Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. I have an 8pro and have constant disconnects and have to reset the WiFi all the time. No one seems to have a solution.
