Do people with a VPN on @EE have problems with no connection like @ThreeUKSupport ? I'm gonna have to switch to EE if customers have no issues. Absolutely fuming. Have had no problems all year now suddenly can't protect myself while on the internet with certain things.

@EE mis sold a package last week now I’ve lost access to TNT Sport and spent over 2 hours this morning on your messaging service going round in circles- still being overcharged & still no sports access #Shocking #PoorCustomerService

@EE Hi I left you I sept. You confirmed I could cancel my direct debit and that I didn’t owe any balance. Today (15.11.25) I have received a letter (dates 7.11.25 - which I suspect you have backdated) saying there is an outstanding balance. It’s not possible to contact you.

Just had some shocking customer service from @EE - simply wanted to cancel a PAYG sim - person didn't seem to know what to do and wanted to 'speak to their manager... doubt I'll be back...
