@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Why is upgrading with @EE never straight forward? Paid for a phone that I have not yet received. Was told I’d have it on Friday and now been told it won’t be with me for another week. Such bad service @EE #disappointed should cancel my upgrade

@EE I would love to know when you’re going to respond to my complaint you closed without contacting me so I resubmitted it. I would also love to know when my phone will be delivered. The 14 days I was told has been and gone. Still nothing. This is pretty abysmal communication!

mobile phone companies - an absolute joke, bought a Samsung Z flip 3 for the wife, on @EE no charger - just a lead that doesn't plug into anything, raised a complaint as nowhere in the sales journey was this notified, and there's no option in EE to buy a charger...vexed

@EE Can anyone at EE explain why the 4G signal, even in the home counties 30 miles outside London is so shamefully abysmal compared to most third world countries? We don't all have the cash to cough up for 5G.
