@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE hi there, I am in Kent and have been without internet for a few hours now, the diagnostic bot says there is an area issue but I can’t find any information about this area issue. Is it with EE or the Kent area generally? Any indication as to when it might be fixed? Thanks.

Ee wifi, @EE is a complete sham. They got £10 out of with the promise of a BT WiFi service. The signal, though full...cuts out every 5 minutes on all devices. How did the BT and ee wifi merge without Mp intervention? Ee is mobile data provider, they'll give you bad broadband

@EE there seems to be a major fault in the NR15 area with broadband, no updates nothing works and the mobile signal is pretty much useless too so no chance of using 5G to hotspot, what is going on and when will normal service be resumed

@EE Has anyone else experienced dreadful 😬 customer service from EE? Since I’ve been with them nothing but trouble, especially with TV package. It’s now the 4th month in a row that they have got my bill wrong. Despite numerous phone calls they still haven’t got it right! Help!!

@EE is there some reason that your service is down in the Clapham area again? Third outage in as many days and weeks. You'd turned off the 4g mast and have let the 5g mast become totally overloaded trying to compensate. Some customer service staff are honest! Fraudsters

@EE @ee ive just spoken with your complaints team they are horrendous and have no abilty to find a solution. Just lies, misinformation. Would have recieved more empathy and consideration from an AI bot. I'll be contacting the ombudsman
