@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

I have a flip z4 on @ee a few weeks ago the screen broke. Shop 1 had been burgled, can't help, go to @Samsunguk shop, samsung- go back to ee. Ee shop- no phone spare, try a different one, next ee, go back to first shop or Samsung. So I have been to 4 shops to try to get it

I was told 9th December. Apparently you have ordered some parts on 30th November and you are still waiting for delivery. This is despite a message on Monday morning saying that the problem was solved. Why are you lying @EE?
