    @EE No she’s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but it’s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

    @EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

    Huge thanks to @EE for suspending the kids mobile service 2 days before Xmas to force a payment of £235 for fraudulent payments. They know it’s in dispute with @MicrosoftUK but despite it being escalated, weeks on with no resolution. Merry Christmas to both organisations 👍🏻

    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    @EE got charged for calling VM while roaming, which my roaming pass covers (as per your website). After managing to navigate the maze that is 150, I talked to an agent who said they'd investigate. After hanging up, I get a text saying my case is closed. Fantastic service... sigh

    @EE further to earlier post. Rang 150 spoke to guide. Pass appears to be active. Talked me through selecting network. Done that. Says I'm registered on network. Still can't get online. You're ruining my holiday. Spent £25 and more that 6 hours on this. Just refund the money.
