@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE called up yesterday to get an engineer out as I've not had Internet for 2 days. The earliest they could give me is Wednesday. I have a feeling it's an issue on @WeAreOpenreach end but your online service status checker doesn't work. Could you let me know if wd area is down?

@EE The app does not work here in Germany. I can't login as the payg cannot send a text to the number as it is not usable abroad. I take it the number you have sent is a mobile number? That will be very expensive! I need another option, such as, email.

Had @EE broadband for a few weeks and the service is down already, very poor. Gonna be cancelled I think.
