Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@alphasixtyfive @EE I've had issues transfering an e-SIM as well similar to what you have described so I went back to a physical SIM before I changed phones. A year later, I'm still on a physical SIM. I think I paid for the "privileged" as well 😞

@EE - I need some help here... Your new F&F process is now online only. But when I enter the proper F&F code, it says INVALID. I rang up and Sales just said it wasn't a real code (it IS)! So my friend gave me a new one, and site still says NO! BRICK WALL here. What can I do?
