    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE have just spoken to a lovely advisor about cancelling one of my 5 lines with EE. Would be nice if all companies could have this level of customer service, just sorry I didn't catch the lovely ladies name.

    @EE Why are you messing up my signal in the gu14 area saying your upgrading the service my service was fine before this it's 3 days till it's back to normal like compensation me at least as can't use internet

    2/2 disappointing after taking out many contracts with @ee since 2012. Then when I’d done this, I receive a text offering exclusive sim only offers and a price match service. NOT impressed!
