    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, itโ€™ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    @autoalex @EE Bin EE go with virgin much better deals and much cheaper and the signal is just as good

    @EE Thank you. The problem in the general area was fixed, except for mine. A helpful customer adviser helped me out and together we fixed it ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

    @EE this is my internet yet again. Itโ€™s absolutely rubbish, and I even pay extra for preferential signal. Diabolical service, and only word spaghetti rather than a fix! The postcode is Nn7 3fg

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

    @EE Iโ€™m getting text messages from you and Openreach about an upcoming broadband installation. You must have the wrong contact details because I am not an EE customer and this is nothing to do with me. Now getting request for feedback texts as well.

    @EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! Itโ€™s really the worst tv package Iโ€™ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I donโ€™t. You canโ€™t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup

    @EE Thatโ€™s exactly what I told him, but with the issues above he doesnโ€™t want to make a fuss, and wonโ€™t push it. Iโ€™m surprised the guide at the time never looked into it. Instead they just out his tariff down to a consumer tariff

    @EE I've just put the phone down on someone called clair, refused to raise the complaint to your exec team, she rang me back stating I cannot discuss an upgrade because of an outstanding balance on the account, After 9 years with EE I want to terminate the contract with immediate

    @EE not happy with service. Had an issue with app etc person on phone had to open ticket with main tech people. 48 hours I was told. Now a week later no call or anything. I will have to phone again later today now. If i didnโ€™t pay my bill bet you would be quick to get in touch
