@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Hi. I have tried manually selecting every available network but that doesn’t work either. I got through to chat and they said there was a problem in Italy that was being worked on but it is 4 days now

@EE I know it’s in the contract but inflation is at a false high due to many factors. Your increases are 3.9% + CPI. Will you drop the prices once inflation returns to normal levels? There’s no honest justification. Doubt you’ll find a single customer who would be happy with this!
