If your thinking of upgrading with @EE don’t bother!! Absolutely shocking customer service!! To which the guy I am currently on the phone said his colleague deserves a slap for giving me the wrong information. And the manager even refused to speak to me!! Embarrassing

27 years with @O2 (starting with Cellnet then Cellnet Digital) decided to move to @EE. Did @O2 ask why a long-standing customer might be leaving? Was there anything they could do to change my mind? No, nothing. Gives the impression they don't really care about their customers...

Okay @EE - as your call handler claims that front line call handlers deal with all complaints, who do I complain to about the rude, aggressive and sarcastic nature of your call handler? No point asking a colleague to do it. Are the any managers to take responsibility?

@EE On your website, it suggests I use 0800 9566000 to contact you from a non EE phone. Then the message asks for an EE number, rejecting any non EE phone. Which number should I call and did Kafka design your customer service team?

@EE Definitely have to get ombudsman involved or something to investigate the fraud on a massive scale by EE, can’t be legal to overcharge massively every single customer
