@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE A 10% discount wouldn't cover it either, given that the majority of the cost of a contract is the value of the phone itself. Feels very much like you are scamming loyal customers because they forgot to cancel/change their contract after it ended

@EE Not really Jess this has happened too many times lately and I'm fed up after last time. You promised to add the data then never did and ghosted me. As you can see in our previous dm's. Just add the data or leave me alone
