Excellent service from @EE. We had an intermittent broadband problem. Their Web site says text HELP to them, so I did. A robatvtwxrws back a few minutes later to say it had done some tests, found that there was indeed a problem, and said a human would call shortly. 1/3

@ee recently swapped to EE FROM BT for broadband - whole family complaining as speed terrible- whats worse is they dont answer the phone and i cant contact them - not impressed at all - anyone know a good provider?

Warning I have been told that @EE do not hold warrantys on phones they sell. My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. I was told I would have to take it up with oppo direct. 20+ years a customer with 4 contact's 😡

@EE I feel my loyalty has counted for nothing in this process and don't understand being upgraded to a phone which isn't brand new on the market can be more money per month, unfortunately I am in a situation where I may have to go to another network,

@TalkTalk Mike, I have cancelled my account mate. The customer service has been absolutely appalling - literally the worst I've ever experienced. Contrast that with @EE today who have managed to give me a callback within an hour and have an engineer on the way tomorrow.

@MarcAllera @EE Good news Marc - however why can't I get even basic mobile phone signal at various places whilst travelling up the M5 from Gloucester to Birmingham? There are dead zones where calls drop out...very frustrating.

@EE I had just called EE myself. It’s not the network that’s causing this error but Apple software and this problem has occurred before it’s just the software on the phone interfering with the service of the phone. I’ll go through Apple now. Thank you

Calling to cancel my Broadband account with @EE involved keypad mobile number entry twice, 2 people, 2 security checks & 3 transfers That is not efficiency I'm unconvinced Corporates don't understand the analytics of their customer services

@EE I shall have to look into obtaining one... I'd still be out of pocket, but at least my phone might work! The frustration for me is that I spent 30 minutes on the phone to get precisely nowhere, taking an already depleted battery down further.
