I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

Apparently, @WeAreOpenreach is yet to fix whatever problem there is in my neighbourhood and EE doesnβt seem to have any alternative solution for those affected. Weβre stuck in a limbo.

Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didnβt get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!
