    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @laylahamidian @EE I’d move too Layla. An awful awful company who leave red marks on people’s credit files due to their own mistakes. AVOID EE at all costs. Their incompetence and then refusal to rectify will cost you dearly.

    @EE ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE FROMM EE TODAY!! Apointment arranged between 1-6pm today, half day taken from work, then receive a text saying sorry we missed our appointment- two phone calls to EE and guess what- cut off both times!!!

    @mickbrace @EE Hey Mick. I’d advise avoiding @EE They have some very shady tactics when the end of your contract comes around. They erroneously charge for services and then left a red Mark on credit file which they refuse to rectify. Customer services full of ‘computer says no’ types #EE #avoid

    @EE help! New iPhone 12 today. Part set up but no mobile days as I need a QR code? Don’t have one with the phone. It’s also stuck ‘loading’ apps but won’t compete. 😩

    @EE I have received an unlocking code from you for my Samsung s8, but now when I put a 3 sim card in, it's saying sim network pin blocked, please enter sim network puk. Please can you help?
