@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE hi, I’ve tried to call, and also receive a callback but I can’t get through and the helpline is saying the service is down, the texts are saying the call can’t through to me, and I am unable to make or receive calls on my phone, please can someone help? Thank you
