@EE I'm no longer using the EE network so I wouldn't be able to call that number. I tried calling the customer service number but I was unable to pass security because I hadn't used the account for a while.

@EE It's a brightbox 2. The issue isn't the wifi itself since my pc manages to stay connected to the router fine, it's the internet connection itself that keeps dropping.

@EE Hi, I’m am no longer able to cast BT Sports from the BT Sports app via Chromecast to my TV. It says the feature is no longer supported although I pay extra for this on my monthly bill. Could you help me resolve this please? Thanks

@EE Never worked properly. Kept disconnecting from WiFi and Bluetooth and it was really annoying. Gonna get a Find X3 Pro once the return has been processed as I love my Find X2 Pro
