@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

Well @EE my smart hub is playing up yet again. I have emailed you as I don’t trust phone calls being acknowledged and being then agreed what was said on a call, bad experience from other companies. Again today I have to reset the smart hub to get the WiFi to work

I have just had THE LOVELIEST customer service experience with EE due to an error when I upgraded (out of contract) early last year. The woman called Kalli was an actual angel. She said she's leaving on Friday for a new job - hope you get her a nice leaving gift @EE!!
