    @EE ....signal in my house is horrendous again!! Have had to invest in a "land line" as it's that bad. I'm having alot if phone calls from hospital at the moment and cant finish a conversation as it's constantly cutting out. My partner has spoke to Paul in technical support back

    @ShackHull @Carl_Thompson @EE It’s been awful right in the centre of Hull for months now. I work just 2 mins from Smith and Nephew. Wouldn’t expect it to be so bad!

    @EE how is it that on @UswitchUK I can get a better upgrade deal on the Uswitch website, as apposed to your customer service team? 6 years, 2 contracts and I feel the need to leave to get a better deal.

    @EE and @HBO - if you offer a free trial to customers then don't charge people for it when they sign up. We even called customer services and lo and behold - we get charged. Terrible behaviour.

    @EE just had someone at our door from EE talking about cables being replaced, slow internet speeds, who we’re with. He had ID. said no when asked if he was trying to sell smth. he clearly was. In LL65 postcode and he asked for phone no. Can you shed some light on what this was?

    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp for nearly a MONTH. Told it’s “escalated” but no progress, no accountability, no communication. Completely unacceptable. Next step: formal complaint, compensation claim & escalation to Ofcom if not resolved immediately Pt2

    @GBNEWS I've been with @EE for years, if they ration or bump up prices, kiss goodbye to alot of customers who will go elsewhere, I already know deals are available for same package at near half the cost, these companies are also not threatening to ration our signal, wtf EE?

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

    @EE you suck!! you keep threatening to call within 15 minutes. It’s been over a month now! When I’m having issues with text messaging it’s pathetic to keep sending me messages I can’t respond to! Who the hell does you use cases Its an AI loop from hell
