  We are now into month 4 of limited or no @EE mobile signal in our village, this is beyond ridiculous. Why on earth am I paying for a service not being provided? @EE state they have the best UK coverage!

  @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

  @EE Complaint already escalated… however no real word… on to EE this morning to cancel… looking online so many people angry with lack of service, poor repair and addressing of issues… I’ll be adding to their voice. 2 weeks no broadband: comms between EE and Openreach not working

  @EE This doesn’t help. There is no guidance advice just a vague claim. I cannot trust the information provided. I was offered a call from EE, I provided my details and have heard nothing. Given the size of your organisation this all reflects very poorly.

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
