Richard Dafydd (@RichDafydd) reported@EE when I upgraded in January you removed my BT sport big screen add on, by mistake. two days ago I added it back on but today I’ve go to login (first time of checking) on the tv and it says I need to upgrade my subscription. Says it’s active on EE app add ons and via text.
