@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE Why are you so hopeless? Sister placed an order, and there has been 0 communication since order confirmation, she suffers from extreme anxiety so used the live chat service, but kept telling her to ring, the thought alone has caused her a panic attack, but why no comms?

@alison_newbold @EE They don’t care, I am a customer of 20+ years with 3 phone contacts and all they offer is a free MOT for your phone. As each contracts expires I will leave. I and many others have written to Martin Lewis and signed a petition to ban in contract price hikes. £262 increase 😡

@EE how do you put in a formal complaint? There is no way in hell I'm paying an extra 10 a month considering I'm on the shittest deal ever. That takes my bill up to 100 a month.
