    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

  • JodiiLeighh ..Jodi..🌸.. (@JodiiLeighh) reported from Gobowen, England

    @Budandblossom @EE Their customer service is APPALLING!!! Never would I ever go with EE or advise anybody to for that matter

  • helloitspip pip (@helloitspip) reported from Gobowen, England

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

  • J_Ski2015 J'Ski (@J_Ski2015) reported

    @EE having mast problems last week. Not getting 4g connection indoors. Coverage checker says great signal in and outdoors. And is normally fine. Can you look into it.

  • bradalarroads Brad Roads (@bradalarroads) reported

    @EE Uk no 1 network for no signal call dropping who ever is making this crap up ! We pay over £200a month for the devices in our house hold and the way they have been the last 6 weeks I wouldn’t even be happy paying £20 a month for them all !!! Defo be changing when the time comes

  • wallsflicker91 Kiarat91²⁸ (@wallsflicker91) reported

    @LiamPayne @EE @BAFTA WTF FLACO

  • Silverclarity M (@Silverclarity) reported

    @EE this is just getting ridiculous.... Network problems again!!! Its every month. Can't wait for my contract to be over so I can switch to a better and cheaper network.... My friend on Tesco gets twice as much data for less money than me. EE is a joke

  • highlander317 highlander (@highlander317) reported

    @EE Yes play on both wifi and ee data. Had the same issue a few weeks ago. Just seems odd it opens in airplane mode

  • Patrick_Rice Patrick Rice FCMI - #StayHomeSaveLives (@Patrick_Rice) reported

    @EE - defo looks to be an issue your end, as I've tried it using Edge instead of Chrome, and on a different machine, and exact same results. Instant auto-logout, after I login.

  • Eispan Eispan (@Eispan) reported

    @EE @Vinewood_motors Couldn’t you just EXTEND the duration of the contract? It would make more sense. Rather than ask them to pay upfront, say they have 8 months left - just add 24 months (new contract) + 8 months (remainder). This is how you treat EXISTING patrons. Reward LOYALTY, not discourage it.

  • wypior Richie (@wypior) reported

    @MarcAllera need to discuss my wages as once again this weekend seem to have solved a couple of customers problems? @EE with some simple solutions and tip’s/tricks #EEGoldencustomer

  • babielou28 M ◟̽◞̽ misses Louis (@babielou28) reported

    @LiamPayne @EE @BAFTA JSNCNA I CAN'T SEE U LIVE CUZ IT DOESN'T WORK HERE LIAM PLS JWMSMSMSF

  • nikolajht Nikolaj Hansen-Turton (@nikolajht) reported

    @sampsonian @EE It’s because they are too lazy to support eSIM transfer with iOS. I don’t know why they still haven’t added this feature.
