@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Just called EE Customer services for some billing queries. Got through to Jake. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND! Got two billing issues resolved in a couple of minutes, and then got my international roaming set up so I don't have to rely on foreign SIM ONLY providers

@captaintsu @EE They provide the phone and data + unlimited calls and texts using O2s infrastructure (so whatever signal you have if you're on O2 you will have the same with Tesco) as they rent towers from o2.

@EE we’ve had no luck with customer service so turning to Twitter.There’s an issue with EE in LL164TH area for 5 days now . Several businesses and households affected. We can’t receive/make calls or work online without loosing signal every 2 minutes.When will it be fixed please?
