    Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

    Well done @EE for raising my bill over 14% !! Wish I could get that as a pay rise. Might have to consider a move after being a customer for years. Firms should be having a think about the amount they put the prices up.

    @EE A week later and they've now closed my complaint with no further contact from yourselves whatsoever, and I'm still unable to upgrade. Luckily I can vote with my feet and just move away. Way to go @EE ! 👏👏👏

    @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.
