Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE EE is shockingly more expensive than other networks. The service is terrible. And they’ll do anything not to help a customer!!! This is why I’m going to stop paying my bills as you are in beach of your service contract to me. But if I breached the contract it would hell to pay

@archersfan @EE Exactly and I'm considering leaving. I've been a loyal customer for 13 years and always rated their service 10/10 and in surveys and they are holding £36.06 of my money to ransom

Customer service levels for @EE are just diabolical. A simple change of direct debit date is simply beyond the realms of their capabilities. If I treated customers like them I’d be out of business, and the rest are no better, a simple choice of who’s the least ****.

@EE reporting outage at Lydd-On-Sea, Kent.. is this due to work being carried out or is there a fault? If it is due to maintenance is there an update on when the 4G service will return?
