    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone πŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒ

    @EE when I upgraded in January you removed my BT sport big screen add on, by mistake. two days ago I added it back on but today I’ve go to login (first time of checking) on the tv and it says I need to upgrade my subscription. Says it’s active on EE app add ons and via text.

    What's worse than being subjected to awful music on @EE's customer service line? The constant interruption telling me they're busy, and they're sorry I'm still on hold. JUST PLAY THE MUSIC!!!! I know you'll answer as soon as you're able πŸ™„
