@EE why is your upgrade telephone line still down after 7 days, and why am I still waiting on my handset being set out 21 days after I ordered it and being told it will be with me in 14 days? Your level of service is going down at the same rate your bills are going up.

@EE now consider you upgrading, accepting that you have to go without service in your local area. It’s only Monday to Friday in office hours sir…..no problems @EE I will just put my life to out of office hours. They don’t compensate or care either!

@EE yet again no signal or service this time for seven days. You apologise and suggest I use WiFi? What if that’s not an option? I’m really disgusted that in total I will have had little to no service for 10 days. The UKs most reliable network?! Hogwash!

@EE phoned retentions earlier to discuss new upgrade options. I have been with EE since I was a kid! I was told they cannot price match or offer me any better deals to ones I have found with rival companies,where is the loyalty to your customers?Shocking service! #nocustomercare

I always praised @EE over many years for their customer service but I tried to contact them today and every option forced me to a text bot and neither option was one I needed. So please @EE, How can I talk to someone?

@EE about to put through and order for pixel 7 pro about to hit pay for my blind husband and you start updating your website if I don't get the price promised you will have one unhappy customer and I will cancel the other contract I just took out for myself 6 mins before
