    @EE Friday 19th feb reported problem as no internet got told no one could look at problem till 22nd feb fixed internet no call to say it had been done and no compensation also reported internet slow and is still slow and ur not giving the speeds uve promised and no call back again

    @EE I am a loyal longstanding customer and have Fibre Broadband with you. Lockdown has shown that there are dead spots upstairs, any ideas as to what I can do to eliminate or increase the range of WiFi? Thanks.

    @EE please could u explain y my mum had no internet all last weekend and u failed to tell her the oroblem had been fixed and failed to explain wot had happened and failed to compensate her also u dnt promise the speeds u agreed & fail to compensate & ur internet keeps freezing

    @EE iPhone 12 Pro stopped working at 19:00hrs yesterday (Sunday). I contacted EE at 19:45 to report issue. 09:48 today, new iPhone 12 Pro arrived! 14hrs from problem to solution. Absolutely superb service with all partners from CS, through to delivery working in unison. #Bravo
