Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

It’s crazy that a company such as @EE employ people who clearly aren’t bothered about their customer base. Imagine being told something and lied to, ignored and made to feel like nothing ok a call when I was trying to stay with them. Laughable !!!!!

So learnt something new today. Never ever buy a phone from an @EE store. Got a faulty phone have already lost faith in it and go politely told to jog on as there is nothing I can do so now stuck in a contract with a product I don’t trust

NCSC Continuous #cyberattacks 11-07-2025 0000hrs - 15-07-2025 ongoing (DDOS & Bandwidth attenuated, signal suppression) in MK region. Properties (10), (12), (13) in particular involved with UK telecoms interference. @EE please advise asap 100Mbps+ to< 10Mbps 4G in 5G Unlimit area
