It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. I was given clear assurances had been handled but EE have not acted on their advisors agreements and gone against agreements received by EE representatives.#EE

Jochen Roeder (@jochen_roeder) reported@Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.
