@EE Thank you for your messages Bob. As you can see, the issue here is there is no communication from @EE bothering to notify what its taking, why & when. Nevermind asking for customers authority/agreement/convenience. I look forward to hearing from you within the remaining 6 days.

@TommyDownSouth @EE They provided a phone that likes to just stop working so I can't receive calls unless it's rebooted. So basically paying for a service I can't use and they won't let me leave the. Contract.
