@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

They won't but @EE should refund me my latest bill, absolutely terrible broadband service worse by the day, it makes gaming almost impossible, can't wait till May when my contract ends cuz they're 100% losing me as a customer as both broadband and phone customer, absolute joke

@EE And when u consider my iPhone pro max is also over 28 days from the 21 days when I ordered it feels like there is an issue with Apple providing you good information. In the end is customers are being told wrong info that’s causing a spike for you guys

@EE I CANNOT make calls in my village. Had to call emergency services the other night and the signal dropped, couldn’t hold a call, had to call from dads phone @VodafoneUK with no signal issues. @EE says signal is fine. Why don’t you come to the village and see for yourselves!

@EE I get that it takes a long time to get through on the phone but it doesn’t help that as soon as I do get through on the phone, they immediately hang up on me
