@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

@EE On my 2nd refurbished Pixel 4XL from you with exactly the same hardware fault as before. You were supposed to call me back today with a resolution, still waiting for the call you promised me, not happy as I have had to cancel meetings for your call. Awful customer service!

@EE I pre ordered the iPhone 13 pro max on 17th of September with my local EE shop I even paid £25 deposit to have it on release day. 2 weeks later still no phone and shop doesn’t give me any information. Can u help?
