@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE It has been unstable for the last year or so: these results have improved since I asked one of your colleagues to monitor it, but latency of at least 20 ms and unstable downloads are poor according to @Ofcom guidelines. Dropouts still occur and online work is at times impossible.

@EE Dad had his Google account compromised from a phone in Korea. They spent £230+ on apps. We have contacted google but they need a correlation ID for each purchase off you. EE customer service say this doesn't exist. What do we do?
