    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @karleburford @EE Been like that since they took over Orange, I could get good signal with Orange, it’s only marginally better 15years ish later.

    @EE hi there. I appear to have lost the option to do an anytime upgrade. My account just shows time til early upgrade, yet it was specified that I could do it when I took the contract. Please help.

    @karleburford @EE It’s been like that since they took over Orange, I couldn’t get a signal in Stockwood 15+years ago, with Orange, only marginally better now.

    @Tommycoops @EE I never got notified last time either. Also when the switch was out of stock last year I was never notified either.
