that’s awful Lorna - how hard can it be to record death information on a database?

  • fredjstanley Fred Stanley (@fredjstanley) reported

    .@ee absolute chancers - been with the network less than a year and they've raised my monthly bill by over 14%. Do yourself a favour and don't go near them, soon as my contract is up I'm off

  • travel_blagger Terry Dobbins (@travel_blagger) reported

    @EE Note the signal bar.

  • Tonyblaney Tony Blaney (@Tonyblaney) reported

    @bt_uk @EE my network download speed is 6.21 mbps. Yet the costs are rising. This is not good.

    @EE My data isn’t working is there any problems in my area with the service? I am based in west bromwich

  • Alan1For Al 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇮🇪🏴‍☠️ (@Alan1For) reported

    @EE Why am I paying £15 a month more on my contract due to the 14.4% increase when the majority of the contract price is the cost of the Phone ..The price of which is STATIC. So I shouldn't i only be paying 14.4% on the line service? And yet you are charging it on the full amount?

  • hutchmuch Dom (@hutchmuch) reported

    @EE Hi, is it possible to buy an eSIM on Pay as you go as a new customer or do I need to get a physical one first? And does PAYG still include EU roaming? Thx

  • kevinmcginley16 Kevin McGinley (@kevinmcginley16) reported

    @jonbradyphoto @EE Hopefully they’ll be giving their employees a 14% pay rise as well then! They can try and explain it away but it’s extremely calculating and they’ve lost a customer for life here once my contract is up.
