@EE Don't entertain these fraudsters! Took up an offer of broadband, TV & phones. Told to leave absolutely everything up to them to cancel with Sky. Sky now charging us £130 a month for internet till Nov because contract not cancelled! #ripoff

14 years with @EE and this is how I’m treated? Agreed to an upgrade, got written confirmation—then they put my order “on hold” and tried to upsell me or push Flex Pay. Now they won’t honour the deal. Unethical. Misleading. Complaint raised. #EE #ConsumerRights #BreachOfContract

@EE I called last Tuesday 8 July asked for a manager to call me, complaint was logged - yesterday as heard nothing called again and lady that was supposed to assist kept giggling on mute ! So I said I’m ending this call due to above and please get manager to call .still waiting!

@EE Sadly 2 hours of phone calls to be told that all of this was unnecessary as the hub has a hardware fault (told them this at beginning) and to take it to store. We are now up to 10 days with no hub - terrible service from all except Plymouth
