@EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE You text me about a complaint saying you’ve closed the case because I didn’t respond to calls. Well how am I supposed to have responded to calls when I’ve not had any and you’re admitting there are issues with voice calls on your network! Thanks for no help.

@EE Ive given up - ive phoned everyday of my holiday. Ive made a complaint. Ive been told to talk to store. Ive talked to store who said talk to EE. Nobody can pass my details to repairs. My hub was returned to store 12th July and there's been no update since. Best to leave EE
