@EE very frustrating day My son is on an EE sim roaming in Spain. However on the penultimate day of the holiday roaming is blocked. Husband spent 1hr on chat to resolve. The sim has stopped roaming and no data Please help or we will move our £200 month family plan to a competitor

Imagine paying £50 toward your upgrade for a brand new phone only to have it delivered and its a refurbished phone, then cant do anything about it until Monday. Bad craic @EE
