    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE Too late now. Finally got resolution but the whole process was so very difficult and highly time consuming. One very unhappy customer that has only just remained with you

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE I need to speak to somebody about phone insurance. 150 is constantly ‘very busy’. Was just on hold for 15 mins and then the line went dead. Really not impressed with ee. You’re supposed to have the best customer insurance which is why I joined.

    @EE Why just last week as a customer for 24 unbroken years did i find myself giving 30 days notice to leave because you couldn't come close to offers by other networks, and yet this week you are doing deals to new customers cheaper than what i was quoted.

    @EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

    And if I had a SIM card I’d have something to pay for And the phone I have a contract for I don’t even have but that aside. Why should I pay when I’m not able to get data. Send texts. So use can’t expect me to pay if you can’t help me have a SIM card. To pay for sim/contract @EE
