@EE trouble with Android app V5.75.0 not remembering my login. Each session it asks again for login & PW details, set up PIN, default view, set up biometric login. Try next session, use bio login and have to start from scratch again. What's happening, please?

@dj_maxxi @bt_uk @EE The guaranteed speeds are over wired, so whenever testing always make sure you’re on a wired connection. Doesn’t explain a sudden drop in Wi-Fi speed, unless you’ve jest put your tree up as Christmas decorations live to wipe out Wi-Fi signal! I’m with EE too, btw

@EE broadband and TV arrived today, all set up fine, really disappointed you don’t support Disney+. I was told on the phone that the tv would be the same as Sky. How do I watch it? Also can’t seem to control my sound bar with the remote?

@EE So I called your very helpful engineering team who told me a mast had been taken out of service for 4 days for engineering work. So my question is why weren’t we told our village would lose mobile phone coverage for 4 days?
