A robatvtwxrws back a few minutes later to say it had done some tests, found that there was indeed a problem, and said a human would call shortly. 1/3

My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. Your conventional telephone plugs in to the router and voice calls are digital Broadband connection may be fixed wireless access but this has got nothing to do with WiFi

I had to walk up the road and basically shout my account details at someone to try and fix it. What would happen if there was an emergency? I couldn’t call 999.
