    I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

    @EE It would help if it was actually available to exercise? Just tried online and nothing.. complete waste of time. Time to move to o2 I think..

    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    @EE Thank you. The problem in the general area was fixed, except for mine. A helpful customer adviser helped me out and together we fixed it ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, itโ€™ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE Sadly my phone is not receiving calls or sending texts and as your system is down I was informed nothing can be done until late tomorrow at best. No way of contacting to explain problem as no email contact - letter only which you will receive. The day I moved to you was a mistake

    @EE hoodwinked my 83 yo father in law into a new contract making him believe that would solve his signal issues in his home. That he went into shop to ask for help. Hes Still having signal issues. Now they want ยฃ179 from him to get out of the contract they mis sold him.

    @_NFFCJosh @EE frustrating. downdetector is reporting it. my issue my downstream fibre (installed 6months ago) has gone from 900Mb to 60Mb. whilst my upstream is still 70Mb and i dont know if its to do with their "app" issues and knock on effect or my end. i've rebooted all and its the same
