  • becksgwynne Becky xray (@becksgwynne) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@EE Saying 'sorry we couldn't find that page' When I try and login from the web page, or when the app takes me to the web page

  • mufc7ade Adrian Wilson (@mufc7ade) reported from Wrexham, Wales

@EE Hi is there an issue with EE network as I can’t make or accept any phone calls

  • MscChris Chris Shepherd CIHCM (@MscChris) reported from Admaston, England

@EE Oh yes. Restart phone. Turn airplane mode on and off. Turn off auto network selection and turn back on etc. I live in Telford, not the middle of bloomin Cumbria!

  • MscChris Chris Shepherd CIHCM (@MscChris) reported from Admaston, England

Have been chatting to @EE this week due to 29% call drop rate and have come across a new phrase - ‘cell breathing’. I think that’s technical bs for terrible signal. At least they said they’ll be improving the masts in September 2020!! #whatdoipayfor #ThursdayThoughts

  • MscChris Chris Shepherd CIHCM (@MscChris) reported from Admaston, England

@EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when I’m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

  • JakeJones_94 Jake Jones (@JakeJones_94) reported from Shrewsbury, England

Just ruined the geordies customer service assistant day at @EE by mentioning Rafa ... think I’ve made it even worse by letting him know Avram Grant is heavily linked with the job 🥴 phones defo getting cut off tonight #NUFC

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

  • WhallopAOTS john bayliss (@WhallopAOTS) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@EE NO SHIT OFF Football IS for being there; not this bollocks #nowfuckingdoOne

  • ge0_ff Geoff Rodgers (@ge0_ff) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@EE never mind 5G. I’ve had no signal other than WiFi all day in Shrewsbury

  • YorkKnightsFan NIGEL M (@YorkKnightsFan) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@EE No thank you , I’m done with @EE soon as I can leave I will be , I’ve been a customer since the Orange Days And well over 10 yrs but will not be patronised or insulted like I have been by some of your staff in Darlington

  • Jones123Carl Carl Jones (@Jones123Carl) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@EE Just rung up and advised it's within the 14 days still but if I order now on the phone I can have one tomorrow... to then be told they do that with the stock they have and I'll have to wait! Shambolic service

  • Jones123Carl Carl Jones (@Jones123Carl) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@MouFl0w @EE It's a ridiculous service they're blaming on Samsung, yet others don't have the same issues!

  • Jones123Carl Carl Jones (@Jones123Carl) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@BenNeenan @EE They've tried to help me on here! Well, when I say tried just tell me there sorry it's delayed and to keep checking my tracking link! Even got told that the tracking link would give me as much info as ee could over the phone, yet it can't tell me it's 14 days like they can!

  • Jones123Carl Carl Jones (@Jones123Carl) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@EE It's already been sorted by a great rep called Shannon online! Shame it came around after getting a text saying your order is on track after catching the phone support lying on several occasions. Proved with stats from Samsung

  • Jones123Carl Carl Jones (@Jones123Carl) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@EE Think it's best we leave this, as we're just going round in circles with the same shit answers for the last few days but no actual help to many customers, yet the delays get longer

  • Phoenixrahman Phoenix Rahman (@Phoenixrahman) reported

@EE It has been looked into and all the time, same response. Nothing we can do just block the numbers. That’s it. I’m utterly disgusted at the lack of support we customers get. Option that was offered is for me to change my number and I have explained why that’s not possible.

  • MollyBrewing Molly's Bar Brewing Co. (@MollyBrewing) reported

@EE hi, ive currently got a 4g payg sim, ive noticed your sim only 5g plan of 120gb for £20 is available, ive read the small print and it seems you can use this with a 4g device using your 4g service? Is this correct? Thanks
