@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE No. 1 network, what a load of rubbish. There are always issues with signal and takes you ages to resolve only for it to go down again weeks later (6 times this year so far). The monthly prices are ridiculous now too all EE are concerned about is making as much money as possible.

@ThreeUK since my phone is still not working with incoming calls and changing sims didn't work and I know it's not my phone thats the issue so it must at 3s end. I have no choice but to say goodbye to 3 and hello to @EE

@EE the worst service provider. They make up charges! you spend hours trying to get their sales people to remove them . They remove them and promise the same mistake will not be repeates. Come next month same bogus charges . Astonishingly Bad!

@EE Someone called Asif in technical support. He said to fix my service issue, I need a new sim and I can’t get it sent to the right address without confirming via text a code to update my details.. obviously I can’t do that without service. So he said well it’s my fault. No solution

@EE Got talked out of paying the balance of my contract and moving to another provider. Seems your deals for existing customers will never improve so I am off in October when my contract is up.
