What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

  • GrumpyOwl Gavin (@GrumpyOwl) reported from Fowey, England

@EE any chance of an update on your service outage in Fowey? Can’t give you a postcode but have tagged a location. Appears to be the entire of Fowey that’s out. No data. No phone. Made paying for parking impossible...

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

  • westrowhendo John Henderson (@westrowhendo) reported

@EE 5G has to be the answer to rural connectivity. We were, allegedly, connected to fibre broadband in 2019 and the cables lasted 2 weeks before they were blown down, because they were threaded through trees. 4 weeks to be repaired only to come down 2 weeks later. We stayed with 4G.

  • DBauer191 Rob Smith (@DBauer191) reported

@MarcAllera @EE Marc, I'll clean your car, I'll give £100 to any charity, just please sort the signal in our village/street. Coverage checker totally wrong.

  • irvineappleton irvinea (@irvineappleton) reported

Hi @AppleTV I got a free trial via @EE due to end February, do I just cancel via EE app as when I try via Web (as don't have apple products) says I need an apple ID which I don't have

  • LaurenRobb10 Lauren (@LaurenRobb10) reported

@EE I’m up £10 per month. DISGUSTING. Paying £77 per month for a contract where I get no signal in my house and an iPhone 13 Pro Max when I can get a 14 for the same price. Lost a loyal customer. No one expects £10 increase a couple of quid but not £10

  • zil_chica Georgia (@zil_chica) reported

I'm going to catch a cold soon from standing outside in the freezing weather every time I need to make or answer a call because @EE's signal doesn't work indoors!

  • LaurenRobb10 Lauren (@LaurenRobb10) reported

@EE Nah that’s a complete cop out. I can even get a signal in my house.

  • talldeafgoth Dan (He/Him) (@talldeafgoth) reported

. @EE I was advised that Visual Voicemail works on my S22 Ultra so customer services turned it on at request by the EE shop. No matter what I try, it does not seem to load up. It would be an amazing tool for me as a Deaf Business Owner. Can you advise please?

  • SheepyCo Connor shepheard (@SheepyCo) reported

@EE thanks to your inept insurance team I will be cancelling my contract with yourselves. Your mistake in not supplying my minutes one bundle with the insurance policy I've taken out to be told if any damage happens while I don't have this bundle, which is not due for further...

  • DaveP2611 AbandonedTrolley (@DaveP2611) reported

@EE bit of an issue, requested cancellation of eSIM in my watch and you've cancelled my phone instead?

  • EvanyaParker Evanya Parker (@EvanyaParker) reported

@EE “your price plan will increase by £8.67 a month on or after 31 March 2023.” This is disgustingly steep. You need to be more honest. People are never signing up for “£20” per month. By the end of the contract, you’ll be paying £50 a month! For a plan that isn’t even worth it
