@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE Been an absolute nightmare today, my grandad got rushed into hospital earlier and with restrictions we weren't able to go with him. It's been awful because we've not been able to receive calls for updates so we don't know whats going on.

@EE It’s on and off for me. Like many others I rely on the network for work. Regardless, the lack of customer service is 🤬 expected better than you just shutting the phone lines off and expecting us to just ‘wait and see’!

@Adzymo @EE In the same boat. Go for Vodafone! Had 2 sims 1 for ee and 1 for voda. Look like I'm gonna be 2 voda now. Ee has been **** lately.

Hi @EE I haven’t had a response from you. Everything is still broken and that includes Wi-Fi calling. I see you are telling people Wi-Fi calling is still working, so is it or not and if it’s not for me why not as the setting is enabled

@EE I know it's not easy being on the front line when something like this blows up but any idea on when we will get back up and running? We use your mobile broadband for the house and we are still down. Assuming it will continue to be down for the rest of the evening?

@EE No mobile phone signal, no internet and as we live in the north highlands with limited options, we rely on your 4G for our wifi too. No way of contact all day with only fleeting moments of connection.
