@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi, both phones on my EE contract are saying not connected to network. Tried all the tricks to sort but no avail. Cant even call EE to get help. Is the network down in West Scotland?

@EE your customer service this week has been shocking. I was promised a call back today at 445pm and of course nothing! I have a technical issue and I was on the phone this morning for over an 1hr and was promised a call back. Not impressed and problem still not solved.

@EE I got a new Apple Watch today, I rang earlier because I was getting an error transferring my data plan to my new watch. The guy managed to clear that error but I'm still having issues and it just says "Could not set up mobile data" no matter how many times I try to set it up

@EE - sort yourselves out, first you get my address wrong on my delivery. Then when I finally get the phone after chasing DPD down the road this afternoon; the box was open and the phone was loose inside the packaging. Now I have to wait another week for a replacment. Appalling.
