@VModifiedMind @EE I have multiple gigabit switches, but I don't want to add a switch and a mains socket when I have a solution that works right now. Also space on wall in cupboard for a second device. Its the hassle, not the price. For a home network I want things simple and neat.

@EE Elderly Parents have been without mobile internet for several weeks now (Colintraive/Glendaruel). Status page just shows resolution time of 8 hours that never changes. Come on EE..they live in a rural community and rely on this life line for so much.

@EE Hi. I have just tried again on a different browser (same problem on Chrome and Edge) and it just says "something goes wrong... Our fault, not yours. Please call us...." which kinda defeats the object of why I'm doing it online. Is it my land-line number you need for my account?

@EE hi guys. I have one of your 4G home Wi-Fi boxes, and when I got it, it was ish okay (didn’t give very good signal), but the last 6-8 weeks, it’s gotten so bad that it freezes every 2 minutes into what I’m watching and makes the picture quality awful. What can I do about it?

@etiago @EE Well yes I agree that calling it fibre was a bit of a stretch of the truth. But in this case they’re advertising “full fibre” a term they only need because of the previous bad marketing term. But it’s far better in the UK than many other countries - even if it isn’t perfect.

Tried the @EE store in the Bullring today and they said it was no longer under warranty due to the dead pixels? Wouldn't help further.

@TheOtherShevy @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlocks_” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine
