    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @RealMattLucas @EE Sounds like a fake scam, it is against the law to make such threats of recovery,enforcement, damage to credit in regards to any alleged debt.

    @EE you need to fix your wifi, I cannot even connect to my wifi in my own room, i have to use my 4G just to get online. I even had to buy a 10 metre ethernet cable just so i can connect to my PC. cmon guys, I need my good wifi back.

    @RealMattLucas @EE I agree it could be fraud. Raise a complaint to EE and contact action fraud to log it also. Stay in touch with EE at least once every 28 days and if its not resolved after 8 weeks, complain to the communications ombudsman 🙃

    @meer84 @EE They don't even offer a better service. The last screenshots shows what I mean - I don't understand how @EE gets away with the same data package but at 350% the price ..
