@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

So @EE broadband has been down pretty much all night, and the mobile data network has been ropey. So much for “maintenance”, would’ve been nice if we were told the whole lot was going down.
