    @JohnNicholRAF @EE They are all shockers. And mostly offer very poor service in rural areas. I’m only 5 miles from Taunton. You’d think it was Outer Mongolia, as far as @O2 are concerned.

    @EE hi! I upgraded my phone last Friday with the deal of a trade in on my old device. I was told I’d receive a pack to send my old device back in but I still haven’t received it yet and I fear that it will get to the 14 day period and I won’t be able to make my claim. Please help

    @EE no service in my house for 2 days now, no pre warning nothing? Can’t even ring to complain because I have no signal. Nice one

    Anyone else thinking the @EE signal is getting worse. Go out of a city and you don't get any. 74 pound a month. Time to switch

    @VodafoneUKBiz the worst customer support. 3 days ago I requested assistance in getting my Apple Watch connected to the network and still not resolved. Shameful customer support. I should have stayed with @EE
