EE isn't perfect, but I've stayed with them because they've good, functional, call centres. You can talk to real, sensible, people & they sort problems out quickly. I have had some signal issues with @EE. I don't think their coverage is as good as they claim but I like the staff.

@EE wow what is with these prices. Looking at upgrades, been with you for over 10 years. Loads better deals out there, easily £15 cheaper a month with no up front cost. Why are the deals so bad?

@YardleyShooting @EE This shows how important good customer service is to keep customers. IME US used to be the best for this in the 1980s-90's but has gone downhill since then with the UK doing the same. The same applies to how poor instruction manuals are these days.

How is it when I want to make a CUSTOMER COMPLAINT and score the service, I don’t get the text message? Blind transfers, very naughty, explained the issue 4 times to unaccountable staff !!! @ee @Ofcom

@EE it’s outrageous to hear that I have to wait 4 working days to have my internet back. You are a PHONE company so the least I expect from you is to send your engineers ASAP to fix your consumers issues. Absolutely disrespectful! I’m contacting OfCom now!
