The agent I spoke to was unbothered and had no explanation for the delay. Look into this as for people with anxiety this is awful. Explain.

I'm on a wired connection yet everything is interrupting my Internet connection. Every game I play is lagging I get major packet loss and high ping. @EE I have been having issues for ages now and you keep blaming my stuff, yet the engineer today said it was a network issue.

@EE "expected dispatch within 24 hours" 3 days later and still no delivery date. Nearly as long as me saying I'll be 5 minutes. Never get my iPhone at this rate.
