Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

Dear @EE Both your broadband & mobile services are utter rubbish. Thought you couldn’t possibly be worse than the @BT & @VodafoneGroup solution we had previously. I was wrong! Honestly don’t care how you react. Soon as I can, I shall be swapping away…

@paul_miller78 @EE @O2 deffo building dependent, in one of my places of work ALL providers get poor signals and in the other NO NETWORK gets a signal! and one of the buildings is a new build And has little concrete on it (bar on the floor)

phoned @EE yesterday to see why my signal in work is so bad and was told the concrete was too thick to go through. Im working on a new apartment tower with windows in it and on level 21, im not working on a concrete bunker.

Big thanks to Cameron at @EE complaints. He has resolved my issue in one quick phone call. It shouldn’t take a complaint to resolve the issue but it’s done now.
