Warning I have been told that @EE do not hold warrantys on phones they sell. My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. I was told I would have to take it up with oppo direct. 20+ years a customer with 4 contact's 😡

Advice to anyone with loss of or interruption to their phone or internet service is to contact their service provider as a first step, with regards to compensation.
