Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE really disappointed with the service in Beverley I have struggling for months with a reception at my home - I work for a charity on an emergency support calling one day a week and I can’t ever take calls without loosing signal - can I cancel my husbands and mine contract pls?

@EE 4G speeds around Chester Le Street are ridiculously slow this morning. 2-3mbps. Restarted my phone a few times, removed and reinstalled the sim card, same outcome. 5G isn't connecting either.

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

@EE I’m a customer with you and the best you could offer for me was £72 a month minus £15 for a trade in or £57 a month without a trade in on another “deal” I’ve been a customer 9 years and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

@O2 how is it that my 1 bar of 4g on @EE is faster than your full bars of signal? What's the deal with this awful network speed? Totally regretting moving now :( most definitely a case of grass is greener. Really took @EE for granted :(
