@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

👉🏿Since @EE has failed to offer a just, fair & satisfactory solution, I'm left with no other option but to report my case to Trading Standards & to make a court claim for the monies. It's unconscionable for a company to wrongly charge a client & refuse to compensate them (9/10)

@EE Been trying for 2 days to speak to someone at EE about my contract! the "Start Conversation" button on your contact page never appears!! I wait on the 150 line for 20 minutes at a time without speaking to anyone! Shocking!

@EE are the worst service ever u have your phone robbed in the street after 6 days I’m a victim of a robbery and they want me to pay for a 24 month contract when every thing is blocked and I have the police report and crime references absolute disgrace of a company

@EE well that was a shocking conversation with your staff. You have taken me off my Apple Watch plan as I could get an upgrade and then told me it was my fault for not phoning sooner. So I have been paying for a service I had not been getting. Fuming 😡
