    @EE @OliverH69492772 You go to Gran Canaria get a ferry out at sea and get a perfect 5g signal but back home down at my local sea front you no data signal at all . pathetic.

    @EE (2/2) I also pay £25/mnth for TV which I can get from HBO for about £10....the equipement is 4-5 year old BT stuff that you wouldn't upgrade. All in all I am getting a ***-deal for £70/month. MUCH slower than advertised AND I have never received a contract, + can't find it online

    @EE sneaky from you guys telling people to hang up and reply to a text for quicker service. Yet the number to reply to doesn’t work!!! 45min wait or text a number that isn’t working 🥴🥴🥴🥴

    @EE Had a call today so hopefully the phone line will be sorted by 27th third or fourth time for this promise! Checks last night showed intermitent connection and router reset. Still poor internet and coverage

    Can't believe after 18 years, I'm going to have to leave @EE for my phone and broadband because Virgin have a much better offer on their Broadband and TV - over a £15pm difference for like for like basis! Retentions unable to come down any more.

    @EE It looks like I’ll have to. It’s no major issue as we have one on the doorstep I just don’t understand this particular issue. The device I want to upgrade to is the iPhone 17 pro max from the15 pro Max. Is this device restricted if I upgrade in person will it deliver to my local

    @KevlarBrock @EE Best recommendation would be to speak to the exec advisor and see what resolution they can come up with, definitely try and get the product changed to a WiFi 7 router as that will resolve your issues 10x over

    @EE Trying to rip my elderly parents off! Terrible service! Moved them from a working service with @Plusnet , to a service that keeping dropping. Someone called them today saying they needed 900 Full Fibre! They are 2 OAPs who occasionally stream!

    @EE Of course I’ve already done that I’ve spent 6 hours on chats this morning. I’ve been through the base level AI you have and constantly get to, I want technical support and it states you. Can’t message them you have to ring them. I CAN’T RING THAT MY ISSUE!
