    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE @EE @WeAreOpenreach Still without any broadband, no Internet connection and its coming upto 3 months. Absolutely terrible. No one has any idea of when it will be fixed. There is so much miscommunication between EE & openreach, its the customer's who suffer!

    @Hepworthclare @EE Been in same situation. Found e mail address of CEO and e mailed them direct. Received a call within 4 hours and resolution in 24.

    @EE Thats just it I CAN NOT CONTACT YOU ANY OTHER WAY than here as my service has been CUT OFF fue to over due bill, which is now paid, IN FULL, via CRS thar you sent to get the money!1, no calls, no texts, nothing

    @EE Is it that that difficult to enable the BB service? Contact signed a month ago. Received can connected the router to the modem last week. But the activation is delayed for 2 weeks because you have to wait for @WeAreOpenreach to do something.

    @EE HI, I placed an order last night. Just over an hour later, I received 2 emails one saying that my order was on the way and another saying that it has been delivered when it obviously has not. Since then, I am unable to track the order as it says there is a problem! Pls help.

    @EE The rude person I was speaking too dropped the call. Been on and off hold for almost 2 hours. They where meant to be the person to sort out compensation! No call back.
