  @EE Support required. Business support is closed. I can’t log into my account for over a year since you upgraded my account to business (known issue). Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.

  @EE I transferred my phone to another provider, you sent me a refund cheque, and have now sent me a bill for what looks like a whole month. I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?

  @MarkyTalk @EE I had the exact same issue. Kept getting sent to a call centre pushing broadband (clearly on commission) – they wouldn’t listen and were rude. Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE EE are robbing lying ***** , got my bill down to £15 a month with customer services , then get a letter saying that I have to pay £26 a month a week after I got the bill down . Was straight back on the phone and told them I ain’t paying more than £15 a month and that’s that.

  Getting by fed up with @EE as the television and internet is constantly dropping in and out. Has been an issue since installing but getting ridiculous now.
