It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...
