@EE The router started working this morning however the speed is still questionable. When me and my partner are connected via Wi-Fi on our phones the signal cuts out so we have to start using our data. I pay for fibre and it’s honestly not worth it

@EE ordered phone 4/2, still not here, you’ve ‘tried’ t9 deliver twice, have wrong address apparently (your mistake) and refuse to redeliver today even though DPD say they can - appalling customer service, do I need to cancel my contract?

@EE absolute disgrace! Been a customer for 20 years! Not any more - signed up for the ultimate broadband! So I won’t only be cancelling that but I will be cancelling both phone contracts when they’re up too!

@EE @Scrappincaz929 That's absolute rubbish! Your colleagues in store have never said anything to me about price increase during the contract- just sign here agree to the terms, they don't highlight or mention price increase. And it's the biggest one yet- why?!
