  @EE I have spoken to 3 people, been to the EE shop and spoke to one of the agents who was kind enough to call back. No one can solve the issue as why service just dropped off. Very disappointed.

  @EE can I get some help with logging into my account please ? I’ve raised a complaint because this has been going on for a long while now , there is no online chat without logging in ( which I can’t do) and call backs don’t seem to happen , thanks

  @EE I did call again and the woman said she'd send him a message to call me. That was over 3 hours ago. This was all about retaining me as a customer. Henry had an idea that he was going to check out and come back to me.

  @EE why is your roaming in Europe not working today ? I’ve called your service centre three times today. Wasted three hours and nothing was solved. I cannot make or receive calls. Disgraceful service.

  @paulmatt86 @EE Because the UK is so so broken and has been since they removed the Huawei stuff years ago and never got replaced with anything as good as that . But the likes of EE still ripping the customers by charging us more but get less…
