@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

@EE I don’t give good feedback very much. But I picked up the phone, called, answered 3 questions and was through to an agent. The hold music didn’t even fully start before somebody answered the phone. Great service!

@EE Get me a signal, stop asking me to tune my phone off and on again and again. 5 days with no phone and you still think it’s my fault.

@EE my phone isn’t allowing calls to come through, keeps sending them to voicemail, I’ve checked and restarted all my settings and sometimes they come through and says calls failed. I have signal so not sure what the issue is?
