Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE I recently bought a 200gb standard offer and added a student discount. Email confirmation was sent and I called and they Kept telling me there’s an issue with the system and your student discount won’t work even though I have a screenshot receipt of it going through. (1)

@EE @mrpaulk I had the same connection issue, and followed this access method. It did not work for me, it just fails to connect a bunch of times, then says saved. Is there anything else you need to do?

Hi @EE your Live chat on the web appears to be down right now. Pay monthly customer approaching contract end and want to switch to a SIM only deal. All the ones on the App & web appear v uncompetitive. Is that all you have or any customer retention offers you keep quiet about?

@EE Free? But don't you have to "continue to invest considerably into [your] leading customer services and award-winning network"? I feel like £2 a day to receive emergency texts is fair and reflects the level of concern for your customers
