@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

Hi @EE - why can't I connect to FTP using personal hotspot from my business account any more? I'm getting "229 Extended Passive Mode Entered" errors. Really annoying to suddenly get this when trying to file my work remotely.

@EE poor service, poor signal, no help, don't give a toss about there customers. Made billions last year and passed nothing onto there customers apart from a price increase
