@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE I have been having ongoing problems with my phone for weeks now. Calls dropping/weak signal/no access to internet when out. My phone is a vital lifeline as I have Young Onset Parkinson’s. Local store no help other than telling me I need to pay for potential repairs if found ?

@EE BT sold you to me as solution for tethering my phone&laptop, thus avoiding me buying their dongle. The phone you sold me via BT says I can't turn off both SIMS, thus the phone downloaded stuff I'd not have downloaded at that time, forcing me to spend what I didn't need to.
