    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE any chance of an update on your service outage in Fowey? Can’t give you a postcode but have tagged a location. Appears to be the entire of Fowey that’s out. No data. No phone. Made paying for parking impossible...

    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE Yes we are aware of that! This is the issue we have it’s my iPad number but my iPad doesn’t recieve those kind of texts. It’s the same issue over and over again. The DPD app I did have but of course iPad number linked but was signed into my mobile number for Tescos. Stupid.

    @EE I have been trying to call about an upgrade on my s23 Ultra one terabyte. Now I haven't got time to be running around after you if you want the business then get in touch my times more expensive than yours if not back to three network

    @EE signal is awful, technical team no help in saying there is no resolution for this. Surely its breach of contract when your website states that 4G/5G signal should be at least ‘good’ in my postcode area

    @EE can i have my OG number back if possible would be the gift of the world pm me... but was similar to 0&((()))(2$ - HP keyboard will tell you real number from @Motability who gave up on this person while there company was meant to help its users it gave up on staff then handed it back to #publichealth #nhs @NHSScotland NoI1nTEAM

    Paris-Eurotunnel: almost perfect 5G the whole way, Eurotunnel to St Pancras: just about intermittent 4G. Time to DO something about it? Might help the whole growth thing (and AI)… if the French can do it… @EE @10DowningStreet @bt_uk
