    @EE we are having problems sorting out a supposed unpaid bill of my daughters, and are being batted 🏏from one dept to another with no resolution....Can anyone take ownership of this and help get it sorted ???? It’s really worrying her.

    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @ThePollitt Had mine three week’s ago… …where are all my upgrades! @ee can’t give me any friggin’ signal at home. Their broadband is 💩!!

    @EE Apparently for service lost for whole week to my business EE think a £25 credit is acceptable. No warning, no help really just telling us to use WIFI. I was given a number to complain. That proved pointless. I'll have to wait for the contract to expire. Are they all like this?

    @EE what a let down!Upgraded 2 phones yesterday from iPhone 6 to iPhone 12. EE operator didn’t mention that when the phones arrived I wouldn’t be able to charge them. Apparently I have to spend more money & buy a charger. @joelycett I feel this needs your special attention 😱

    @johnnywebster72 @EE How odd, definitely an EE problem! If you both use Apple Music you may find it more cost effective to change to Apple Music Family instead. £14.99 for up to six people in your family (if just two people use it, it’s already cheaper than two separate plans).
