    @EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE Hi Rachel, I will DM you, though EE have had ample time to respond privately & failed. It should not just be a ‘cause of concern’ for me, knowingly charging without providing the service is serious, & EE clearly have NOT been concerned. Also - #WomensSafety is a serious issue.

    @HyPeSTsNaTchY @EE When PoGo first came out with sponsors stops the same was for the Sprit stores. Some of the employes knew others did not. I have worked retail. Info from HQ doesn't always get down to employees as it is supposed to.

    @EE so I’ve come into your store to pick up an item and told I have to wait 20-30 mins in a queue just to collect something. Are you guys joking? Staff rude as hell as well #badcustomerservice
