Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@TroubleDads No I didn't get the gov.t alert either, but good old @EE 's signal had gone off once again (a regular ocurrence) in my area!
