Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE @StourbridgeMot1 "some"?? All my devices are on EE, I've had no Internet since around lunchtime (St Andrews, Scotland). Now back at home in Dundee, still same issue (using now via home broadband, but need to go out again). Not good enough. Had to buy a giffgaff sim for my car's wifi router.

@EE Not only that, your managers have went rude. Back in the day I used to call and get my issues sorted with a bonus aswel given to me, nowadays when you call you get rude arrogance and problems unsolved. More disappointed than angry as I have been with yous since days 1👍🏾

@EE Last 7-8 months my signal has been poor to the point where when my contract runs out I’m leaving. Price has already gone from guaranteed 50/month to 57. What happened to the guaranteed 50??

@messermitch33 @garetharmstron1 @EE Personal plan shouldn't be used for business use, in the T&C, network does not have a 100%, in the T&C, the network does not owe you anything for 1 afternoon of no Facebook or Twitter. But since your posting it seems you have access to the internet so can pay your bill that way.

@Beckinder @EE Definitely, I couldn’t get a 4g signal from The QE hospital all the way to Hamilton. Only on 3G here.
