EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
John (@j199024) reported@EE Your broadband service is horrendous. £120 per month for Internet and TV and if the Broadband doesn't work literally shuts everything down for hours at a time, horrendous.
-
Dave Pettey (@DavePettey) reportedService is steadily getting worse and still no support. Getting random Internet outages daily now for anywhere from 10 minutes up to 40 minutes currently. Yet assure me there is nothing wrong. @EE
-
Allan (@banx82) reported@j199024 @EE It goes down every month. I’m sick of them, I was with sky for 20 years and can’t remember the internet ever going down. I’ve been with @EE for 2 years and it goes down every month. Also it’s nowhere near as fast as they claim
-
Mark H (@Lordylord) reported@EE your tnt sports activation process is virtually non existent online. Wasted 45mins of my life before resorting to having to wait in queue for telephone support (god knows how much more waiting is needed there)
-
C.A.T. (@CATMANU79) reported@bmstewart2004 Was with @EE who are ****. Just left them for @Virgin £91.99 for e'thing+1gb. Was stuck in a 2yr contract after being forced to switch from BT. Was paying £118.99 for 38mb broadband and ltd. tv service, FTTP not available til this yr, tried to lure me to stay with FTTP. Do one.
-
John (@j199024) reported@banx82 @EE Same here. I never had any issue with Sky broadband.
-
Daily Thoughts 🤷🏻♀️ (@dailythought99) reported@EE how do you justify £300 charges in one go to cancel wifi a bit earlier? You are money grabbing and have 0 ethics. I will never recommend you to anybody and will make sure everyone is aware how you operate as a business
-
Michael Cryne (@michael_cryne) reported@markgregory_ @EE They’re a decent network but their sales operation is disgusting. That’s why I never accept their sales calls. I want everything in writing.
-
Findo Gask 🎗️🇬🇧🇮🇱 (@gask_findo) reported@WirralRanger @EE Almost every big company is a pain in the arse for customer service. From personal experience I exempt Sky tv and @firstdirect as being pretty decent. Virgin is awful.
-
Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported@EE Why have I got to keep on calling? Surely good customer service would look at the number of complaints about the poor broadband and then propose a solution? Oh and also take into account the number of times I’ve called during the course of the complaint as well as accept fault
