@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

@borofergie @EE Same! Just transferred old iPhone to new iPhone! Tried the eSim transfer, didn’t work! Put old sim in new phone, didn’t work! Now old sim doesn’t even work in old phone! So crap!

@Nreal @EE I’ve been to several EE stores in Chelmsford and Lakeside Shopping Centre. None had stock or didn’t even know what it was. I don’t really have time to hunt it down. EE also doesn’t allow to it online. Feel like a wasted opportunity as I’m genuinely interested

@EE Renewed my BB contract 2 weeks ago. You migrated me to BT BB. It's a mess. No info on up front charges and you've migrated me to the the wrong Fibre package. Should have been Fibre 2 not Fibre 1. How do I fix this?

@EE But your SIM cards don’t work in the iPhone 14, if you try to use them they will damage the card and make it unusable in your old phone. Then you’ll have to wait for @EE to send you a digital QR code eSim IN THE POST. Shocking customer service too.

@EE I have yet again an Open Reach engineer coming out tomorrow. Your tech guys can see a CAP on the line which means there's an issue probably outside on their network. We shall see in the never ending saga of you trying to fix my internet

@EE it’s really frustrating that you won’t let me cancel a plan that is expiring online. Only way to cancel is via phone but 3 days in a row your lines are very busy. All the while the auto renewal deadline is coming close. How do I stop the auto renewal?

@EE insurance is ridiculous no help at all worse phone provider I have ever been with , I have had adviser put the phone down on me and being rude calling me a liar , spoke to numerous advisers and all had a different story to where my delivery for my phone was such a shambles
