  @WeAreOpenreach & @EE again failing Rural customers. Two major service outages in 6 months. No communication, last one was from 19th December to 7th January with no Internet in area with no indoor signal. This time ETA is 29th April, was 28th yesterday. Pathetic.

  @EE Thanks, I followed the link in the text message but it says to turn off WiFi to add the add on. However, EE doesnt get picked up as the network for me to do this. I need to add this, can you do it manually for me your end?

  @EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!
