    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @EE can anyone help me with a query, I keep getting letters to my home address for people who don't live here. I have sent one back with return to sender. I have just got in from work to find 2 more letters. It is beginning to get annoying!

    @EE Don't bother with this guys. Any issues with the screen and samsung and your network will fob you off. This is the last @SamsungUK product we will ever buy after 20 years of loyalty. Stuck with a 2k paperweight now.

    @EE Naa its a dinosaur,its already obsolete,and the fact your trying to tie people down to a contract on that junk handset is rather disgusting,by the time their contract runs out it will be 4 years older than the current model

    @EE Well it's still a bit of a mystery as it seems the data was used despite my phone saying otherwise and me having done nothing with mobile data but it's sorted, thanks (via EE's help chat) and the person provided back 2gb to my account.
