@EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

@EE No she’s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but it’s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

Huge thanks to @EE for suspending the kids mobile service 2 days before Xmas to force a payment of £235 for fraudulent payments. They know it’s in dispute with @MicrosoftUK but despite it being escalated, weeks on with no resolution. Merry Christmas to both organisations 👍🏻

@ttb_backagain @MarinaPurkiss @EE Don’t write them a letter to dismiss them; I did it once when I wasn’t happy with the service I got and I was charged for the acknowledgement letter. They’re not all like that. I recently got 20min free consultation about will writing. I tried to pay but they wouldn’t have it.

@EE I don’t need to check. I spoke to someone at EE around two weeks ago and they confirmed both masts weren’t working. You call yourself the UKs number 1 network but can’t provide a service to not just myself but other EE customers in the area

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I had a similar experience after travelling by ferry to Belgium. My phone had logged onto the maritime network and itv was £££/Mb itv showed on my bill as data used in the USA which was clearly impossible after a bit of tooing and froing EE gave me a refund. Tbf their CS is 👍

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Look up @dshensmith on YouTube (black belt barrister) he's literally just put out a video on this yesterday I think. He's been having the same issue with another provider.
