    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi β€˜home web β€˜ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on β€˜in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    @EE ....signal in my house is horrendous again!! Have had to invest in a "land line" as it's that bad. I'm having alot if phone calls from hospital at the moment and cant finish a conversation as it's constantly cutting out. My partner has spoke to Paul in technical support back

    @EE really bad experience today. Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. Just got an automated text: sorry we missed you book another appointment

    Why is it I reside 12 miles North from the centre of Cardiff and have 2 sim cards in my phone on different networks but only receive a 5G and 4G signal? I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. I am guessing there are still insufficient 5G masts outside of Cardiff. @EE @tescomobile

    @EE Five weeks now and I’m still not receiving the service I’m paying for - there have been broken promises and the latest is this β€œHi from Charlotte at EE. I've scheduled to call you back at 8:00 on 29/8/2026. Please give me up to an hour to call you. Thanks.” So the promise of an 8am call back is now anywhere between 8 and 9 am - you are all πŸ’©

    @GillRaeWalker @LeilaniDowding @EE Conventional PSTN is being shut down. Conventional landlines are now delivered over your broadband connection. Your conventional telephone plugs in to the router and voice calls are digital Broadband connection may be fixed wireless access but this has got nothing to do with WiFi
