    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE Hi no it says I have to phone up I was on the phone for 30 mins yesterday and it never got sorted

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE I have to say EE became the worst network since the pandemic. Even if you try to speak with Tech or customer services between 8am-11am or 5pm-7pm is basically a NO, you wait at least 45 minutes, if no the line drops because of their poor network. Very upset.

    @EE I have spent 2 hours trying to msg via the app . .have been scammed for 3 payments of £50 for q scam upgrade and no resolution . .never again ee @02 here I come

    @EE Where does it allow me to cancel an out of date plan on your website? I’m going nuts looking for it!!!
