@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Despite being fully charged they last about 20 minutes, have to charge the case multiple times a day & all round battery life is terrible

@Kittie2475 @EE Another reason why I keep my broadband with BT, a free unlimited minutes landline. Never use it but there should we need it. Just been switched over to digital. I’m with @ee and their signal is poor

@EE 56p charge to share a contact via text is an interesting addition to my bill. For older residents and those with poor broadband this feels like a sneaky stealth tax. Inclusive texts not all that it appears

@EE can honestly say after my experience with EE today I would never recommend them as a broadband provider! Shocking and now left without Internet for 2 weeks!

@EE when my wife logs in it says she isn’t the account holder but she is, we ordered it and set it up in her name, can you help as need to change direct debit info or you won’t get paid!

How is it possible that I have to stand in my garden in the cold and dark to try and get enough signal to talk to paramedics @EE ??? And even then the signal dropped out 3 times. 🤬🤬🤬
