@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@m_j____p @EE Yeah, it's definitely a kick in the *****, considering we pay more every year but still get the same shoddy service.

Dear @EE, I have been notified that the monthly mobile cost is set to increase by almost £5 per month. Does this price increase reflect an improvement in service, will it be a struggle to get a signal in most places as normal?
-

(@the_yne) reported
@EE Well the price is being increased so I am entitled to cancel the contract without any charges

@EE A £9.79 increase a month. I’ve only had this phone 3 months and I’m getting charged another £10 a month. Shocking service from EE. I would definitely avoid at theses times!

Lo and behold. I'm again without signal where I live. Started last week and it's still not working. Every other couple of weeks it happens. @EE sort it out. Can't even have a phone call wherever/whenever I want as it cuts out as soon as I approach the area.

@foreverbluetoo @EE They’re all a joke all they want is money money money and not even provide the service you pay for

@EE Cannot afford a great weekend after you whacking the prices up by 14% I have been with you since 2009 and I am going elsewhere as soon as my contract is up. Just because you can put the prices up, doesn't mean you should. Putting greed over customer loyalty is not a good look.

@maurice_1960 @EE it's been awful. been on to them 4 times now. don't get me wrong they have been trying but it's just getting silly! to be honest I doubt I will be with them after this contract after the 14 per cent increase!
