    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @My4Girls1984 @EE I’m not getting EE signal on my phone anywhere in my local area I got to keep turning my phone off and on all the time and taking my SIM card out all the time this past week my BT Wi-Fi is the same since EE and BT are “one powerful partnership” lmao rubbish network lost my faith

    @EE Are you able to explain why your store manager in Croydon yesterday refused to assist an elderly woman with a technical issue, leaving her with no way of communicating with her family and miles from home when she had passed all your security checks online. Disgusting service.

    @EE @jtinmouth It's nice to help new customers, but maybe you should also reply to older customers ?! My question has been left unanswered for 5 days. Maybe switching provider as my contract is coming to an end would be wiser ??
