    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    @ee hi, is there a problem with the network in the ka13 region, been struggling for a signal since yesterday, indoors and outdoors.

    @EE The WiFi didn’t drop or update during that time I had full strong WiFi signal at the time & it was after 12am so I don’t go outside the house, my data etc only just reset for this month at 12am

    @EE I keep losing my signal and 4/5g in my home. I've been with you for years and never had this issue. Recently switched the s21 but ot was ok until a couple of weeks ago. Any advice?

    @MartinSLewis @bbc5live @EE helped me and my wife with the monthly payment from the beginning of lockdown by reducing our payments by 50% great service from them we have been customers for a long time though

    @EE you should be disgusted. All your staff work their asses off during the pandemic. Huge numbers working from home putting their bills up and you refuse them a pay rise. Seems key workers mean **** all to the fat cats.

    @EE The worst experience that i ever had with a company . This is a company which doesnt respect anything and scams you into things that they dont ask you. My contract was renewed without my permision and now they are asking me for money to terminate it

    The recycling nightmare with @ee and @Brightstar continues. EE took £270 for a phone which I have returned. EE worst for upgrades ever.
