    @EE Thank you. The problem in the general area was fixed, except for mine. A helpful customer adviser helped me out and together we fixed it 👍😁

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    @EE Hi. The email you sent when I submitted a STAC has the subject "Get your EE number transfer sorted", which implies the number is being moved, but that's exactly what I didn't want. You might want to fix that to avoid confusion.

    @EE I have no phone signal in USA, I purchased a bundle before leaving but can turn on enable roaming to contact anybody, it keeps saying error. Help!

    @LarryJa23186612 @EE EE have always been decent coverage and customer service, price a little higher then others but don’t mind paying when getting good service I got a sim only quote last week and it was double the cost of others. Can’t justify double the cost

    @tempusvastum @EE @BTCare I am told there are many logistical issues, and BT does move at a glacial pace, but it IS happening. People are already seeing changes (like the hub software removing BT logo). I am just trying to save some money!

    @EE after phoning this morning to activate my pac code as their app wouldn’t allow me, EE tells me that I’ve taken out two contracts and the code is on the other contract but now they’ll cancel the second contract! What a mess, glad it’s sorted though
