    @JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

    @JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

    @EE Ignored completely, now really looking forward to the call in a month to cancel EE after 10years of £50pm and an extra line took on this year on top of that

    So 2 hours on a chat with @EE regarding my mobile phone. Didn't want the expensive option, so was then offered the cheapest option!🤦Customer service then terminate the call as I didn't respond in under 8 minutes?! 2 hours of my time wasted - rubbish! @EE_Complaints

    I was told i was going to have a call back in two occasions. I am yet to receive a call. This is beyond a joke now. This has been happening for 3 weeks...I was still charged extra for some reason? I’ve never had any problems with @EE but this has been a frustrating experience.

    @EE I’ve been having a problem with my landline for 3 weeks now. I’ve called about 5 times already and they all keep saying it will be fixed in the next 2-3 days but it hasn’t. I’ve seen that I’ve been charged £20 extra despite not being able to use my landline and wifi properly.

    @EE a little help! I want to cancel the plan I took out for my smart watch. I've just gone through your phone menu system twice (got lost the 1st, not sure I was right the 2nd time tbf) and then got cut off just as I got to a person 🙄 Is there an address I can write to instead?
