@EE I have a contract Samsung Galaxy A71 phone. I can't tell you how annoying it is to have no sim card software issues which means restarting my phone several times a day to make calls. How can this be sorted?

@EE hey! Our WiFi is down & has been for a few hours - devices are saying they are connected with full bars - but internet isn’t working at all on any device!? Tried turning it off and on again but the broadband light is flashing orange on the box (also I’m in Shrewsbury btw)

@EE No problem hopefully this will help other people that wants to enable it in the future 👍 But to answer the question so far liking the phone 👌 my upgrade was due June but as I was entitled to a early upgrade & the oppo gift was introduced thought might as well get it now lol

Had a text off @EE saying I can upgrade my phone now. Great! Only catch is, I have to pay over £100 for the privilege. Umm no thanks. Can’t wait for my contract to expire so I can switch networks to a network that actually rewards loyal customers.

Anyone ever had an issue with their sim in their upgrade phone from @EE upgraded to an iPhone 12 from XS and they sent a new sim, nearly 24 hours later and it just won’t register at all. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. Very frustrating

@EE I spoke with 2 stores in my area over the phone and they have never seen it in a plastic bag like this or EE void stickers, what's gone wrong here?
