@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

@EE by far the worst customer service I've ever received from any company! Six plus weeks without service and the past ten days I've been totally ignored. Their Executive Customer Resolution Team is a joke. Best to find a different mobile provider #EE

Hi @ee, I spent almost an hour on hold to you last Monday. Finally spoke to an agent who was going to do an investigation and call me back around Thursday. No call back! Been on hold for 20 mins today. Getting v annoyed. Tempted to just cancel and stick with O2!

@EE getting ridiculous now how much your network is going down in my area...5 days and counting I've had almost no service. Yet your website keeps saying "will be fixed in 16 hours" Surely some kind of refund is due, especially as I've missed important calls I was waiting for 🤨
