@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

I can’t believe @EE just decided to deactivate my phone number. No warning. The worst customer service I have ever endured all because I’ve asked for my phone number back, for which I pay for every month.
