@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE absolute shambles not having 4G in belfast today - still have no internet and depending on public wifi while away from home. Also couldn’t access train tickets which resulted in buying a new one. Shocking service.
