@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@EE absolutely useless customer service. Trying to get advice on my phone and what upgrades are available and all I get is being put on hold and waiting 10 mins today and 12 mins yesterday. Fed up of waiting. Will take my business elsewhere. #awfulcustomerservice

  • ProfSMolyneux Prof Steve Molyneux (@ProfSMolyneux) reported

@EE. Why is the mobile industry so poor at supporting ESIM activation outside their territory. I had to transfer an ESIM from a damaged phone to a new one whilst outside the UK. Impossible. In future I will only purchase phones with the capability of two physical SIMs.

  • Serretiant Serretiant (@Serretiant) reported

@RunawayLobsterr @EE Our Internet provider contract was ending start of this yr, and we looked to switch to EE we dealt with constant push backs of the Full Fibre being installed 4 Months this continued, we ended up getting a better deal with the current provider never again dealing with EE.

  • Sam_TH Samantha (@Sam_TH) reported

@EE since the outage this week I have not been able to open natwest online banking on my phone. Natwest say all is ok on their end. Any ideas? I’ve cleared cache etc and not opening at all

  • FreakyPatty Patricia Young (@FreakyPatty) reported

@EE is there any reason why my two previous tweets to you have been ignored? You would be quick enough to reply if I stopped paying my bills or decide to move to another provider. Cannot access my account since that big outage with Azure.

  • IanDavo1972 Ian Davidson (@IanDavo1972) reported

@EE Disapointing upgrade service. iPad ordered online on 23/10, called you on 27/10 to make sure contact no. was correct for DPD PIN. Was assured all ok, but delivery attempted on 29/10 with no PIN received. Called again, delivery date 31/10. Now told it’s been returned to EE?

  • dingdingR1 pru (@dingdingR1) reported

@EE I never expected the plug but I did expect a box and lead with a brand new contract

  • Ricker666 Richard Devine (@Ricker666) reported

@RunawayLobsterr @EE Yeah there's some kind of rule that extends support for an extra year but only from the exact point of sale. So for example with an iPhone issue I had, they'd sort it out, but I had to go back to the Apple Store in Meadowhall. Pretty sure it should still apply.
