    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @EE just taken out 2 new SIM only contracts with you. Spoke with a customer service agent called Lauren Mallett based in South Wales. What an absolute star, she is a credit to your company, please reward her for being so amazing! 🌟 she’s due to have a baby 👶🏻 in January 💖

    @EE How many times am I having to do this? How often do I need to do this? When are you gonna start looking after your customers? These types of calls are becoming harassing. If you are not gonna offer a suitable resolution then I would be looking to cancel my contracts

    Come on @EE you need to do better .. I spent 58 mins on the line getting 5 lines upgraded only to find out the agent screwed up after making another 48 minute call to support, now I'm on hold with Channel Returns for 50 mins and THEN I have to call upgrades again .. seriously

    @EE DM’d ages ago. I need help! How will I know when my trade in has been returned and the money added to my account? It was accepted by tracked Royal Mail on the 20th and I’ve had no update since!! I’m not being charged £200 if you’ve lost my phone.

    @EE ordered a new phone on Friday. Sim card came on Saturday. Called today. 1 hours the call was total, to be told they never sent the phone.
