@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

Unbelievably the caller has just come back, 7pm in the pitch dark…she was again very pushy and acted like she was trying to help/sort a problem we didn’t have…heard nothing more from you @EE I wonder what @Ofcom think about this practice…

You guys @EE are an absolute joke. I just need my 4G pod switched on due to an outage and your diagnostics bot and lack of call centre make this impossible. My wife is working from home and now likely has to go into the office on Christmas Eve due to your **** service

If you want internet don’t use @EE . Changed from normal EE to Fibre Broadband, total chaos and rubbish backup! Promised four times to sort problem and email. Not a peep from anyone.!!
