@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE Given this outrageous increase (never this high in the past my last increase on a previous contract was about £1 on a similar price contract) i will be leaving EE at the end of my contract. I don’t support a company that doesn’t support me.

@EE hi, my data on my phone went down all morning yesterday and my signal wasn’t working either, since that happened I’ve only been getting “3G” or “E” when I should be getting 4G or 5G, this is in HP19 area. It’s getting frustrating.
