    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE And when I asked about this I was advised of the additional cost to be added to my contract. I know you're trying Andy, but until you reintroduce free roaming without the need to add packages I sense you're up against it. Thank you for the service EE have provided. Sad to go.

    One shop visit, then customer service hanging up on me, then a second shop visit. I finally got given the grotty backstore charger for free. Cancelling my contract in 3 months @EE because that was awful service

    Absolutely disgusting services received from @EE this morning if Georgia from Darlington is who you have representing your customer service team you need to rethink your training model the way she spoke to me was appalling

    @EE The team didn't point it out but only mentioned the router will not do hair pinning, as explained in my email back(the picture) hair pinning will work but only if the other device is wifi. this was my testing I did to found this out. as to a fix to my issue nothing is happening

    @EE My name is Bruce and for the past 21 years I have been a customer, I've never thought about going to another provider and the reason for this is the last 17 years Michelle from the Nottingham Victoria Centre has been an absolute saviour to me, as I am not tech savvy. (1)

    @EE Hi Dale. I’m not having much luck. I’ve been trying for the last 2 days to upgrade using the link from the EE App….which takes me to “Sorry this page doesn’t exist”. Not a great customer experience in truth

    @EE I’ve had no signal in my area for over three days now, is there something broken?
