    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Doesn’t help me now though. So although I appreciate you will take this feedback on I will be taking a complaint as far as I can go as the advisor who spoke to me yesterday agreed that this information should have been given.

    @EE For the last 2 days my internet connection (via DSL line) keeps dropping every few minutes. Our router is working fine and it's reporting issues with the DSL line. Annoyingly the EE website only lets us check mobile outage, not the DSL line. We can't even report it.

    @EE Because I'm overseas with little access to Wifi !!!!! that's why!!! The issue is data roaming which I keep running out off... But clearly not from EE whom I have been a loyal customer to for years.

    @EE At EE we're committed to providing excellent customer service. (Pause) This office is now closed. To be fair if they don't answer the phone at least they cannot f%ck it up any further.
