    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE what's the deal with getting out of my contract a couple of months early because your service has been terrible. Barely get any signal anymore. Always getting emails from you saying there are problems with the network. How can you still claim to be the uks best? You aren't.

    @EE I am in sardinia with the newest Samsung phone and no outstanding updates paying £2 per day to use my data, yet my service, reception is so slow it practically stopped. My husband also on EE older Samsung no issues. So I'm paying an additional £2 per day for less service 🤔

    @EE once again the signal in the HU16 is rubbish, can’t even get 4g today , can you explain why this keeps happening and why I’m paying you so much ? Il be cancelling my direct debits if this doesn’t improve rapidly
