@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE have got to have the worst customer service, ever. After many years with them, I cannot wait to get out of contract, and move to a company that treats its clients better..... Which is probably any of them. I'm a very disgruntled customer at the moment.

@EE Your service is a shambles!!!! I raised a complaint on Wednesday the 15 of June and I’m still no further forward. Failed callbacks, no replies to emails and today I’ve been going over the same story with at least 10 different agents since 1253 with no outcome or resolution.

@EE were having major network issues in our area....we're just not getting any network...as soon i leave my home boom signal...i think its the tower near by
