@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE Hi @EE I have called that number which takes me to online help via a text message which I don’t get a response too. I’ve tried twice today. I need to speak to someone as this has been happening for too long now but you still expect me to pay my bill…

@EE By the way your email change option is completely broken. One minute it doesn't allow me to change my email, then next day I manage to change it, then several days later I no longer can log in with new email, while old one logs me in, yet my contact detail shows new email address

@EE This is the issue I have. If I follow to upgrade online it doesn't let me as I'm not eligible for upgrade, which is why I was wondering can the app not be changed to allow for payments, I want to upgrade, but also don't want to sit waiting on hold to make a payment
