@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE I have a payment problem and was told it was your error and it would be resolved. However nothing has been done and I cannot get through on the phone, This is my 2nd tweet not having had a reply to the first. My opinion of your customer service is sinking by the minute.

@EE No, it's a business line, that I've had for ages, don't want to cancel anything. Just want to transfer the eSIM to the physical SIM that I have. I'm told it's not possible on the phone

@EE what has happened to 4g / 3g in Voe, Shetland? Yet again crawling along at <1mbps up and down for the umpteenth time this year. Appalling for a so called 4g broadband service.

@EE could you please help? My iPhone 11 is showing no sim card installed so I reset network settings which solves the problem for a few minutes then reverts to no sim. I have also taken SIM card out and reinserted but I get the same result.
