@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE I’ve checked my account via the app and it looks ok. I can see the roaming add on. I’ll have to sort any issues out when I get back but for now everything seems in order…👍🏻

@EE the most appalling customer service ever received.Wife’s phone broke, sent a replacement that’s broke,Southampton store fob her off, customer services fob her off,repairs services fob her off and now with a broken refurbished supposed replacement. Disgusting service from EE

@EE It’s so expensive!! And as soon as you buy one, apple ‘upgrade’ the software to make the phones next to unusable as the battery is so bad you need to charge it 3-4 times a day!!
