EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • a1exh alexh (@a1exh) reported

@physicsufo @EE @NEUnion It's just part of the annual dance we do with our suppliers. Threaten to cancel your contract. Ask for the best deal they can do. They will offer you a special deal at the same price as last year. If not switch to BT Mobile, it's EE, plus you're a new customer so big discount 2/2

  • SethBennnett7 Seth Bennett (@SethBennnett7) reported

@EE is the app down wont let me make a payment

  • Ex_Uknova Gary MacKenzie (@Ex_Uknova) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE Poor you, GBNews not paying for it now and the contract you bought into was a bit beyond your means, with a company that lies about its service area, tough luck mate .... cry more

  • Dave713 David Brearley (@Dave713) reported

@EE lovely new price increases in line with inflation 😳. How the f**k can you justify an £11.20 price increase for one month usage of your lines? I want it broken down for me where the extra charges are incurred pls?

  • theredflash11 TheЯedFlash - Local Cecilia Simp (@theredflash11) reported

@EE it seems your login system is down? It won't let me login at all, the button doesn't do anything

  • Jpd54ish JP (@Jpd54ish) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE Mine is only going up £3, but then I don't spend all day online talking crap.

  • PeterJ2o PeterJ2o (@PeterJ2o) reported

@EE this will be my 4th day without mobile data here in Cambridgeshire, any idea when you're gonna fix whatever is going on?

  • AdemolaWalcott Never say Never (@AdemolaWalcott) reported

I’m definitely leaving @EE after my contract ends by September. All you do is rip masses off. The fact that your service is expensive and then you have to increase the price is wickedness. It’s not only you that this inflation is affecting. Absolutely ridiculous #EEpriceincrease

  • JasonBe24873949 BeachLife (@JasonBe24873949) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE Never known companies actually contractually linking any price increase to the rate of inflation (Three do the same). Inflation is made up of a basket of items. This is just price gauging and most will just accept it. Shop around it’s not that difficult to move these days.
