@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

Just had a problem switching my sim to my new phone, called @EE tech support, told me to turn it off and on again, I did that, it worked. Feel like a total idiot now ahahahahaha Cheers to @EE, absolute great customer support as always!

@EE please help I’m trying to set up my mums new iPhone SE, was surprised I had to trim the sim you sent, to get it to fit. Inserted it and it says no sim. And I can’t call you on her phone to ask for advice as no sim and I don’t know the number so can’t get through the automated
