It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. The newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline still doesn't work. Told you'll need to order landline again, awaiting further call Mon, Aug 10th. Appalling service!

Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

We tried to speak direct to you, same again you hung up. Perhaps you don’t want to give me the deal advertised on your app & website?
