    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @NeilHowell20 @DPDgroup_news @EE Same here. Ordered next day delivery from Screwfix. Been waiting a WEEK for it. Text from DPD Morley every day saying there's been an 'unexpected issue' and it'll be delivered 'tomorrow'. Tomorrow comes, same message. 7 days! Phoned Screwfix and told them to forget it. Refunded.

    @EE OI Train your staff to NOT make my problems personal to them. Saying " oh that was not me, I did not do that " YOU are representing the company I have a problem with so DO NOT take it personal, thats my job. If YOU do not like that then YOU should get a job ElsEwhere ! Idiot.

    Wow! New nightmare. Tried to leave @EE for @O2 .... It's been 3 weeks and no SIM card still and O2 are already billing me. Called to cancel and they say they can't authenticate me as the last digits of my bank acc aren't correct? Funny as that's where you took my money from! Ugh
