@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

@EE You’ve not heard from me because when you eventually replied I would have received another late fee and it would have impacted my credit score if I’d have not paid the bill so I had to do it manually online. I’ve had loads of issues since I upgrade my phone in Feb now I’m stuck

WTF is going on with @EE ? A new phone 'app' that just displays a webpage, that keeps giving errors. Try to look at 'My EE' on laptop, log on and it tries to register me as a new user. Just stick to being a pipe, cheaply and effectively, leave hard stuff to the big boys.

@EE morning, since updating to the latest version of the MYEE app, I’ve had a badge constantly saying I have 2 notifications!!! I’ve deleted and reinstalled, looked for the app in notifications to turn it off and nothing? #help #EE

@EE I have been trying to cancel my contract for over a month. The wait time on the phone is too long, and even when the phone line dis connects i never get a call back. I have sent you my number via DM as you are most responsive on twitter. Call me back.

@EE landed in USA and still after many days trying get error message trying to change my smart benefit to ‘roam further’ hope you’re picking up the bill for any data used until you resolve this poor service
