    @EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

    @EE No she’s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but it’s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

    Huge thanks to @EE for suspending the kids mobile service 2 days before Xmas to force a payment of £235 for fraudulent payments. They know it’s in dispute with @MicrosoftUK but despite it being escalated, weeks on with no resolution. Merry Christmas to both organisations 👍🏻

    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    @EE what a joke brought a new I phone it’s not working ee not interested say it’s apple responsibility,contract with ee not apple only had it 3 months will not be renewing my contract and we have 4 phone’s with them there loss DONT GO WITH EE

    @EE wish you would sort out a signal for cleethorpes,the service is utterly appalling,would get better internet from rubbing two sticks together

    @EE Heya, recently got FTTP installed (it's awesome) but with one fairly major issue. I keep getting new IP addresses. Sometimes it's doesn't do it for a few hours, but it is doing it multiple times a day and interrupting calls etc.

    @EE How many times am I having to do this? How often do I need to do this? When are you gonna start looking after your customers? These types of calls are becoming harassing. If you are not gonna offer a suitable resolution then I would be looking to cancel my contracts

    @EE ordered a new phone on Friday. Sim card came on Saturday. Called today. 1 hours the call was total, to be told they never sent the phone.

    @EE awful customer support! I’ve tried calling for 3 days straight to cancel a contract and the phone line cuts off after I go through the whole process as there ‘isn’t enough operators’ !!

    Irritation is very bad marketing. I've gone from "once I can log in to @EE I'll check out their contracts" to "baleful glare". PAYG so far worked well for me but I'm open to better options.
