@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@EE Hi thank you for your response. I purchased the contract whilst in store at curry’s however the router I have doesn’t project the wifi very well which is why I wish to cancel the contract. I thought cooling off period was law?

.@EE's insistence on breaking the law by refusing to let me exercise a legal right to exit my contract after their higher-than-inflation price hike is... interesting, to say the least. Guess I'll cancel my direct debit and see what @Ofcom and @OmbudServices have to say to them🤷
