Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Never again with @EE : it's been problem after problem for 2 months now, from bad signal to faulty device, not to mention the rest. And now they don't even know where the repair I gave them for repair is. Seriously people, avoid them.

@EE No point ….. currently sending engineers out AGAIN and waiting for a manager to call , reviewed at bt WiFi booster through the post today that is no use nor ornament as you have to have a signal in the first place …. EE WiFi equipment is rubbish that’s the top and bottom of it

@EE I'm sad it looks like we're parting company after circa 25 yrs loyalty, from the Orange days, & despite many attempts made to lure me away by others. Not great customer service experience in-store or over the phone, sadly either 🙁
