    @OpenreachHelp @BritishTelecom The accidental heros of this story are @EE . Less than 24 hours of speaking to them on the phone (and they answer < 2 mins ), a 4G Wifi box was here, ready to go. If I had a solid 5G signal here (it's intermittent), I'd go with them in a flash now just to reduce my blood pressure

    @EE Thanks for the reply. I've managed to sort it this morning & call EE this morning. She has a new phone & SIM arriving Monday. V Good service today but elderly find the lack of access to stores difficult

    @EE sent my phone to get the screen repaired, got told it is a customer faulty without an explanation how its my fault, just got the phone back not repaired but the screen is now more damaged :)
