@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE I upgraded yesterday,was told one day delivery. I received a text to book delivery slot on Monday! Have tried to call to sort as not able to accept delivery. Tried a to call got put through to an office that was closed. Have sent DM no response. Horrendous service
