@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE you are disgraceful. My 82 yo mother phoned up for help as her payg wouldn't load any money. She gave them her bank details so they cld load it for her and she got signed up for a £10 a month contract. She's been into a shop and they've said she can't cancel it. disgust

@EE my new phone is out for delivery, and Ive just received a notification that the driver has attempted delivery, and from the tracker has tried to deliver to completely the wrong house! Help?
