    @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

    I see posts on here slating @EE I have been a broadband customer since 2017 and earlier this year I took out a phone contract and got a great deal as I now have both with them. I have been very happy with their service.

    @EE How many times I’ve heard that from you it’s so slow again this morning that I can’t even carry out basic office tasks, will be looking for alternatives this weekend I’ve had enough of your poor broadband speeds now 🥺
