    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE @thewindburner Same here. I'll be leaving EE as soon as I finish work on the 18th. Not had any signal in my work postcode for many months, and now they want me to pay for data I won't be able to use.

    @EE Do @EE and @BT not have the technical capability to provide an alternative while it is down. Lots of roadworks around SE23 and SE26, so I guess a spade has gone through cables.

    @EE i went into the store as well and they told me that nothing can be done. even the people who rang me earlier couldn’t understand why my data was used up so quickly in my sleep. i can try ringing again but they spoke to ‘level 2’ or something on the phone and they couldn’t help

    @EE I did. I have been calling. The support team told me to go into a store. I went into a store at Surrey Quay and was told they don’t deal with online order. Can you give me the exact phone line of someone who could help?

    @EE Im good thank you, as i have said I have no idea why @bt_uk felt the need to switch me to the worst network I have ever been with. Sky will be in contact for the change over.

    @EE Have we switched off anymore masts in the Clapham area? Can't get more than 1kb/s this morning. So much for the support masts eh? Is it usual to leave customers within service of any kind and not notify them?

    Anyone having issues in the West End (nr St James) with @EE 5G signal? Shows 3 of 5 bars but zero connection. 4g is fine.
