@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE if you are thinking of joining EE be careful. Some representatives are very irresponsible by putting multiple credit credits through at once for the same order. This for those who are unaware can have a significant damage to your credit file.

@EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

@EE @hackettj68 Same here , been down for over a day, a quick look at tweets would lead me to believe this is not an isolated case. Have not seen anyone who this has started working after reinstalling
