@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

Terrible service from @EE I have been with them more than 25 years, they opened a complaint for me on Friday and promised me daily updates, still no phone call, guess they have too many customers to worry about losing any #ee

@EE I cannot comment on your 5G speed and coverage in Glasgow but I have been with @threeUK for years and never had trouble with them and I'm paying only £18 for my unlimited sim 12 month contract with them.

Nothing gets me angrier than **** customer service. It’s really not hard. @EE you should really update the dispatch times for orders on your website and train your staff to at least pretend to have empathy for your customers when you’ve misinformed them 🙄

@EE appauled by your service shame on you Took out a contract that was advertised £12unlimited calls text and 200gb data exclusive to ee customer's only and they ended up charging me £23.50 for it Shame on you

@EE I've been a customer of yours since around 2006 and would like to avoid the hassle of leaving you. However reviewing upgrades, the Pixel 6 on the plan that now suits my needs comes with a £50 up front cost. Is there anything that can be done about that at all?

A friend made a call via Whatsapp and @EE called to say they had a bill of £533.14!! They said when WhatsApp is down the call gets charged as a voice call. #EE #WhatsApp
