Lara (@EtchesLara) reported@EE my data keeps dropping in and out, even though it says I have 5G! As well as my signal. Is there some sort of issue I’m not aware of?

-
simon withers (@KalEl_WBS) reported@EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

The Fulham Oracle (@TheFulhamOracle) reported@EE are useless honestly, they mail over the broadband kit to manually set up, you plug it all in and then it just flashes orange continuously. Awful service.
-
Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reportedIf any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
-
philiprlittle (@philiprlittle) reported@EE Hello. Already done that thanks and there was zero interest. Also, I'd be careful about commenting on being the best, I've never know it as bad for phone signal or non-existant data.
-
WaveyDavey001 (@WaveyDavey001) reportedHad to call @EE twice for two separate issues today. Both call centre operatives listened, were polite and helped quickly. Massive improvement on when I dealt with BT previously. Well done EE I’d moan if you were bad so credit where credit’s due. 👏👍
