Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

@DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

@EE If your with EE and it say you have unlimited text it's untrue because they only give you 300 a day this is what we has told me so I do don't get envy because my network lets me send how many I want I used to send over a thousand a day.

@EE ridiculous! Been going on since Oct. Update on M28.The site has been damaged by recent bad weather. Once it's safe for our engineers to work there, we'll get them started on fixing it. We will next update you on 7 March.

@EE are there broadband issues in London W12? Max download speed 14Mbps upload is 11Mbps. I have speeds usually in excess of 50-60Mbps. This has gradually gotten worse over the last few weeks/months. Any ideas? Had a line test 2 weeks ago, no issues...
