    @EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @Aaron_787 @EE @O2 See I’ve never had an issue with O2 myself and my upgrade actually came quicker than what they said it would when I did it last November. Could it be down to the delivery courier or something and poor communication from O2?
