    @EE I’ve tried to buy from you. You misled and missold me. I called you to chase, spent 3 hours with no resolution. Was told I would get a call back, didn’t. I called again. I’m still nowhere. It’s taken 6 hours so far. I just want to buy EE One. This is rediculous.

    @EE I’ve just transferred from Sky to you and I wish I hadn’t. Every evening, at least 3 or 4 times, I lose transmission and the reason stated on the screen is the internet, which you provide! If this continues I’ll cancel my contract based on your failure to deliver

    @EE so although I'm already a customer you're company seem to think it's OK to be rude 3 times this week trying to get me to join each time they have attended my door, will you please have them stop harassing me on my own doorstep they also think it's funny I certainly dont

    @EE just had appalling customer service from your call centre staff trying to arrange a broadband installation date. I spoke to three people, none of whom could help and was eventually cut off. How do I escalate this and talk to someone who can take ownership of the problem and help?
