    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

    @EE Does this include the Android app to log in as keeps asking me to login, i do then loops back to same screen. Also very stuttery
