@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE As I predicted I’m still on the phone right now with your team trying to figure out where my order is. Line has been busy all day. Only got through just now and sat through 15 mins upsell of your monthly and broadband service. Still don’t know where my order is.

Tried to call @EE as WiFi signal won't reach through whole house. Upgraded to full fibre and it's worse than old broadband. Why is it so hard to speak to somebody!

@EE How can yous be number 1 when you over charge for your contracts, your staff members are rude, and 90% of the mess up on bills and it’s our faults not yours, us we have to pay because of your ***** ups! Been with yous since 2023 and I’ve hated it so much! Your the worst

@EE and if the number has been deactivated due to inactivity. If it's blocked, can it be reactivated or the number recovered? I tried topping up my account, but the issue persists. Please respond quickly and help resolve this. Best regards, Kacper
