Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

@EE over a week without any service again, regularly each month for the past 3 months. Each time I check it says fixed in 16hours, obviously just a standard message. Paying for reduced service but no offers of refunds although you know that you have an issue

@bt_uk I’ve spent five hours on the phone after initially calling to renew my contract. BT suggested that I switch to @EE for a great deal and now there’s multiple errors on my account and I can’t switch. I’m not being told it will take 5 working days to MAYBE clear the errors.
