@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE I've resolved the problem. That wasn't the point. If you are trying to call customers and your outbound number of coming up as spam then you have a systemic issue that you should raise with your Director of customer success (or equiv).

@EE The update on the delay is specific for iPhone 13 pro max models. My model is the iPhone 13 pro. Why is it that all my family & friends have received their phones & I haven’t? They are the same model! The communication from EE has been poor.

Difference between @EE’s customer service over the phone and in store is immense. Different answers to the same questions. Over the phone is professional and helpful, in store complete opposite.
