    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE Its been both lately making our devices un-usable. The mast is in our back too and its a mess. EE keep saying they sending engineers they never turn up.

    @EE your service is shocking! Telling me I can upgrade and to choose a plan, do so, only to be told 48hrs later order is cancelled as not due an upgrade! Go online I am due an upgrade!!! Customer service non existent to keep a customer!

    @EE Sure i’ll do it now feel like i’m wasting my time tho. Alright me paying for these bills and services but don’t even get a service. BT sport is unwatchable. I want all my monthly payments for that back. Fuming

    @EE been a customer of yours for years. I’ve come to the end of my 2 year contract but you’re still trying to charge me for the phone. I’m not prepared to pay this large amount each month for a dated phone!

    @EE roaming hasn’t worked despite me buying a bolt on for my holiday. I made sure to activate the bolt on but still not working, I’m unable to make calls or use data - can you help with this please?

    @EE yet again no signal and told there is no network problem !! This is now a weekly problem and others in area having same problem . Told me to download a speed app to monitor, bit difficult when coverage is down again . 5 hours now

    Really furious with @EE. Took my phone in with a problem with the battery, it just wouldn't charge anymore. Its still in contract They wanted £1200 up front off me as they said there was other problems too but wouldn't actually specify what they were! Disgusting customer service!
