It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

ash mottram (@ash2082) reported@EE fellow employee here. Having real issues trying to buy a roaming pass in Greece. Have used the link you sent on sms when I arrived but it keeps denying connection. Have tried the app but it there's no link to buy on there either. Help pls!
