    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

    @EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

    @EE @LloopyLlaura If it’s an iPhone 14 don’t bother, they collect your money and don’t deliver. There is stock shortage by apple. EE collected my money too never delivered. Pathetic liars.

    They won't but @EE should refund me my latest bill, absolutely terrible broadband service worse by the day, it makes gaming almost impossible, can't wait till May when my contract ends cuz they're 100% losing me as a customer as both broadband and phone customer, absolute joke

    @EE The back of my iPhone 13 has broken. Along with the camera lens. AGAIN. I paid u £100 ins excess 2 replace the original one a couple of months ago 4 same reason. I’m not paying that again.

    @EE please can you tell me why you won’t release someone from their contract when they have jumped through hoops to prove that the signal just isn’t there? Demanding £400 to cancel the sim when you can’t provide the network that they’re paying for?
