@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@maroonFC @EE EE are refusing to respond to the issue. I know of about 20 people that have reported it and none of them have got any response off EE. It’s really peculiar 😡😡

@EE Hi Jenny, all fine now (I think). One of the devices appeared to have a problem with the VPN; I think the other one is faulty. One step forward, but at least the connection limit is out of the equation now!

I am on holiday in America using my @EE account on mobile which on international roaming but the reception with very slow with poor connection but 5G Samsung phone is awful over hear,this has killed holiday 👿
