Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.
