@EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@Baileyphoto1 @uk_domain_names @EE Do you understand that it is EU operators charging UK operators for using EU bandwidth? UK operators can swallow the increase in cost or pass it onto customer. EU operators are no longer limited with EU law, when charging UK ones.

@EE Only apply to those who choose to roam!!! Most people these days on holiday, or travelling, use social media. We are more dependent on our phones than ever. Adding a roaming cost, however little, is a stealth increase in price. Poor reasoning by yourselves
