Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE You're causing me serious anxiety with the delay on the delivery of the ps5. It's unfair that I have to chase it up with you. The agent I spoke to was unbothered and had no explanation for the delay. Look into this as for people with anxiety this is awful. Explain.

@rawker28 @EE I'm having the same error message on the EE app this morning so i logged into EE on the desktop website successfully BUT there was an error message saying that they can't display my pack information at the moment and working on it. Definitely a EE Issue.

@EE - Any chance you could sort your app and website out? I've not been able to access the app in a couple of days and the same with the website. Can't check what minutes, Data Etc I have and can't even see when I'm due to top-up. This is really poor from supposedly the best!

@EE So… yesterday evening I’ve realised that customer adviser of EE store did something wrong Thatsy even they were not able to see any update related to my order even after 5 weeks and 3 days. Finally I had to cancel my order and re order once again to wait for another 1 month.
