@EE Hi Suzie, luckily one of your online chat colleagues sorted the upgrade for me as the website refuses to work. This definitely needs sorting as looking at your EE community page I am not the only customer with this issue. I have the EE app and get exactly the same issue there!

@EE Why should I have to waste time in a queue calling for you inadequacy? Your engineer turned up on Monday and luckily my other half could get home to meet him. The week before you came on the Wednesday when it was booked for Thursday and never told us so we missed apt spot
