I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

M'manning (@MerissaManning) reported@EE - do not value their customers. Waited over a month for my upgrade to : 1) not be provided with a text or deliver slot with DPD - no calling card. Nothing! 2) be told by @EE that they will have to cancel my upgrade and I will have to wait to AGAIN for another upgrade?!

From cancelled orders to trade ins not going through! “I’ll send an email to the team and someone will get back to you” then no one ever does!
