Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Hi I'm having some issues with the EE app and for some reason I try to buy data or top up it keeps coming up with error purchase. And it won't let me check my usage it constantly says error and I have updated the app uninstalled & reinstalled it still hasn't been solved.

I liked @EE so much I ordered their broadband, they've missed two appointments with no communications and now when I ring their helpline from an EE phone it hangs up. Not the best of starts, shame because your mobile service is excellent.
