EE Issues Reports Near Wye, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wye and nearby locations:

  • markgosy Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England

@jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

  • neilbloor Neil Bloor (@neilbloor) reported from Sittingbourne, England

Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

  • DomJMoore Dominic moore (@DomJMoore) reported from Canterbury, England

@EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

  • lucypoliticat Lucy's Mum, Stella (@lucypoliticat) reported from Folkestone, England

@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

  • NigelBack Nigel Back (@NigelBack) reported from Faversham, England

Cannot wait to swap my network over to @VodafoneUK as @EE signal is shockingly poor and it’s getting worse.

  • duncztwitte Duncan mcdougall (@duncztwitte) reported from Ashford, England

@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

  • markgosy Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England

@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

  • duncztwitte Duncan mcdougall (@duncztwitte) reported from Ashford, England

@EE hi EE on my last tweet don’t worry I’m such a twit didn’t even realise that my actual mobile data was turned off loooool problem fixed thanks r

  • i2bobby_ Bobby (@i2bobby_) reported from Ashford, England

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

  • clareterhorst Clare ter Horst (@clareterhorst) reported from Folkestone, England

My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

  • Bould2007Jones Nicola Jones (@Bould2007Jones) reported from Sittingbourne, England

@EE waiting to cancel contract mobile 10 mins plus waiting

  • Ianmc22efc Ian mc (@Ianmc22efc) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Been with them since they were Orange and your correct, some places I have to connect onto WiFi for signal and I’m not talking in the countryside.

  • Matthew82023376 MattAFC (@Matthew82023376) reported

@northolt3103 @EE I moved to talk mobile who use the 3 network it's so much cheaper and the signal is great. I'm paying £7 a month sim only it's a bargain.

  • FreddSays Fred Says (@FreddSays) reported

@northolt3103 @EE EE connection has always been bad in our village in the Surrey Hills.

  • UmiiKhan96_ Umar Khan (@UmiiKhan96_) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Same here, I pay for that full works package, my whole area includes 5g coverage but I never get 5g… but when I first joined them I always had it. Weird

  • poetictrxgedy Jack (@poetictrxgedy) reported

@northolt3103 @EE It’s pretty bad in my village, but outside is fine

  • refeirgtej Add your name (@refeirgtej) reported

@northolt3103 @EE It’s the same with all networks. Totally abysmal. It’s either poor signal or strong signal but almost zero data getting through.

  • Batestarr APB (@Batestarr) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Changed to smarty 2 years ago and never looked back! No price rises, leave anytime. EE just robbing bastards

  • PulseHarmonix Pulse Harmonix (@PulseHarmonix) reported

@northolt3103 @EE 90 million mobile connections and the 5G signal doesn't travel as far, that's probably the issue. I feel your pain, I had to get away from 3 because it was always disconnecting.

  • trevt1972 Trev (@trevt1972) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Always had a **** signal here. When my younger bro was alive he had Vodafone, that had no signal here. Am more on home broadband then owt else.
