    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE my wife has been trying to activate her new iPhone14 for a week and still hasn’t been able to. Your online logins don’t work. You customer services staff (when you eventually reach them) don’t know how to solve the problem.

    @EE @GoogleUK I have the Google 6pro and it's been garbage, every previous Google handset have been ok. Contract runs out Nov next year I can not wait to get a different handset wish I could leave or afford to upgrade early

    @EE Thanks, Mark. I didn’t visit Halifax shop today, that was a month ago! I signed up to a cheaper BT Broadband package more guaranteed mbps. Still waiting for the router to arrive. Rang Halifax EE to be told I have to go to the shop & speak with the assistant who helped me. Poor.

    @EE Thank you. I will send you my details now. Please respond to my other msg about not informing customers at the point of purchase about having to take faulty phones back to the manufacturer. This is crucial information that you do not share when signing a new customer up.

    @EE Hi David, as I mentioned, your team has already tried to repair my phone over the past 48 hours. Since they were not able to fix the problem, I was told I had to go to Apple in London to fix / replace it. What will be different next time?
