@EE Trying to cancel an out-of-contract sim-only plan I gave to a relative who is now deceased. Due to lockdown I can't obtain the device to dial 150, there's no option in MyEE to cancel that plan with just a simple click (how odd is that), nor an online chat option. Suggestions?

@EE Got a text message looks like no phone service in Coventry for 3 days does that mean I get a refund for those days? Also the price increase of MSE is it the usual RPI price rise or more please?

@EE The MyEE app has never worked. It seems there is something wrong with the configuration of your device. Deleted data and cache, uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

Spent 3 hours now in a DM conversation with @TalkTalk (whilst tethering to @EE to enable said conversation) who whilst acknowledging the issue is their network related will not confirm that I won’t have to pay for an engineer to check the line. Mindboggling

@EE hi, I've got a 4gee WiFi device, it's with my Mum in her care home, so I don't have access to it. I've got a top up card, but wanted to buy a data pack online, and I can't figure out how to do it, you chat function wasn't much help.

furious that @EE have removed my discount 16 months into a 24 month contract. to then tell me it’s my fault because I didn’t reapply the discount 10 months ago, but have left it until now to tell me leaving me no option whatsoever to rectify it. awful customer service.
