Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

@EE ‘We will send an engineer to come round and fix your internet’. Engineer comes round and says there’s no problem, another engineer comes and checks outside, says it fine. So why do I have no broadband? Don’t ever get EE broadband. Pathetic

Wow @EE I find out you’ve had me on the wrong tariff and over charged me by 50% since July. How many more customer have had this? And your customer service rep initially said I was mistaken until I found my order and mapped it to the bill. Awful

@EE Any chance of getting a wider range of phones? Your range is a bit ... Anaemic. Such as Xaiomi, Nokia 8.3, one plus .. etc lots out there. I'm due an upgrade but might need to jump ship to another network
