@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@MarcAllera Marc, I have been extorted and gaslighted by your company @EE, their fraud department, customer services, Kerry Rutland and Aimee Dagg. I was the victim of identity fraud in 2015 and EE have failed to rectify their wrongdoings and are now gaslighting my experience..

So the mighty @EE are so stupid that they have cut both mine and my wife’s SIM cards off, before our upgraded ones arrive! They also don’t know when that will be. So working from home with no mobile, wife out working with no mobile. What an absolutely stupid system @Ofcom

@EE "The Most Reliable Network" or so they say, held onto my money now from 12th of Feb that you owe me and continually fed bullshit on the phone. It's maybe not alot to you but it's alot to me. #Greed #PoorCustomerService #EE and save me from the DM nonsense also.
