    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @EE ....signal in my house is horrendous again!! Have had to invest in a "land line" as it's that bad. I'm having alot if phone calls from hospital at the moment and cant finish a conversation as it's constantly cutting out. My partner has spoke to Paul in technical support back

    @ShackHull @Carl_Thompson @EE Itโ€™s been awful right in the centre of Hull for months now. I work just 2 mins from Smith and Nephew. Wouldnโ€™t expect it to be so bad!

    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi โ€˜home web โ€˜ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ยฃยฃ on โ€˜in home connectivityโ€™ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @EE hi there - I am very very disappointed- I am in Prague and switched on data roaming for the day pass (total 4 days) and it has not worked - have followed all Instructions- switched phone on/off and no luck - it has caused nothing but problemsโ€ฆ.

    @O2UK did I get a good deal because I can't get reception pretty much anywhere? Switched from @EE and frankly devistated. Had no idea EE were that far ahead of you in terms of network coverage.... (Took ages posting this because of the rubbish network ..)

    @EE should be criminally prosecuted as they evidently failed to do anti money laundering & address checks on a Mrs Susan Burne who EE claim lives at my home! I live at my home & this fraudster never lived at my home! EE REFUSED to get fraud team to phone me! EE sucks!

    @dcr_1999 @EE I had issue when I tried to change my kids contracts to sim only, tried online spend cap limit reached, went in store same, even though I was trying to spend less than currently was. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.

    @EE Iโ€™ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when Iโ€™m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??

    @EE #billing Check your bills with EE!! After 39 years with BT we switched to EE in June. Never had any inaccuracies in my bills with BT. Ever since switching every bill has been wrong! Staff are friendly and helpful and sort it out but this shouldnโ€™t happen.
