@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

Don’t think @EE should ever use DPD as a courier service again. They’ve been a complete failure trying to deliver the Switch 2 since Thursday and now our package is lost. An absolute joke

@EE someone from EE came to my grandmothers door in April and sold my gran EE tv and fibre, the women assured my gran she would cancel her current contract with virgin and set up her account with EE. I found this very strange and low and behold my gran has now had EE (1/2)
