@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE just updated to the Google pixel 5. Had it 3 days but noticed very poor 4G connection in areas where my old phone (Pixel 3) had a good connection. Anything I can do to rectify this other than change the phone?
