I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). Thieves put multiple Google Play purchases onto my account and despite speaking to SIX customer service agents, EE fail to resolve. Disgraceful!
