Loyal customer of @EE for years , so order a PS5 from them , delivered through @parcelforce , an Amazon box containing a pack of bog roll turns up and none of the two companies want to take responsibility for it so I'm left £400+ out of pocket and a PS5 down Absolute jokers

@EE Hi there. I checked the coverage map due to some issues I'm facing and it says "Network Issues in Your Area" however when I click to get further info it says "This service isn't working right now". Would you be able to assist please?
