    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    If there is one thing to be loyal to it’s your mobile network provider. @EE is sending me the Gold iPhone 14 Pro Max 256 GB with unlimited calls , text and data for less than I pay now for the iPhone 12 ( less that £50 p/m) 😶#HappyValentinesDay

    Things on my to-do list this year 1: Cancel my @EE contract and that ends my list. Talk about daylight robbery #EEincrease you should be ashamed ( but you're not!). Absolutely disgusting and the justification is simply poor at best.

    @nikkip1988 @EE Nothing to do with the fact BT Group's CEO got a 32% salary increase, taking him to £3.5m a year. Nah, it's so I can barely get signal in my own house. 🫠

    @EE increasing my mobile contract by almost £7 per month! Absolute disgrace considering how expensive their plans are now. Less than 12 months left with them after 20 years of being a ‘customer’! Never again. 🤬

    @CaraLisette @EE I switched from EE to Plusnet sim only (who use the EE network) a long time ago and so much cheaper. £10 a month for 30GB of data and unlimited texts/minutes. Of course, depends on what you need/use but for me saved a lot every month.
