    @EE I’ve never had any problems with the landline but honestly the past few months in my area, the call signal has been really poor. Sometimes it’s going to SOS. Please sort it out

    @EE when will your app be up and running again? Says it's down for maintenance but can't put devices back online that were paused. A warning about this on the app would have been extremely helpful!

    @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying £48.11 per month. Not an additional £24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

    @EE @ianclatworthy Hi Ian. First off sorry for your loss. Could I suggest emailing their CEO. I'm sure you've probably already thought of that but going down that route has proved fruitful the last time I hit the brick wall with EE.
