  @EE what’s going on in Bury St Edmunds with your network- your mast behind FarmFoods at IP32 7be has no transmission equipment on it for some reason creating a not spot in a busy town. Yet when you log a fault you claim ‘no fault found’. Please investigate due to impact!

  @EE Day 2 of broken Smart Hub. No Internet, WiFi for tv or landline. Can’t work from home. 2 hrs on the phone yesterday, used my call back so can’t use again. Engineer only due Tues. Hoping it’ll be fixed or we’ll be waiting days again. I assume our next bill will reflect this?

  @EE what has happened to your customer service recently?? The last 3 calls have been awful. Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.

  @EE @WeAreOpenreach since we have had no service since the 14th August why don’t you pull your finger out and sort the issue out!! The client Journey has been a disgrace, lie after lie, I even got told I can’t speak to the cancellation team and I can’t cancel. @Ofcom
