    @EE I live the way you talk about being the best network. Well ive never heard so much bullshxt tbh. Broadband cancelled after 8 week because you couldnt get it working as promised and now I have numerous issues with customer service- The worst company in the comms industry

    I live in a town with 742 phone masts so why @EE am I gasping for internet and phone signal every time I leave the house

    @EE Hi there The link you have sent does not work - have tried other connections and still fails - no point now as I am arriving back to U.K. tomorrow- this is soooo disappointing and I would like to be compensated. Really has caused me issues

    @EE new router received today and installed, sky still losing network after 10 seconds at best! Think it’s probably best to go elsewhere for WiFi at no cost to myself? Please confirm

    @EE I have called multiple times over the last few days and been refused a manager to speak to, I am not giving my medical issues to someone I do now know, that's for me and my doctor, this needs sorting ASAP

    @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

    @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed

    @EE Have just spoken to your customer service team - appalling- not willing to compensate for the failure to connect to roaming- closing the case before speaking to the technical team - really shocked at this appalling service
