@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Are there any issues with 5G in the B75 area? Has solid 5G for over a year and now it’s been 4G only the last few days. Tried all sorts on my iPhone 12 Pro and still can only get 4G, anything to do with switching on the new 700mhz band?

@ee Have problem with my Huawei mobile, booked MOT appoint for today. Was told that ee don't stock them anymore & can't help me sort out - 1. Why the wi-fi won't connect up to my home set-up & 2. Why my data usage is running out before my monthly renewal date. Only seemed.. 1/2
