@KieferWooder @EE Same here and just had the worst customer service experience on the phone with them too. They were so rude and I was just looking for a way to soften the blow.

@EE How can I escalate a problem? I have made 3 calls to tech support, over 2 hours in total and problem still not fixed. Each person goes through the same steps, gets me connected but then WiFi fails within minutes and the cycle repeats.

@EE Yea it's been sent off for investigation but still doesn't help the situation. 72 hours for a response to find out what's happened then what every else has to happen after the fact in order for me to receive the phone. Absolutely no reimbursements for this

@TheRealLKA @EE Yep, **** EE, my contract has gone up over £10 a month, having only took out the contract late last year. Never ever using them again.

@EE @SammiieeRut Yes you may have been upfront about increases but not about exactly how much it would go up!! I've just had disgusting customer service trying to soften the blow! I'm so done with EE and used to love being with you guys!

@EE just had my first bad customer service experience with EE after trying to see if I can do anything to my plan to soften the price increase. Unhelpful and backchatting in retentions and now feel trapped! Funny how one bad experience after years of loyalty can knock your trust!
