@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@5odayja I did the same once where I found a lost mobile near the university I attended. I contacted the woman's network operator @EE (orange as it was then) because the battery was dead, and gave them the IMEI and SIM card number.

@EE Hello EE, it has been almost 12 hours with an inability to access a mobile network here in the USA. My device is not connecting to a single mobile network. Please can you update us on the status of your technical issues.
