Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@ee I'm eligible for an upgrade. Trying to upgrade via app and the final part of the checkout process just sits loading with a spinning symbol?? When I try to fix it using the online chat they have a completely different date for my upgrade and try to charge?

@paddykenny17 @EE Paddy, SIM spoofing is a massive issue when so many organisations require a phone number for example to reset banking details. You should be thanking them for protecting you

@EE if I move to your network in November, would my 4G data be subjects to blocks from certain streaming servers? Only I’m sure @VodafoneUK who I’m currently with have blocked my access to steaming servers with which I do my live radio shows

@EE Hi, I have a 120GB Data SIM I'm using currently - although currently it's not working no matter what I try - it doesn't connect at all, it's almost as if it is turned off. I've tried my best to get it working, using other solutions from the forums etc but none have worked

I cannot wait for my @EE contract to run out in a couple of months, been to meadowhall to get a new SIM card as that’s what I was told was the problem with my phone dropping call but I’ve not got id so won’t help me out 😡😡😡😡

@EE I’m hoping it’s been sorted. I’ve asked the team to attempt to cancel the wrongly made contract, is there any chance that the PAC code/number transfer has been successfully reversed + the contract cancelled with compensation for EE’s mistake
