  @EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

  @EE Hi, the issue isn't the offer, which was an EE One discount code, which I obviously can't share on an open forum. The issue is that in the trade-in section on the app and your website, Samsung Z Fold 7 is not listed, so I'm unable to trade my current phone in and use the offer

  @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.
