@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE WiFi calling doesn't even work and it usually does so definitely fault with network :( which is a first as it's usually pretty good with signal everywhere

@EE EE obviously fixed the problem your end as it started working again. However I did have to reboot my router and phone, again (note "again"). Are you a real person as a lot of people had this problem but your response was like i was the only one? Do you know what the problem was?

@EE Could someone please reach out and offer some advice as to why I am paying more for my current iPhone 12 Pro Max, than what I would pay if I took out a new contract for an iPhone 13 Pro Max, with a bigger phone storage? 150 haven’t been helpful, looking for a solution please
