@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE U txt this am to say u cancelled my full cover insurance. Spent ages on the phone to be told I need to sort it out with apple as it says I have apple care on system - I don’t! Now I have a 2 week old iPhone 13 pro that you won’t insure. My contract is with EE not apple. Very poor

@EE have consistently been raising reports about poor signals and even had a dropped phone call from a member of your team to sort this out, and didn’t get a call back. WiFi calling isn’t enough and your website gives the wrong picture too. Please advise
