@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

Well that was **** I have a fold 2 had it for 1 year 2 monthson a 2 year contract. So took it in to @ee as my main screen was pealing off the manager said it was a comin fault with them they refused to repare it as they said it was out of warranty.what a joke they are

@EE I’ve been without internet all day ! But it’s like they said the other day when I rang them they don’t guarantee signal. Now they don’t guarantee internet which apparently I used 100 gig of in 24 days I must have been using my personal hotspot for the NW

@Stevieboys7 @EE I’m on 4G and it went to 3G then nothing and later I saw where the EE logo is said EE EDGE and next to the signal strength I got E, even with 3G I couldn’t get on the internet I could text my son and called him his phone is on my plan he said his fine

@EE Any chance of getting a signal in my back garden ? Live 3 miles from Aberdeen. Have EE WiFi router and business phone but can't get a signal in Back garden ? You managed on a mountain top and yes I have router in best place but even WiFi calling is a joke 🤔

@EE Most reliable network in the UK never had this with 3, o2 or Vodafone. Not good guys considering you're much more expensive. No more network envy.
