  @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

  @Gwitter93 @EE I had a very similar problem, no one answers the phone either, when k eventually gave up and cancelled the DD they billed me for full 2 years of Sim only use. £600 for nothing. EE is shameless in its pursuit for profits. Avoid them at all costs.

  @EE Have a peek at the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014 - your colleague thought this was too old to apply! Key point is, you are charging me over £20/month more than the advertised cost of your service. It's not a good look.

  So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort
