    My god, I wish I would have not moved to @BTBusiness broadband, but the @EE sales rep said it was the only way I could get the speeds I want. What a load of crap that was, there's 5 other ISP's on Gfast and offer home packages at half price I'm paying. Roll on October.

    @EE I Ordered a new Pay Monthly 200Gb SIM on Sunday, received today and the 24 mth discount as per my order is only showing as 6 mths discount? This isn't what I agreed to . Please help.

    Judging by @EE App reviews this is a common problem - perhaps it is the App that is at fault since the last update. Perhaps the technology giant can't struggles with providing reliable Apps for its customers!

    @EE UK 5G real world performance is very poor and until sorted customers should stay with 4G sims.

    Why is Pay Monthly worse than PAYG? For Xperia L4 Pay Monthly 24 month contract is £29 per month = £696 with 10GB PAYG 24 months is £510 (£186 cheaper) £150 for phone PAYG £15 PAYG * 24 months = £360 30GB (3x Pay Monthly) No incentive to be loyal customer? @EE
