@XboxP3 @EE What a wasted opportunity. Wrong company for cloud streaming. Overpriced data plans where as other network providers offer far more reliable 5G infrastructure at lower prices. Clearly shows Microsoft don't understand the UK network providers.

When we shift to a new property we faced the similar issue and we’re told to go for a higher package. We were so fed up with those services and we’re almost certain to discontinue the services but then EE engineer told us new broadband will work. @EE @CitizensAdvice

@Ofcom regulate poor practices @EE is doing. Ordered an extra sim contract with add on BT sport for big screen. EE confirms order, next day sends text needs to confirm some details, call in & been told they will remove the BTsport add on to add it in the app to pay more for it!

I want to bring notice of the pathetic service on EE broadband here in uk. We are taking EE service from Jan 2020 and there were many issues we faced and many times engineer were there but even than the issue exists . We were told that this is the property issue . @EE
