I shop for an elderly couple who are shielding, the gent has problems with @EE as they keep threatening to cancel his PAYG Sim because he ‘doesn’t spend enough’. He’s 82 years old and it’s his only lifeline with his daughter. This is happening monthly and just isn’t acceptable.

@EE Hi, we have just ordered fibre broadband with yourselves under my name. Our previous normal broadband and landline is with Plusnet and under my partners name. Does my partner contact Plusnet to cancel or will that delay the transfer of service?
