    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Since your updates I can No longer access my voicemail i tried everything VM ON .OFF 222 rebooiit phone i get message its not activated CS cant turn it on On my sons he gets it is undergoing maintainance And your new app is awful

    @EE I have called customer services 3 times in a week and have not had any satisfactory response. We get no signal where we live and everytime I ask for something to be done they end up checking the wrong postcode. If I don’t get any satisfaction soon I will be leaving.

    @EE was told the area TD14 would be affected by maintenance on 10th for one day. Service is diabolical since almost impossible to use network for almost 3 days now.
