@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

@EE Awful battery life in the 12, if you buy one make sure you have a battery pack or a car charger as it won't last the day.

I do not recommend @EE service/phones or @Apple products after a particularly poor experience of getting a new phone. Exceptionally poor communication from EE and phone arrived without headphones or charger. What a con!

@EE I'm trying to set up my "4GEE Wifi Mini" so that I can access the profile even when I don't have the router on me. I used to be an EE phone customer so it won't let me register using my email address but it also won't let me log in. Can you help?

So @bt_uk says I have to sign up to a 24 month contract for wireless broadband provided by @EE which has no signal to prove there is no signal when it’s completely bonkers as @Ofcom identifies it already as a site which doesn’t support voice calls! The definition of #insanity
