@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

For the second Sunday in a row, my @EE broadband has gone down. An engineer will come on Tuesday afternoon 🤯 this is really poor service.
