My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were “lost” and they matched the original offer.
