    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE I have paid for a roaming pass and the phone doesn’t connect in the USA because of an issue your end. Customer service while here is impossible to reach please can you DM me asap. Very disappointed that we’re paying extra to use the data and it’s not connected.

    @EE @RiaBish It seems your parent company pushed BT users into EE contracts in the full knowledge of those service issues & did so to provide data sums only themselves. I shall start to phone your support daily in order to inform you of your appalling service.

    @EE Just rang to check the price of a screen replacement for my phone with one of your shops. Couldn't give a price for a screen replacement. Jumping through hoops for something simple. Very poor for a phone company.

    @EE My dad went into EE he was having trouble with his phone. The sales person said that the sim card was the issue & should be replaced He was told to sign a contract for what he thought was just for the replacement sim. Turns out it was a contract for 2yrs with less data

    @EE 2/2 and when I say I don't want to renew after all I get told there's a £200 exit fee. Landline was deactivated, telecare service didn't work. Landline back up but lost my original number. Awful service. Ben a customer since t mobile days

    My mate returned a phone. @EE promised she wouldn't be charged. They admitted they received it on October 3rd but it 'went missing'. They've still charged her. Twice. So she's £100 down & they won't return it until it's investigated despite them admitting it's their fault 😡 #EE

    @EE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I have been complaining about signalling issues for almost three months. I highlighted ok numerous occasions that both indoors and OUTDOORS is not working. The past week has been the worst, I have even visited the EE Canary Wharf store about this.
