    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE not really, sent 2 messages yesterday to you and still no reply. Activation date tomorrow and smart hub not here yet !, this is not a very good first impression of the EE service, will have to get alot better for me not to cancel in the first 14 days if it continues like this.

    @EE I hope you can help me! I ordered a PS5 for a Christmas gift and we had a card left from DPD today when we were out at work, when checking this reference it states it is on its way back to you! We have had no updates from DPD whatsoever and we need this before Christmas!!

    @EE wifi is the biggest load of crap I’ve ever experienced 😩 our wifi goes down 5+ times a day it’s a MESS

    @EE I got the new Sony with you guys and there was a promotion on for the wireless headphones. I was advised after my cool down period I will receive instructions how to claim it but so far nothing. Could you let me know what are my options please.

    @H34th3r87 @EE I know they awful I upgraded my watch and they tried to charge me twice told them I already paid but they said have no record of payment in the end had to send them copy of my bank statement 🤬🤬🤬
