@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE Had no network signal for 2 days now. Can't make or receive calls! MK41 area, Bedford. SMS update said would be sorted in 16 hours, but that was at 3pm on 14/05. Any update please? This is frustrating.

@EE Given that I couldn't validate my account and if my sim was delivered to someone else by mistake and they could perform validation and therefore pretend to be me, it seemed very sensible to cancel the direct debit immediately from a security perspective.

@EE Another coffee is definitely needed, the top of the tower is 512ft so wonder if I could get a signal there, sadly for safety reasons I wasn't allowed to see.
