    Can't believe after 18 years, I'm going to have to leave @EE because Virgin have a much better offer on their Broadband and TV - over a £15pm difference for like for like basis! Retentions unable to come down any more.

    What on earth are @EE doing…clearly a significant problem with European connections and yet they have not advised anything to customers, business users or otherwise. In France unable to call the U.K…an hour and waiting on the online chat or non-chat in this case…hopeless

    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

    @EE why is your roaming in Europe not working today ? I’ve called your service centre three times today. Wasted three hours and nothing was solved. I cannot make or receive calls. Disgraceful service.

    @EE Finally spoke to your unhelpful call centre. Utter shite. No fault on the line, yet I can’t hold a teams call with it lagging. Basically told tough ****. 🙃

    @EE Tried to also buy Amazon and Sainsburys gift cards, but both rejected this card. Unless this is sorted out I will be launching an official complaint.
