@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@ChrisWall85 @EE I've had this issue for 6 months and they keep telling me the are doing work in the area. I'm going to guess we aren't in the same area. It's beyond a joke and they charge for a service you can't use. Make sure you ask for a refund

@EE You are sending threatening letters to my address meant for a former customer of yours who does not live here. There is no way for me to report this, apparently, by phone. Yet my credit rating will be affected by your failure to contact this person. What am I suppposed to do?

The only way to report your phone stolen to @EE and claim a new one on your insurance is to call them. Am I the only person that sees the issue with this process?!

@EE it’s me, hi, I’m the problem, it’s me 👋🏼 my iPhone is telling me my phone number is still the SIM card number as seen in the screenshot. Can I check to make sure it’s been switched to my old one I carried over please? Unsure that I’ve received any calls other than WhatsApp
