@EE your technical support advised me some strange information today... 2 years ago I bought Apple Watch with a data plan on a 2-year contract (~£28/month). Now I was told that if I notify - I can go to £7/month plan, but if I don't - I will continue to pay £28. Isn't it weird?

Finally my @ee broadband is back up and running after being down since 5pm yesterday evening… though it appears they have zero idea why there customers had/have issues. So happy that my mobile is with @ThreeUK and that my data unlimited because hotspot was finally put to use.

@EE I mean I’m paying for a 5G contract and a 5G sim and I can’t get above 2 bars of 4G anywhere I go? Is that anything to celebrate? “The UK’s best 5g network” debating cancelling the contract

@EE I can’t seem to add my Perk code to my online account. I called customer services who also claimed not to be able to add it. This happened the last time I tried to update my code. Please help!
