@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE Normally the money to invest comes from shareholders or capital investors. You’re now getting the customers to pay to build the network then charging them to use it. An increase at the rate of inflation is understandable; anything above that, especially in these times, is not.

@EE hi, I am getting really fed up with this. Upgraded online two days ago, confirmation email received and money taken, and then stone cold silence. Dm'd, but you say I'm getting my personal info wrong?? I want to now cancel the upgrade, this is disgusting.

@O2 switched to you before xmas. Signal where I live is patchy. At home is just about ok but a lot of areas close where I live I get no signal @EE used to be with had a faultless signal pretty much everywhere. Really regretting my switch right now. No hope of cancelling is there?

@EE terrible customer service from @EE . After being assured for the past 2 months that my bill would be correct again I have been overcharged and now I’m being told there is nothing you can do. Over my 2 yr contract you will take £54 too much. This is not ok.

@EE Still on over a hour 15 minutes and still your tech guy this time is trying his hardest but saying that for the last 8 months no one has done their job properly and I have had very poor customer service which I knew shameful to be subjected to this
