    Hi @EE, I've been sent a contract summary of a new plan I took out with you, but I've had no confirmation of my order and my service has not switched from my current provider. It looks like my order was not processed, and now the same deal is not available. Please can you assist.

    @EE to anyone contemplating entering into a contract for provision of a mobile service in #York (particularly YO30 area) where @EE is the provider or anyone who uses the same infrastructure - donโ€™t is my advice.

    Absolutely shocking service from @EE System failed to apply my agreed spend cap and plan upgrade after a phone call, letting bill skyrocket to ยฃ160. Ofcom rules say you canโ€™t bill for over-cap system errors. I need a manager to pull my file and message me now.

    Just had a power cut in #WestOxon. It's times like this you realise the importance of a usable mobile signal. It's a shame @EE and other providers don't recognise this and refuse to accept their signal here is not fit for purpose.

    @EE Hi, for the last few days my broadband has had intermittent access. Not helpful when trying to work from home. I've tried resetting it but it doesn't seem to help
