    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE UKs best network absolute load of bollocks. Take one step into any countryside & although it says you have 4G you aint loading a webpage up for at least half an hour. Coverage map is a lie. Telling me I have 2 bars of 4G is a lie. Last EE contract ever for me complete shite.

    Not really in a good place today. The issues with @EE & @SamsungUK have made my feeling of isolation even worse. I can't put any more energy in to it.

    @xQueen_Piscesx @MikeThornton94 @EE Stupid isn’t it. Mine told me it was on its way Stoke depot, i’d get a slot by 11am and i rang, told me oh no there’s been a delay, despite it not being on my app that there is and just states it’s on its way :( Not here until minimum tomorrow now
