@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

So @bt_uk - our BT broadband is too poor for my daughter to remote learn with her school. Your summary. You have no way to increase our speed or when you can upgrade our service. Your solution is to contact @EE - who you also own, and get a mobile account. Do I have that right?

@SamsungUK My old huawei p30 Pro battery is 5x better, and that's with pretty much every power intensive function on the s20 note off. The chipset is terrible . @ee your gonna have to swap this it's not useable or fit for purpose

@EE I’ve been having issues with my 4G all day, my bills are all paid for up to date but I seem to be cut off? I’m also NHS staff with free data so I don’t see an issue my end. Can you advise please?
