Can't wait till I can move house and join a different ISP @EE have been terrible constant drop outs and router resets I shud be charging them for my time spent trying to sort out the issues if you can't supply a service then 1/3

Worst customer service from @O2 today. Pushy salesperson +++. You would have had a customer buying a new apple watch today but seen as though you call me ‘stupid’ for not upgrading my phone (which is a 3 year contract which *you* provide) at same time I’ll think I’ll go see @EE

@EE for the last week we have had intermittent broadband issues , the modems red lights flash for some minutes b/b down, then returns to green. Can’t find any issues with EE. London N11 , any maintenance work being done please ?
