@EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE Hi David. She has moved to an area on the east coast which isn't an area you provide great speeds for - KCom seem to have a monopoly over there. Upon realising her speeds were dreadful, she contacted you and got told she had to complete her contract regardless of the poor speeds.

@EE I must say that your after sales support in your shops is atrocious, my elderly mother asked the Lichfield store for help with her phone. The chap merely replied “the service is crap where you live, I’d go with someone else, dial 150”. My mom asked me to help, 150 tried but
