@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Yes and it works fine. We have already had three different engineers out to fix it. The 1st got the broadband back on, the 2nd got the speed up a bit (not to what we we're getting) but it dropped. The 3rd same but not as high as the 2nd and told us (1/2)

@EE So I'll pay the £100 but i want a new phone not refurbished seeing as thats what I'm paying for thanks jess I'd be happy for you to fix this one

@EE That basically the best connection they could get us on still had 80 errors and our speed is never going up to what it was, so we are stuck with speeds like this and you consider it fixed (2/2)

@EE am in Cyprus at the moment, data roaming and texts are working but can't make any calls, have checked all setting and can't find issue, is it something to do with the network? My husband's on EE too and is fine

A quick Twitter search of @EE and Towcester suggests their mobile phone signal has been poor to nonexistent in the town for years and they've done nothing to.improve it. This explains why my @Plusnet mobile service is dreadful.
