    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    @autoalex @EE Bin EE go with virgin much better deals and much cheaper and the signal is just as good

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Orders a new phone, was told it would be delivered today. No phone. Called and was told “oh, it’s out of stock. It’ll be at least 14 days. You should have been told that yesterday” Cracking customer service @EE 🙄

    @EE Been a customer for over 10 years! Charging roaming fees in Europe whilst @O2 include it! How can you expect any sort of loyalty if it’s not given! Roaming is an absolute rip off! Change your policy!

    @EE I called yesterday with regard to our wireless 4GEE router not connecting and was told a mast was down in the SN5 area. I was supposedly signed up to get updates, but I haven’t had anything with regard to the mast. Can you advise?

    @EE 2/2 live in Saltdean & for months have sporadic service at home. Wanted acknowledgment of this from EE / compensation but yesterday was told just because I haven’t reception at home doesn’t mean EE has not provided a service as it is a mobile phone & we can use it if we moved

    @EE According to your staff in the Falkirk branch of your store, there is a known issue with several transmiters in the area not working properly(2×Falkirk 1xLarbert and 1xBonnybridge). Could you say how long it will be before service is restored to the Falkirk area. Thanks

    @EE same issue happening again?!?! Exact same time as last month? You cut my connection, this looks like an error your end? My bill is direct debit, could this be the issue your end? I need this resolved asap; it’s every month!
