Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

@EE Hi Bob I gave up. Needed to know prior to a 500 mile drive which I've just finished. The app and web site told me I had no data text or minutes but the SMS service when you text balance to 150 had correct figures. There's a glitch somewhere

@EE @RichardKennedy There are no issues that you’re aware of? There are loads of tweets going back about 5 days with people having the exact same issue. Some of them have been replied to so claiming you’re unaware of an issue is just a lie.

Dropped my phone. Small dent in back of phone. Not affecting camera or anything. EE @EE have tried to charge me £600 to fix. You'd think being with ee for 15 years would count for something.

Hi @EE. I got a new Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra a few months ago. Its come to my attention that when sending SMS messages, they come from a completely different number than my registered one. Could you help at all please?
