-
Carole Hawkins (@hawkins_carole) reported@EE What the heck are you playing at now - a text message to be sent every time one wants to see emails and you state send text to the email address you can't get into without the passcode - what idiot in your company dreamed this mess up.
-
peter bruce🐟 (@peterbruce) reported@EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .
-
🍭 (@dancetillwedi3) reported@EE your customer service is terrible. Your representative was extremely pushy and made me feel uncomfortable when I tried to cancel my wifi. The process is also extremely difficult for no reason
-
Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) reported@DinaGlyphs @EE Hi Opeyemi, I'm very sorry about the issues caused by the outage at the moment - we'll be working to resolve this ASAP to restore services to all impacted properties. We'll be updating the outage notes for all providers to review, please keep in touch with your provider (1/2)
-
Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported@EE This doesn’t help. There is no guidance advice just a vague claim. I cannot trust the information provided. I was offered a call from EE, I provided my details and have heard nothing. Given the size of your organisation this all reflects very poorly.
-
Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported@EE why is always the last year of a contract and network goes to crap. The new pro always promise the network is going to get better so people get a new contract with you when you’re talking absolutely nonsense.?
-
Clodagh Beckham (@clodaghkeane) reported@EE I have already spoken to multiple ‘customer service’ agents and lodged multiple complaints but EE fail to follow up with me, do not reimburse me (multiple empty promises!) and close my complaints as ‘resolved’ within 24hrs despite no follow up and zero resolution. Disgraceful!
-
DragonsofWales (@DragonsofWales) reportedShout out to @EE for wrecking thousands of people’s WiFi routers with their latest firmware update and, in their usual style, doing nothing to fix it. Don’t bother replying to this, EE. I am done talking to you. Time for us all to vote with our wallets.
-
anthony ricketts (@ajricketts82) reported@EE absolutely terrible. 4 out of the last 7 days our internet has dropped out. Shocking service
-
Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported@EE 0r bt or whatever they call themselves- equally as useless as each other. It’s taken me all day today trying to get connected to a service. Spoke to the Guide three times and got cut off each time issue not resolved. I do really need it sorted quickly or I’m off the sky
