@frankers82 @EE I mean their prices are good, I have an iPhone 11 and a plan that has unlimited everything for £67 a month and I’ve not had a problem with them since joining

@JP_CAFC @EE @VodafoneUK Wouldn't recommend Vodafone. No internet for over 24 hours, no idea when it will be fixed. Pay for broadband speeds of 63mbps getting only 13 max, that's in London. The service is abysmal.

@EE Just spoken with Lisa at Greenock & she was a star! don't ever move from Greenock, those guys are by far the best customer service. other businesses could do with sending their customer service there for training. its the main reason I stay with EE. give that lassie a payrise

@BereniceMann @bt_uk @EE Oh it gets worse. I'm on the phone now with them and apparently the job went into the wrong queue (or something) and it's going to be at least another week. Trying to run a data-hungry business over mobile for another week. Garbage.

@EE when are you going to improve signal in Norfolk? Absolutely horrendous! We barely get phone signal half the time, let alone ever getting 4G or 5G in most places!

@EE 4/5 days of terrible and sometimes no signal at all- very poor and extremely frustrating especially as today you send me text telling your reducing my speed to 2 mbps

@santanderuk I recently called you as I bank with yourselves, I rang on 03 no but you changed it internally to 09 number which meant I got charged by ee that's shocking to treat loyal customers who bank with you (scam) @EE were good enough to refund some of call charges back
