@EE Thank you Holly … yes was on the phone an hour yesterday … without meaning to be rude I don’t think the girl had a clue ( makes two of us ) I’ve tried everything ! Uninstalled , checked the settings and i am missing important calls / messages .

@EE My wife lost her phone, We have rang the store where she took out the contract, King Edward St Hull City Centre-10482 300395 They either hang up immediately or wait till you’ve been on the phone for Ages then hang up, this is the only contact number ?

Just as a heads up, if anyone has service with @ThreeUK and they expect it to work in go roam countries, they should think again. And Three will insist that they have no obligation to reimburse a bill when their service isn't as advertised. I'd go with @VodafoneUK or @EE instead

People out there who are using @EE and find they have a serious problem and need help - I would suggest you find another provider at the very least Someone who answers the registered #PhoneNumber and does not Rudely Hang Up or Ignore,s the call completely
