    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    Hi @EE My broadband line has dropped 8-12 times in the last 24 hrs for no apparent reason, this is an ongoing issue that no engineer seems to be able to fix or even see... I'm struggling to work from home because of this and the earliest you can send an engineer is in 2 weeks?!

    Warning for anyone thinking of getting a phone from @EE If they decide the offer on their website isn't valid anymore, they'll tell you you can't get it. Even when you literally have email confirmations of you making the order. Absolutely terrible customer service

    @bt_uk @EE BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not me

    My wife upgraded a phone which is I phone 12 max pro 512gb. Ordered to @EE nearly 2months ago. The estimated delivery date was 4-10 January. Still haven’t received the phone. Call customer service. They said they don’t know when we will receive the phone. Don’t know what to do.
