@JonseyLewis @EE I can’t wait to get rid of their home broadband. Dreadful and slow service. I want their 5G home hub but even though website says I can upgrade HB I can’t actually get rid of HB for the 5G one yet even tho I’m happy to pay over double p/m. Definitely not renewing HB though.

@EE, I have been an EE customer for 5 years and currently very disappointed with their broadband policies: An EE broadband contract re-start every-time a subscriber moves home. Even in case of proven extenuating circumstances. EE should really look into their terms and conditions

@EE currently on my THIRD telephone call since Tuesday with your team to be RETAINED as a customer and I’m the one having to chase them up! No phone received, no return calls despite being told they’ll call me back and now the offer made is not on your systems! Really?!!!
