    @EE Thanks but I can see on my phone that I only get 4G and 23Mbps my question is when will 5G be available? Or do I need to look at swapping providers as I'm out of contract. Been with you since the Orange analogue days - be sad to say bye but service/value is important to me.

    Spent c1 hour on different calls with @EE who are reducing my broadband speed by 50% but "don't worry your bill will remain the same". No chance of new deal as I am an existing customer (28 years) Very big WON'T rather than CAN'T. Any broadband recommendations please?

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

    @EE Hi. Our ee internet and ee phones are rubbish. Service is dropping in and out. Terrible. Our postcode is HD8 9UN. We know you are aware of the problem but you’ve only contacted us today when it’s been going on for quite a few days. How long to fix? It’s impacting our work.

    @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

    @EE The worst customer service for business I have ever come across, no one wants to do their job, go to a store sir done that, got told it was a complete waste of time by a member of staff, you need to call the small business team, go back to them and get told to to a store.
