@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

I endured @ThreeUK for 9 years. Their UK service was terrible but their #feelathome service kinda made up for it. Now that’s gone I’ve left with three lines to @EE , Why didn’t I do that sooner, I can now get a signal. Why would anyone put up with @ThreeUK terrible coverage.

@electricpetrol @EE To be fair they are normally very good. Issue with a phone forced an contract change which, until the new phone for another user is dispatched, means I have no internet on my phone. Couldn’t have come at a worse week or two.

@EE So the signal box is being switched off around 30th June 2022. That's the only signal we have with our three phones. Admittedly one spot in the house where we can get a signal if we hang out of the window. Take it I can switch networks without contract penalties.

@EE 4g is poor in my are at the moment about a third of what 5he download speed should be and the upload speed is in the o.1 region.

@lincsbirder2019 @EE I told them I wasn’t paying anywhere near £50 when I can get a new iPhone 13 for around £40. The absolute best she could do, apparently, was £49 which would increase mid-contract anyway! Keeping me on £51 after contract is awful - just for usage when the phone is paid! 🤯🤯🤯

Thank you SO MUCH @EE for Scheduling Maintenance on the very same day as i need to take a call for yourself about how shite my internet has been! I couldn't be contacted, and now i have to somehow arrange to cancel the new arrangement for tomorrow, as ill be working!

not only does @EE provide the worlds worst service when it comes to a network but their in store staff are inept and bullies! Absolutely disgusted!
