    3 calls to @EE & 2hrs spent trying to end my mobile contract & switch to PAYG. Rep said the switch would happen 29 March. It didn’t happen & I was charged £72.87 for April! It’s infuriating I can’t reach anyone reliable. Please HELP @EE #CustomerComplaint #customerservice #EE

    @EE think you should think about changing carrier you use #DPD been wait for the iPhone 16 i upgraded. Driver was running behind. Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window

    @EE just had someone at our door from EE talking about cables being replaced, slow internet speeds, who we’re with. He had ID. said no when asked if he was trying to sell smth. he clearly was. In LL65 postcode and he asked for phone no. Can you shed some light on what this was?

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort
