  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  @EE @davehill62 Good luck getting through to a member of the team. I became a customer a month ago and still having set up issues. Constantly referred to the AI bot when I call which is useless. How do I get in touch with a person @EE ? This is super frustrating.

  hey @ee why is your website so ****? no I don't want to "use the app" sitting with laptop - bigger screen, can have tabs with other providers open - compare prices etc for a phone, & broadband provider your website is amateur at best - pages don't load or redirect on clicking

  @EE How can I speak to someone who will fix the fault on my landline please? I have spent hours on the phone and finally got through to someone sensible @ee last week. They confirmed calling my landline from a mobile is simply a dead line. Call back promised today. Nothing.
