    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE Hi all, trying to work out why no texts or calls seem to be working yet data is - website says no issues and pack is unlimited texts/calls so can't run out.. what's going on with your network?

    @EE £85 a month for what? £85 a month pays a modest electric/gas bill. Half a council tax bill. Or even a very very rare night out. Why ******** would I spend £85 a month on a phone?! Are you actually right now, are you serious.

    @EE Hardly 24/7 via your website it is constantly displays login error if I want to look at anything relating to accounts - but works fine if you want to flog me an expensive upgrade....

    @EE WiFi calling doesn't even work and it usually does so definitely fault with network :( which is a first as it's usually pretty good with signal everywhere
