@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

Fuming with @EE! I pay £80 a month yet my calls drop out constantly! Just spent 20 mins waiting to speak to someone for the call to drop out! Such bad horrid service!
