@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE Would you like to try and explain how , to upgrade my phone and extend my contract .... It would cost me £2 a month more than if I were to do it as a new customer ? Where's the reward for loyalty ?

@EE Thanks for the reply, Currently on PAYG so can’t use WiFi calling. Signal back up now though. Just annoying it’s been so consistently down for the last few weeks on the UK’s best network

@EE I was advised I could buy take out an esim for my watch . It won't work so I have requested a cancellation and now you refuse to do this . Even tho the staff on the phone did it all and said it's fine no problem . Shocking . I have 5 lines with you I'm moving asap
