    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @ee still not able to get a resolution through your DM - as I said I have lodged a formal complaint for this to be investigated. What I want to know is why my loyalty discounts have stayed with me throughout. Only to now be told now they will not follow me when I upgrade #London

    @EE an agent called to my house earlier to set up my iPhone upgrade. I’m wondering if it’s a faulty I phone?? It’s been ‘reconnecting’ to my old phone since 4.30 now!! Subsequently I have no phone to call tech support. Please help. Thanks.

    @EE how can I complain to you about text messages not coming over to the @SMARTYMobileUK network. They have tried to resolve it but are stuck. Anyone that's texts me from ee doesn't come to me. All other networks do... Smarty said contact you and ee support said contact Smarty.
