Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.
