    @EE please help... we’ve had intermittent WiFi for 3 weeks. It was due to be fixed today but didn’t go ahead. I’ve now nearly used all my data. EE is my phone provider & broadband. Heeeelp please!!

    @EE Still receiving the slowest reception for many years. My work phone on ID is much faster. I don’t get 4G never mind 5G. Twitter clips buffering, Facebook clips buffering. Too frustrating to bother. Lots of network envy.

    @EE I have a question, why did I hear from my bank about a price rise with @EE yet I've heard nothing from you? Plus a recommendation from them to explore options. A loyal customer service? Due to upgrade but definitely shopping around now.
