Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE As an existing EE customer I would absolutely not recommend them. I have two contracts and I'm regretting it deeply. Their customer service is appalling and non existent. Stay away from these money grabbers

@EE Following on from my last tweet what is the quickest way of resolving this issue as my prior network provider contract ends tomorrow and I need access to data. There is physically no way of contacting @EE without having an ee number making it impossible.

@EE Hi, I upgraded in store but the phone I wanted wasn’t available. Now we’re in lockdown, everything has been cancelled. My bill is an extra £10 but I got none of the benefits of the upgrade. Can anyone help?
