@EE I having problems making calls and receiving calls. Apparently there is a problem in our area with EE? Why have EE not notified us? I thought there was a technical problem with my phone. So frustrating.

Hi @EE I sent a phone via your recycle service, I’ve emailed and tried phoning the number for brightstar but haven’t heard anything. The phone was signed for on Thursday according to the special delivery tracking.

@EE reception in my area has been poor/non existent for 48 hrs now. Calls keep dropping out, no one can call me. Your website webchat is useless. You coverage checker says there's faults and it's being worked on, but it's been 48hrs now... Not good service
