@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Just an update for you @MarcAllera , I've had a phone call from the @bt_uk social media team because they thought I was talking about a BT mobile issue even though all my tweets show its an issue with @EE - come on team, this is simple stuff....

@EE I'm then told to send a text using an EE sim from the phone which you want me to magically conjure up out of thin air. I then suggested your customer agent to send me a sim to which her reply is "ooo good idea" - why am I suggesting ideas to her?

@EE Hi, I wondered if there's a problem with the EE Fibre broadband in my area. Wi-Fi was working this morning, went for a walk, returned home, and now nothing but turquoise flashing lights on my hub. Tried troubleshooting and no joy.
