@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

having spoke to 3 different chat advisors from @EE tonight about trying to buy a pack with my credit I have come to the conclusion theyre all absolute liars who will say anything to fob you off. Besides dragging the chat out for exhausting periods. None fixed the problem.

@EE I cannot add data to my 4gee. I have limited signal, and small children. Cannot phone anyone, phone only works in my bedroom of 3 storey house. Not happy!
