    What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

    We are now into month 4 of limited or no @EE mobile signal in our village, this is beyond ridiculous. Why on earth am I paying for a service not being provided? @EE state they have the best UK coverage!

    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE any chance of an update on your service outage in Fowey? Can’t give you a postcode but have tagged a location. Appears to be the entire of Fowey that’s out. No data. No phone. Made paying for parking impossible...

    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE got lots of problems with my internet connection when i am out and about besides being on full data plan i now see my mobile data is switched off very unhappy with EE as I can no longer call you to sort it

    Spent 30mins trying to log in to the @EE app. Asks me the same questions like password, pin and it will text me a code, but errors out. I checked their tags and seemly I'm not the only one with issues. Tried their service checker but the link takes me to the app... Why?

    @EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise I’ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! 😡😡 and don’t worry about the “thanks for choosing us” email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky I’m guessing!!

    @EE nightmare been sitting waiting for over an hour at SIL bedside in hospital waiting for a promised call back to sort out an issue with her mobile account, very frustrating when trying to sort things :(
