@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

@EE This isn’t my experience: I live in central Manchester and have two phones for work - one on the Vodafone network, and one on EE. Of the two, the EE coverage appears to be much more patchy.

Never again will I use @EE just spent an hour explaining to them my current contracts are crippling me only to be told in on a current contract and if I downgrade it will be detrimental financially also. Thanks guys for your concern! I’ve been with you ten years!!!!!

in collab with folks like Samsung & networks like @EE (also said they can't help). There's a very common scam it seems in dual sim phones, where only one imei is blocked by the networks. Everyday people are ripped off and the big tech companies just shrug their shoulders sadly.
