    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE why is it I am in the middle of Oxford with 5G but 1 bar or less of signal? Have had no signal on my phone for weeks any help would be greatly appreciated

    Just walked into a @EE shop to look at new phone options. Was told sorry "no browsing due to covid"! WTF?! Since when has one of tier two restrictions been "no browsing"? There was only one other person in the shop. Bloody ridiculous

    @EE we've tried topping up my mum's payg phone online (not working), via text from her phone (not working) and then by calling 150 from her phone (not working). Any suggestions?
