    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @lauraMH91 @EE That's ridiculous, surelythey must cover the full month? I'm at the Ombudsman stage, but they are not helpful either. I had to leave EE and join another network.

    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    @EE can anyone help me with a query, I keep getting letters to my home address for people who don't live here. I have sent one back with return to sender. I have just got in from work to find 2 more letters. It is beginning to get annoying!

    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @_NFFCJosh @EE frustrating. downdetector is reporting it. my issue my downstream fibre (installed 6months ago) has gone from 900Mb to 60Mb. whilst my upstream is still 70Mb and i dont know if its to do with their "app" issues and knock on effect or my end. i've rebooted all and its the same

    @EE I can do that but I terminated the call. In the meantime I have a problem of getting sensible information from EE about my broadband. There is a complete disconnect there over assisting me. Your Guides are limited in what they can do to assist. How do we progress this?

    @EE Iโ€™ve tried calling you - no one seems able to help me. BT say I donโ€™t owe them any money. Your broadband didnโ€™t work in my new house, I returned the equipment and cancelled the contract in good time.

    @EE Checked all the locations Iโ€™ve been and thereโ€™s apparently no issues. Iโ€™m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when Iโ€™m paying for a service!!

    @robbopalmer @EE Was out of contract after 8 years,and I've binned them off after a charade where a fibre order was cancelled 3 times coz Openreach CBA. Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was ยฃ10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.
