@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@EE the fact that I contacted EE around 9am this morning to find some help and they still haven’t done ANYTHING at 1pm, confirms that I am going to use another provider. Clearly lots of complaints to be had if you only respond with a sentence once every hour!
