@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

17. It feels like the moment one decided to leave, no matter how long they have been your customer, @bt_uk starts treating them like crap. Loyalty doesn't mean anything to them. I just can't wait to send the new @EE sim back as I don't want to be dealing with them anymore.

@EE are you having problems with your payment processing systems? I have tried to pay my bill with 2 different cards and both say pending on my card statements but my EE account says payment didn’t go through?

@sjr_giuseppe @EE Try the customer service line. 08000798586 even if you can't fix your problem, you will distract @EE staff from time they otherwise spend screwing things up, so its good for everyone.

Hey @EE I’ve got broadband with you guys in my apartment. The router had to be put in my bedroom next to the living room however the connection keeps dropping really bad in my living room and won’t reach the bathroom (which is not very far)- please help!
