It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

Matt (@AFCMattD) reported@EE hmmm my Apple Watch went wrong, no data for days. So I did the obvious and deleted the eSIM thinking I would easily readd it. Nope. Upon attempting it either doesn't do anything or error 019. Your support just tells me to redownload the QR code ... it's a watch. Help?!

After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Fred (@fred6279) reported@untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.
