    .@EE When are you going to fix the poor data service in the central area of Kingston upon Thames? There's no 5G, the 4G reception shows as good but data is extremely slow. The nearer the Thames you go, the worse the problem. Local EE shop were no help.

    @EE Thank you. I have already had a polite conversation. I, as a customer of many decades (and a pensioner), have been advised it's just tough luck and you wish £490 to get me to stop being overcharged. Very disappointed.

    @skytv do you want to explain why EVERY other device from 5 mobile phones. 5 laptops. 2 ipads and a even partridge in a pear tree works on @EE broadband, but your sky Q box and multi room box keeps disconnecting? is that why i pay £75 p/m for repeat films and crap sports?

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort
