My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. I don't think that's legal but means I will need to sever my @BT contact completely. At this point there has still been no equipment delivered.

There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot
