  @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

  @EE I can’t log into my online account, it just times out. Are you aware of an issue? Secondly would my account details show the IMEI number of my iPad? I need to arrange a repair through Apple but I can’t proceed without the IMEI number so I’m totally stuck!

  @plusnet regarding scam callers on your mobile service (@EE) what can i do to cut this down. I must have been put on a list as i am getting daily calls, had about 5 today. I don't mind wasting scammers times, but it's getting a bit too much at the moment
