@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

@EE there’s a clear problem with my broadband. For days it’s been dropping out, but now it’s constantly off and the red broadband light is staying on. Called up to be told we’ve had a new electrical appliance… err no we haven’t. Downdetector indicates there’s a clear issue!

@EE just need to dig through the fine print of what you're contractually obliged to provide etc as my pixel 5 is a bit dodgy with charging and your executive customer care team aren't too keen on replacing it
