    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @cjclerkin @TalkTalk @EE they was well helpful when my wifi broke, there customer service is really good!

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @ee moved house about 4 years ago and I’m still getting the previous owners correspondence to this address. I don’t have their contact details and have been told only way to stop it is for the named person on the account to update their address…how of I can’t contact them?! HELP

    @EE I absolutely will! Contrast to when I left Three where they misled me so outrageously that I ended up with £100 due to their dreadful customer retention tactics. Sadly, they were holding dear to those same tactics years later when a friend had the same experience. Never again.

    @EE hi Iam being charged for Apple Arcade but I have it free with my phone plan, I’ve just spoke to ee and he wants me to ring apple up?? Surely u provide my service so it’s down to u to sort surely??

    @EE is there any particular reason why I've been told that I'm unable to take out another contract with you until 30 days has passed from when my old one was cancelled? You've now lost a sale of a 24 month plan! What a stupid policy.

    Credit where credit is due. @ee have, without any fighting or unpleasantness, allowed me to break my mobile contract early as I was not happy about certain aspects of the service. Good customer service will not go forgotten.

    @EE No going to another provider as your prices kept rising and rising. To then remove the service I’m still paying for is outrageous and disappointing

    .@EE - changed my mobile service to you just 7 weeks ago and you've already written to me to advise a price hike on the year's contract I signed-up to. I know the contract stated you may have to increase in line with inflation, but after SEVEN WEEKS!

    @EE is pissed off with ee at the moment sending me out a letter saying sorry you cancelled your EE TV service it’s not me that cancelled it. It EE who have chosen to stop the service and didn’t even offer a Apple TV which should come free with my EE boardband ?
