@EE Sorry for the delay, it’s home broadband & again it’s rubbish. We have had an engineer out to the property previously & we have been given a new router etc - the signal keeps dropping out/slow

@EE I didn't get a text after 14 days (Which is return time on new contracts and upgrades) I questioned this with support and then got a text stating I am not eligible? What are the requirements because I have got the most expensive plan with EE (Smart Plan) plus the S21 Ultra...

@BangkokRam @SamsungUK @EE I've just got to say Chris my s21 ultra threw a right wobbly over the weekend, I lost a load of stuff, Spotify, Facebook, twitter and it would not let me send documents to my cloud. It's taken me from today to sort out. I think it must of been network problem. I'm with EE also.

@EE I had an email this morning advising me of an issue with my latest bill and to follow a link to avoid being disconnected. Addressed to my email address and not my name- my bill payment has gone out as normal. is this legit or a scam?
