@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@Polly_Phluid @EE I've had recorded messages saying they're from National Crime Agency. Also, HMRC about tax rebate, scams claiming to be Lloyds, Barclays, Natwest & Santander; accident claims, people claiming I have a fault with my Internet service, refunds for goods I haven't purchased, etc.

@EE absolutely shocking, paid insurance for 23 months, phone breaks and receive a reconditioned phone. Disgusting! Someone needs to help me

So my phone reckons I get excellent service at home. However working from home I've got such a delay in calls it's virtually impossible to make work calls lately. @EE your website claims I'll have full service. I have 1 bar at best.

@EE furthermore on my recent tweet, I went to your cwmbran store and have got the problem sorted however this problem should’ve been resolved when I switched networks when my contract expired and I asked for a PC code and moved networks. The customer service has also been awful

@EE Sure, WIFI - intermittent mostly we are all on 4g. I’ve done resets, tried different band widths which made it worse!! Phone signal just drops out during a call all the time. Sometimes I can hear the caller they can’t hear me!!
