    So I'm in a weird predicament, @EE have been charging me for Amazon prime every month. And so have @AmazonUK @PrimeVideo I should have picked up on this sooner but still, all I want to know, who's giving me my money back??? Both customer services are pointing at each other. Wtf?!

    Hi @EE what's been going on with your network lately? Normally it's amazing but this past week it's been so slow here in Sheffield (and Lincoln) that it's been unusable.

    @EE why does my data now have a cap on it and somehow my data being used very quick when never use to be ? If i used my date it would carry on and charge me but now it doesnt let me use it until i pay to get more. Its silly and not safe as i use phone for work too

    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @EE No I'm not sure what it is but it went off again and I reset the it started working again could this be a router problem?

    @EE so I've had my monthly text telling me I may have signal issues again due to your essential improvements but it's OK I can use my WiFi calling to cover your arse again. Not much good when I'm mobile though is it???
