    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE is there still an issue with coverage in the ML7 area? Your website is saying this has been fixed but I’m still not able to access the internet, apps etc unless on my WiFi. Thanks

    @EE trying to cancel my broadband, no reply on dm & locked of account after i cancelled my mobile with you, so can't do online & can't get through on phone. Someone want to point me in the right direction!

    @EE can I speak to someone about unlocking my phone, your guys have messed me around for 2 days now, and none of the Network unlock or defreeze codes have worked, you have really trapped me in a corner and left me with a phone I can only use at home... what the hell is going on.

    @EE Total utter lies. The organisation I work for move all mobile account from you to Vodafone due to your poor coverage in that city. Booster units are not the answer either. Reporting this lying false ad! Disgraceful.
