It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Already dialled 150 but it didn’t help.

Could you advise me as to where I lodge a formal complaint and seek compensation?

Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
