@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE I would like a refund, I'd rather stay with my current network. How do I go about that? Because you can't do it over the phone, which is what I was told two days ago. Could you please send me a link to the correct person to speak about getting a refund on a payasyougo SIM card.

@EE sent DM. Cannot call as have lost network but WiFi fine. Weirdly though received call today but now there's an issue and SIM seems inactive?! only thing of note was using eSim for a few weeks as travelled but cannot reactivate main physical SIM but was called earlier?! How?!

@EE shocking service. Trying to speak to someone about an update on a broadband fault. Phoned 150 which says there's a fault which has been passed to BT openreach and then get cut off. I want to speak to a human!
