Colin Alderman (@ColinaldermanC) reported from Faversham, England@EE By any standard, EE customer services appear to be in meltdown. Four hours to reply to a tweet? Calls not answered, web site not working, shops not open for customers to visit without an appointment (cannot be made as web site is down) As a long time customer, I’m very concerned

Dave Nichols (@DipDabDave) reported@EE Afternoon Guys, just been chatting to 1 of your team about upgrades etc. Really nice guy and helpful but the call dropped out ironically! Please pass on that I didn’t hang up on him and if he wants to call back he can 👍
-
Craig Taylor (@blown_ranger) reported@OnlineQueryTm @dpd @EE thankfully resolved my issue, perfectly. I recommend you take a leaf out of their book and provide an option for customers to speak with an actual person
-
Reg Morton (@RegJTMorton) reported@EE Your guys in the executive complaints dept stated today that it's a final decision and they can't challenge the repair shop. Your own staff took photos and videos confirming not damaged when I left it with you. Then the repair shop sent that laughable image. It's a known fault. Anyone reading this can Google Samsung fold 7 green lines screen. Instead of being reasonable you try to charge me £600 and claimed that this image is damage. It's ridiculous. Your letter informs me my only option is ombudsman. So that, other than an apology and a repair, is what I'll do. Along with everything possible to publicise this complete fraudulent farce, of which I've only just begun. Imagine losing a £2k per year customer for this man. Have a word with yourselves.
-
speed (@uncknownshew) reported@EE Disgusting you won’t look after your customer. My phone contract finished on February and yet you still charged me for march and April while my phone finished on February and you won’t refund me. Absolutely disgusting. @financialombuds
