@EE Hi team @EE. I recently relocated to Singapore from London, 1 month prior I called your team to formally cancel and request my final bill, of which I was assured would be final. 4 months later, I still seem to be getting bills! Can you please solve ASAP.

@EE You’re scammers! I called, went to the store, and did all I can to cancel a plan I didn’t sign up for but had no luck. All your CS agents promised to look into my issue and give me call back but they never did. One of them even booked a slot to make sure I am available
