@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

Wow! New nightmare. Tried to leave @EE for @O2 .... It's been 3 weeks and no SIM card still and O2 are already billing me. Called to cancel and they say they can't authenticate me as the last digits of my bank acc aren't correct? Funny as that's where you took my money from! Ugh

@EE customer service is awful. I've never experienced such frustration trying to order a product. Nobody is informed and the amount of friction attempting to do basic things is utterly horrendous.

@EE tried to purchase a s22 ultra during black friday, item was on back order and I used a 30% friends and family code. The order got cancelled as it wasnt in stock and now my code doesnt work and I cant get the phone at the black friday pricing.

@gj4man @zsk @EE Exactly same problem. Had response from highest EE call centre level, stating 100% nothing to do with them and due to Google. Must admit hard to beleive ais if put in different network sim card, works fine! Waiting for response from Google Tech support....
