@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

Called to advise @EE - told to present ID in store before they could speak to me. Started getting debt collection letters. Presented ID, called back and was told that yes, EE would enforce a contract against a bereaved daughter who has never had access to the handset/SIM. 3/

Finally, after stumping both @EE and @SamsungUK with a problem my phone had, it has now been fixed. Now it wants to do an update tonight. Considering this is what buggered it up in the first place, I'm not sure I want it to happen 🫣

@EE if I was to cancel my contract would the fees be able to be paid there and then or go on the last bill? And would the phone be able to traded in to help with cost?

So @SamsungUK replied they can't see anything wrong in the logs, I explained the issue was being able to make them before needing to reboot. @EE since you ain't doing anything to help I would like a deadlock letter as I can't continue like this my anxiety is in overdrive.

@rbax73 @EE Utterly apauling given all your already dealing with sorry to hear this, I've recently delt with EE husbands account had to speak to their bereavement department gave support options definitely incurred no futher cost because of his loss informed me not allowed hope this helps

4. @ee the store insists I have no choice but to cancel the upgrade, have the phone sent back to the warehouse, then upgrade days later. This means I will have to wait 28 days for the phone to come back into stock, despite the fact it’s there and linked to my account 😖🥴
