@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE network signal constantly sketchy, account info has become blank and stayed that way for weeks, customer service??¿¿ is there any?¿ , the website asks if its "been helpful" only to provide an ERROR message when selecting NO! which is in the same state as above issues.

@EE where is my delivery via DPD? Waited all day Thursday and now all day today. No one can help me at DPD ; can’t track driver for some reason. EE sales say not their problem - very poor customer service.

Is it wrong that I have a FF discount code for @EE which will discount 20% a month (a lot given we are in a cost of living crisis) but I can’t add it to my contract now. I’m expected to cancel and start again (even though I’ve not paid anything yet and only got the phone last Wed
