@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

In today's episode of "Fix the forms, one at a time", I went to get my @ee phone bill for the first time. Discovered that it's a new "simpler" bill ... entirely in illegibly small grey text. Simpler as in useless. Sigh.

So @EE we haven’t had proper signal in Bexhill since the 19th and now I am being told that it won’t be fixed until the after the 4th of March. Why am I paying for no acceptable service? 3 mobile phones and an iPad with rubbish signal, £65 per month for nothing! @Ofcom

@EE I think she said her name was Tasha. She works in the Liverpool store but was working on the phones as the store was quiet. I started the call at 12.46 if that helps. If you do find her please thank her from me for an excellent service.

@EE You take orders for delivery on the release date but you don't fulfil them and worse still, you don't advise the customer of a delay. Hardly good customer services?!
