@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

@EE It’s so expensive!! And as soon as you buy one, apple ‘upgrade’ the software to make the phones next to unusable as the battery is so bad you need to charge it 3-4 times a day!!

@EE because I don’t get paid till next week they have cut my service off thanks they don’t understand that cutting someone’s service off make their life worse and can really ruin someone week or day as I have to make phone calls

@EE when are you actually gonna sort out my wi-fi, forever been **** and cutting out all the time, whenever I get in contact and you send out an engineer they tell me there is nothing they can do... If it don't get it sorted soon, im changing broadband company😴

@JacksABore @OpenreachHelp @EE We're sorry about this Jack. Our contractors are continuing to work 24/7 to support Openreach in repairing cabling. Advice to anyone with loss of or interruption to their phone or internet service is to contact their service provider as a first step, with regards to compensation.
