@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE So we've woken up to it still not working! It went down last night during the outages but it hasn't come back, we work home so we are royally screwed today. I texted that number and it says we need an engineer but no one can help till 8. I need Internet?

@EE We've tried turning it off a few times, just back to yellow. I'm guessing there's a problem in the area. I'm in Croydon. Could you check and let me know when it's planned to be back please?
