@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE I ordered Xbox S X add to plan last week. DPD delivery due 09/02. Received update advising delayed due to weather. Delivery 10/02. Same message received now 11/02. Again same message now 12/02. DPD delivered other parcels to me on these days and roads are now clear. help pls

@JaneyGodley @Watchman247365 @EE No problem. A previous iPhone USB charging cable will fit your new phone. My son’s got one and hasn’t used his new cable yet as like you, we have USB sockets indoors.

@EE something is seriously wrong with my new bill. Been charged £150 for a contract which should only be £70 meaning me total bill for the two phones is over £200. This is not right and causing me severe anxiety. Please help
