    @peterg @EE I mean, I don't know. Is twitter the right way to get to high levels of customer service? I don't think so. Did it get flight refunds pronto, where calling and emailing had failed. I'm constantly surprised by social media for useful info and support.

    On too@of that @EE is another one my signal has been super low !! I swear all these big companies have been on their let’s scam people for as much as we can !! It’s getting ridiculous!!

    @EE extremely disappointed in EE fibre that they don’t offer a landline package. They are supposed the world’s best network, therefore, why no landline available?

    @EE @ShikariUnite Yep, having the same issue. App keeps telling me to log in, and to reinstall if issue persists (which I have). Same with the website put in email address, and click next, then page refreshes and asks me to put email in again, and so on. Thanks.
