@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Hi I got a notification a few days ago that there was going to be improvement work going on at a local tower and to expect disruption yeaterday. Speed still down from 20mb normal to 2mb (same post restart). Can you check and see when the work will be completed? BT22 2AD. Ta!

@EE your customer services is appalling. Can't get through on 150 so go in store to be told no can do call 150. Staff in the Tamworth store all need the sack! Rude is an understatement! Please someone contact me

Terrible upgrade service from @EE can’t make a complaint. Only take what I say as feedback and constantly just told it’s there process. Wish I just went with another provider. Paying for an iPhone 14 contract I don’t even have. #badservice #complaints

@EE I have been a customer for 20 years with T-Mobile then EE. Vodafone offered me a better deal which is only £49 over 2 years less than EE but surprisingly they couldn’t match it! EE provides good service but they’re the worst in rewarding loyalty of 20 years! I’m appalled

@MohamedAbdulwa @EE Same here mate I’ve been with EE for 15 years and they won’t match an offer from another network. Orange was amazing in retaining loyal customers but EE is all about profits. I have like 5 phones with them I’ll be moving them all next month
