@EE Hi I have insurance on my apple phone. Its just stuck on the black screen with an apple on it. Just won't come on is the problem. Do I contact the insurance with ee for this or contact apple? Thanks

In all seriousness @EE, 3 days to fix a mobile network outage really ain’t great when you’re being relied on to provide a service more than ever. Have just had to cancel multiple meetings for the remainder of the week.

@EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?
