@EE,I’m unsure how you’ve managed to issue a deadlock letter prior to sending out a response and details of the investigation. As the FOS states I have to give you a chance to resolve the matter before them, but you don’t want to even follow your own complaint providers

@HighBleanBandB @EE @scarfoot6 Issue is with EE not updating updating geolocation data. We have B4rn fibre internet and they have in the passed few days changed/bought a number of IP address and it doesn’t think our connection is in the UK so hence no WIFI calling

@EE unfortunately I have decided to leave EE as you are unable to match the deal I was getting as a new customer elsewhere. I have 2 telephone numbers but only been sent one pac. Is this correct and if so how does the new company differentiate between the 2 different numbers.

@EE I woke up to a huge charge on my account due to a "roaming" glitch, I keep seeing it vanish and come back every 30 minutes or so. I called and they told me it was a known issue but I'm still quite concerned. Can someone let me know what's happening?
