They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

If you want people to feel 'secure' stop making pathetic excuses for not sorting the problem... you are the ones risking their security not me. Maybe you could ring the farmer and ask him to open the gate, or just climb over it?
