  @EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company 👍

  @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper lines are being fazed out, they just won’t exist anymore. All communication will be over the internet, if the WiFi goes down or the there is a power outage then you just won’t be able to contact anyone. Scary.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE I live rurally, I don’t even have a mobile signal most of the time outside of WiFi. Rural communities are not served well by mobile phone companies.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.

  @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!
