@EE your website and app are the worse I've ever used. Try upgrade website crashes. Try pay bill website crashes. Can never log onto app. Then I end up waiting 30 mins on the phone to speak to someone. This isn't just a one off its all the time. Fix it.

@EE are useless. They charged me 3 months of broadband when I had switched, "It looks like they didn't cancel your account..." so they closed my account and 'refund all the money you've been paying"... One MONTH later, still no refund... call them again...

Okay so I’m gonna try for a 3rd day in a row @EE my phone bill is wrong! The NHS discount was never applied! I need a response please!!!
