Nikki (@shortyn2201) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). EE sales agent matched cheaper - EE fibre max 300 with smart wifi £52 without smart is £42 (loyalty discounts). Agreed to £52. Connection, no discs, wrong hub, wrong tariff, no service, EE charging!
