Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@EE There is loads of issues UK wide from 10:30am, I’ve been on to EE since 10:30 this morning and they will arrange for an engineer to come out. At first it was brushed off that there’s an issue but after being on hold for nearly an hour they then seemed to recall there’s an issue.

This problem is above your agent's pay grade, in fact I don't understand why you have a customer service.
