    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE @MrJPC123 Not really, we don't know what or how much the price will increase by beforehand, if other providers like @tescomobile can fix their prices then you can too. And your prices have never been fair, your the most expensive network compared to all others. So please stop this stuff.

    @EE You’re not sorry , this is a publicity stunt reply. I dealt with your customer service and went to higher management & was told tough !! Despite BT / Sky etc because of my service letting me off £100’s - you can’t because 30 years and £26k to be precise isn’t enough

    @EE terrible and appalling behaviour to a loyal customer. Reported my phone stolen a month ago and received a bill of £750 over suspicious calls on the night of the theft and my number blocked. Customer service agreed that i didn’t make these calls but the billing team does not?!

    @EE who can I talk to about my pixel 6 a recent update has stopped wifi and Bluetooth working, i also get alot of call disconnections and never get 5g anymore. Ive tried factory resets and beta 12l but the phone is broke. Id like to return it for a different phone.
