Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!

NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?

Mark Davison (@MarkDavisonUK) reported@KevlarBrock @EE Best recommendation would be to speak to the exec advisor and see what resolution they can come up with, definitely try and get the product changed to a WiFi 7 router as that will resolve your issues 10x over

Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.
