Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE Alright, I've given up. Can't use socials without giving my details. Can't use your web form without an EE number. Can't login to account. I will ask for a rebate on my bill if the level of internet quality continues as it is.

Working from home and @virginmedia is gone. Fantastic. Just what I need to end a terrible day. Best part I’m paying £80 a month for a phone on @EE that I can’t use 4G on or get signal unless I go in my garden. What a day.

@EE Getting a message on my phone saying "No mobile data service. Temporarily turned off by your carrier". Colleague at work has same issue, yet can't find anything on the site to say there's a problem. Just bought more data as I thought I'd run out when I haven't. Advice please?

@EE It's more like using dial-up at times. Streams have virtually no chance of playing smoothly, if at all. The phone signal for EE is fine.
