@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@tescomobile @EE No mobile phone signal in the village of Southwick, Hampshire (PO17) inside or out. Clearly a 'not spot' as is my golf club, just round the corner. Ridiculous, in this day and age. When will this be sorted? It wasn't an outage, just no signal EVER!
