@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@zahoor_sheraz @EE I’m having issues with signal on my 4g router... only just flown from uk... my phone was ok yesterday when I arrived and today it’s on and off like a yoyo.... I need the router to work for work, seems strange the day after the transition period it suddenly stops? Help!!

- what she needs to get the SIM, she just knows that she can't use her current phone at all) she was sold a Doro phone which she can't use and wants a sim card to use her old phone. We can't help her out thanks to @EE so she is living alone in a pandemic without a mobile. 👏👏👏
