  @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

  @Gmcswineyyy @EE This is the worst I've come across for a long while. I am actually quite shocked about how I've been communicated with by their complaints team.
