    @EE Problem is I have had to leave the hospital without this resolved again after spending an hour on the phone last night trying to sort it & we wanted to have me named on the account so I could phone to sort this without having to fight through the system.

    Sitting in Inverclyde Royal Hospital, can’t get even 4G on @EE , guy next to me to me getting full 5G on O2, my phone is fully updated iPhone 17 pro max so no issue there, been with EE since T mobile, think I might have to switch, service is awful now.

    @EE Has anyone else had @EE send contract terms after sign‑up, ignore service issues, and then hit your credit file? Because this whole experience feels like a masterclass in how not to treat customers.

    @EE honestly, your signal is absolute pants, ive been with you a long time, but this last 18 months it just seems like I never have a signal, I run my own business, I use my phone alot, im not out in the sticks either im in greater Manchester ! Dreadful, time for a change

    @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.     @hrrylolz @EE They constantly lie. I was offered a iPhone 17 pro max on the app telling me I was eligible tried to do it. Told I can’t. 25 years a customer can’t even do a better deal on Apple Music for someone who has 3 lines with them. We’re better off elsewhere!
