@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Moved from @bt_uk as a long standing broadband customer to @EE. I am absolutely staggered the appalling customer service I have received from @EE. Just had the Spanish Inquisition as to why I needed an additional extender and I'm paying them £90p/m including my 2 mobile SIMS.

@Carl_M79 @bt_uk @EE Same parent company unfortunately. we use Utility Warehouse for ours - bloody brilliant . They are provided by Talk Talk but have their own support which has been second to none over the 10 years plus we have been with them 👍
