    Huge thanks to @EE for suspending the kids mobile service 2 days before Xmas to force a payment of £235 for fraudulent payments. They know it’s in dispute with @MicrosoftUK but despite it being escalated, weeks on with no resolution. Merry Christmas to both organisations 👍🏻

    @EE No she’s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but it’s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    @EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

    Hey @ee love it if you stopped having customers subject to cloning calls or whatever where numbers very similar to mine are calling me then texting saying I called them. Will be changing providers when my contract is up. Don’t want to hear this is a general issue (1/2)

    @EE Hi Mickey, I purchased this separately and wasn't included as part of a damage cover/insurance scheme. Can't say I'm very happy with the product. The case included is okay but I'm really not happy with the screen protector that was included.

    @EE I have had to cancel my broadband due to an ongoing fault that has been there for a year and in the past few months I have contacted and had no resolution, saying that my last contact a few days ago doesn't entitle me to free cancellation, and the ones prior are void.
