@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE Funny how when I log in to find out how to cancel my contract ( which I’m informed will go up £9.45 a month ) the site decides to shut down on me yet go to any other part on that site and it’s fine. Can’t wait for June when I can leave and never come back !!!

@EE Trust me I’ve looked into that and it’s pointless. I’m shocked that in these times of price of living problems a multi billion pound company has to do this to its customers trust me they won’t forget I know I won’t.

@EE getting stick and tired of having full 4G yet internet doesn’t work probably or is slower than a snail….might be the uk’s ‘biggest’ network but at the moment certainly not the best…but it’s okay you’ve stuck the prices up too, to then not get my full service 👍
